Abstract

This research was conducted to determine how much the influence Customer Value to the College Selection Decision of Student  in Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Kampus Blok M, to determine how much the influence Quality 0f Education Services to the  College Selection Decision of Student in Politectic LP3I Jakarta Kampus Blok M, and determine how much the influence Customer Value and Quality of Education services simultaneously to the College Selection Decision of Student  in Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Kampus Blok M. This research was conducted on 75 students out of a population of 300 students using slovin method and quantitative research methods using regression analysis, to prove that the variable customer value has a positive and significant influence towards college selection decisions; and the variable quality of educational services has a positive and significant influence towards college selection decision. The research proved that the customer value has a positif influence 0,823 to the college selection decision,the quality of educational services has a positif influence 0,756 to the college selection decision,customer value and quality of education services simultaneosly has a significant influence 0,854. The Results of this research prove that hypotests Ha accepted and proven linear.Keywords: College Selection Decision, Customer Value, Service Quality

Abstract

Along with the increasing public awareness of higher education, it becomes a motivation to continue their education to higher education. Prospective students are faced with many choices of universities. Through promotions, it offers various study programs and displays its potential and advantages such as complete facilities and strategic locations. This study is to determine the factors that influence the decision of students to continue their education to higher education at STMIK Bani Saleh. The type of data used is primary data, namely STMIK Bani Saleh students majoring in informatics engineering with a total of 185 respondents. Data analysis used path analysis while data processing used SPSS 2.0. The results showed that the factors that influenced student decisions were cost of 26.2%, facilities of 7.1%, promotion of 2.7% and motivation of 17.56%.Key words: Factors, Decisions, Costs, Facilities, Promotion, Motivation, Student Decisions, Path Analysis

Abstract

This research purpose to know the application of Cost Reduction Strategies on Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). Cost reduction strategies have the meaning of "change" even though it is better known as "cost reduction" but any company that dares to implement cost reduction means that it is ready to change.  The problem in the application of Cost Reduction Strategies is the difficulty in making a priority scale to determine cost items that can be streamlined and not optimal in carrying out the cost reduction stage. The focus of this study is more on the application of business process change strategies and also the efficiency of human resources. This research uses a qualitative description method. The technique of collecting data was done by interviewing and surveying a number of respondents using a sampling technique. The survey results showed 67% applied the concept of efficiency in business processes and 25% implemented a human resource efficiency strategy (streamlining), 8% of respondents stated that they did not implement an efficiency strategy during a pandemic because their income has actually increased. From the survey results, it shows that the main focus of MSME entrepreneurs when there is a decline in turnover is to make improvements to the production process firsts, streamlining is the final choice.Key words: Cost Reduction Strategies, UMKM Bogor, Covid-19

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical data, facts, and valid and reliable information about the influence of the Leadership Style and its influence on the trust of the employees of PT. XYZ. This study uses an associative quantitative approach and regression techniques. The population in this study were all employees of PT. XYZ numbered 228 people. The sampling method using simple random sampling, for all employees who are still actively working in 2019, amounted to 228 people. Samples were taken with the Slovin formula so that the total sample of 145 people. Research data in the net through questionnaires. This study uses item analysis for both variables. The results of the study concluded, there is a positive direct effect of leadership style on employee trust. This finding means that if you want to increase employee confidence in the organization, it can be done through changing leadership styles.Keywords: Leadership Style, Trust, Millennial Generation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Z generation digital native of Instagram social media account owners with public features that have a tendency to develop integrated account owners, through the use of multimedia broadcasts and the potential to promote visual works in the creative industry. The data collection period was observed by observing the posting of the respondent's portfolio on the feed from May - September 2020. The research design was correlational quantitative research between the Characteristics of Generation Z (X1), Social Media Broadcast (X2) and Creative Industry Integrated Development Multimedia (Y) variables. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the ability of Generation Z Characteristics in processing learning outcomes with the use of social media. Broadcast is integrated into a part of promoting portfolios in Creative Industry Integrated Development. Research data from a population of 180, of which there are 91 generation Z, and 20 accounts with Digital Native characteristics with public settings, taken as the research sample. The results obtained 1) Generation Z tends to have Digital Native Characteristics obtained as much as 84%, 2) Generation Z tends to have digital native characteristics that carry out the activity of Social Media Broadcast as much as 84%, 3) There is a native digital indicator of Generation Z doing Integrated Creative Industry Development for 88%. 4) Producing an accredited national publication research journal indexed.Keywords:             Sosial Media broadcast, Multimedia, Creative Industry, Digital Native, Z Generation

