Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Kepercayaan diri dan efikasi diri terhadap kematanagan karir mahasiswa Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Jakarta Utara”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui besarnya  pengaruh kepercayaan diri dan efikasi diri terhadap kematangan karir mahasiswa Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Jakarta Utara. Jenis penelitianyang digunakan dalam penelitin ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh  mahasiswa Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Jakarta Utara berjumlah 400 dan teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu dengan simple random sampling yang merujuk pada pendapat Gay dan Diehl (1992)menghasilkan sample sebanyak 40 mahasiswa. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan  kepercayaan diri terhadap kematangan karir mahasiswa di Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Jakarta Utara sebesar 57,5%.Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan efikasi diri terhadap kematangan karir mahasiswa di Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Jakarta Utara sebesar 79,6%.Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepercayaan diri dan efikasi diri terhadap kematangan karir mahasiswa di Politeknik LP3I Jakarta Kampus Jakarta Utara sebesar 82,3%. Abstract

The head of branch is a formal leader in his campus. They are in charge of managing lectures to develop their performance and achievement. By increasing their skills and potential, the lectures will be good partners in education fields and giving positive attitude to their profession in order to make students graduating more qualified. Polytechnic LP3I Caringin - Tomang, as one of new LP3I branches needs an integrated education vision between the lectures and the head of branch to increase their performance and achievement by training continually.The problem statement is “Are there any significant correlation between the leaderships style and education training to their achievement?”. This study is part of a larger study that used survey and the methodology is analysis descriptive which is a research method by taking sampling in certain population by using questioner.It is stated that there is significant positive effect from leadership style and education training to lecture achievement by using 81,8% variant in determination confession. The leadership style got 0,395 regressions while training got 0.881 regressions.The result of this research is suggested to develop their teaching method in other to be able to maximize the learning result by increasing training, book resources and internet. It will make additional value to the professional lecture.Keywords: performance, achievement, leaderships style, and education training.

Abstract

Analysis of the effect of Job Stressor and Work conflict on employee performance in PTS XYZ Jakarta. The study was conducted to determine how much influence the job stressors on Employee performance in PTS XYZ, and determine how much influence the job stressor  and conflict working together on employee performance in PTS XYZ, Jakarta.  This study used a survey method using questionnaires as a research instrument. The population in this study were 60 employee PTS XYZ in Jakarta and sampled in this study as many as 60 people. This research conducted in March to April 2014.Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique based on the opinions of respondents of the research instrument in the form of questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is using a computer with the use of SPSS 17.0 windows program. The result showed there were significant negative effect of job stressor and work conflict on employee performance either partially or jointly (stimulatory). Key word : Job Stressor, Work Conflict, Performance

Abstract

Depok City growth as a develop City in Indonesia and as the result Depok became one of the cities that overrun by the urban from various of region in Republic of Indonesia. This research is aimed to know how far the role of urban in the minority area around Bus station in especially Depok City and people of Pancoranmas district in general in empowering the people’s economy especially in supporting, guiding, and developing retail business. The method used to analyzethis research is linear regression, correlation coefficient and determination coefficient. The result shown that the earnings and business run by the urban in Depok is good. However, there is a legality problem regarded the government license which is caused by the majority of the urban do not have a clear identity data and as the result the business of the urban won’t last longer. Abstract

This research was conducted to determine how much influence the self-concept on student learning achievement at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, Blok M Campus, determine how much influence teaching lecturer performance on student learning achievement at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, Blok M Campus, and determine how much influence self-concept and teaching lecturer performance simultaneously on student learning achievement at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, Blok M Campus. This research uses correlation to see how much the influence of two independent variables and the dependent variable. The population research was all active students period of 2014/2015 at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Blok M Campus, amount of 346 students and 78 Students as sample of this research. Each respondent got 25 questions by using a Likert scale. Based on the results of data processing showed that the effect of self-concept of student learning achievement at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, Blok M Campus is strong, it means that the relations between the two variables are significant for a strong confidence level. Also the influence of teaching lecturer performance on student learning achievement at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, Blok M Campus is strong. While the influence self-concept and teaching lecturer performance on student learning achievement at Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, Blok M Campus is strong. Abstract

