Abstract

Globalization of information has placed Indonesia as part of the world information community, therefore the implementation of the Information and Electronic Transaction Law aims to develop Information Technology optimally, distributed to all levels of society to advance people's intellectual life. The enactment of such a strict law is basically a manifestation of the nature of the electronic transaction itself, which is global and without limits. Elucidation of article 2 further explains the nature of this jurisdictional law, and states that the use of Information Technology for Electronic Information and Electronic Transactions is cross-territorial or universal, so that this law has jurisdiction over legal actions that apply not only in Indonesia or carried out by citizens country of Indonesia, but also applies to legal actions carried out outside Indonesian jurisdiction by Indonesian citizens and foreign nationals or Indonesian legal entities and foreign legal entities that have legal effect in Indonesia.

Abstract

Employers face psychological burdens because there are quite a number of challenges in achieving success, but many entrepreneurs experience failure or bankruptcy. In fact, more failed entrepreneurs than successful entrepreneurs. During life, entrepreneurs always face problems, when one problem is resolved, another problem arises. Problems can destroy businesses that have been built, but problems can also make entrepreneurs stronger when addressing and solving problems. Mind and psychic conditions that decrease due to problems can cause poor performance, a crisis of self-confidence makes work not optimal, so that someone becomes slow in making decisions, afraid of facing risks and pessimistic about the future. In changing this crisis of confidence, it is necessary to change your mind. Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a self-development training that uses the knowledge of the mind. NLP works through intrapersonal communication through a process of sensation, perception, memory and thinking. NLP is in the human mindset, NLP makes a person able to form self-motivation in changing himself to be happier, more confident, more passionate about pursuing a career, and enjoying life in achieving a better future.

Abstract

Media newspapers as a messenger to the public has a media agenda and policy agenda in the public interest. The problem is how the newspaper media presents the agenda setting against the current government policy reporting program, as well as how the image and attitude of media alignments. This study uses quantitative analysis with the agenda setting approach. The result of the analysis shows that the agenda of government program and government policy is more related to the rubric of development of society (human development dimension) in accordance with the principle of “ nawacita” which proclaimed by the government, where the element of proximate of the territory is more dominant than the national news. Media news frames have shaped the imagery that can pioneer the change of public opinion and able to make the image formation of a person figure, governmental institution. While the attitude of media alignments on newstone or tone of news is supportive of government policy.

Abstract

Gaze in conceptualizing Foucault illustrated as "a language without words" characterized by the power of doctors in diagnosis verdicts and statements about its knowledge. This reality puts the medical profession has an important value in the society. The position of the doctor very political trying to retain power. Doctors prefer to give medicine instead of communicating with the public about healthy living. Doctors on behalf of their knowledge, acting authority in judging a person is sick or recovering. If the doctor-centrism is not supported by the governance of public health was good, then heal the sick by bringing to the doctors just throw public money alone, without the support of good governance in the field of public health.

Employers should strive to close the gap that lies between the producer with the consumer society as a buyer or user of goods and services produced. Abstract

The essence of democracy is to put people as the highest sovereign in deciding how best a country organized through political participation was active , free and voluntary. The problem is the engagement , it was not enough in Indonesia given the remnants of authoritarianism in the past turned out to form a political personality that is intolerant and reflected on the conflict surrounding the election of the leadership of the executive board. Abstract

This paper examines one of the television program on TV One who has a talk show program Indonesia Lawyers Club , where through this program the public are invited to jointly examine, explore and think about various legal issues that are going on in Indonesia. With the hosts Karni Ilyas, the event was able to hit a lot of the audience, it is evident that this event is a program of events with the highest rating based on a survey conducted three Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) with the Association of Indonesian Communication (ISKI) in 2015. The results of the review of research finds that this event is one of the events that manage the ongoing conflict, with the sources-related resource persons who have the opposite view. This program also shows that the conflict can be has or managed by third parties, to get the thread of the issues being discussed. The event also had an impact in educating the public, especially in terms of law enforcement, legislation and political issues in Indonesia.

Abstract

Cases of sexual assault on a child that occurred in 2014 so alarmed the people of Indonesia. Pedophilia in Sukabumi killed up to 114 children. The author tries to analyze 15 text news about sexual abuse of children by Emon contained in HU HU Mind and Tribune Jabar during the month of May 2014. The method used is a qualitative method approach constructivist perspective . To analyze the data analysis method framing Robert N. Entman models that explore aspects of the news of problem identification , causal interpretation , moral evaluation, and treatment recommendation. From the analysis conducted there are differences in the framing of the news by the media.

Abstract

Radio PRFM is one of the radio news in the city who is also a member of the general daily newspaper Harlan that have programs Citizen Report with the concept of Citizen Journalism broadcast over channel FM 107.5. With the concept of Citizen Journalism is so thick provides the widest space for the participation of the public in delivering an information, the editorial of the special strategy is required to filter the information that goes into the radio news. The research is a qualitative study using descriptive methods. The focus of research is how the editorial policy in reporting on the event program Citizen Report at 107.5 PRFM News Channel. The result showed bahwasannya in editorial policy consists of internal and external policies, internal policies include: policy decision-making in the news, news production policy, as well as journalistic ethics policy. External policy includes criteria that must be met by the residents. Besides influencing editorial policy report form coverage of the citizens in the form of photograph or video, sms, phone, and social media PRFM are also delivered through group Netizen Photo PRFM. Editorial policy also affects the form of citizen journalism that is applied to a radio station, as well as affect the feel of the news in the event, it is due to the filtering process of a team of editors and their agenda setting with an emphasis on certain issues visible on the theme or news broadcast.

Abstract

The development of technology, information, and communication in Indonesia are growing rapidly accompanied by the development of creative content in the Internet. The emergence of social media has become one of the newly popular media among the society which are utilized as a main weapon for business. Twitter as one of the social media and microblogging platforms is used not only as a medium of communication but also used for promotion. Ika Natassa, a well-known novel writer, uses twitter as one of media promotion in publishing her latest novel titled Critical Eleven. The purpose of this research is to understand the promotional theme of @ikanatassa’s tweets and to understand the message that dominates in @ikanatassa’s tweets in the period of May-June 2015. The method used in this research is a qualitative content analysis with inductive approach and the unit analysis were 300 tweets that related to the promotional activities of Critical Eleven. The findings showed that the content found in @ikanatassa’s tweet are divided into six categories, namely, promotion, sharing personal information, suggestions and tips, behind the scene, contests, and sneak preview. Based on the meaning linked to these six categories, the main theme of @ikanatassa’s tweets is 1,111 #CriticalEleven for Pre-order on 1st July 2015. This theme reflects the character of Critical Eleven and its relevance to the needs of the readers. While, the message that dominates in @ikanatassa’s tweets reflected promotion as the category. The dominance of this category is affected by the coming date of Critical Eleven’s pre-order, the number of interactions between Ika Natassa with her followers, and repetition of tweets about basic information of Critical Eleven’s pre-order.
