Abstract

Data from the Jayapura District Police shows that there was an increase in the number of missing persons in Jayapura City. In January 2022, there were 8 reports of missing persons, and this number doubled to 16 in March 2022. Currently, the police rely on reports from the public to find missing individuals. They then conduct direct checks in the field, confirm the reported characteristics, and contact the families. However, this method is not considered modern or efficient enough to handle the increasing number of missing persons cases. In this modern age, technological developments, especially in mobile applications, can offer more effective and efficient solutions. Therefore, a prototype application for missing persons based on Android was developed as an alternative to help address the issue of missing persons, especially in Jayapura City. The missing persons application underwent black box testing to ensure that its functions and inputs are working correctly, and the validation function was used to check its accuracy. The test results showed that the application is functioning well and can be used as a tool to help find missing persons in the city. However, continuous monitoring and improvement of the application are necessary to ensure that it remains effective in the long term.

Abstract

Darut Taqwa Islamic Boarding School is often used as a place to study the Qur'an for teenagers and children. The teaching system, which is still very traditional, looks very out of date, so I took the initiative to make the NGAJI YUK Game, and there is also a tendency to see students playing games on cellphones that have no benefit. Aside from being a communication tool, this research aims to develop the attractiveness and interest of children to make better use of mobile smartphones for positive things. An educational game application that can help children learn to recognize the basics of Arabic letters and reading.

Abstract

Application (SLB) Design using PHP and MySQL. Laravel is a PHP framework that emphasizes simplicity and flexibility in design. Supervised by Julius P.P Naibaho and Marlinda Sangglise. The problem that exists in the Panca Kasih Special School (SLB) is how to design and build student assessment applications. At present, when teachers process student grade data, they still use the manual method in the assessment book, the grades announced are the final grades without including other value components such as assignment scores, UTS, and UAS. Therefore the compiler makes an application regarding this assessment. Based on the problems above, an Assessment Application using PHP and MySQL is needed that can be used to assist the Admin and teachers in facilitating the process of assessing student learning outcomes at the Panca Kasih Manokwari Special School (SLB). The value that is input is the value of student assignments, UTS, and UAS. Furthermore, the application displays automatically on each value that has been determined by the subject teacher. The result of making this solution is a computerized application for entering data on assessing student learning outcomes at the Panca Kasih Manokwari Special School (SLB), making it easier for teachers as instructors to input student grades into the application.

Abstract

Manokwari Regency and South Manokwari Regency are two regencies located in West Papua Province which are quite reliable for having tourism and economic potential. Based on data from the population census of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for South Manokwari Regency in 2021, the population of South Manokwari Regency is 35,949 people. Along with increasing population growth and an increase in the economy, the number of trips made by individuals is increasing. Therefore, improving Regency public transport services is absolutely necessary both in terms of time, distance traveled, availability of transportation and service patterns, the level of comfort of public transport itself. This research begins by making observations and collecting data in the field such as:load factor, headway, travel speed,availability, waiting time, service time,frequency, and travel time. The results of the analysis of the performance of public transport on the Manokwari - South Manokwari route, on Mini Bus type public transport are based onload factor an average of 88%,headway an average of 65 minutes, an average travel speed of 41 km/hour,availability average 48%, average waiting time 33 minutes, travel time 2 minutes/km,frequency, an average of 1 vehicle/hour, and an average service time of 13 hours/day. The results of the total performance weight value of the Mini Bus type public transport service obtained only 14 (fourteen) included in the medium category.

Abstract

Manokwari is a District located at the junction of three main plates forming the earth's crust, namely the pacific plate. This makes Manokwari Regency prone to earthquakes. Therefore, building planning must be designed with the concept of earthquake-resistant buildings. Steel material is one type of material that is often used for planning earthquake-resistant building structures because it has high strength and lightweight properties that it is good for earthquake-resistant buildings. One of the methods often used in the planning of earthquake-resistant steel structures is the special moment resisting frame system (SMRF). This structural system is used because it has full ductility that it can survive in areas with a high earthquake risk. This planning modification was carried out at the DPW NasDem Office building by changing the main structure in the form of reinforced concrete using a steel structure with a special moment resisting frame system (SMRF). Based on the calculation and analysis, the results were obtained, namely: the dimensions of the secondary beam are IWF 300x150x6.5x9, the main beam 1 IWF 350x250x9x14, the main beam 2 IWF 300x200x9x14, the column dimensions KC 450x200x9x14 (floors 1-3), KC 400x200x8x13 (floors 4-5), and KC 350x175x7x11 (elevator columns). Floor slabs are 12 cm thick and 10 cm thick for roofing plates. The SRMF joint design uses a high-quality bolt (A325) with the quality of the BJ41 joint plate and the planning results meet the requirements.

