RISTEK adalah majalah artikel ilmiah yang terbit dua kali dalam satu tahun. Hasil kerjasama antara Bappelitbang Kabupaten Batang dengan DRD Kabupaten Batang. Isi majalah ilmiah RISTEK bersifat umum yang secara garis besar berisi hasil kajian tentang berbagai potensi dan masalah krusial dibidang sosial, ekonomi, pariwisata, hukum, pendidikan, dan teknologi yang ada di Kabupaten Batang. Hasil kajian yang di muat di jurnal "RISTEK" diharapkan: (1) menjadi sumber informasi/dasar pengambilan kebijakan bagi Pemda Kabupaten Batang; (2) sebagai sarana menyalurkan informasi bagi masyarakat yang ingin memberikan sumbang pikiran dan ide dalam memajukan Kabupeten Batang; dan (3) sebagai sumber informasi bagi masyarakat luas untuk kepentingan lokal/regional/nasional.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah membangun pemahaman konsep siswa dengan mengartikan istilah-istilah penting. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu deskripsi, reduksi, dan seleksi. Pada tahap deskripsi, dilakukan pencatatan materi esensial pada pembelajaran IPA. Pada tahap reduksi, dilakukan pemilihan fokus penelitian, yaitu IPA sebagai kumpulan konsep. Pada tahap seleksi, fokus penelitian diuraikan menjadi lebih terperinci, yaitu membangun pemahaman konsep awal siswa dengan mengartikan istilah-istilah penting. Responden penelitian adalah siswa SMP Negeri 2 Subah, Kabupaten Batang, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Validasi dilakukan secara sirkuler, berulang-ulang dengan berbagai cara dan berbagai sumber. Kesimpulan pada tahap deskripsi, reduksi, dan seleksi, diolah dari data yang diperoleh melalui proses berpikir, bertanya, analisis, kesimpulan, dan pencandraan. Rata-rata pada setiap pokok bahasan terdapat puluhan konsep. Cara membangun pemahaman konsep adalah siswa ditugaskan untuk mencari istilah-istilah penting pada setiap pokok bahasan dan mengartikannya dengan kalimat sendiri secara singkat dan jelas. Hasilnya adalah siswa terbangun konsep awal sebelum guru menjelaskan dan hasil belajar yang didapat mempermudah proses pembelajaran selanjutnya.

Abstract

Economic growth and inflation are continuous. Economic growth followed by inflation has the same curve; if economic growth rises, inflation will rise, and vice versa. This study aims to determine how the relationship and how much influence economic growth and inflation have on unemployment and poverty in Batang Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research by using open and reactive observation methods to collect secondary data from relevant sources from observable people and actors, both in writing and orally. This research also uses data sources from the Batang Regency Statistics Agency. The results show that economic growth and inflation have positive and negative influences. Unemployment has a significant influence on the poverty rate.Keywords: Economic Growth, Inflation, Unemployment, Poverty

Abstract

UGM Cocoa Teaching and Learning Industry (CTLI) is a factory owned by UGM that focuses on processing cocoa beans, located in Batang Regency, Central Java. Apart from that, CTLI also has a role as a research and innovation institution with the aim of finding new knowledge and technological breakthroughs in the cocoa industry. In processing cocoa beans, CTLI uses high-tech machines so that the data on the machine can be recorded. At its inception, CTLI subscribed to the Mindsphere service from Siemens to collect and manage data so that data could be stored properly in the factory database. But currently, CTLI has stopped the Mindsphere subscription so that production data cannot be saved into the database. In order to overcome this problem, the OPC UA communication protocol was used to obtain data from the factory system and forward the data using Node-RED which was then stored in the factory database. This database is local and stored on the CTLI PC so that accessing it remotely can be done using Anydesk. Data that has been stored in the database can be used to develop and optimize CTLI operations in the future.

