Abstract

ABSTRACT This study entitled Implementation of Imports Imports Coil Through Freight Forwarder At PT Chita Indonesia In Bekasi. This research uses qualitative descriptive method in which the authors do research by way of data collection, analyze data, and describe the data systematically for easy to understand. The author presents a description of the problem based on facts, data, phenomena, and circumstances that occur when the study goes with what it is. The purpose of this study is to know the Implementation, Obstacles and provide recommendations on Import activities conducted through a third party, namely Freight Forwarder.From the results of this study it can be concluded that Implementation of Coil Imports using Freight Forwarder Services at PT Chita Indonesia has been running well, but it needs improvement in some activities so that problems that become constraints can be overcome. While the obstacles that occur more dominant on errors in the document. For that reason, the recommendation given is the making of SOP so that errors in the case of documents made by internal parties can be minimized, a firm stance against the freight forwarder in case of mistakes made by the freight forwarder or add another freight forwarder as the benchmark service of the freight forwarder used. Keywords: Import, Coil, Freight Forwarder

Abstract

This research aims to analyse and find out 1)The influence of personality, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), 2) The personality influence on employee organizational commitment; 3) The personality influence on employee job satisfaction, and 4) The influence of employee job satisfaction on employee organizational commitment. The experiment was conducted in a joint venture company of PT.Pertamina Persero and SK Energy International of Korea, namely PT PATRA SK.The method of analysis used the method of statistical analysis of quantitative and associative hypotheses with cross sectional survey design to investigate the correlation effects of exogenous variables: personality profiles and endogenous variables: OCB, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Sampling method is simple random sampling of 104 people so the number of employee population sample of respondents used in this study as many as 80 people with 95% degree of confidence. Data were collected with questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability by using alpha cronbach formula and the correlation Pearson product moment formula. Scoring statement items is in the questionnaire using 5 point Likert scale. Hypothesis testing research conducted by path analysisThe results of this study show empirically: (1) Personality, organizational commitment, and employee job satisfaction in PT.PATRA SK has positive and significant impact on OCB (r = 0.580, p = 0.000 <0.05, r = 0.201, p = 0.009 <0.05, and r = 0.213, p = 0.002 <0.05), (2) Personality and significant positive effect on organizational commitment (r = 0.699, p = 0.000 <0.05), (3) Personality positive effect and significantly on job satisfaction (r = 0.885, p = 0.000 <0.05), and (4) Job satisfaction and significant positive effect on organizational commitment (r = 0.241, p = 0.011 <0.05). Keywords:             organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, personality, path analysis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, disiplin kerja, kompetensi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada karyawan yang bekerja di Pemerintah Kota Bekasi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 54 kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi, disiplin kerja, kompetensi dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan, untuk hasil uji regresi juga ditemukan bahwa budaya organisasi merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai Pemerintah Kota Bekasi. Hal ini ditujukan dengan nilai Standardized Coefficien Beta yang lebih besar 0,423 atau 42,3% dibanding dengan variabel lainnya yang nilainya dibawah variabel budaya organisasi. Kata kunci: GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI, DISIPLIN KERJA, KOMPETENSI, BUDAYA ORGANISASI

Abstract

Based on observations in the field, it can be seen that at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Cibinong Campus service is generally seen as good enough, but there are some services that are still considered not optimal. Based on this, the writer is interested in conducting research to find out how much influence the quality of service on corporate image (Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Cibinong Campus). The type of research chosen is a type of quantitative research. Quantitative research was chosen because researchers wanted to measure the effect of service quality on image at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Cibinong Campus using a scale and size that had been previously designed. This measurement is based on the respondent's answer to a questionnaire containing various questions and statements with variations of answers that have been provided by the author. This research is explanative, namely a study that explains the interplay between independent variables (Service Quality) and dependent variables (Image Company) through testing hypotheses. In this case the researcher examines whether there is an influence between the quality of service to the company image by testing several theories used. From the results of the analysis obtained the value of service quality has a significant positive effect on the image shown by the r value of 0.587 which means the relationship between the two is strong. While the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.344, which means that service quality can increase the company's image variable by 34.4%, while the remaining 65.6% is explained by other variables. Keywords: Service, Quality, Image

