MANAZHIM
Manazhim Journal is an interdisciplinary publication of original research and writing on islamic education management. This journal was published by Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI) STIT Palapa Nusantara Lombok - NTB which was published twice in a year (biannualy), February and August with a minimum of 5 articles. The journal aims to provide a forum for scholarly understanding of the field of education and plays an important role in promoting the process that accumulated knowledge, values, and skills. Scientific manuscript dealing with Islamic education management science topics are particularly welcome to be submitted.

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of using a language games-based electronic program on developing the oral expressions of people with learning difficulties in the English language during the emerging Covid-19 pandemic. The study used the experimental approach and implemented the program on a sample of 84 students, who were distributed to an experimental group (42) and a control group (42). The instruments of the study consisted of the training program and a test for the evaluation of oral expressive performance. The study found the existence of significant differences between the experimental and control groups in the acquisition of oral expression after receiving the training program in favor of the experimental group.]]>

<![CDATA[Low student interest in learning affects student learning outcomes. Thus, stimulation is needed to increase student interest in learning so that it can improve student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the application of the Color-Coded Co-op Cards (CoCoCa) learning model in increasing students' interest in learning towards Islamic Education in MI Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Sumberkerang Gending Probolinggo and its supporting and inhibiting factors. This study uses a qualitative research approach. The type used in this research is a case study. The results of the study are based on data exposure and interview results, the Color-Coded Co-op Cards (CoCoCa) learning model is very suitable to be applied in MI Tarbiyatul Islamiyah Sumberkerang Gending Probolinggo the Color-Coded Co-op Cards (CoCoCa) cooperative learning model is able to create an atmosphere and learning conditions that are pleasant and not saturating. This is different from the findings in the observation results, when the teacher uses the lecture method, the majority of students feel boredom so that students passively participate in learning and even fall asleep in the classroom. However, when the teacher applies the Color-Coded Co-op Cards (CoCoCa) learning model, it is known that the percentage of student interest in learning increases by up to 85% to be more active in learning compared to other learning model.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out how the head of MADRASAH MI NW Lendang Ara made a policy in improving the professional competence of teachers. Policy is the fundamental basis for carrying out something with a specific purpose. This study uses qualitative, namely research conducted descriptively and analyze fe-nomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs and perspectives of each person or group, while the data collection in this study using observations and interviews. This research was conducted at MI NW Lendang Ara, Kec. Kopang Central Lombok. In improving the professional competence of teachers the head of madrasah MI NW Lendang ara makes policies to make teacher training such as holding seminars, supervision, multi-disciplinary training and giving awards for teachers who excel and give freedom to teachers in developing themselves to increase their potential.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out innovations in developing a pesantren-based school curriculum in increasing public confidence in SMP Islam Sumberranyar Paiton Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative approach, while the type of research used is a case study. The results of the study show that: innovations in developing pesantren-based school curriculum in increasing public trust are as follows; The innovation of developing a pesantren-based school curriculum in Islamic junior high schools has improved very well, from the development of the school curriculum trying to develop a pesantren curriculum by changing the learning system, the supporting factors for innovation in developing a pesantren-based school curriculum in Islamic junior high schools include the principal involving all relevant stakeholders, both administrators and administrators. The entire board of teachers, community leaders, guardians of students as well as support from boarding school caregivers, inhibiting factors for innovation in developing a pesantren-based school curriculum in Islamic junior high schools, the low awareness of teachers to develop learning tools, this hampers the innovation of developing a pesantren-based school curriculum which was developed together at Sumberanyar Islamic Middle School Paiton, while the positive impact of curriculum innovation developed at Islamic Junior High School can increase public confidence in Sumberanyar Islamic Junior High School Paiton Probolinggo]]>