Abstract

The cost of tofu has continued to increase due to COVID-19, marked by a spike in soybean prices reaching IDR 13,500/kg. This can cause a decrease in the quality of the tofu produced. In addition, tofu waste is also a factor in environmental pollution. The purpose of this study is to provide a perspective on the application of Islamic business ethics in the tofu industry using a descriptive qualitative approach method based on primary and secondary data sources obtained from interviews, observations, documentation, and intuitive subjects. In this study, it was found that there are ways to apply Islamic business ethics both in production and waste processing as an alternative to reducing pollution in the surrounding environment. This contributes to driving the local economy in Batang Regency, especially in Siwatu Village.

Abstract

The Six Thinking Hats model looks at one topic from multiple perspectives. The purpose of the research is to reflect on science learning with the Six Thinking Hats model. The research was conducted using descriptive method. Conducting a critical analysis of the learning process in the 2021/2022 to 2023/2024 school years. Reflection on learning in the 2021/2022 academic year: 1) Fact: face-to-face learning is limited, 2) Feelings: thinking more to prepare a limited face-to-face learning strategy, 3) Positive things: being able to meet face-to-face with students, 4) Obstacles: making learning scenarios to achieve student competencies, 5) Ideas that arise: Implementing a flipped classroom approach, applying the principle of alam takambang jadi guru, 6) Conclusion: learning time and place are more flexible, student competencies are achieved. Reflection on learning for the 2022/2023 academic year: 1) Fact: first year of IKM, 2) Feelings: adapting to curriculum changes, 3) Positive things: students can explore and express their learning interests, Pancasila learner profile grows, 4) Obstacles: identifying students' learning styles, 5) Ideas: implementing differentiated learning with multiple strategies, 6) Conclusion: students learn according to their learning styles. Reflection on learning in the 2023/2024 academic year:1) Fact: second year of IKM, 2) Feelings: freedom to design learning, 3) Positive things: adaptive and flexible learning process, 4) Obstacles: encouraging students' active participation, 5) Ideas: creating activity-based learning, 6) Conclusion: learning activities have increased. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the challenges of sustainable waste management in Batang Regency. The challenges of waste management in Batang Regency are a serious issue that must be resolved. This is because the increasing volume of waste every year is not balanced by good management. This situation is reinforced by the availability of limited infrastructure and also the low cultural conditions of the community. Therefore, in the midst of the waste problem, it is important to see the challenges faced by the Batang Regency Government in handling waste management when the Randukuning TPA is overloaded. This study uses a literature review, where researchers use secondary data to answer the problem formulation. The data were collected and selected from various media, writings, journals, or other secondary sources and analyzed using the Milles and Hubberman qualitative analysis method. The results of the study indicate that the challenges of waste management in Batang Regency still cannot get an ideal solution. This is considering the various limitations and lack of supporting suggestions so that waste to this day has not been fully resolved with a long-term solution. In addition, the strategy played by the Batang Regency Government is still not focused on education and the formation of community behavior patterns in managing household waste independently. These challenges are becoming increasingly complex, requiring other alternatives in waste management in Batang Regency Government.

Abstract

Pepaya california merupakan jenis tanaman hortikultura yang populer dan banyak dibudidayakan di Indonesia, karena memiliki karakteristik buah yang besar, berat dan tahan lama. Namun, pepaya california rentan terhadap berbagai penyakit. Para petani sering kali mengandalkan pengetahuan dasar dalam mengidentifikasi penyakit, yang dapat menyebabkan kesalahan diagnosa, oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu sistem pakar yang dapat mendiagnosa penyakit pada tanaman pepaya california. Sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode forward chaining dan certainty factor sebagai pendekatan utamanya. Forward Chaining digunakan untuk menelusuri gejala yang dipilih oleh user lalu mencocokannya dengan rule base. Langkah berikutnya adalah menerapkan metode certainty factor guna mengukur persentase kepercayaan terhadap hasil dari proses diagnosa, dengan menggabungkan nilai keyakinan dari user dan juga dari pakar.

