Abstract

This study entitled "The Effect of Leadership Style of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) In LP3I Polytechnic Campus Jakarta North Jakarta". The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, North Jakarta Campus and determined the dominant leadership style indicators affect the organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at Polytechnic LP3I North Jakarta Campus conducted in this experiment, namely descriptive quantitative research methods. The population of this research is all employees of Polytechnic LP3I North Jakarta Campus that counted of 33 empolyees and sampling technique used is by simple random sampling which resulted in a sample of 33 employees. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire and analysis of the data used is simple regression. The results of this research that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior amounted to 24.4%. There is a positive correlation between leadership style to organizational citizenship behavior demonstrated by the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.494 (very high).Keyword: PENGARUH, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR (OCB)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of good corporate governance on competitive advantage. To know and analyze the influence of information technology on competitive advantage. To know and analyze the influence of HR competencies on competitive advantage. To know and analyze the influence of good corporate governance, information technology, human resources competencies together on competitive advantage. To know and analyze the influence of good corporate governance on marketing performance. To know and analyze the influence of information technology on performance marketing. To know and analyze the influence of the performance of HR competencies on marketing. To know and analyze the influence of competitive advantage on marketing performance. To know and analyze the influence of good corporate governance, information technology, human resource competencies and competitive advantages together on marketing performance.The method used in this research is descriptive survey and explanatory survey with a sample size of 320 respondents, data analysis method used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Based on the results of the study, the findings obtained of followed good corporate governance proved positively and significantly influenced on competitive advantage. Information technology proved positively and significantly influenced on competitive advantage. HR competencies positively and significantly influenced on competitive advantage. Good corporate governance, information technology and human resource competency together proved positively and significantly influenced on competitive advantage. However, partially, the most dominant influence was information technology competitive advantage. Good corporate governance proved positively and significantly influenced on the performance of marketing. Information technology proved positively and significantly influenced on the performance of marketing. HR competencies proved positive and significant impact on the performance of marketing. Good corporate governance, information technology, human resource competencies and competitive advantages together proved positively and significantly influenced on the performance of marketing. Abstract

Office Spatial Planning arrangement of office space and office preparation equipment and furniture on the floor area and office space available to offer facilities for workers. PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Medan Branch is a company engaged in consulting services, testing, providing training and providing certification services such as, ISO 9001: 2008 Certification. Type of quantitative research, with the type of data obtained from primary and secondary data, and research methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and questionnaires. Based on the research results of the relationship (correlation) the strongest indicator is Xi with Yi, namely R = 0.745 and the contribution contributed by 55.50%. The regression test results show that the most dominant indicator of the regression equation, Xi to Yi, is 0.962. And the t-test results show that the most dominant indicator is Xi against Yi, that is t count = 3.406 where t table 2.16 then t count 3.406> t table 2.16 or in other words (Ha) accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between Xi and Yi. Then the F Test results show that the most dominant indicator is Xi against Yi, namely F count = 16.196, where F table = 4.67, Ha accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between Xi to Yi.Key words: Office Spatial Planning, Employee Performance, Multiple Linear Regression Tests

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the responsibility of the Hospital front office staff in serving prospective patients. The study was conducted descriptively by direct observation and a brief interview with the front office supervisor. The writing of this report is presented descriptively to obtain an overview of various information relating to the provision of services to hospital customers. Methods of data collection using documentation studies, field studies and literature studies. The data obtained is then analyzed and presented descriptively. The conclusion can be drawn that the Mekarsari Hospital's Front Office has not been able to provide the best services for patients and their families, and in the Duties and Responsibilities of Front Office Staff must be able to create services that are Quick Response to problems, effective, efficient and prioritize patient safety.Keywords: Front Office, Hospital, Customers

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the form of conducting safety riding training at PT Sarana Aman Berkendara, find out the constraints faced and find out the solutions made in overcoming the obstacles faced.The form of implementation and training in safety rite consists of 3 (three) stages, namely; pre test, theory & practice material, Post test. In the implementation of safety riding training there are several obstacles, namely Lack of order among the trainees so that it is not in accordance with the time provided, Lack of preparation of training participants' data, Limited office facilities, Weather that often changes, Number of participants. Solutions in dealing with obstacles in the implementation of safety riding training that is Handling obstacles in the lack of order of the trainees, Handling obstacles in the lack of preparation of participants' training data, Handling constraints in limited office facilities, Handling constraints on the weather that often changes, Handling constraints in the number of participants. Abstract

The ability to speak English both verbally and in writtenly for LP3I students is an important asset to be able to compete in the MEA era. However, for them English is not an easy subject to study. This is evident from the results of this study. Business English Correspondence is a course that provides expertise to students in conducting business correspondence in English well and correctly. The purpose of this paper is to find out the mistakes of English grammar in conducting business correspondence both conventional and online. Through the principles of error analysis, it can be seen various types of grammatical errors that are not in accordance with English grammar. There are two forms of errors that are generally distributed by students, namely Interlingual Error and Intralingual Error. The tables and graphs shown in this study describe twelve types of grammatical errors of students who have been classified. Strategic steps to evaluate the teaching methods of this course can be done afterwards.Key words: Error analysis, English Grammar. Business English Correspondence.

