Abstract

AbstractAcceptance of new students at a college is a very important routine activity whether it is in public or private universities. Especially in private tertiary institutions, as well as the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta because with the large number of prospective students who enroll or choose to go to a college it will determine the life of the college. In this study it was intended to find out how much influence promotion and cumulative achievement index (GPA) had on job placement and its impact on new student admissions. In this study shows that the effect of promotion (X1) on work placement (Y) is 0.366 or 36.6%, while the influence of the cumulative achievement index (GPA) (X2) on work placement (Y) is 0.614 or 61.4%, while the effect of simultaneous (overall) promotion (X1) and cumulative achievement index (GPA) (X2) on work placement (Y) in total is 1.052 (105.2%) which proves that in this study promotion (X1) and achievement index cumulative (GPA) has a large influence on work placements with a total of 105.2%, while the influence of total impact of promotion (X1), cumulative achievement index (GPA) (X2) and work placement (Y) on new student admissions (Z) is 0.948 or 94.8%. Thus clearly promotion, the cumulative achievement index has a large influence on work placements while the impact will affect the acceptance of prospective new students.Keywords: Promotion of Cumulative Achievement Index, Job Placement, New Student Admission, Path Analysis.

Abstract

The purpose of research (1) To determine the Bank Kesawan bankruptcy prediction model based on financial statements of the bank concerned, and (2) To determine the formation of the Bank's bankruptcy prediction model Kesawan. Methodology research using quantitative, with an observed variable is Loans to Capital (X1), Fixed assets to Equity (X2), Fixed assets to Capital (X3) and Return on Capital (X4), and the dependent variable in this study is Zscore, techniques data analysis using correlation test, regression testing and test hypotheses.The results of the data variable Loans to capital, fixed assets to equity, Fixed asset to capital and return on capital simultaneously with correlation  value of 0422 or 42.2% so there is a strong positive relationship regression test results Z = 47.881 to 1.642 +1.084 X4 -0.508 -0.018 X5 X6 X10, From the test results shows that the Z value of 48.96 is thus variable variable (Loans to capital, fixed assets to equity, Fixed asset to capital and return on capital) does not put pressure on banks bankruptcy Kesawan, results of hypothesis testing Fcont 5.435> 4.140 Ftable where r = 0026 <a = 0.05 thus independent variables (Loans to capital, fixed assets to equity, Fixed asset to capital and return on capital) can be used as benchmarks to know the symptoms of bankruptcy on the bank Kesawan for 10-year observation period.Keyword: Prediction of Bankruptcy, Financial Report

Abstract

ABSTRACT Today, the growth of economic level begins to rise again that is generated by the increase of   different kind of product and different kind of businesses that are offered by both individual businesses that are done easly independently. To deal with all of business trends, the education institution has to prepare the students to be able to set up a business idenpendedntly through the subject of entrepeuneurship.  As it is regulated in Vision and Mision of study program and is also regulated in the curriculum of lectures. This research is aimed at to find out the correlation between the spirit of entrepeunership and motivation , Family background, and education level. Based on the research result, the finding showed that the spirit of entrepeneurship correlated with the motivation and family background. Based on the finding, it was also found that education level did not correlate with that the spirit of entrepeneurship. In regard with the findings, it is important to develop more the motivation of students to touch up the sperit of entrepenuership.  Key words: Entrepenuer, Students, Entrepeuneurship.

Abstract

Abstract

This study is titled Persuasive Communication Strategy Presenter (Staff Marketing) in the Candidate Acceptance of new Students at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta. The purposes of research are to investigate the persuasive communication strategies used Presenter (Staff Marketing), Presenter persuasive communication process, and behavioral changes that occur in prospective students. The theory used in the study are: Interpersonal Communication, Persuasive Communication, and AIDA. This study used a qualitative descriptive study and narrated by interpretive. Information obtained through observation and in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews) to Four Presenters Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta have been recruited as an informant. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out about the sustainability of the family business in the villages of Batik Laweyan and Kauman. The success of a family-owned business succession has been revealed to be a very important phenomenon in the sustainability of the family business. This fact documents the importance of large family and investment businesses that have a family business. For good economic and family interests, it is important to determine predictors of family business sustainability. So this study will examine the factors that influence the involvement of future generations in the sustainability of family business. The total sample of 60 respondents is 30 respondents in Batik Laweyan Village and 30 respondents in Kauman Batik Village. The analysis used in this study is SPSS 21 with multiple linear analysis. The results of the research show that Entrepreneurial Thinking has a positive and significant effect, Entrepreneurial Knowledge Sharing has no effect and significant Family Business Sustainability. Successor Experience has a significant positive effect on Family Business Sustainability. This paper’s purpose is to find the different point of view or critics on the topic in order for readers to rethink about the national education objective, vision, and mission. From all critics, we can make the conclusion that the objective, vision, and mission of national education are still not strong. Abstract