Abstract

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) is the 6th module of 10 modules studied in the education of driving teachers. The purpose of the study was to share SEL experiences. The study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. Data sources were SEL modules, independent assignments, group assignments, and reflection journals. Data were collected by reviewing modules, exploring the Learning Management System, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using triangulation techniques. Learning activities used the flow: starting from oneself, concept exploration, collaboration space, contextual meaning, elaboration of understanding, connections between materials, and real action. Starting from oneself, reflection of one's own experience in facing personal crises, the ability to build positive relationships with others and its influence on learning. Concept exploration, exploration of the importance of SEL, the CASEL framework, and implementation of SEL. Collaboration space, discussing and developing social and emotional competence empowerment program initiatives in schools. Contextual demonstration, demonstrating SEL in learning scenarios. Elaboration of understanding, elaborating understanding of SEL based on full awareness through independent learning and mutual cooperation. Connections between materials, making conclusions and connections between SEL with previous modules. Real action, sharing understanding of SEL implementation. Abstract

Coaching for Academic Supervision is the 7th module of 10 modules studied in the education of driving teachers. The purpose of the study is to share coaching experiences for academic supervision. The study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. Data sources were coaching modules for academic supervision, independent assignments, group assignments, and reflection journals. Data were collected by reviewing modules, exploring the Learning Management System, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using triangulation techniques. Learning activities used the flow: starting from oneself, concept exploration, collaboration space, contextual demonstration, elaboration of understanding, connections between materials, and real action. Starting from oneself, reflecting on experiences and feelings when being supervised. Exploration of concepts thinking paradigms and coaching principles, core coaching competencies and TIRTA as the flow of coaching conversations. Collaboration space, practicing coaching conversations with the TIRTA flow. Contextual demonstration, practicing coaching to help develop coachee competencies. Elaboration of understanding, questions and answers and coaching discussions in the realm of academic supervision. Connections between materials, concluding and making reflections. Abstract

Modul "Pemimpin dalam Pengelolaan Sumber Daya" merupakan modul ke-9 dari 10 modul dalam Program Pendidikan Guru Penggerak. Penelitian ini bertujuan membagikan pengalaman pembelajaran dari modul tersebut dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data berasal dari modul, tugas mandiri, tugas kelompok, dan jurnal refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui telaah modul, eksplorasi Learning Management System, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Pembelajaran mengikuti alur "MERDEKA" yang terdiri atas: Mulai dari Diri, Eksplorasi Konsep, Ruang Kolaborasi, Demonstrasi Kontekstual, Elaborasi Pemahaman, Koneksi Antar Materi, dan Aksi Nyata. Pada tahap Mulai dari Diri, dilakukan refleksi terhadap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi ekosistem sekolah dan peran pemimpin. Eksplorasi Konsep mencakup pendekatan berbasis aset dan kekurangan, pemetaan sumber daya dengan pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), serta strategi pengelolaan sumber daya. Di Ruang Kolaborasi, peserta mengidentifikasi dan mempresentasikan pemanfaatan sumber daya secara efektif. Demonstrasi Kontekstual melibatkan analisis visi dan inisiatif perubahan serta refleksi peran pemimpin. Elaborasi Pemahaman dilakukan melalui diskusi dan tanya jawab. Koneksi Antar Materi menghasilkan kesimpulan, dan Aksi Nyata berupa praktik langsung identifikasi sumber daya di sekolah. Berdasarkan pengalaman pembelajaran ini, direkomendasikan agar: (1) implementasi pendekatan ABCD diperluas ke seluruh program guru penggerak untuk optimalisasi pemanfaatan sumber daya sekolah, dan (2) alur pembelajaran "MERDEKA" dapat diadaptasi dalam pengembangan modul-modul lainnya karena terbukti efektif dalam membangun pemahaman holistik