ABSTRAK Bagi suatu perusahaan masalah tenaga kerja (SDM) merupakan masalah pokok  yang harus mendapat perhatian, terutama dalam hal pengembangan karyawannya agar berdampak pada kestabilan dan pencapaian tujuan suatu organisasi.  Salah satu aspek pengembangan SDM yang sangat penting diperhatikan adalah perencanaan dan pengembangan karir yang berpengaruh pada peningkatan motivasi kerja Karyawan.Penelitian ini dilakukan  adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kesempatan pengembangan karier dengan motivasi kerja Karyawan di  PT. Mastrada, dengan memberikan kuisioner kepada responden (Karyawan) dengan jumlah 85 orang dan sampel yang diambil secara random sampling sejumlah 40 orang karyawan. Metode analisis statistik menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 23, untuk menentukan validitas dan reliabilitas, normalitas, multikolonieritas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda, anova dan uji t guna menguji hipotesis yang diperlukan. Hasil penelitian ini terbukti terdapat  hubungan kesempatan pengembangan karier dengan motivasi kerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.299 atau sebesar 29,9%, artinya variabel kesempatan pengembangan karier terhadap variabel motivasi kerja cukup berpengaruh, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya. Persamaan yang diperoleh adalah : Y = 11,500 + 0,679X+e Kata kunci : pengembangan karier dan motivasi kerja

Abstract

ABSTRACT Human resources are incredibly crucial for companies, playing a role as a driven tigger of all company activities. By having qualified human resources, the company can easily integrate both its vision ang goals to the employees so that the company's goals can be achieved. This research was conducted in PT. Kyungseung trading indonesia jakarta by using work motivation as the independent variable and performance as the dependent variable. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work motivation, consisting of need for achievement, need for affiliation and need for power on the performance of the employees of Witel Bekasi. This research is descriptive and causal. Data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous hypothesis test (F test), the partial hypothesis testing (t-test), and the coefficient of determination. Sampling technique used is Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Based on the results of the questionnaire with 52 respondents, the assessment of employees' work motivation and performance are in the category of very high. Abstract

Dengan banyaknya perguruan tinggi yang ada, maka pertimbangan pengambilan keputusan untuk kuliah semakin banyak. Proses pengambilan keputusan dalam memilih perguruan tinggi termasuk dalam pengambilan keputusan yang luas karena terjadi untuk kepentingan khusus bagi konsumen atau untuk pengambilan keputusan yang membutuhkan tingkat keterlibatan yang tinggi misalnya pembelian produk–produk mahal, mengandung nilai prestis, dan dipergukanakan untuk waktu yang lama.Jenis pengambilan keputusan oleh para konsumen tersebut menjadi celah atau sebuah sumber persaingan bisnis. Latar belakang penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan pengajar dan media pembelajaran terhadap kepuasan warga belajar. Penelitian yang berjudul: “pengaruh kemampuan pengajar dan media pembelajaran terhadap  kepuasan warga belajar Di LP3I Cabang Balikpapan“ . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikasi kemampuan pengajar dan media pembelajaran secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kepuasan warga belajar di LP3I Cabang Balikpapan. Abstract

AbstractThe ASEAN Economic Community was formed with the aim of achieving the perfection of economic integration in the ASEAN region which is believed to provide tangible benefits to all elements of society. Opportunities of digital economy and the pollination of each ASEAN country is very important to succeed the purpose of the establishment of The ASEAN Economic Community. This study uses quantitative methods with secondary data by panel period 2012-2016 by combining 10 ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, Brunei, Laos, Cambodia). T test results obtained are the effect of digital variables on the GDP of ASEAN countries ie the probability value of t-statistics obtained 0.0420. Then the statistical probability <α = 5% is 0.0420 <0.05. So it can be concluded that digital variables partially have a positive significance to GDP variables. While the influence of openness to GDP growth of ASEAN countries is the probability value of t-statistics obtained 0.6386, then the statistical probability <α = 5% is 0.6386> 0.005. So it can be concluded that the variables of disclosure partially no effect on the significance of GDP variables. While the simultaneous F test result is the effect of digital variables and openness to GDP growth of ASEAN countries obtained Adjustted R-Squere value of 0.994. This shows that the model is able to explain 99.4% of the dependent variable, while the remaining 0.52 other factors influenced beyond the regression model. Digital influence on GDP growth of ASEAN countries is good so it needs to be improved to manage internet users. Internet users are expected not only as a consumer but also create business opportunities to make a star up (entrepreneur) for economic growth in each country can be improved. While the influence of openness to the growth of GDP of ASEAN countries needs to be improved especially in producing products that can be exported and reduce the import of goods, export and import tariff are also to be re-arranged so that grow export climate in each country. It is expected that openness will increase so much investment will be present so that ultimately the purpose of establishment of ASEAN Economic Community can prosper each ASEAN country.Keywords: Digital Economy, Openness, GDP, ASEAN