Masalah sumber daya manusia saat ini masih tetap menjadi pusat   perhatian      bagi   perusahaan   agar  dapat bertahan dan bersaing di era globalisasi  . Salah satu pelaksanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia yaitu adanya sistem penilaian kinerja bagi Karyawan. Penilaian kinerja diharapkan akan memberikan feed back yang tepat, dan akhirnya membawa perubahan perilaku karyawan kearah peningkatan produktivitas bagi perusahaan.  Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja dan produktivitas kerja karyawan yang ada pada PT. Inti Elektrindo Abadi Jakarta. Data-data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuisoner kepada 25 responden yang menjadi sampel. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data diperoleh bahwa pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja PT. Inti Elektrindo Abadi Jakarta, Dari hasil perhitungan korelasi antara  penilaian kinerja sales marketing terhadap produktivitas kerja yaitu sebesar 0,97 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa penilaian kinerja sales marketing dapat meningkatkan produktivitas kerja PT. Inti Elektrindo Abadi dan dari    hasil  koefisien   determinasi   (KD   =   r2)   dapat diketahui bahwa metode pelatihan memberikan sumbangan terbesar terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja Pada PT. Inti Elektrindo Abadi, yaitu sebesar 94 % dan sisanya 6% dipengaruhi faktor lain.Kata kunci : Penilaian Kinerja, Produktivitas Kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara (1) Profesionalitas Dosen; dan (2) Motivasi Berprestasi; secara bersama-sama dengan (3) Kepuasan Kerja Kepuasan Kerja Dosen STBA. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada STBA, dengan metode penelitian survey dengan analisis korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini dosen berjumlah 225 orang dan yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 75 orang dosen (30 untuk ujicoba dan 45 untuk penelitian), dipilih berdasarkan teknik acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga variabel yaitu, (1) Kepuasan Kerja Dosen (Y), (2) Profesionalitas dosen (X1) dan (3) Motivasi Berprestasi (X2). Sebelum instrument digunakan, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji coba instrument. Validitas yang digunakan untuk instrument Kepuasan Kerja dosen, Profesionalitas dosen dan Motivasi Berprestasi adalah validitas konstruk. Demikian juga koefisien reliabilitas instrumen Kepuasan Kerja Dosen, Profesionalitas dosen dan Motivasi Berprestasi dicari dengan rumus alpha cronbach (KR-21) Dalam penelitian ini terdapat tiga kesimpulan pokok, yaitu (1) terdapat hubungan positif antara Profesionalitas dengan Kepuasan Kerja Dosen STBA, (ry1) =0,527 dengan =  37,07 + 0,687 X1; (2) Terdapat hubungan Motivasi Berprestasi dengan Kepuasan Kerja Dosen (ry2) = 0,566 dengan = 40,73 + 0,787X2); dan (3) terdapat hubungan positif antara Profesionalitas Dosen dan Motivasi Berprestasi secara bersama-sama dengan Kepuasan Kerja Dosen (ry12) = 0,641 dengan  =  -6,954 + 0.440X1 + 0,571X2. Kesimpulan : 1) makin tinggi Profesionalitas Dosen, akan makin tinggi pula Kepuasan Kerja Dosen, 2) makin tinggi Motivasi Berprestasi, akan makin tinggi pula Kepuasan Kerja Dosen dan 3) makin tinggi Profesionalitas Dosen dan makin baik Motivasi Berprestasi Dosen secara bersama-sama akan makin tinggi pula Kepuasan Kerja Dosen. Saran agar Ketua dapat memotivasi dosen dengan memberikan penghargaan dan pengakuan terhadap prestasi dosen dan dosen menyadari bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak hanya ditentukan oleh penghasilan yang diperoleh.Kata Kunci : Profesionalitas, Motivasi Berprestasi, Kepuasan Kerja Dosen

Abstract

Highly competition requires university to be more sensitive to the interest students as one of stakeholders. Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Campus Cimone has many competitors amid the dynamics of increasingly fierce competition of higher education. This research aims to analyze the effect of Service quality, Price and Brand Image of Students Satisfaction. A theory used in research is based on opinion from Andriyani, Suwandi Mananeke & Taroreh, Fatriansyah. There is an effect between Service Quality, Price and Brand Image to Customer Satisfaction. This research use a quantitative method by distributing a questionnaire. The amount of population are 408 students and the sample is 80 people by Slovin formulas. Based on research result using linear regression analysis multiple SPSS version 20 indicated that: The independent variable Service Quality, Price and Brand Image jointly tested by F test proved positive and significant influence on the Student Satisfaction and the magnitude of the effect seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) was 41,8 %. To test the hypothesis of the use F test and t test.