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify, analyse and assess the influences of Brand and Product Quality On Customer’s Buying Decision in South Cikarang Bekasi Regency. This research is intended to give advice for Brand and Product Quality On Customer’s Buying Decision in South Cikarang Bekasi Regency. This research was used descriptive and verification method. Descriptive research is used to describe characteristics of a population or phenomenon being studied. Verification is the research conducted with the aim to prove the truth of a theory on a particular time and place. The results of this research shown that there is a relationship between Brand and Product Quality. Meanwhile, Brand and Product Quality has the influence partially to the Customer’s Buying Decision. Abstract

The Influence of the quality of service for satisfaction and word of mouth on the further education LP3I Campus Kramat Jakarta. Research is aimed to determine the influence of the quality of service for satisfaction student an continued program LP3I, know the influence of the quality of service for word of mouth students an continued program LP3I, and he knows influence of satisfaction with word of mouth students an continued program LP3I. Data processing the result of this research in a software partial least square (pls) does not need sample in a specified number of, but the amount available recommended was a minimum 35 to 100 respondents (yamit and kurniawan, 2009:213). Each respondent given 59 statement with use likert scale. Based on the results of data processing shows that the quality of service have leverage significant and give a positive response to satisfaction on program LP3I secondary schools. Abstract

ABSTRACT Effect of Cooperative Learning Model Engineering two stay two stray Against Student Activity and Economic Study Results (Experimental Study Lesson In Economics Class XI Students of SMAN 1 Cigugur).This study aims to determine whether learning with cooperative learning model two stay two stray technique has an effect on students learning activities and learning out comes. The study conducted a study using experimental methods, the population in this study were 226 students with a total sample of 31 students who taught with cooperative learning method two stay two stray technique and 31 students taught by lecture method. The instrument used was a multiple choice test consisting of 30 items.This technique provides an opportunity for groups to share results and information with other groups so that create savibrant learning in the classroom. In this technique the students not only discuss and learn with the group, but students will be able to doa question and answer to other students who are not from that group of students,the opportunity to develop the ability to express opinions more and learning processin the classroom can be run well.The results conclude the following: First, students learning activities in class at SMAN 1 Cigugur control part is low and learning is being done before, but after learning with the conventional method of student activity is so much better than before. Second, student learning out comes in the control class at SMAN1 Cigugur some still low and medium prior to learning, but after learning with the conventional method of student learning out comes has to be better than the previous. The third significant relationship between post-test student activities and student learning out comes in the classroom with classroom control experiments showed that learning by using learning model two stay two stray technique is more effective in increasing student activity and learning outcomes for students compared to using conventional methods.From theresults of research conducted showed that the learning outcomes of students taught with cooperative learning model two stay two stray technique better than students taught by conventional methods. So that from thet test proving that learning with cooperative learning model two stay two stray technique has a significant impactin improving student learning out comes and student learning activitiesin the classroom conducted experimental and control Keywords : model pembelajaran, aktivitas belajar, hasil belajar

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of the research is to test and to analyze the hypothesis about the effects of grammar competences and vocabulary mastery on writing skill of making English business letter. The research has been done by the methodology of survey. The population is the students of business administration program at private polytechnic LP3I Jakarta campus Cileungsi. The number of samples is 74. The samples are distributed in the first level until the last level of the program. The research used random sampling as sampling technique for determining which part of population will be a sample. The instrument has been used on this research is vocabulary mastery test. The test is divided into two. The first is general English vocabulary test and the second is business English vocabulary test. The general English vocabulary test consists of 30 numbers multiple choice questions and the business English vocabulary test consists of 20 numbers multiple choice questions and 5 matching questions.Keywords : grammar competence, vocabulary mastery, writing skill on making English business letter.

Abstract

Abstract

The title of this research is The Influence Of Academic Service Quality And Corporate Image Towards Students’ Satisfaction at LP3I Cilegon.  The objectives of this research was to know The Influence Of Academic Service Quality And Corporate Image Towards Students’ Satisfaction at LP3I Cilegon. The research was quantitative research and  the population of this research were students of LP3I Cilegon who were in the first year (level I) with  the total number of the population were 295 students.  This research used purposes sampling method.   The criteria of the sample were the students in the first year at academic year 2014 and the total respondents were 100 respondents.  The analysis technique was multiple linear regressions.  The result showed that the quality of the academic service and corporate image partially and simultaneously/ together influenced the students’ satisfaction Key words:  academic service quality,  corporate image and students’ satisfaction