Abstract

Concrete brick is a type of building element in the form of blocks made from the main ingredients of portland cement, water and aggregate used for wall (SNI 03-0349-1989). The concrete brick tested using glass powder added material is expected to produce high compressive strength and low water absorption. The method used is an experimental method by direct research at the Mining Laboratory of the University of Papua and processing the results of compressive strength and water absorption test data.The results of the compressive strength test for concrete bricks with the addition of glass powder with a large compressive strength value, namely in a 10% mixture of 36.256 kg/cm2, when viewed from the quality level based on SNI 03-0349-1989, concrete bricks with the addition of 10% glass powder are included in class IV category.The results of the calculation of water absorption obtained an average value of 0% glass powder, equal to 2.17%, 5% glass powder amounted to 5.08%, and 10% glass powder amounted to 4.92%, when viewed in a quality level based on SNI 03-0349-1989, concrete bricks with the addition of glass powder 0%, 5% and 10% fall into the class I category, namely 25%.The calculation results show that the cost of raw materials for concrete bricks with a mixture of 0% is Rp. 1,130,440, Concrete brick with a 5% mixture of Rp. 1,126,840, Concrete brick with a 10% mixture of Rp. 1,126,240. The results of the calculation of raw material costs show that using glass filler as a substitute for sand in the manufacture of concrete bricks is cheaper than normal concrete bricks.

Abstract

The number of work accidents in the construction sector in the world is generally higher than the number of accidents in other sectors such as the manufacturing and industrial sectors due to the lack of K3 construction experts as well as the low awareness of workers in the field. Therefore, the K3 program is implemented to prevent work accidents. The purpose of this research is to be able to identify a hazard, analyze work risks, and determine controls using the HIRADC method on the lower structure of the South Manokwari Regional House of Representatives building. This study used a qualitative analysis method by carrying out and making observations in the field, distributing questionnaires to 8 informants, and interviewing the main informants, namely K3 experts. Based on the results of an analysis of the lower structure of the South Manokwari Regency Regional House of Representatives building, 141 accident risks were identified for each job with a percentage of the risk level before control was carried out, namely extreme risk (E) of 16,31%, high risk (H) of 35,46%, moderate risk (M) of 45,39%, and Low risk (L) of 2,84%. These results are still very high, so it is necessary to carry out a control. After controlling, the risk level decreased drastically, and at safe limits, the results were: extreme risk (E) of 0,00%, high risk (H) of 0,00%, moderate risk (M) of 19,15%, and Low risk (L) of 80,85%.

Abstract

Manokwari Regency continues to experience progress in construction development carried out by the government, where those who identify changes in construction are the construction of office buildings, hotels, shopping centers and other infrastructure. An important factor in supporting the successful development of the construction industry is the available resources, such as models, people, equipment, methods, materials used and information. Human resources are the main factor that determines the success or success of a construction company. The purpose of this study was conducted to find out how the influence of human resource aspects on improving the performance of workers in construction companies, and what aspects most influence the performance of workers in construction companies. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, that the results of the multiple correlation analysis show that aspects of human resources such as competence, motivation, loyalty, and work discipline have a strong and very strong influence on the performance of workers in construction companies. These aspects are competence of 0.675, motivation of 0.799, loyalty of 0.717, and work discipline of 0.959, and these four aspects contribute 69.5% to the total influence of the construction company's performance.

Abstract

The quality of electricity includes several things, including continuity of distribution, length of blackout time, voltage stability. One of the causes of declining electricity quality is the shrinkage that occurs in the electric power network, network losses cannot be avoided but can be minimized by shortening the network, performing maintenance and maneuvering the load. Energy losses in the electrical system come from the power generation, transmission and distribution system. In the transmission system, energy losses can be minimized by increasing the transmission voltage to high and extra high voltage levels. The load curve is a curve in a time range which shows the value of electrical energy use and load for a feeder so that PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Manokwari can estimate power requirements. Expense curves can be divided into three types, namely daily curves, monthly curves and annual curves. Research throughout October 2021 used quantitative methods in processing data and calculating losses so that the power loss was 2.0070% and the energy loss was 1.9847%. This loss is still far below the state electricity company standard D3.002-2 (2008) in range of 5% to 10%.

Abstract

Manokwari Regency has an area of 3,168.28 km² with various kinds of Church denominations in this district, one of the old church denominations in Tanah Papua, especially the Manokwari district, namely the Bible Christian Church which has elements of PAM (Young Members Association) in it. The election of the PAM Chairperson at the Sanggeng Zion Congregational Bible Christian Church is still relatively manual, for this reason this study aims to create a Decision Making System for the Selection of PAM Chairpersons based on existing criteria. This study uses the SMART method with stages, namely each criterion is ranked based on the level of importance. Then given a weight so that the normalized value can be calculated. In order to evaluate the expected alternatives, single attribute utilities are calculated so that the resulting output is a decision support system in the form of a ranking with the order of the greatest value. This application is designed using the PHP and MySQL programming languages. The results obtained from this study were that Sister Febby Tulaseket became Chair of PAM with the highest score of 00.1 to be recommended as Chair of PAM at GKI Sion Sanggeng Manokwari.
