Abstract

The growth potential of the beauty product industry in Indonesia is considered very potential. The industry and trade of Indonesian beauty products is projected to increase by USD 7.5 billion with a growth of 6.5% annually for the next five years. The huge potential in the industrial business and trade in beauty products has caused many people to compete to enter this business. This of course will create intense competition among the beauty product business people. Business people are required to win in this business competition. One of the efforts that can be done is to maintain good relations with customers. Customer Relationship Management is a model that can be applied in maintaining customer relationships. The focus in this research is to design and design a model of customer relationship management in small-scale beauty products and retail businesses. Abstract

The motivation behind this review is to decide on the direct and indirect effects of financial distress by using profitability as an intervening variable. The sample used is 38 companies in the manufacturing sector on the IDX for the 2018-2020 periode. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The tool used for data analysis in this study is SmartPls version 3. The results of this study are profitability has a positive and significant effect on financial distress, profitability has a negative and insignificant effect on leverage, leverage has a negative and significant effect on financial distress, leverage can not mediate of profitability on financial distress.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of business risk, firm size, and sales growth on the capital structure of the property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The methodology used in this research is quantitative research with data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id). The analytical technique used is descriptive statistics using the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between business risk and firm size with capital structure. Meanwhile, sales growth has no significant effect on capital structure. Then simultaneously or together show that business risk, firm size, and sales growth have a significant effect on capital structure.

Abstract

Technical progress has a huge influence on a country's global competitiveness in the modern era. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not young entrepreneurs can be technologically self-sufficient in the digital age. The application of cutting-edge appropriate technology in company development, along with a well-established entrepreneurial spirit, will be able to maximize both the process and the outputs of the newly formed business unit. This is what technopreneurship is all about: a collaboration between the use of technology as a tool and the desire to work for yourself. This research seeks to explore the description of the business process (entrepreneur) using a technical basis from an educational viewpoint (technopreneurship). According to the abstract, this study will provide an overview of how entrepreneurs and small and medium businesses use technology. Teknopreneurship is the next step in the evolution of entrepreneurship. This study is expected to be a benchmark for the progress of the independence of young entrepreneurs. conceptual research that illustrates the importance of the independence of young entrepreneurs in introducing technopreneurship in the digital era by using secondary data from publications related to the research theme.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how perceived convenience and perceived benefits affect interest in using the J&T Express application. This study uses quantitative research with variables of perceived convenience, perceived benefits and interest in use. The population in this study are regular package delivery consumers at J&T Express Duren Jaya. The sample used in this study consisted of 120 respondents who were taken using accidental sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire, where each respondent was given 24 statements. The data is then analyzed using validity test techniques, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The effect of perceived ease of use on interest in use gets an interpretation value of 4.26 which means good; (2) The effect of perceived benefits on interest in use gets an interpretation value of 4.21 which means good; (3) The effect of perceived convenience and perceived benefits on interest in use is 60.3%, while 39.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The capital market is often used as a benchmark for a country's economy that influences the investment activities in macroeconomics which is reflected in some indicators like inflation rates, exchange rates, and the BI rate. This article aims to find out and analyze the influence of inflation, exchange rate, and the BI Rate on the Jakarta Composite Index. This study used a quantitative approach with the type of associative. The results of this study showed that there is no significant influence between the inflation towards the JCI, but there is an influence between the exchange rate and the BI Rate towards the JCI. Simultaneously these variables, like Inflation, Exchange Rate, and BI Rate have a positive and significant influence towards the JCI.

Abstract

This study aims to influence the effect of green marketing and brand image on customer loyalty of disposable gallon Le Minerale in Probolinggo City. This study uses quantitative methods with a sample of 100 respondents. Collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis using analysis of Validity and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test. Abstract

The development of cooperative business lines in Indonesia demands that cooperative management be carried out more professionally. Therefore, in order for each cooperative to survive or even grow and develop, cooperatives must pay close attention to the financial management of cooperatives. Every cooperative in running its business definitely needs capital. Cash is the wealth of cooperatives which is one of the elements of working capital that is very important in financing cooperative operations. Cash occupies a central position in an effort to maintain the smooth operation of cooperatives, so that the management function in planning and controlling the cash budget is necessary to ensure the survival of cooperatives.This study aims to determine the process of preparing the cash budget, analyzing the factors that cause the difference between the budget and the realization of the cash budget as well as planning and controlling the cash budget at the BMT As-Salam Demak Cooperative with the cash budget observation period in 2019 and 2020. In this study In this case, the researcher uses qualitative data analysis methods where the analysis is carried out using data in the amount that is poured to explain an explanation of the numbers then explained again in the form of a description with standard language.The results of the study found that cash flow as a planning and control tool in the BMT As-Salam Demak Cooperative was running well, the main factor causing the difference or difference between the budget and the realization of cash flow was in the realization of the previous year's budget, the BMT As-Salam Demak Cooperative. using the Bottom Up approach, namely budget planning is carried out by all parties in the organization, it would be even better if using the Mixture approach because to overcome the weaknesses in the Bottom Up approach.The development of cooperative business lines in Indonesia demands that cooperative management be carried out more professionally. Abstract

This study determines the role of financial planning in the Covid-19 era and the influence of financial literacy, financial knowledge, social demographics, and lifestyle during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this research is a conceptual paper with a literature review approach. The role of variables has a tremendous influence on financial planning where with this knowledge, it is possible to awaken individuals to behave well in financial matters. Covid-19 has a positive impact on financial planning because it can increase awareness of the importance of financial planning to make wise decisions and not behave consumptively. The better a person's behavior in managing his financial planning, the better his financial planning in the future.

Abstract

Quantitative method. A sample of 100 MSME actors using non-probability sampling technique and proportional stratification allocations were divided into 90 micro businesses, 9 small businesses and 1 medium business. The collection tool is in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis used SPSS 23 multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that financial literacy had a significant positive effect on financial performance, while locus of control had no effect on MSME financial performance. And simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between locus of control and financial literacy on the financial performance of MSMEs in Maesan District, Bondowoso.