Abstract

Pada era globalisasi persaingan dunia usaha semakin ketat. Guna dapat mempertahankan keberlangsungan usahanya perusahaan dituntut untuk dapat  menciptakan produk yang inovative dan kreatif serta dukungan kinerja karyawan yang baik. Salah satu cara meningkatkan kinerja karyawan adalah dengan meningkatkan kompetensi dan pemberian motivasi yang tepat. pemberian pelatihan dan motivasi telah dilaksanakan oleh manajemen PT Bringin Life Syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui sejauh mana hubungan antara variable pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bringin Life Syariah, melalui analisa hubungan antara ketiga variable tersebut baik secara parsial maupun simultan.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah melalui survey dengan menyebarkan angket kuesioner kepada responden yang berasal dari PT Beringin Life Syariah Cabang Mampang Jakarta Selatan. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa besarnya hubungan secara simultan antara pelatihan (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan(Y) sebesar positif 0,813, tergolong kuat. Sedangkan kontribusi secara bersama-sama (simultan) variable X1 dan X2 terhadap Y ditujukan dengan nilai Koefisien  Determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,660 atau sama dengan 66%, hal ini menunjukan bahwa, kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan dengan menggunakan variable  pelatihan dan motivasi kerja, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 0,34% dapat dijelaskan dengan faktor-faktor lain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa, secara simultan faktor pelatihan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bringin Life Syariah.Kata Kunci: kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja, pelatihan

Abstract

This study analyzes the competencies of vocational college graduates with entrepreneurial-minded resources. The problem examined in this study is about the discussion in realizing the competence of vocational college graduates in the strategy of realizing entrepreneurial-minded resources. This research is an empirical study of student graduates in vocational colleges. The selected population of the vocational college graduates are using 20 indicators out of 135 respondents from some of the high vocational college graduates.The data collection will use questionnaires while the analysis tool was used for Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of data analysis shows that this research model is acceptable with goodness of fit. The public synopsis from the test results model that was applied to the competence of high vocational college graduates shows that strategy implementation can manifest the entrepreneurs minded resources. This study also has some limits on the research agenda for the next study.Keywords: competencies, strategy, entrepreneur

Abstract

The industrial revolution is marked by the use of new technologies in various fields. Along with the revolution and evolution in the industrial world throughout the world, marketing also experienced changes as a result of the adaptation and development of the industry. The purpose of this research is to find out how the behavior of millennial generation in using the Grabfood application. An approach method to study the research object by trying to explain the relationship between the research variables using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis test instruments. The results showed that the factors of consumptive behavior were the most influential and dominant factors in millennial generation in using the Grabfood application.Keyword: Millennial Generation, Application, Grabfood

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Pembelajaran Microsoft Office Terhadap Kemampuan Mahasiswa/I Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Dalam Menerima Berbagai Studi Kasus Baru”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui besarnya pengaruh pembelajaran microsoft office terhadap kemampuan mahasiswa/i dalam menerima berbagai studi kasus-studi kasus baru didalam pembelajaran yang dilakukan di Politeknik LP3I Jakarta. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sebagian mahasiswa/i Politeknik LP3I Jakarta kampus cikarang dari tingkat 1, 2, dan 3 dari beberapa kelas, yang berjumlah 240 mahasiswa  dan teknik sampling  yang digunakan yaitu dengan simple random sampling  yang menghasilkan sample sebanyak 70 mahasiswa. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif  pembelajaran microsoft office terhadap kemampuan mahasiswa/i sebesar 13,7% (koefisien R Square 0,137). Terdapat korelasi positif antara pembelajaran microsoft office terhadap kemampuan mahasiswa/i yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 37% ( 0,371) dan terkategori rendah. Indikator pembelajaran microsoft office  memiliki pengaruh yang rendah terhadap kemampuan mahasiswa/i.Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran, Microsoft Office, Kemampuan menerima studi kasus baru
