Human resources are an important factor in a company. Discharge of employees from a company will have a considerable impact. Employee turnover has always been a major problem faced by organizations without considering location, size, nature of the business, and business strategy. The high level of employee turnover can be seen from how much desire to move owned by employees in a company. This study aims to determine the effect of Generation X and Y on turnover intention on permanent employees of the General Hospital X in Medan. This study involved 23 employees of Medan X General Hospital with a minimum service period of 1 year. Data obtained through two scales, namely the scale of Generation X and Y and turnover intention scale. The results of the regression analysis showed that Generation X and Y had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention in Medan X General Hospital employees. Generation X and Y are among the predictors of turnover intention. The results of the regression analysis showed that Generation X and Y had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention in Medan X General Hospital employees. Generation X and Y become one of the predictors of turnover intention with a contribution of 12.9%. The implication of this research is expected to the company to pass the evaluation and approach to employees that they (employees) are needed to work in the company, employees need to be given support in working in the company in the form of opportunities to experience increased self-potential development, fulfillment of needs in accordance with work , training to foster or expel and develop creativity at work, equipping superiors with the ability to guide (mentoring), skills for personal relationships and effective ability in problem solving, good decision making, communication and negotiations that do not harm the rights or the individual (employees ).

This research was conducted by the number of students who could not graduate on time, the researchers were interested in finding the factors that caused the decline in student interest in completing the final assignment. This study aims to determine the factors behind the completion of the study for students of the Sari Mutiara Indonesia Pharmacy Study Program. Comparative causal research is a type of research in which research is conducted to determine the causes or reasons of differences in group behavior or individual status. The population in this study were students of the Medan USM-Indonesia pharmacy student study program, who were completing a final assignment or totaling 275 people. In this study the sampling was 15% of the population as follows: 15% x 275 = 41.6 rounded up to 42 people. Data collection techniques use indirect communication techniques, namely by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses statistical analysis. From the results of the study, the average pharmaceutical study student has the motivation to graduate on time, which is as many as 4 respondents or 9.5% availability of less available sources as many as 25 respondents or 59.5% poor quality as many as 30 respondents or 71.4% of peer groups do not support as many as 10 respondents or 23.8% so it can be concluded that motivation to graduate on time, ability to write scientific papers, availability of resources, thesis guidance quality and peer environment are factors that can influence the late completion of studies for students of the Pharmacy Study Program at Sari Mutiara Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention on employees of General Hospital X in Medan. This study involved 72 permanent employees of Medan General Hospital X with a minimum of one year of service. Data was obtained through two scales, namely the job insecurity scale and turnover intention scale. The results of regression analysis showed that job insecurity had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention for employees of General Hospital X Medan. Job insecurity became one of the predictors of turnover intention with a contribution of 12.9%. The implications of this research are expected To the company to evaluate and approach employees that they (employees) are needed to work in the company, employees need to be given support in working in the company in the form of opportunities to experience self-improvement / development, meeting the needs accordingly with work, training to grow or exclude and develop creativity in work, equip superiors with the ability to guide (mentoring), skills in interproductive relationships, and effective abilities in problem solving, good decision making, communication and negotiation that do not injure rights or self individual (employee).

