This study uses interviews and observations to understand the effect of OSH on employee performance with a saturated sample of 180 respondents and quantifies the survey results in the processing of modified regression analysis. The results of the study show that there is a positive relationship between K3 climate and the performance of Construction Project Employees at PT. X. That is, the better the OSH climate in the work environment, the higher the performance of construction project employees. Furthermore, researchers also found that OSH culture plays a role as a mediator in this relationship. In this context, a positive OHS Culture can have a profound effect on creating a safe, disciplined and safety-oriented work environment.

Abstract

The increased demand for mobile services drives increasingly fierce competition among mobile telecommunications providers in Indonesia. New promotional strategies are needed, and companies are advised to determine the target group of customers to collect objective and adequate information regarding their real needs, such as college students. Therefore, this study examines college students' perceptions of adopting mobile telecommunication provider services in Indonesia. This study especially explains the effects of customer perceptions regarding service quality, price fairness, and brand image on satisfaction that leads to customer loyalty. A total sample of 208 customers of the mobile telecommunication providers in Java Island were randomly selected for the study, and the data collected was analyzed with CB-SEM. The empirical results revealed a positive significant impact of customer perceptions of service quality, price fairness, and brand image on customer satisfaction. College students’ perception of price fairness has the largest significant positive influence on customer satisfaction and loyalty. The mediation mechanism analysis also confirms that customer satisfaction partially mediates between customer perceptions of service quality and brand image. This study suggests that mobile telecommunication providers in Indonesia develop superior pricing strategies to increase customer satisfaction, leading to customer loyalty.Customer Perception

Abstract

Language in everyday life is a communication tool that is heavily influenced by the culture and background of social actors and forms a new identity for those who use it. The existing diversity of languages then forms new things and involves cultural assimilation, so that the use of bilingualism and multilingualism is found which is often found even in daily conversations. In its development, language then creates complex phenomena that affect social statutes in society and in social interaction. The use of South Jakarta Slang places its users in a certain social status so that they are considered more slang. Slang is moving into the culture of people by switching code not only to put the level of interaction, but also to give a more appropriate impression because there are some words that are more appropriate to use in their explanations. Everyone is expected to be able to use any type or style of slang, but must see who is the subject of the other person because language is very important and is one of the tools of communication, so don't trigger conflicts due to disagreements in using language.

Abstract

The quality of performance and public services in Indonesia still requires significant improvement. One approach that can be used to improve this quality is the application of marketing concepts. This research aims to identify the practice of implementing a marketing approach, especially the 4P1C strategy (product, price, place, promotion, and customer focus and relations) in the public sector in Indonesia. The method used is content analysis, where marketing strategy practices are detected through narratives on the official pages of provincial government agencies in Indonesia. 4,678 pages of text (1,126,018 words) were copied from 34 official Provincial Government websites for analysis. Analysis was carried out on manifest content using an a priori coding approach and hidden content supported by the QDA Miner application. The analysis results show that provincial governments in Indonesia still need to maximize the implementation of the 4P1C marketing strategy fully. The element of "promotion" became the dominant element of the process, with words such as "socialization" and "information" dominating usage. However, it is essential to note that the term "information" is more related to the obligation to disclose information by the law than persuasion efforts for promotional purposes. Apart from that, the provincial government does not use its official website as a marketing tool for its region (marketing place). Only a few provinces use narratives related to "investment," "regional potential," and "regional advantages" as marketing efforts. This research confirms the view of Lee & Kotler (2006) that marketing in the public sector is a field that still needs to be considered and understood by public sector managers. Thus, further efforts are required in order to increase understanding and application of marketing concepts in the context of public services in Indonesia.

Abstract

Postpartum hemorrhage is excessive bleeding that occurs after delivery due to blood loss of 500 mL in a standard delivery or 1,000 mL in a cesarean delivery. Postpartum hemorrhage is divided into primary and secondary and classified based on the 4 Ts: tone, trauma, tissue, and thrombin. Uterine atony is the most common cause. The use of uterine tamponade is an option to treat postpartum hemorrhage (PPP) because it is relatively non-invasive, with a success rate of more than 80%. Using uterine tamponade is easy and quite simple but requires hands-on training to increase confidence in installing uterine tamponade. The literature sources used are Google Scholar, Pubmed, Science Direct, Hindawi, Medline, and Cochrane. After obtaining appropriate literature, the literature is compiled. Uterine tamponade is a second-line treatment for uterine atony that does not respond to uterotonics. Based on the literature search that has been carried out, uterine tamponade is an effective therapy for PPH, is easy to use, and has a low risk of harm with a success rate of 80-87.3%. The use of uterine tamponade can also significantly reduce the need for invasive procedures. Uterine atony is the most common cause of PPH, which results in morbidity and mortality. Uterine tamponade has been proven to be effective, safe, practical, and cheap to treat PPH in daily practice. Further research may be needed in Indonesia to determine the effectiveness of uterine tamponade in treating uterine atony.
