Abstract

This research has been carried out in the greenhouse of BAPEDALDA NTT. The method used was an experimental method with a completely randomized design consisting of 4 (four) treatments, namely control (G0), giving gibberellin 100 ppm (G1), gibberellin 200 ppm (G2), and gibberellin 300 ppm (G3), each treatment consisted of 4 (four) replications so that the total experimental unit was 16 units. The parameters of this study were apokol elongation and the percentage of palmyra growth. The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), and continued with the honest significant difference test (BNJ) if there is a difference. The results showed a significant difference between the control and the gibberellin treatment for the apokol length parameter. Meanwhile, the percentage of palm growth showed no effect. The results of the analysis of variance for the average parameter of apokol elongation obtained F-Count > F-Table, where F-Count = 6.67 and F-Table 5% = 3.49. This means that there is an effect of giving gibberellins on the length of the apokol ejection. Because there are differences, it is continued with the Honest Significant Difference (BNJ) test. The results of the BNJ test showed that the G2 treatment was not different from the G1 and G0 treatments and was different from the G3 treatment. The G1 treatment was not different from the G0 treatment but different from the G3 treatment. The G0 treatment was no different from the G3 treatment.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, banking services began to switch to digital services such as Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS) services. This study analyse the influence of behavioural intention associated with acceptance and use of technology on use behaviour of QRIS mobile banking services. This study used a modification of Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (meta-UTAUT) with the main variables being Hedonic Motivation, Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Trust, Attitude, Facilitating Condition, Habit, and Behavioural Intention. This study applied a convenience sampling from the non-probability sampling approach with data collected online to bank customers in Indonesia. Data processing uses Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) by carrying out the stages of measuring and testing the proposed hypotheses. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that performance expectancy, social influence and attitude proved to have a significant positive influence on behavioural intention. Facilitating conditions have a significant positive effect on use behaviour. From the results of the study it can be concluded that behavioural intentions and usage behaviour related to QRIS in mobile banking services can be influenced by factors related to social influence, and user needs, and are strongly supported by performance expectations and conditions that facilitate QRIS in mobile banking services. This study contributes to the literature by identifying the behavioural intention to contribute the development QRIS in mobile banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

Fires must be alerted and anticipated or detected as early as possible. If a fire occurs, it will be fatal such as damage to buildings, infrastructure, other facilities and can even result in casualties. Therefore, a reliable fire protection system must be applied. To prevent or anticipate fires, detection must be carried out as early as possible and prepared facilities or infrastructure for fire safety. The Green House display building is an exhibition building of living plants from various mountains in Indonesia including the mountains of Java, the mountains of Sumatra, the mountains of Kalimantan, and the mountains of Papua. This building is the only building in Indonesia, which presents the atmosphere of the mountains exactly the same as the original mountains, both plants, soil and air temperature, but is in a closed room. Plants and soil are taken directly from the associated location. This building is allegedly very prone to fire because there are so many flammable materials such as leaves, wood and others. As well as forests in Indonesia, especially in Kalimantan and Sumatra where fires often occur. Therefore, the application of Building Fire Safety Management in this building must be applied as well as possible. Fire safety management in question includes: completeness of facilities and infrastructure, active protection systems and passive protection systems. Active protection systems such as fire detection devices for this building cannot use ordinary systems, because in this building, the atmosphere is like mountains with many big trees. To ensure that the building can be declared reliable in terms of building safety, especially fire safety, it is necessary to check the reliability of the building. The inspection can be carried out by several methods, including analyzing based on applicable standards and analyzing based on the assessment of the reliability of the building safety system referring to the Settlement Research and Development Center, Research and Development Agency PU, Department of Public Works in 2005 (Pd-T-11-2005-C).

