Jurnal Auladuna merupakan jurnal pendidikan guru madrasah ibtidaiyah dikelola oleh Prodi PGMI Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Kegurua Institut Agama Islam Al-Falah As-sunniyyah Kencong. Jurnal Auladuna mencakup tentang pendidikan terutama dalam, kajian, aplikasi teori, hasil penelitian, dan pengajaran dalam bidang keilmuan ranah pendidikan dasar dalam program studi Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (PGMI) dan diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Jurnal ini terbit dua kali dalam setahun dan menjadi sarana bagi peneliti, akademisi, dan praktisi yang tertarik dengan kajian pendidikan dan pembelajaran dasar dan berkeinginan untuk menyalurkan pemikiran dan temuannya, terutama yang berkaitan dengan Kajian dalam bidang keilmuan di madrasah ibtidaiyah / sekolah dasar. Artikel yang dimuat adalah hasil penelitian, telaah ilmiah dan kritis atas isu penting dan terkini yang tercakup dalam pembidangan jurnal.

Abstract

The independent learning curriculum is one of the steps chosen by the government as the restoration of education in Indonesia after the Covid 19 polemic several years ago. As learning development and innovation, the independent learning curriculum offers learning concepts namely independent thinking, independent innovation, independent independent and creative learning. There are three main elements that characterize the independent learning curriculum as will be described in this paper. These three characteristics include; 1) Pancasila character, in its application in the form of project-based learning for the development of soft skills and characters according to the profile of Pancasila students 2) Competency-based, namely focusing on essential material so that there is sufficient time for in-depth learning of basic competencies such as literacy and numeracy. 3) Flexible Learning, meaning flexibility for teachers to carry out differentiated learning according to the abilities of students and make adjustments to the context and local content.

Abstract

The background of this research is that there are still many reading difficulties experienced by children with special needs with dyslexia. This happens because of the lack of more attention that teachers should give to dyslexic students, and also because there are several factors such as biological, cognitive, and problems in social relationships that cause children to experience dyslexia. The aims of this research are (1) to find out reading difficulties for dyslexic children at Pembina State SLB Palembang, (2) to find out the factors that influence reading difficulties for dyslexic children at Pembina State SLB Palembang, (3) to find out efforts teachers in overcoming reading difficulties for dyslexic children at Pembina Palembang State SLB. The type of this research is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study are as follows. (1) There are three dyslexic students at the school, namely student D, student S, and student R. The difficulty in reading for dyslexic children at the Pembina Palembang State Special School is that there are three dyslexic students at the school, namely student D, student S, and student R. Students D & S students have difficulty distinguishing letters and numbers (directional dyslexia), and can only read if they read one letter at a time to understand their meaning (Spelling Dyslexia). Meanwhile, student R has difficulty in spelling words into syllables (Phonological Dyslexia). (2) Factors that influence reading difficulties for dyslexic children at SLB Pembina Palembang are environmental factors, lack of motivation to practice, and lack of interest in learning. (3) The teacher's efforts in overcoming reading difficulties for dyslexic children at Pembina Palembang State Special School are using the letter recognition method, using the image method, and paying special attention, both through special learning after KBM and parental guidance and motivation at home.

Abstract

The Morning Conversation Program (MCP) was implemented by the English Student Community at Pondok Pesantren Al Bidayah Tegal Besar Kaliwates Jember to improve students' speaking skills. The program, conducted three times a week, aimed to teach vocabulary, flexibility in speaking due to frequent reading, and increase self-confidence among intermediate class students. The research focused on the implementation and impact of the MCP on students' speaking skills. The study used a descriptive research design with a qualitative approach, with interviews, observations, and documentation as research instruments. The results showed that the MCP positively impacted students' speaking skills, including mastering vocabulary, enhancing flexibility in speaking due to frequent reading, and increasing self-confidence.
