Abstract

The research objective is to analyze the impact of service quality on brand awareness, the influence of service quality on brand image, the effect of service quality on purchase decisions, the influence of brand awareness on decisions, and the influence of brand image on purchase decisions. The technical data analysis employed in this study is Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The research findings reveal that service quality has a positive impact on brand awareness, service quality positively influences brand image, service quality positively affects purchase decisions, brand awareness positively affects purchase decisions, and brand image has a positive impact on purchase decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of eco-innovation on the business performance of Batik MSMEs in Giriloyo Village, Yogyakarta. Eco-innovation refers to business practices that focus on environmentally friendly product and process innovation. The issues of global warming, climate change, pollution and waste problems not only pose threats to human life, but also have an impact on business activities. In an era of increasingly intense economic competition, entrepreneurs are required to improve their business performance. According to experts, entrepreneurship as part of the ecological system has an important role in overcoming environmental problems through sustainable transformation of products and processes. The contribution of environmentally friendly products and processes provides not only economic value, but also significant environmental benefits. This encourages entrepreneurs to improve their innovation capabilities in facing social and environmental challenges. In this context, this research aims to improve the business performance of Batik MSMEs in Giriloyo Village, Yogyakarta. The survey was conducted on 36 Batik MSMEs in Giriloyo Village as the research population. By using simple linear regression analysis, the research results show that eco innovation has a positive and significant effect on the business performance of Batik MSMEs. The level of eco innovation in Batik MSMEs in Giriloyo Village is relatively good Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the higher the level of eco innovation implemented, the higher the business performance of Batik MSMEs in Giriloyo Village. The implication is that entrepreneurs need to consider eco innovation as an important strategy in improving their business performance. Steps to implement eco innovation, such as developing environmentally friendly products and sustainable production processes, can provide long-term economic benefits and also maintain environmental sustainability. To optimize the results of this research, it is recommended that Batik MSME entrepreneurs in Giriloyo Village continue to increase awareness of its importance. eco innovation and implement it actively. The government can also provide support in the form of policies and incentives to encourage entrepreneurs to implement sustainable business practices. In this way, Batik MSMEs in Giriloyo Village can gain a sustainable competitive advantage and contribute to environmentally friendly economic development.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the influence of product quality, promotion and product variety on purchasing decisions for PT Macroprima Pangutama (Cimory Group) Kanzler products, a study at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, using primary data with a proportional sampling method, thus containing 119 respondents. This research uses SPSS version 25. The research uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the research show that there is a simultaneous influence on the variables Product Quality, Promotion and Product Variety which influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to measure and test the influence of brand image and celebrity endorsers on purchase intention. The research method uses a quantitative approach.The samples used were 120 samples taken using accidental sampling technique. Data collected through distributing online questionnaires to UIN Malang students. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 16.0 statistical software. The research results show that brand image has a partial effect on purchase intention, celebrity endorsers have a partial effect on purchase intention and brand image and celebrity endorsers together have a significant effect on purchase intention for Somethinc skincare products at the State Islamic University of Malang.

Abstract

This research aims to see the comparison of credit and operational risks of PT. Indonesian Sharia Bank nationally. The variables used in this research are credit risk (X1), operational risk (X2), and PT. Indonesian Sharia Bank (Y). This research method uses a mix method. The data sources used in this research are secondary data originating from the Financial Services Authority website and other supporting data from various print and electronic media related to this research. Data analysis used the Paired T-Test using SPSS 27.0.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of describing purchasing decisions (Y) made by consumers which are influenced by the variables brand image (X1), brand trust (X2) and brand experience (X3) at the Janji Jiwa Coffee Shop in Malang City. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method, by determining the consumers of the Janji Jiwa Coffee Shop in Malang City as the research population based on the phenomena that occur. Based on the predetermined population, 105 respondents were taken with the sampling technique used to determine sample characteristics using a purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, data analysis efforts use multiple linear regression analysis methods. Based on the research that has been conducted, it was found that purchasing decisions at the Janji Jiwa Coffee Shop in Malang City are partially or simultaneously influenced by brand image, brand trust and brand experience. The more competitive the brand image is with competitors and is in line with the quality offered and is able to maintain the trust and experience of a brand, the more product purchases will occur at the Janji Jiwa Coffee Shop in Malang City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of government budget for education consisting of regional funds and regional transfers on the quality of basic education in Indonesia as measured by the Education Quality Mapping (EQM) score. This study uses a cross-section regression method for 392 districts/cities in Indonesia. Based on the results, for both primary and junior secondary schools, local funds are statistically insignificant in influencing the PMP score. However, regional transfers significantly and positively affect the PMP score. Although not affecting the total PMP score for primary schools, regional funds significantly affect the PMP score through the standard of educators and education personnel (PTK); standard of facilities and infrastructure (sarpras); and standard of financing. As for junior secondary schools, regional funds affect the PMP score through the PTK standard. In addition, for regional transfers, at the primary level, regional transfers affect the PMP score through PTK standards, sarpras standards, management standards, financing standards, content standards and graduate competency standards (SKL). Meanwhile, at the junior high school level, regional transfers affect PMP scores through PTK standards, management standards, financing standards, assessment standards, content standards and SKL standards.

Abstract

Firm Value is a form of corporate achievement that is seen from the perspective of some parties such as investors who associate the value of a company from its stock price. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of liquidity on firm value, profitability on firm value, Dividend policy moderates the effect of liquidity on firm value and Dividend policy moderates the effect of profitability on the value of real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this study is the financial statements of real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, totaling 61 companies. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique so that a sample of 11 companies was obtained. Analysis of the data used in this study is using descriptive statistics and moderation regression analysis with data processing through SPSS software. The results of the study show that Liquidity (CR) can make a positive contribution to the company value (PBV) of real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability (ROA) can make a positive contribution to the company value (PBV) of real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The dividend policy (DPR) is able to moderate the liquidity (CR) of the company value (PBV) of real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The dividend policy (DPR) is able to moderate the profitability (ROA) of the company value (PBV) of real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The importance of culture and work experience in a company will support employee achievements in terms of careers. This research aims to determine the influence of work culture and work experience on employee performance. The population in the study were all CV employees. Medan Union. The sampling technique used saturated samples, with a total sample of 34 people. This type of research is quantitative research which aims to determine the degree of relationship and pattern or form of influence between two or more variables, where with this research a theory will be built which functions to explain, predict and control a phenomenon. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and multiple linear regression with partial hypothesis testing. The results show that work culture and work experience influence employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of raw material, labor and distribution variables on the income of Amplang Bintang Crackers MSMEs located in Sumenep Regency. This research applies quantitative methods and uses secondary data with multiple regression analysis. Data was collected through financial records of the Amplang Bintang Sumenep Crackers business for the 2021-2023 period, supported by interview techniques. The sample from the study consisted of 36 people obtained from monthly data for 3 years. The research findings show that there is a significant influence of raw materials on income, while labor also has a significant influence on income, distribution also has a significant influence on income, and simultaneously the variables raw materials, labor and distribution have a positive influence and significant impact on the income of Amplang Bintang Crackers Sumenep MSMEs.
