The development of technology in this area is very rapid, various technological advances such as playing online games can be obtained easily. The long time playing online games is expected to affect the disruption of sleep patterns of male Dharmas University male dormitory students. The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between the duration of online game games to the disturbance of sleep patterns of male students at Dharmas University in Indonesia. The method used is descriptive analytic with cross sectional research design. This research was conducted in the male dormitory of Dharmas Indonesia University with a sample of 42 students. The sampling technique is total sampling. Bivariate analysis uses the chi square test. The results of the study were 42 respondents, almost all 32 (76.2) who played online games excessively in the male dormitory of Dharmas Indonesia University. Most of them got 22 (52.4) students experiencing sleep patterns. Based on the old chi-square statistical test online game play on sleep patterns disturbances in getting the value (p value = 0.022) this study shows that there is a long relationship between online game play and sleep disorders. It is hoped that students will reduce the duration of playing online games, sleep at 9:00 p.m. / 10:00 p.m., and the board administrators will control the dorms more. Low Back Pain (LBP) is one of the health problems that are often found in the community. Every year 15-45% of adults suffer from low back pain, and one in 20 sufferers must be hospitalized due to acute attacks. Risk factors that influence the occurrence of low back pain include work period, work attitude and gender. This study aims to determine the relationship between Work Period, Work Attitude and Gender with Low Back Pain Pain Complaints in the Neurological Polyclinic of Royal Prima Jambi Hospital. The population in this study were all low back pain sufferers at the Nerve Polyclinic at Royal Prima Jambi Hospital from 425 people in May and sampling was done using accidental sampling technique which amounted to 78 patients. The analysis in this study using the Chi-square test. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between Work Period, Work Attitude and Gender with Low Back Pain Complaints in the Neurological Polyclinic of Royal Prima Jambi Hospital with a P-Value value of <0.05. There is a relationship between Work Period, Work Attitude and Gender with Low Back Pain Complaints in the Nerve Polyclinic Royal Prima Jambi Hospital. The aims of this study to determine the effect of secondary prevention on the motivation of hypertension clients in controlling blood pressure. Conducted from February to March 2018 in the Neurology Room and Internation of RSUD Prof. Dr. MA. Hanafiah Batusangkar BC Tanah. This type of research was an experiment with a Quasi Experiment Design Nonequivalent Control Group design. The study population was moderate hypertension patients aged 18-59 years, taken by purposive sampling as many as 10 intervention groups and 10 control groups. Bivariate analysis using the Mann-Whitney test. Statistical tests show there is a secondary prevention effect on the motivation of hypertensive clients in controlling blood pressure. p value = 0.012 (p value <0.05). The average value of the motivation of the intervention group was 69.0, SD 8.313, Mean Rank 13.8 and the control group 58.70, SD 3.683, Mean Rank 7.20. It can be concluded that there is an effect of the secondary prevention implementation on the motivation of hypertensive clients in controlling blood pressure. It is expected that nurses in hospitals and health centers to be able to use secondary prevention as one strategy in increasing the motivation of clients to control blood pressure.Keywords: motivation, secondary prevention, blood pressure

From World Health Organization (WHO) in 2016 asserted that in 2015 around 23 million or about 54% people deaths caused of Congestive Heart Failure (CHF). World civilization, technology, increasing of prosperity,economic growth influence the incidences and types of disease.That case can cause some diseases one of them are Congestive Heart Failure (CHF). Objective of the research is to determine the Effects of heart diet toward the knowledge of Congestive Heart Failure (CHF). Type of research is pre experiment with one group pretest posttest approach.Technique of data collection used inthis research using purposive sampling with 33 respondents. In taking data of the research using questionnaire which consists of 12 questions for each respondent. Results obtained from 33 respondents,the average value of knowledge before being given cardio diet counseling around 47.87 and it changed to 63.63 and then after being given cardio diet counseling the count value shows the number 13.656 or higher than t table around 1.697 2.Average level of patients knowledge with heart failure categorized enough categories. People are expected to know the benefits of heart failure diet so it can control the eating pattern while balanced with doing activities and healthy lifestyle,it can recovery the heart condition more healthy.Keywords: Knowledge of Heart Diet, Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Heart Diet Counseling

Hypertension and its complications can be minimized by using pharmacological and non- pharmacological therapy. One of the non-pharmacological therapies is musical therapy. This literature review aims to find out how music can affect blood pressure. This literature review follows the method of analyzing PICO (problem, intervention, comparison, outcome) from 20 articles obtained from Google Scholar, Science Direct, and OAJSE from 2001-2018 using the following keywords: 'Musical Therapy', 'Music for Hypertension', and 'Hypertension Therapy'. From 20 articles, the musical therapy showed effective outcome to decrease blood pressure in patients with hypertension, including by using classical music, instrumental music, and moderate frequency music. The result of this literature review recommends the application of musical therapy to decrease blood pressure for patients with hypertension. Keywords: musical therapy, hypertension, blood pressure

