Abstract

The selection of PAR chairpersons at the Sanggeng Zion CongregationalBible Christian Church is still relatively manual, for this reason this studyaims to create a decision-making system for selecting PAR chairpersons basedon existing criteria. This study uses the WEIGHTED PRODUCT method withstages, namely each criterion is ranked based on the level of importance. Thengiven a weight so that the normalized value can be calculated. In order toevaluate the expected alternatives, single attribute utilities are calculated sothat the resulting output is a decision support system in the form of a rankingwith the order of the greatest value. This application is designed using the PHPand MySQL programming languages. The results obtained from this studywere Sister Thersia Makabori becoming Chair of the PAR with the highestscore of 0.24 to be recommended as Chair of the PAR at GKI Sion SanggengManokwari based on the criteria that met the highest score.

Abstract

The main air transportation hub for the city of Manokwari is Rendani Airport. The number of passengers and flights is currently increasing from year to year. Therefore, this study aims to determine the characteristics of car parking, especially at Rendani Airport. This study conducted a direct field survey by recording entry and exit tickets to collect vehicle data. The data collected shows that the highest parking volume is 131 vehicles, parking accumulation is 93 vehicles, parking lasts between one and fifteen minutes, the highest parking turnover rate is 0.873 vehicles/parking area, and the average parking index is 39.2. %. Whereas for two-wheeled vehicles, the highest parking turnover rate was 0.391 vehicles/parking area, the highest parking volume was 43 vehicles, the highest parking accumulation was 52 vehicles, and the average parking index was 34.0%. Vehicle parking duration ranges from one to fifteen minutes. This shows that the parking index is less than 100%, this shows that the vehicle parking at Rendani Airport can still accommodate requests determined from the results of calculating the characteristics of vehicle parking at Rendani Airport, the average car parking index is 39.2 percent. and 34.0% for motorcycles in 60 minute intervals. Director General of Land Transportation Standard No: 272/HK.105/DRJD/96 mentions Guidelines for Planning and Operation of Parking Facilities. On two-wheeled vehicles, the size and pattern meet the requirements. The angle and width of the vehicle compartment meet the requirements for four-wheeled vehicles, but the maneuverability space is not up to standard.

Abstract

Paving blocks are building materials used as road surface pavements, both for the purposes of vehicle parking lots, sidewalks, and for decorative purposes of making parks and so on. Wood powder is a type of waste material that is organic in nature which is waste found in the sawmill industry environment which is currently not optimally utilized, the chemical compounds present in sawdust ash so that it can be used as an added ingredient in paving block mixtures are silica compounds (Si02) which are chemicals that can improve the quality of concrete, due to reactions that occur between silica and free lime in the concrete mix. In the process of making paving blocks using a mixture variation of 0%, 5% and 10% with the addition of sawdust ash to the number of test objects with 9 pieces and the pressure test and water absorption were carried out at the age of 28 days of curing. At the addition of 10% eucalyptus dust close to the minimum quality requirements with the provisions of 8.5 MPa (SNI 03-0691-1996). In this variation the bonding that occurs between the silica produced and calcium hydroxide has reached its optimum point. The effect of adding eucalyptus dust in the paving block mixture for water absorption at a percentage of 0% was 9.42%, 5% was 10.16%, and 10% was 10.64%. So the average water absorption above is classified as D quality which is used for parks and other uses.

Abstract

Road is one of the important and influential transportation infrastructures for the development of an area. This development will affect the volume of traffic which will put an increasing load on the pavement so that this has an impact on the functional decline of the road. The functional management of the road becomes a measure in the assessment which becomes a reference for determining the type of evaluation program that must be carried out, one of which is road roughness. In this study, the evaluation of the level of road leveling using the International roughness index (IRI) method as an indicator in the assessment ofan roads produced from the Roughometer III tool. Evaluation is carried out to determine the unevenness of road sections and road handling carried out for the level of road damage. From the calculation results, it is known that the condition of the level of equality on the ruas of the Yos Sudarso Manokwari road L line (left), 76.53% Good, 23.47% Fair, and R lane (right), 4.69% Excellent, 67.14% Good, 23.47% Fair, 4.69 % Poor . For ruas road Trikora Wosi Manokwari line L (left), 58.63% Good, 41.37%, and line R (right), 3.66% Excellent, 74.35% Good, 18.32% Fair, 3.66% Poo. On the Drs. Esau Sesa Manokwari road section L line (left), 3.66% Excellent, 7.68% Good, 63.97% Fair, 25.79% Poor 2.56% Bad and R lane (right), 13.00% Good , 76.77% Fair , 10.24% Poor

