Abstract

ABSTRAK Struktur modal merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting bagi suatu perusahaan terutama untuk keuangan dan nilai perusahaan sehingga manajer keuangan harus memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi struktur modal agar dapat memaksimalkan kemakmuran para pemegang saham perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pertumbuhan penjualan dan tarif pajak terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2013-2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan leverage sebagai proksi dari struktur modal. Analisis regresi yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan pembahasan hasil penelitian, pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal dan tarif pajak tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman. Kata Kunci : Struktur Modal, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Tarif Pajak ABSTRACT Capital structure is a very important for a company, especially for finance and company value, so that financial managers must understand the factors that influence the capital structure in order to maximize the prosperity of the company’s shareholders. The purpose of this research was to find out how the effect of sales growth and tax rate on the capital structure of food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. This research uses leverage as a proxy of the capital structure. The regression analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the discussion of the results of the research, the sales growth has a significant effect on the capital structure and the tax rate has no effect on the capital structure of the food and beverages companies. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan green accounting, kinerja lingkungan, dan kepemilikan asing terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility pada entitas manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak enam puluh tiga sampel. Alat analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa Green accounting tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility, Kinerja lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility, dan Kepemilikan Asing berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the extent of the company's financial performance in order to manage the company's assets in achieving optimal profit, the performance of the management of the company's assets can be seen from the Activity Ratio, namely Cash Turnover, Receivables Turnover, and Inventory Turnover, based on the results of analysis both simultaneously and partially to the optimization of profit. The object in this study is PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk, while the data used is the financial statements of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk, the first quarter of 2010 – the fourth quarter of 2020. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regressions with classic assumption test, F Test (simultaneous), and t test (partial). Based on the classic Assumption test does not occur multicolerity, autocorrelation and heteresdastisitas. The results of simultaneous analysis (Test F) show that Cash Turnover, Receivable Turnover, and Inventory Turnover have a significant influence.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap keinginan berpindah (switching intention) mahasiswa pengguna rumah kos di Jatimulyo Malang dengan variabel kepuasan sebagai variabel mediating. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Dari hasil analisis, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pengguna rumah kos di Jatimulyo Malang. Kualitas layanaan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keinginan berpindah, tetapi variabel kepuasan tidak dapat digunakan sebagai variabel mediating untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap keinginan berpindah pengguna jasa layanan rumah kos di Jatimulyo Malang.

Abstract

Pengaruh Inflasi, Suku Bunga, dan Nilai Tukar Terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan Di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Inflasi, Suku Bunga dan Nilai Tukar terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan di Bursa Efek Indonesia.. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 718 perusahaan, dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan penulis. Analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian secara simultan diperoleh bahwa variabel Inflasi, Suku Bunga, dan Nilai Tukar secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan Di Bursa Efek Indonesia, sedangkan secara parsial variabel Inflasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan Di Bursa Efek Indonesia., Suku Bunga mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan Di Bursa Efek Indonesia., dan Nilai Tukar mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan signifikan sekaligus dominan terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan Di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

Artikel ini, merupakan penelitian/evaluasi terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik (dosen) ditinjau dari action research. Evaluasi dosen dilakukan terhadap kegiatan belajar mengajar mahasiswa A1 Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Balikpapan, selama 1 semester (6 bulan). Tujuan dari penelitian/evaluasi ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja dosen melalui: 1. Kegiatan belajar mengajar, 2. Kehadiran dosen. 3. Kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengimplementasikan dalam bentuk presentasi di kelas. Data untuk mengevaluasi merupakan aktivitas belajar mengajar selama 16 kali pertemuan selama 1 semester. Data berupa kegiatan mahasiswa dalam perkuliahan dan kehadiran dosen di dalam kelas. Perkuliahan saat pandemic covid-19 berbeda dengan saat sebelum ada pandemic. Sebelum pandemic perkuliahan dilakukan dikelas dengan cara tatap muka dan aksi kelas, sedangkan pada saat pandemic perkuliahan tetap dengan cara tatap muka tetapi tidak di dalam kelas langsung, namun menggunakan aplikasi Zoom. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kehadiran mahasiswa tetap tinggi (rata-rata, 15 kali tatap muka) jumlah kehadirannya, Kehadiran dosen tetap seperti saat tatap muka di kelas secara langsung, Mahasiswa mampu menyerap materi kuliah, dengan bukti mampu mempresentasikan matakuliah yang ditempuh, yaitu Seminar MSDM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, discipline and work environment on job satisfaction of the employees of Balikpapan Local water Supply Company (PDAM). This research was conducted on the employees of the Balikpapan PDAM. The sample sizes taken were 187 employees. The results show that there is simultaneous effect of work motivation, discipline, and work environment to job satisfaction. Work motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and the work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The most dominant influence on job satisfaction is discipline.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to know the influece of simultaneus or partially variable Local Revenues, Balance Funds, Other Legitimate Income Toward Regional Expense on Balikpapan city. In year 2010-2018 obtained from the Office Regional Financial and Asset Management of Balikpapan. The technique of determination of sample in this study using saturated sample. Test result simultaneously that The effect of Local Revenues, Balance Funds, and Other Legitimate Income Toward Regional Expense on Balikpapan city. Collectively have a not significant influence on the Balikpapan city. Because Fhitung is smaller that Ftabel. While the test resulhts that partially Local Revenues has a positive effect and significant, Balance Funds has a positive effect and not significant, and Other Legitimate Income has a negative effect and not significant. Test resulhts that partially Local Revenues has a dominant influence Regional Expense on Balikpapan city because value thitung and the partial r most large compared to other variable second.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of situational leadership styles on employee performance through a commitment to the Sikka District Youth and Sports Education Office. The number of samples in this study was 60 employees taken using saturated sampling or census sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 60 employees of the Office of Youth and Sports Education in Sikka Regency; 60 questionnaires were collected again which were taken by the census. In this study, the validity test was performed by Pearson's product-moment correlation technique. The analysis technique used in data processing is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the classic assumption test, f test, and t-test as the basis for decision making. The results showed that there was no significant effect between leadership style and employee performance, with a t value of only -0.812 through the t-test. But there is a direct effect of the intervening variable of organizational commitment on employee performance where the t value of 2.222 is greater than the value of t table 2.004. The leadership style does not have a direct influence on employee performance and it turns out that through the f test it was found that it is more effective with the indirect effect mediated by intervening variables of organizational commitment. While the direct and indirect relationship of organizational culture has significant results on employee performance, it means that organizational culture has a significant influence on improving employee performance at the Department of Youth and Sports Education in Sikka Regency

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneously or partially the variables of physical evidence, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, and assurance on student satisfaction at Jogja Flight Education Center Balikpapan. The population in this study were students who were registered in 2015-2019, amounting to 210 students. By using random sampling technique so that it can be determined the number of samples in this study amounted to 63 students. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of physical evidence, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, and assurance have a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction on Jogja Flight. Education Center Balikpapan. While partially it can be concluded that of the five variables, the responsiveness variable has a dominant effect on student satisfaction at Jogja Flight Education Center Balikpapan.