Background: Problems that occur in elderly patients not only involve the patient itself but also involve the family as the closest person to the patient. One important aspect of family nursing is the family, because the family is the smallest unit in society which is the client or the recipient of nursing care. To achieve good treatment outcomes, implementation of evidence-based nursing is needed. The purpose of this study is to present the implementation of eviden-based nursing with mernimun juice to reduce high blood pressure and warm lemongrass therapy to reduce pain intensity in the joints, each applied for 1 week. Method: In implementation, complementary therapy is applied to hypertension patients, given cucumber juice. Results: can show significant results in the reduction of high blood pressure that is before given the intervention TD: 180 / 100mmhg after given the intervention obtained TD: 130/90 mmhg and decreased pain intensity in hypertension patients using warm lemongrass compresses for 1 week. Conclusion: : The application of complementary therapies showed improvement in patients suffering from rheumatism, therefore, the application of evidence-based nursing in providing nursing care is recommended.

The percentage of elderly people in Indonesia increases every year to reach 9.27 percent or around 24.49 million people in 2018. The health problem that often occurs in the elderly is chronic pain due to several diseases. Pain is a general picture that persists and is closely related to substantial morbidity in the elderly. This study aims to get an overview of elderly knowledge regarding pain management. Using a quantitative research design and analytical description approach, this study was conducted on 46 elderly people in the working area of the Guguak Panjang Health Center, Bukittinggi City. The elderly were given a questionnaire based on the Nursing Outcome Classification regarding Knowledge: Pain management. Data analysis used descriptive analysis to see the description of each statement point in the questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that there are still 43.5% of the elderly lacking in poor knowledge in pain management. Less knowledge influences how to deal with pain in the elderly. It is expected that the elderly will be given education about pain management so that they can improve their health status.Keywords : Pain, Elderly, Knowledge

Backgroud: Information technology has become a key choice in creating a robust organizational information system that is able to produce a competitive advantage amid increasingly stringent competition today. This research aims to determine the perception of respondents which in this case is nursing students about the utilization of information technology in the study of the courses of nursing management information System. Methods: The design of this research is descriptive analytic. The population in this study is odd semester students who take the course of nursing information System, which is as much as 90 people. Sampling using the total sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires containing student perceptions about the tenology-based learning of information with Google forms. Results: The results showed that students were pleased with the utilization of information technology in learning. The most high student perception is about utilizing Google form in creating a questionnaire with mean 3.189 (SD = 0,598). In addition, a negative statement that has the lowest mean that states that information technology (IT) is difficult with mean 2.900 (SD = 0,704). In addition, 81% of respondents were interested in using IT on learning. IT can be concluded that respondents are not experiencing difficulties in using IT and are pleased with IT utilization in learning. Therefore, it is expected to all nursing lecturers to be able to use information technology in the learning in order to support the 4.0 Industrial Revolution Keywords: Technology, information, learning, nursing

According World Health Organization (WHO) data, maternal mortality is high. Every day, around 800 women die because of pregnancy complications childbirth in the world. Based on data Health Service in 2018 in Guguk Panjang Community Health Center, there were 647 pregnant women in Guguk Panjang Community Health Center, Bukittinggi. Therefore, this study aimed to determine The Analysis of Stressor Primipara Pregnant Women toward the Delivery Process in Guguk Panjang Community Health Center Bukittinggi.The type of this research was qualitative with descriptive phenomenology approach. It was conducted on April-May 2019. By using purposive sampling technique, 7 respondents had been chosen as the samples. The data were collected through in-depth interviews.The results of this research showed that there were three schemes gotten. First, the causes stress because internal and external factors. Then, the influences of stress because the roles of psychological and social factors. Last, there were three ways to reduce stress due to support from social factors and activities from relaxation and spiritual. In short, it can be concluded that the causes of stress, the effect of stress and how to reduce stress of primipara to prevent the inhibition of labor. Therefore, it is expected that midwives improve health promotion activities to prevent stressors in labor. Keywords : Stressor, Primipara, Labor Experience

Dying and death of patients are continuous events in healthcare setting. Even in the high technological situation, those are unavoidable and become parts of nurses` everyday work, especially in some units such as emergency department (ED), intensive care unit (ICU), high care unit (HCU), etc. Facing dying and death of patients were reported to cause nurses` grief (Shorter & Stayt, 2009). In some cases, the grief may stay longer than it should be.