Abstract

This research was conducted at Special Crime Directorate of the National Police Criminal Investigation Unit with the title Effect of Work-Family Conflict and Work Stress on Investigator Performance through Motivation as an Intervening Variable. The formulations of the problems are: (1) how do work-family conflict and work stress affect the motivation of investigators; (2) how do work-family conflict and work stress affect the performance of investigators; (3) how do work motivation affect the performance of investigators; and (4) how do work-family conflict and work stress affect the performance of investigators. This research is a quantitative research, carried out in a cross-sectional manner, using the method of causality by conducting hypothesis testing. The data used are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to 139 respondents. Data analysis uses a structural equation model or Structural Equation Model (SEM) with data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3. This analysis is used to determine how much influence the independent variables are Work Family-Conflict and Job Stress on the dependent variable are Investigator Performance and Work Motivation. The results showed that: (1) work-family conflict and work stress have a negative and significant effect on the motivation of investigators; (2) work-family conflict and work stress have a negative and significant effect on the performance of investigators; (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the investigators; and (4) work-family conflict and work stress have a negative and significant effect on the performance of investigators through work motivation.Keywords: Work-Family Conflict, Job Stress, Motivation, Investigator Performance.

Abstract

The market is a place where sellers and buyers meet. This study describes research on the vegetable market in Medan and the PT.PLN monopoly market in Jambi. This report presentsome data regarding the market and access to market data. The purpose of this research is the market situation, the condition of buyers and sellers, market access for new sellers and the ability of sellers to determine market prices. This research is a qualitative research with literature review through elaboration, descriptive analysis to see and examine in detail how the pattern of PT.PLN Medan and Jambi usesthe patterns in the application ofservise performance to the community and how the impact isfelt. This research still needs to be development as a medium for academic development and management-management at PT.PLN in general and PT.PLN Medan and Jambi in particular. The results showed that the implementation of a perfect and imperfect market application pattern was done intentionally unintentionally by PT.PLN Medan and Jambi as a form of application that was adjusted tothe respentive Regional Laws and Perpu so that all matters of implementation became market reaction to follow the rules and accept the consequences if they occur on the rules applied by PT.PLNKeywords: perfect market; imperefect market; price; price mechanism.

Abstract

Hotels are an element of the tourism industry and play a very important role in providing services to tourists. Each hotel tries to improve its facilities and service quality. If consumers enjoy services that are much lower than they expected, consumers will lose interest in these service providers, and the hotel will eventually lose customers. Conversely, if consumers enjoy services higher than their expectations, then consumers will feel satisfied. Based on the research background, the questions that arise in this study are which factors have the most influence on customer satisfaction on the service quality of the Golden Tulip Hotel Tangerang, and what factors have the greatest influence on customer service expectations of the Golden Tulip Hotel Tangerang. The research model developed in this study consists of four dimensions, namely service quality, consumer expectations, and customer satisfaction, with two hypotheses to be tested. The test was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tool in the LISREL program on 100 respondents who were consumers of the Golden Tulip Hotel Tangerang. The results of data analysis indicate that the two proposed hypotheses are acceptable, and it can be concluded that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and consumer expectations have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. This study also links the research results with the theoretical implications and policies of the Golden Tulip Hotel Tangerang management, which are described in the conclusion section. Research limitations and future research agendas can be used as a reference for future researchers.Keywords: service quality, customer expectations, customer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research  is to statistically examine the factors that influence the preparation of MSMEs financial reporting based on SAK EMKM at PD Pasar Jaya Kramat Jati. The data in this study are primary data, obtained through the distribution of questionnaires totaling 85. Due to special consideration in accordance with predetermined criteria, Therefore the sampling technique uses  purposive sampling in this study. Processing in the study  uses  SmartPLS 3.3.2 software. The result of  this study shows that there is evidence that the variables of  educational background  and business scale have a positive and significant impact on MSMEs financial reporting based on SAK EMKM. While other variables in this study namely  accounting understanding and do not have significant influence on MSMEs financial reporting based on SAK EMKM.Key words: SAK EMKM, Financial reporting, UMKM

Abstract

The impact of globalization that is currently happening has made Indonesians forget their character. There are many problems that arise in Indonesian society, including the case of the lack of character possessed by students. This research analyzes the influence of religious character education, social care, environmental care on discipline of LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic Office Administration students. In the t test, the religious character variable partially does not have a positive and significant effect on the discipline variable. While the Social Care Character variable partially does not have a positive and significant effect on the discipline variable. However, the variable Character Caring for the Environment partially has a positive and significant effect on the discipline variable. In the F test simultaneously or together the independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable, that the model is able to explain 41.22% of the dependent variable, while 58.78% is influenced by other factors outside the regression model. For the character of caring for the environment, discipline is good and must be improved. Meanwhile, religious character does not affect discipline, this needs to be increased again in the spirit of learning motivation for religious subjects, it is also necessary to make an appropriate curriculum for religious subjects in order to produce disciplined students. For the character of social care, it is necessary to improve soft skills, especially in terms of sharing, so that students have an increased sense of empathy. This also requires an integrated curriculum between subjects, so that graduates Office Administration program of the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, can be ready to work with adequate hard skills and soft skills.Keywords: Character Education, Religious, Social Care, Environmental Care, Discipline
