Abstract

This research aims at analysing the implementation of multicultural education toward santri's tolerant attitude development. This study employs descriptive qualitative method which covers the process of data collection through in depth interview, which later be analysed by data reduction and categorisation according to its critical themes as narrated in the report. This research reveals that the implementation of multicultural education in Pondok Pesantren Al-Kautsar is motivated by (i) the principle of Tawassuth, Tawazun,I'tidal, and Tasamuh, (ii) Tanbih Thariqah Qadiriyyah wa al-Naqsyabandiyyah Suryalaya, and (iii) five fundamentals in maqashid al-Syari'ah. In addition to the development of santri's tolerant behaviour, the school curriculum at the Pondok Pesantren Al-Kautsar is integrally designed containing multicultural education concept.

Abstract

The strong influence of social media in the lives of Indonesian people, requires preachers –both personal and institutional – to participate in filling this virtual world. Dai-dai arerequired to be able to use social media as a medium for delivering da'wah messages in aneffort to spread religious values. This da'wah model was later called "Digital Da'wah",which will be discussed in this article. This article discusses the Da'wah of the NahdlatulUlama (PCNU) Pamekasan Branch Manager through a fan page on Facebook socialmedia. Based on da'wah theories and a phenomenological approach, the research used in thisarticle is qualitative-descriptive. That is, the results of the research in this paper are presentedin the form of an elaboration based on the data found in the field. The primary data in thisstudy are uploads on the "Media NU Pamekasan" fanspage (created on November 7,2017). The results of the research contained in this article, PCNU Pamekasan utilizesdigital media as a means of preaching given the high number of social media users inIndonesia. This is considered effective in countering the teachings of radical groups who usesocial media to spread their understanding. There are two categories of da'wah messagesdelivered by PCNU Pamekasan through the two fanpages, namely sharia and morality

Abstract

This study aims to photograph and explore the perception of the Madurese community towards the use of financial technology (Fintech) and sharia financial technology. The study in this research is related to the development of an inclusive society, where the fintech theme is currently overgrowing in its use by the community along with technological developments in the 4.0 revolution era. Fintech combines the financial system with technology to become an innovation that facilitates the financial system. Informants in this study were Madurese from four districts, namely Bangkalan, Sampang, Pamekasan, and Sumenep, both using or not using fintech services. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and in-depth interviews with informants with various backgrounds, ages, genders, and professions. The analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive method with a phenomenological approach that is useful for providing facts and data accurately. Abstract

This study analyzes the meaning of Islamic hybridity and the phenomenon of pop hijrah among Generation Z. This research is qualitative research with literature study, the primary data is collected from journals, books, and internet sources and others. The conclusion of this study is that the hybrid identity of generation Z is the result of negotiations in the third space (read: popular mass media) between Islam and popular culture. The Hijrah Pop identity is a hybrid identity resulting from a cross between Islam and popular culture. Generation Z hybrid identity and the Hijrah Pop phenomenon are negotiated, formed, and expressed through the third space, namely social media. The hijrah, which is part of the Islamic identity of generation Z and the hijrah artist, is negotiated, formed, and expressed in the third space, namely social media. In this third space, all aspects of identity negotiate with each other as well as fight over each other. Thus, a hybrid identity was formed which actually experienced a confusion of directions. Generation Z and this hijrah artist do not yet understand which identity belongs to him. Their Islam is actually also driven by the globalization of culture and the global economy.

Abstract

Access to finance by MSMEs is still quite difficult, until a financial inclusion program appears whose goal is to make it easier for MSMEs to get financing. The program is driven by BMT as a sharia-based socio-economic institution whose aim is to improve the welfare of the community. This research is a qualitative type with a case study approach. The data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation which were analyzed using explanatory methods. The result of this study is that the financial inclusion program has been able to provide access for the unbanked community to obtain convenience in applying for financing. The concept of Islamic service excellent has been able to provide comfort and convenience for MSMEs to conduct financing transactions to develop their business. So that prosperity can be achieved by increasing income.

Abstract

Law or a provision will always run dynamically by the movement of time and changes in place. Because the era of globalization coldly demands changes in all lines and aspects. This is a reality clause from the development of science that continues to advance plus technology that is getting faster towards unlimited sophistication. Islamic education as part of the rolling of changes that occur is required to always think dynamically, not stagnate, to keep up with changes that are always bound to happen, but of course they must consistently rely on qot'iy arguments (al-Qur'an and al-Hadith) as the main source and it is also possible to remain proactive and responsive in chess in this era. In this case, it seems as if picking up a wild ball that continues to roll Imam Suprayogo and Azyumardi Azra with their broad insight spawned brilliant ideas and are expected to be able to color and bring significant changes, especially in Islamic education both theoretically and practically. The purpose of this paper is to describe the views of Imam Suprayogo and Azyumardi Azra and identify and analyze their way of thinking in relation to Islamic education.

