Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan menganalisis Pengaruh Inflasi, Harga Emas dan Kurs Rupiah Terhadap Interest rate Bulanan Bank Indonesia Sebelum serta Saat Pandemi Covid-19.Cara analisis data memakai Regresi Linier Berganda menggunakan program SPSS. Temuan riset menunjukkan jika sebelum pandemi covid-19 yaitu inflasi, Harga Emas dan Kurs Rupiah secara simultan berdampak signifikan Terhadap Interest rate Bulanan Bank Indonesia Sebelum Pandemi Covid-19. Inflasi, Harga Emas dan Kurs Rupiah secara parsial berdampak signifikan Terhadap Interest rate Bulanan Bank Indonesia Sebelum Pandemi Covid-19. Inflasi secara dominan berdampak signifikan Terhadap Interest rate Bulanan Bank Indonesia Sebelum Pandemi Covid-19. Ketika Pandemi covid-19 yaitu inflasi, Nilai Emas serta Kurs Rupiah secara simultan berdampak signifikan pada Interest rate Bulanan Bank Indonesia Saat Pandemi Covid-19. Inflasi dan Kurs Rupiah secara parsial berdampak signifikan pada Interest rate Bulanan Bank Indonesia Saat Pandemi Covid-19. Harga Emas tidak berdampak signifikan pada Interest rate Bulanan Bank Indonesia Saat Pandemi Covid-19. Inflasi secara dominan berpengaruh signifikan Terhadap Interest rate Bulanan Bank Indonesia Saat Pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apa saja dampak Covid 19 dan PSBB terhadap perkembangan pelayanan UMKM dan industri rumah tangga di Kecamatan Sitiung. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Responden yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 60 UMKM, bidang jasa sebanyak 24 UMKM dan industri rumah tangga sebanyak 36. Metode Analisis Data melalui Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji T, Uji F, Uji Determinasi ( R²). Berdasarkan nilai 1,831 lebih besar dari 1,67203 menunjukkan bahwa 1,831 > 1,67203 dengan taraf signifikan lebih kecil dari alpha (0,030<0,05), maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kemudian berdasarkan nilai 1,735 lebih besar dari 1,67203 menunjukkan bahwa 1,735 > 1,67203 dengan taraf signifikan lebih besar dari alpha (0,023 < 0,05), maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Disimpulkan secara parsial bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Covid 19 (X1) terhadap UMKM (Y). Secara parsial ada pengaruh namun tidak signifikan variabel PSBB (X2) terhadap UMKM. (Y). secara simultan/bersama-sama dapat memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Covid 19 dan PSBB terhadap Perkembangan UMKM di Kecamatan Sitiung

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan, risiko tang dirasakan, dan kelompok rujukan terhadap keputusan penggunaan financial technology (GoPay) di Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitan kuantitatif, Lokasi penelitian di Kabupaten Gresik dengan jumlah responden berjumlah 100 orang responden, mengunakan random sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear berganda melalui uji instrument, asumsi klasik, dan kemudian pembuktian hipotesis penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan penggunaan. Risiko yang dirasakan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan penggunaan. Kelompok rujukan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan penggunaan. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian membuktikan bahwa kesemua hipotesis dapat diterima (kemudahan penggunaan, risiko yang dirasakan terhadap keputusan penggunaan financial technology GoPay). Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan keputusan penggunaan financial technology (GoPay) di Kabupaten Gresik.

Abstract

In this digital age, marketers face new challenges and opportunities. Electronic media by marketers to promote products or services to the market is known as digital marketing. The primary goal of digital marketing is to attract customers and provide them with opportunities to interact with business owners or tourist attractions via digital media. The importance of digital marketing for marketers and consumers is the focus of this study. The impact of digital marketing and promotional strategies on increasing visitor interest was investigated. The effectiveness of digital marketing and its impact on increasing visitor interest were discussed in this study. The sample examined consisted of 150 respondents who were chosen at random to demonstrate the effectiveness of digital marketing. The information gathered was analyzed using a variety of statistical tools and techniques..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product, price, business location, promotion on consumer visiting decisions. This research uses multiple regression analysis method. The sample of this research is 100 people. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling technique. The results showed that partially product, price, business location and promotion had a significant effect on visiting decisions. This is because Ampera 2 Tak Veteran Bintaro Restaurant displays attractive, clean and tidy Sundanese food products at affordable prices and strategic business locations and promotions carried out by consumers through Instagram or Facebook. In this research, it is hoped that Ampera 2 Tak Veteran Bintaro Restaurant can maintain and increase consumer interest in visiting Sundanese restaurants