<![CDATA[Theology is an effort to contextualize religious teachings, not just textualizing, to answer human problems, not only problems of faith, monotheism but also cultural problems, problems of daily life, where the problems faced by humans are never-ending. In the context of Islam, the word theology will be more precise and meaningful when it is associated with the word Islam, so that the understanding of theology in question is theology that breathes Islam. An understanding of educational theology, in fact requires the inclusion of the conception of education and or deriving the concept of education in and from the schools of mutakallimin thought. Education is an interaction, namely the process of giving and taking, between humans and the environment. It is a process by which humans develop and create the skills needed to change and improve human conditions and their environment, as well as the formation of attitudes that guide their efforts to rebuild their human and physical characteristics. Education in Islam is often interpreted as At. Tarbiyahi (Education), the meaning is very thick and related to ar-riyadhah (practice). The training in question includes physical and spiritual training. The purpose of Islamic education is the formation of students to become servants of Allah who are pious and responsible for carrying out worldly and ukhrawi work.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted to determine how the implementation of madrasa-based management and the results of this implementation in increasing the output/graduates of students at MA Mathlaul Anwar Kepuh Serang Banten. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research. Data were collected by means of interviews, field observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by reducing data from interviews, then presenting data and finally drawing conclusions as a form of answers to the background of the research problem. The implementation of madrasa-based management at MA Mathlaul Anwar Kepuh Serang Banten includes, curriculum management, student management, management of educators and education, management of facilities and infrastructure, financial management, and management of relations with the community running well from planning to evaluation. The implementation of madrasa-based management in increasing student output/graduates at MA Mathlaul Anwar Kepuh is generally carried out well, as evidenced by the presence of several students who can continue their education at public and private universities. There are even some students who can continue their studies with the tahfidz scholarship program abroad. Being able to improve students' non-academic achievements can be seen from the increasing achievements achieved by MA Mathlaul Anwar Kepuh even though they have not been able to improve academic achievement at MA Mathlaul Anwar seen from the lack of increase in UN scores from the previous year.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to know the influence of quality service toward the students’ satisfaction and loyalty at AMIKOM Yogyakarta University. Research method is Quantitative Associative. The research participants of this research were 454 students who were chosen by purposive sampling technique. This research used a questionnaire that contained 41 questions. The result of this research was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of smartPLS v.3.2.8 program. The result of the analysis process showed: (1) Quality service had a significant and positive effect on the students’ satisfaction with coefficient value of path analysis was 0.566. T statistic was 12.737 and the p-value was 0.000. Self Development Opportunity Dimension was the dimension which had the biggest influence toward the students’ satisfaction, and internationalization dimension has the smallest influence toward the students’ satisfaction, (2) Quality service had a significant and positive effect toward the students’ loyalty with coefficient value of path analysis was 0.242, T statistic was 4.834 and the p-value was 0.000. Self Development Opportunity Dimension was the dimension which had the biggest influence toward the students’ satisfaction, and internationalization dimension has the smallest influence toward the students’ satisfaction, (3) The students’ satisfaction had significant and positive effect toward the students’ loyalty with coefficient value of path analysis was 0.,516. T statistic was 10.919 and p-value was 0.000, (4) Students’ satisfaction is partial mediation of the influence of quality service toward the students’ loyalty with total effect value was 0,534.]]>

<![CDATA[One way to increase student saturation in the learning process is through cooperative methods in Civics subjects, the purpose of this research is to improve Civics learning about globalization in the realm of affective and cognitive competencies. This research is Classroom Action Research with a qualitative approach consisting of two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing or observing and reflecting. This research was conducted at MI Muhammadiyah I Sukodadi Lamongan in fourth grade students consisting of 13 male students and 12 female students using research methods in the form of tests, observations, interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that children's affective and cognitive abilities increased from cycle I to cycle II. This can be described as follows: Increasing the effectiveness of student learning outcomes in the use of cooperative methods in Civics learning increased from 70.66 to 79.00. Improved performance of students' attitudes and learning interest in the use of cooperative methods in Civics learning increased from 68.66 to 76.50. So it can be concluded that cooperative methods can improve students' affective and cognitive competencies.]]>

<![CDATA[The need for interactive and meaningful distance learning in English lessons is needed to improve students English skills including language skills and formative test-taking skills. This is done by the author through the use of interesting modules or for entertainment for students by utilizing narrative text material in the form of fables. The research method used is descriptive research on 32 students of class XI IPA 2 as a sample of research conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Taman. The results obtained in the form of observations of the achievement of English language skills including pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, fluency, understanding are included in the intermediate or intermediate category with an average score of 2, 05. In addition, the students' English skills were also seen from the learning outcomes test data where the percentage of success of students who scored above the KKM (75) was 87.5%, namely 28 students while those who scored below the KKM were 4 students. The conclusion of this study is the achievement of students' English skills after using the narrative text learning module in the form of fables is included in the medium or intermediate category/level 2+ and the percentage of success of formative tests above the KKM is 87.5%.]]>

The purpose of the e-module is so that students can continue to study independently according to their respective speeds and abilities. Research method using the Borg and Gall model with 8 systematic steps. The results of the study show that the e-module can be used properly according to expert validation and students input.]]>