Abstract

The essence of Islamic da'wah is an invitation or call in the way of Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala (SWT), for goodness and truth in accordance with the teachings of the Qur'an. This study aims to determine the implementation of da'wah bi al lisan and bi al hal in the Asy Syarifah ta'lim assembly in Tambung Village, Kec. pademawu. Benefits Theoretically is expected to be a benchmark for the development of science, especially in the field of Islamic religious broadcasting. In fact, it is hoped that the congregation will be able to apply all forms of practice both theoretically and practically in everyday life. The da'wah method is a method used by da'i to convey messages, information, knowledge to themselves and others. This means that the message of da'wah is conveyed and implemented in the real life of the congregation. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. The main data source for the management and members of the Asy Syarifah ta'lim assembly. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. This qualitative research uses inductive data analysis techniques, builds on certain facts, then analyzes and finally finds a general solution to the problem. After analyzing the data, it was found that the method used by the preacher was (manhaj) iqtibas, which is a process carried out to draw a conclusion (istidlal) to understand and interpret the true nature of da'wah. Da'wah/represents the essence of da'wah, True Islam, Experimental Islam, Historical Islam, or Islam that is lived by experience in society. In the implementation process, the da'wah method carried out by the da'i at the ta'lim assembly consists of three stages, namely: Ta'rif (transference), namely the da'wah stage which aims to bring knowledge and knowledge. change. Ignorance becomes an Islamic view, Takwin (coaching), which is the stage where a person begins to pay more attention to objects with the aim of conveying a state of mind (fikroh) that Islam is starting to give the subject of da'wah an opportunity to do charity and tanfidz (charity), namely steps that provide a point press on an outcome given by Allah SWT the reward for giving impetus to work and where the subject of da'wah was previously transformed into the subject of da'wah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and empirically test consumer decisions regarding halal cosmetics on the Tiktok Shop application in the Pamekasan community. The global Muslim population reached 1.9 billion in 2019 and is expected to double to 3 billion by 2060. This development is predicted to increase 70% from the 2015 population and will represent 31.1% of the global population. The rapid development of the population is in line with the increasing demand for halal-based products. The development of technology and the all-digital era has an impact on people's lifestyles. One of them is having an application that is easy to manage and use. Applications can provide a hub to support users. One example of an application that is currently popular among the public is the Tiktok application. This study uses quantitative methods using the concept of Extended Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) theory with halal literacy variables as moderation processed through "Structural Equation Modeling" (SEM). Data collection in the field was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the public, especially vulnerable people aged 18 years and over and a total of 194 valid questionnaires were obtained. The findings of the research results show that attitude factors, perceived behavioral control are significant to the purchase intention of halal cosmetics. Meanwhile, the moderating variable halal literacy does not moderate the relationship between attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control on purchase intention of halal cosmetics. Abstract

This study aims to answer the question about Is There an Effect of Reward on the Performance of BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru East Java Employees, Is There an Effect of Punishment on the Performance of BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru East Java Employees, Is There a Simultaneous Effect of Reward and Punishment on the performance of BMT employees Al-Iktisab New East Java Gardens. The research method used is quantitative research method and the type of research is correlational, with the research object namely, BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru East Java. ‎Data collection techniques used Questionnaire and Observation. The research results show that there is a significant effect of reward on the performance of BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru East Java employees, this can be seen from the coefficient value of the reward variable which has a significant value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05, the value of th 3.306 > tt 1.671. The influence of the punishment variable on the performance of BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru East Java employees, can be seen from the coefficient value of the punishment variable which is 0.149. There is an effect of reward and punishment simultaneously or jointly on the performance variables of BMT Al-Iktisab Kebun Baru East Java employees, this can be seen from the significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Abstract

It is appropriate for pesantren management to appear with its digital system, as an effort to be responsive to current developments, without having to abandon its salaf traditions. this is also a form of representation of the term maintaining the traditions of the salaf and adopting new things that are better than before. This research uses a qualitative approach with the case study method which is expected to be able to describe a particular situation or field in an analytical, factual and thorough systematic manner. The discussion in this study includes the notion of Islamic boarding schools, digitization, financial inclusion, and digitalization of Islamic boarding schools or Baitul mall santri finance. The results of this study show that the e-BMS digital financial system at the Miftahul Ulum Panyeppen Islamic boarding school is a continuation of the students' financial management system which previously manually switched to a digital system using e-money through a computer application-based operating system. This application can facilitate the financial management of students. In addition, it is also the beginning of system integration within the Miftahul Ulum Panyeppen Islamic boarding school environment towards an interrelated management information system.
