RISTEK adalah majalah artikel ilmiah yang terbit dua kali dalam satu tahun. Hasil kerjasama antara Bappelitbang Kabupaten Batang dengan DRD Kabupaten Batang. Isi majalah ilmiah RISTEK bersifat umum yang secara garis besar berisi hasil kajian tentang berbagai potensi dan masalah krusial dibidang sosial, ekonomi, pariwisata, hukum, pendidikan, dan teknologi yang ada di Kabupaten Batang. Hasil kajian yang di muat di jurnal "RISTEK" diharapkan: (1) menjadi sumber informasi/dasar pengambilan kebijakan bagi Pemda Kabupaten Batang; (2) sebagai sarana menyalurkan informasi bagi masyarakat yang ingin memberikan sumbang pikiran dan ide dalam memajukan Kabupeten Batang; dan (3) sebagai sumber informasi bagi masyarakat luas untuk kepentingan lokal/regional/nasional.

Abstract

Proses klasifikasi kualitas tidur masyarakat saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga membutuhkan waktu dan tenaga yang tidak sedikit. Permasalahan ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya sistem otomatisasi dalam mengolah data tidur serta memberikan rekomendasi yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem berbasis website yang mampu mengklasifikasikan kondisi tidur pengguna berdasarkan data gaya hidup yang diinputkan, serta memberikan rekomendasi penanganan yang sesuai. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengembangan perangkat lunak berbasis model Waterfall dengan algoritma Logistic Regression untuk klasifikasi. Dataset yang digunakan bersumber dari Sleep Health and Lifestyle di Kaggle, dengan atribut gaya hidup seperti usia, durasi tidur, tingkat stres, dan aktivitas fisik. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa model klasifikasi yang dikembangkan memiliki akurasi sebesar 77%. Sistem ini mampu memberikan prediksi kategori tidur seperti Sehat, Insomnia, dan Sleep Apnea, serta rekomendasi penanganan berbasis hasil klasifikasi. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan proses pengklasifikasian tidur menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien, serta dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kualitas tidur mereka

Abstract

Program management that has a positive impact on students is the 10th module of 10 modules studied in the education of teacher movers. The purpose of the study is to share learning experiences of program management that has a positive impact on students. The study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. Data sources include program management modules that have a positive impact on students, independent assignments, group assignments, and reflection journals. Data were collected by reviewing modules, exploring the Learning Management System, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using triangulation techniques. Learning activities use the flow: starting from oneself, concept exploration, collaboration space, contextual meaning, elaboration of understanding, connections between materials, and real action. Starting from oneself, reflecting on their past learning experiences. Concept exploration, through reading, discussion, and reflection activities, and constructing understanding. Collaboration space, creating and presenting examples of programs that promote student leadership. Contextual demonstration, creating a program plan that utilizes the BAGJA change management model. Elaboration of understanding, discussion and Q&A with instructors related to learning programs that foster student leadership. Connections between materials, creating a synthesis of understanding about school programs that have an impact on students. Abstract

The excessive use of digital devices among children has triggered various psychosocial problems, ranging from digital addiction to behavioral deviations such as exposure to inappropriate content. The lack of digital literacy among parents and teachers exacerbates this situation, thereby requiring a contextualized innovation to address these challenges. This study aims to develop Batang Cerdas Digital, a digital literacy companion platform designed for parents and teachers to monitor and guide children's use of gadgets. The research applies a modified Research and Development (R&D) approach based on Borg and Gall’s model, focusing on five stages: needs analysis, initial product design, expert validation, product revision, and early dissemination. Data were collected through field observations, informal interviews, and community service activities involving parents and teachers in Batang Regency. The result of this study is a web-based application prototype featuring eight core functions, including screen time monitoring, content filtering, break reminders, digital agreement tools, and online consultations with professionals. This innovation is considered theoretically and practically effective, as it is developed based on real community needs, user participation, and supported by recent scholarly literature on digital literacy and child development. The application is expected to serve as a model for digital intervention to prevent behavioral disorders among children due to uncontrolled technology use.