This study aims to determine the relationship between social support and anxiety to face the world of work at the final level students. The hypothesis proposed is the existence of a negative relationship between, social support with anxiety facing the world of work at the final level students. The subjecks in this study were as many as 100 final year students in the Faculty of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. The sampling technique in this study was the proportionate stratified random sampling technique used because the population had members/ elements that were homogeneous and proportionately proportional. The measuring instrument used in this study is the scale of social support and scale of anxiety facing the world of work, based on the validity and reliability on the scale of social support obtained 49 valid items with Alpha Cronbach reliability coefficient if the Alpha value >0.60 reliable. Obtained 14 valid items with Alpha Cronbach realibility coefficient if the Alpha value >0.60 reliabel data analysis method used is a statistical method using Paerson Product Moment.Significance value is 0.369 if Sig 0.05 the data meets linear. Based on the result of hypothesis testing, it can be seen that the hypothesis tested in this study was accepted. The growing wordl of organization and their strict competition is one of the factors to demand resources in it to be more actively developed in accordance with yhe organization standars that have been established. The advancement of community mindsets demamd that every organization to improve service Standaar for its costomers, such as government organizations that move on government duties. This study aims to determine how the relationship between self-control and counterproductive work behavior at PT. Agra Bumi Niaga (ABN) Aceh. This study uses the correlation method which is astudy that points to the concept of interrelation between several variables, the simplest correlation involves only two variables. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Agra Bumi Niaga totaling 168 employees with a sampel of 118 employees. Data collection techniques used by questionnaire media, and interview method. Data analysis techniques in this study used correlation regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between self- control and counterproductive work behavior at PT. Agra Bumi Niaga Aceh. Relationships that are categorized as strong /high correlation, this can be proven based on the results of the calculation of the correlation test with a significant value = 0,907. The higher self-control in employees, the lower the counterproductive work behavior of eployees at PT. Agra Bumi Niaga Aceh. Thereby in anticipating low self-control and high counterproductive employees, PT ABN Aceh is expected to provide seminars on self-control in its employees so as to improve self control and improve control themselves in a working envioronment in order to make to make a positive impact on themselves and others.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri dengan perilaku bullying pada remaja. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan negatif antara konsep diri dengan perilaku bullying dengan asumsi bahwa semakin tinggi konsep diri, maka semakin rendah perilaku bullying dan begitu pula sebaliknya, semakin rendah konsep diri, maka semakin tinggi perilaku bullyingnya. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/siswi SMP Parulian 3 Medan berjumlah 200 orang, dan diambil sampelnya berdasarkan tabel Issac dan Michael sebanyak 127 orang. Data diperoleh dari skala untuk mengukur konsep diri dan perilaku bullying Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan korelasi Product Moment (Pearson Correlation) dengan bantuan SPSS 18 for Windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,529 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Hasil analisis data tersebut menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif antara konsep diri dengan perilaku bullying. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sumbangan yang diberikan variabel konsep diri terhadap perilaku bullying sebesar 28,0 persen, selebihnya 72,0 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis penelitian ini dapat diterima, yaitu terdapat hubungan yang negatif antara konsep diri dengan perilaku bullying.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi dan intensi berwirausaha. Hipotesis yang diajukan pada penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan positif antara kecerdasan emosi dan intensi berwirausaha, dengan asumsi semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosi maka semakin tinggi intensi berwirausaha dan sebaliknya semakin rendah kecerdasan emosi maka semakin rendah intensi berwirausaha. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa pada SMK Sinar Husni Helvetia Medan sebanyak 103 orang yang dipilih dengan menggunakan total sampling. Data diperoleh dari skala untuk mengukur kecerdasan emosi dan intensi berwirausaha. Perhitungan dilakukan dengan melalui uji prasyarat analisis (uji asumsi) yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Analisa Product Moment melalui bantuan SPSS 17 for Windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan r = 0.968, dan p = 0.000 (p < 0.05) yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara kecerdasan emosi dan intensi berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan spiritual dengan kecemasan. Hipotesis yang diajukan pada penelitian ini adalah “ada hubungan negatif antara kecerdasan spiritual dan kecemasan†dengan asumsi bahwa semakin tinggi kecerdasan spiritual maka semakin rendah kecemasan dan sebaliknya semakin rendah kecerdasan spiritual maka semakin tinggi kecemasanâ€. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang akan menghadapi masa pensiun di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Kebun Pabatu Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai sebanyak 111 orang yang dipilih dengan menggunakan total sampling. Perhitungan data dilakukan melalui uji prasyarat analisis (uji asumsi) yang terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Analisis data dengan menggunakan Analisa Product Moment melalui bantuan SPSS 17 for Windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan r = 0.084, dan p = 0.002 (p < 0.05). Kinerja karyawan dalam memberikan pelayanan menjadi kunci sukses untuk dapat memuaskan konsumen karena melalui karyawan perusahaan dapat berinteraksi dengan para pelanggan. Citra perusahaan dapat muncul melalui kinerja karyawan dalam memberikan pelayanan terhadap pelanggannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang berifat pengaruh,yaitu untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kinerja karyawan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan chatime focal point medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini merupakan konsumen Chatime yang terletak di Focal Point Medan , sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 130 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi ganda menunjukan bahwa R = 0.866 pada uji korelasi antara kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan. Dan R = 0.612 pada uji korelasi antara kinerja karyawan dengan loyalitas pelanggan. Maka diperoleh persamaan regresi berganda = Y = 4.418 + 2.723y + 1.074z. Model koefisien regresi ini memiliki arti bahwa jika variabel Kinerja (X) meningkat sebesar satu satuan, maka Kepuasan (Y) akan meningkat sebesar 2.723 dan Loyalitas Pelanggan (Z) meningkat sebesar 1.074 .

This study aims to determine the relationship of the origin pattern : permissive with youth learning motivation at the SMP Lestari Medan Gatot Subroto Fondalition SNIP The setting that became the target og this writing was because the author saw many teenagers at Yayaan Maari Middle Scholl who had low learning motivation. This happnes because student have a strong punuhisit pattern such as parents who do not know how to learn about children‟s learning at scholl, anda teach their children who they are so that the parenting style is not fulfilled The subject of this students at Mardi Lestari Foundation Junior High School Medan as many students as many as 52 people this subject is students Mletode this method uses data collection in this study using the technique and sampling technique in the research using a smple of fingers where mpel does not meet from  100 or starts 100 the results of this plot represent babu ola znih permissive is the category lingp „‟as hingh as (82,62%) or 44 people, and motivation to study in category high amounting to (64,46%) or 33 people grade score you negatife.
