Abstract

Human resources are the drivers of activities within the company. Every organization needs to pay attention to the management of human resources both competence, the process of placing employees which will later increase productivity in achieving the goals expected by the company. In 2021 the central government implemented a policy related to a major overhaul of the structural position changes of echelons III and IV in government agencies. The policy is implemented nationally so that the Pamekasan Regency government is also obliged to equalize structural positions to functional positions.The research method used is quantitative. The sample of this study amounted to 73 echelon IV civil servants who were appointed from structural positions into functional positions. The analysis used is multiple linear analysis. The purpose of this study is to determine whether competence and placement affect the performance of civil servants in Pamekasan Regency. The results showed that partially competence had a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants in Pamekasan Regency, placement did not have an effect and was significant but had a positive value on the performance of civil servants in Pamekasan Regency. However, simultaneously competence and placement have a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants in Pamekasan Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Instagram social media on customer loyalty at Laidback Blues Record Store. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with simple regression analysis method. The population in this study were followers of the Instagram account @laidbackbluesrecordstore during 2021, which opened 150 people, while the sample consisted of 60 using the slovin formula. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling. Questionnaire data collection techniques using google form. The results showed that Instagram social media had a significant effect on customer loyalty at Laidback Blues Record Store. This is because the Laidback Blues Record Store social media is always active in observing so that interaction with consumers is maintained and consumers actively comment on, make complaints, about products, provide suggestions, or activities that are being carried out. Laidback Blues Record Store is advised to improve the presentation of the latest information regarding product promotions that can be carried out actively

Abstract

Kami ingin menyampaikan artikel penelitian orisinal berjudul “Analysis Of The Factors That Influence The Interest In Using E-Money On The Linkaja Application During The Covid 19 Pandemic (Case Study At The Business Unit Of The University Of Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang)” untuk dipertimbangkan oleh JPIM: Jurnal Penelitian Ilmu Manajemen. Kami mengonfirmasi bahwa karya ini asli dan belum dipublikasikan di tempat lain, juga tidak sedang dipertimbangkan untuk publikasi di tempat lain.Dalam tulisan ini, kami laporkan bahwa hasil pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor Ekspektasi Bisnis, Kepercayaan, Pengaruh Sosial, dan Fitur Layanan terhadap minat menggunakan uang elektronik berbasis e-money (LINKAJA). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan Ekspektasi Bisnis, Kepercayaan, Pengaruh Sosial, dan Fitur Layanan terhadap minat menggunakan uang elektronik berbasis e-money (LINKAJA).

Abstract

This research was conducted in July 2022 at the Pagerwojo Village Hall Office, Kec. Limbangan, Kab. Kendal. Currentl, the constraint in village finance is the unbalanced APBDes between revenue and expenditure. In the future period it must be carried out efficiently and effectively in accordance with what was previously planned. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the budget at the Pagerwojo Village Hall Office, Kec . Limbangan, Kab. Kendal can be said to efficient and to know the performance of this financial performance.The research method in this research report the author uses several research methods including the observation method where the author here makes general observations of operational activities carried out at the office, then uses the interview method, namely the method where this interview is conducted by the author to dig up more information. In office habits regarding operational steps in the office, for the author provides various accurate evidence and documents originating from the source of the research place.

Abstract

This study aims to examine influence of Challenge Stressors and Job Demand on Creativity mediated by Job Burnout. This research was conducted quantitatively with 135 respondents consisting of online transportation drivers from Go-Jek, Grab, Shopee-Food, Maxim spread across Palembang, Bekasi, Madiun, Pontianak, and Yogyakarta. Sampling using analysis using purposive sampling method. This research was conducted using the SPSS version 25 application to address multiple regression analysis. The data analysis method use SOBEL technique to test the mediating. Results indicate that Challenge Stressors and Job Demand have positive and significant effect on Creativity and Job Burnout. In addition, Job Burnout influences negative and significant toward Creativity. Finally, Job Burnout mediates Challenge Stressors and Job Demand on the relationship of both variables toward Creativity.

Abstract

Penerbitan saham perusahaan akan menarik investor untuk menanamkan modalnya. Sebagai pemilik modal, investor mengharapkan pertumbuhan laba setiap periode, tetapi laba perusahaan tidak dapat dipastikan, yaitu kadang naik dan kadang turun, sehingga diperlukan analisis yang mendalam mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan laba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Modal Kerja terhadap Total Aktiva, Debt to Equity Ratio, Perputaran Piutang dan Perputaran Persediaan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba pada Industri Makanan dan Minuman di BEI Tahun 2017-2019. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan metode dokumentasi berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan dan dianalisis menggunakan program IBM SPSS 22. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh industri makanan dan minuman yang ada di BEI tahun 2017-2019 yang berjumlah 34 perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 23 industri makanan dan minuman yang diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Modal Kerja terhadap Total Aktiva tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba (2) Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba (3) Perputaran Piutang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba (4) Persediaan Perputaran tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba (5) Modal Kerja terhadap Total Aktiva, Debt to Equity Ratio, Perputaran Piutang dan Perputaran Persediaan secara simultan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of student perceptions and promotion mix on the decision of Trisakti Tourism Institute students to choose the Housekeeping Department. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with multiple regression analysis methods. The population in this study were all students of the Trisakti Tourism Institute. While the sample in the study amounted to 133 respondents using the accidental sampling technique distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1 to 5. Based on the results of the discussion above, it can be concluded that students' perceptions of the housekeeping departments are good with an average score of 3.73. This is of particular concern to the lecturers to maintain the quality of the teaching and learning process, especially so that students are more interested in working in the household world. Showing that advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, and public relations have a significant effect on the decision to choose a major in college

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of organizational culture and work dicipline on lecturers performace in University of Dharmas Indonesia (UNDHARI). Survey and questionaires was used to collect data study from 82 respondents as sample study. Simple linier regression test was used as data analysis, and coefficient determination test (R2) and partial test (t-test) conducted to test the hyphotesis, with SPSS.20 as a tool in data processing. The result showed there is a positive and significant effect of organizational culture (X1) on lecturers performace (Y), and also there is a positive and significant effect of work dicipline (X2) on lecturers performance (Y). The result also showed both organizational culture and work dicipline simultaneouly effect lecturers performance in University of Dharmas Indonesia (UNDHARI). This was proven by the significant value 0,000 ( under 0,05). Value of coefficien determination (R2) in linier regression was 72,6 percent. Value of coefficient determination indicates that changes in Y variable (performace) explained by organizational culture (X1) and work dicipline (X2), as the rest explained by other variables