Abstract

Government policy can be implemented if it has valid data which explain the business field, address, owner's name and other data. The availability of valid and updated data will greatly assist the government in preparing an improvement program for the industrial sector.Based on the results of the calculation of the r test (correlation test), the variable area of land potential for industrial areas and the variable distance to the harbor and the center of city obtained a value of r count 0.487 <r table 0.95 and r count 0.914 <r table 0.95. Based on the results of the calculation of the t test (significance test), the variable area of land potential in the industrial area and the variable distance to the harbor and center of city obtained a value of t count 0.788 <t table 4.303 and t count 3.177 <t table 4.303.It is concluded that there is a positive correlation between the area of land potential and the distance between industrial estates to the harbor and center of city with industrial estate policies..

Abstract

This study aims to identify how is the relationship between leadership style and employee productivity of the HRD PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper, Cikande, Serang, Banten.The research model used in this research is quantitative and descriptive. The data collection methods used include observation, questionnaires, and literature review according to research objectives. This study uses a sample of 49 employees of PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper, Cikande, Serang, Banten using the saturated sample technique.from test results, it is known that the value of linear regression test for Leadership Style data on productivity data is obtained by a correlation coefficient of 0.548, it means that there is an influence between Leadership Styles on employee productivity. While the coefficient of determination of 0.300 which means the magnitude of the leading style is able to influence productivity as much as 30% while 70% is influenced by other factors not examined. Regression testing gets the regression results with the equation = 17.704 + 0.599X. The result of t-test is more than t-table (4.492>1.685) and the significance scale is 0.05, then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. From the significance test, it is proved that there is a positive relationship between the leadership style on employee work productivity

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect Of Organizational Commitment And Compensation On Employee Turn Over Intention. This study uses a quantitative approach. The object under study is an employee who works at the office of PT Infomedia Nusantara. The data in this study were obtained by survey methods and research instruments in the form of a questionnaire. The research sample was 120 people who were selected by the census sampling method. Data were analyzed by multiple regression method using SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and compensation influence the Turnover Intention of PT Infomedia Nusantara.

Abstract

Consumer decision making on online travel products through online applications continues to increase until now which is based on consumer trust and the risks taken, consumer satisfaction is also a major factor in making repurchase decisions in the future. This study aims to analyze travel relate behavior, online reviews, personal traits, perceived risk, online satisfaction, trust, product quality, how to influence purchase intention in people in Indonesia. In this study, an online survey was conducted to 410 respondents and the results showed that, online review, perceived risk, trust, product quality had a significant effect on purchase intention. On the other hand, travel relate behavior, personal traits, and online satisfaction have no significant effect on purchase intention.Keywords – Travel Relate Behaviour, Online Review, Personal Traits, Perceived Risk, Online Satisfaction, Trust, Product quality, Purchase intention.

Abstract

Credit agreement is an agreement between the recipient and the lender that contains provisions regarding the amount and method of repaying the loan, the purpose of using the credit, the term of the credit, the type and increase of credit guarantees, the method of withdrawing credit, interest rates and so on. Credit is the provision of money or bills that can be equal with it, based on loan agreement or agreement to pay off debts after a certain period of time with the provision of interest, rewards, or profit sharing. In the process of implementing credit there must be a variety of problems that occur, so the bank needs insurance services to protect and reduce problems that occur. The formulation of the issues to be discussed is how the business criteria can be guaranteed by credit insurance companies, whether the advantages and disadvantages of using credit insurance, and whether the role of credit insurance in overcoming bad credit. Research methods conducted using qualitative research methods, namely by collecting data collection sourced from secondary and tertiary primary data that processes funds and cannot be separated from various interpretations known as juridical empirical science with data collection techniques through interviews or research to complete the data-other data . From the results of the study found things that occur such as business criteria that can be guaranteed by credit insurance companies, and whether theadvantages and drawbacks of credit insurance and the role of credit insurancein dealing with bad loans are closely related to the benefits of purpose and function, these three words are representative of the word role which means that the thing applies or acts as the main actor .