Abstract

Social media users get their own convenience in marketing their products through the internet because they can increase sales with not too much expenditure. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to choose which social media is often used as marketing media in Manokwari using a decision support system with the weighted product (WP) method. The selection of social media in this study is Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, and Whatsapp and has criteria such as desire, easy to understand, income, and marketing. Data collection using questionnaires that are shared online with businesses that use social media. A total of 100 respondents were obtained in the results of the questionnaire for one week. The final result of the calculation that has been done, which of each alternative has a value or score according to the calculation. Tiktok social media alternatives have a value or score of 0.18, Instagram has a value or score of 0.21, Facebook has a value or score of 0.33, and Whatsapp has a value or score of 0.29. Therefore, an alternative end result that is often used in the marketing process through social media in Manokwari is Facebook social media, which has the highest value or score from other social media. From the results of this study it was found that Facebook social media is often used as a marketing medium.

Abstract

E-learning is an online learning service that can help and support the student lecture process. Since e-learning was first created at the University of Papua, until now there has been no specific research examining the adoption of e-learning utilization. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that hinder the adoption of the use of e-learning at the University of Papua using the IRT theory (Usage Barrier, Tradition Barrier, Perceived Cost Barrier) and combined with external variables Perceived Ease Of Use (PEOU) and Facilitating Conditions (FC) as measured by Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Questionnaires were distributed to students using e-learning at the University of Papua. A total of 263 respondents were obtained in distributing questionnaires for almost two months. From the results of this study it was found that tradition barriers and perceived cost barriers were inhibiting factors for the adoption of e-learning utilization and had no positive effect, while usage barriers, perceived ease of use and facilitating conditions had a positive influence on e-learning adoption.

Toraja art and culture are customs that continue to be passed down from generation to generation, both for generations in Toraja land and Toraja people who leave Toraja land to migrate, to maintain the heritage of art and culture, knowledge about art and culture should continue. preserved by utilizing current technological developments, one of which is the website. Based on the problem of maintaining and preserving Toraja art and culture so that it remains preserved by utilizing current technology, namely websites, the author provides a solution by creating a website to implement Toraja art and culture using the CodeIgniter 4.3.1 framework. With this website, it is hoped that it can help maintain information and preserve Toraja art and culture, both for people living in Toraja and people who have left Toraja to migrate.

Abstract

The hymn of praise Seruling Emas and Suara Gembira is one of the hymns or songs used by Christians, specifically in the GKI Church throughout Papua, including the congregation of GKI Maranatha Biak, in the worship process. However, the system of using hymn books/papers is still ineffective and inefficient. Therefore, this research aims to develop a practical, effective, and efficient hymn application for the congregation, which helps facilitate information delivery and saves costs in creating or text of joyous sound songs. The methods of data collection include observation, interviews, and literature studies. The application development uses the waterfall method or model, through stages of analysis, design, implementation using the Flutter Framework, and testing. The result is an Android-based application "Kidung Pujian Seruling Emas dan Suara Gembira" successfully created using the Flutter Framework. This application has a menu featuring a list of songs with several features including text/lyrics and instrumental audio. The application testing is done using the BlackBox method, and the results of the testing show good results, meeting the specified specifications, and expected to help the congregation obtain accurate information.

Abstract

The development of technology in this world is very rapid and has spread to various aspects of life. Technology also makes it very easy for us to make our work easier, one of which is managing stock at a place of business. M Mart is a business place or place to shop for daily necessities, food and drinks, as well as equipment commonly used for household needs, which still uses manual methods for managing and storing stock, incoming goods, outgoing goods. This is felt to be less effective and inefficient, because in the process of processing and storing data on stock of goods, incoming goods, outgoing goods, this will result in ineffectiveness in data processing and storage. To overcome this problem, the company needs a form of information system, namely a web-based inventory application that can help in carrying out the work of work units in managing and storing data, especially regarding stock of goods, incoming goods, outgoing goods.

Abstract

Manokwari City is the capital of the developing in Province of West Papua, along with the development and increase in the number of residents in this city so that the need for electrical energy in this city is increasing. Factors that affect for the level of electrical energy demand in the city of Manokwari are; household, business, industrial and government sectors. The growth of each of these factors will be evaluated so that a comparison of the growth rate of electrical energy consumption in the city of Manokwari can be seen, by taking data on electrical energy consumption at PT. PLN (Persero). Then the data is processed in the form of tables and classified according to tariff groups so that the growth rate of electrical energy consumption during a certain period of time can be calculated using the CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate) formula. So that it can be known the level of electrical energy consumption, where the highest level of electricity consumption in the city of Manokwari is the household sector with a total growth rate of 6.82% and the lowest growth rate of electrical energy consumption is the government sector with a total growth rate of -6.61%.