Abstract

Proper control design will reduce energy losses and production costs for the industry. Control system design also reduces the role of humans in production. An automatic cable-cutting control system can reduce cable manufacturing time so that a company's human resources do not need to carry out the cable-cutting process manually. This cable cutter uses a PLC for its central control, which will convert the length value into the number of pulses and calculate the number of cables to be cut. The HMI inputs the length of the cable to be cut and the number of cables to be missed. The stepper motor is used to run the cable-pulling mechanic, which will pull according to the size stated on the HMI. This system can cut AWG20 and AWG16 cables in various lengths from 50 mm to 3000 mm with the number or number of wires that can be set from 1 cut to 10 cuts for each size.

Abstract

This research aims to uncover folktales and local wisdom found in the tourist attraction of Wotgaleh Tomb, and to understand the function of oral folklore literature for the people in Yogyakarta City. The research utilizes a qualitative descriptive method with data collection through interviews with key informants as the primary data source. The findings of the research indicate that the folktales in Sulthoni Wotgaleh Mosque include the genealogy of Prince Purbaya (Jaka Umbaran), the son of Panembahan Senopati, tracing his history from birth to his role in the Mataram Kingdom, and his burial in Wotgaleh Tomb. Furthermore, there is historical information about the establishment of Wotgaleh Tomb and the origin of its name. Within Sulthoni Wotgaleh Mosque, several local wisdom practices are observed, such as annual traditions, regular tahlilan rituals, myths, and local prohibitions that influence the lives of the local community. The development of oral literature (folklore) surrounding Wotgaleh Tomb serves important functions in society. Firstly, it serves as a trace of historical heritage that still exists and can be discovered by the present generation. Secondly, it functions as a means to develop tourism by spreading oral literature about Wotgaleh Tomb, including myths that attract people to visit. This research provides a deeper understanding of folktales, local wisdom, and the function of oral folklore literature in the Wotgaleh Tomb tourist attraction. The results of this research are expected to provide information and insights for the community, tourism operators, and the government in the preservation and development of valuable local cultural heritage.

Abstract

The criminal acts of corruption in Indonesia are currently at a dangerous stage because they have penetrated the foundations of the nation's life. For this reason, eradicating corruption is a top priority in the criminal justice system. This can be seen in Article 25 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning amendments to Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes, which regulates "investigations, prosecutions, and examinations at court hearings in Corruption Crime cases must take priority over other instances for quick resolution. The main issue that will be discussed in writing this thesis is how to prove the confiscation of objects of money laundering crimes originating from criminal acts of corruption based on statutory regulations and what is the role of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in confiscating objects or goods resulting from money laundering corruption. Therefore, the research aims to reveal the legal aspects of confiscating objects from money laundering corruption. This research uses a Statutory Approach, examining all statutory regulations related to the legal issue being handled. The conceptual approach departs from the views and doctrines that have developed in legal science. The birth of the independent Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in Indonesia has brought fresh air to society in dealing with criminal acts of corruption in Indonesia, both preventively and repressively.

Abstract

Provision of road infrastructure at local and regional level is still having a problem in financing and public private partnership (PPP) still cannot solve the problem. Project bundling for PPP is a great option to improve the financial feasibility of smaller value projects. It may be appropriate for the PPP legal framework to provide and support bundling, to make project bundling run smoothly, in order, and achieve its original purpose. This paper is trying to see if the laws and regulations for PPP can provide and support project bundling. The methods used are normative juridical by legislation approach and conceptual approach. This paper concludes that the law providing PPP cannot yet support project bundling properly, caused by the lack of law and inconsistencies in Indonesian Ministerial Regulations that regulates PPP. This calls for a law revision or at least an intervention by policies to support bundling for smaller projects.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the procedures and barriers associated with compensating disease sufferers who are not eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. The research method used is normative research, which focuses on analyzing legal aspects based on legal regulations, including Presidential Regulation Number 99 of 2020, concerning Procurement of Vaccines and Implementation of Vaccinations in the Context of Overcoming the 2019 Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Pandemic, as well as regulations other relevant matters. Research data was obtained through literature study and document analysis, including primary and secondary legal materials. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and qualitatively with a deductive approach, which refers to general legal principles. The research results identified various obstacles, including technical problems such as a lack of public discipline in undergoing health checks before receiving vaccination and a lack of compliance from medical personnel who manage vaccination procedures per established guidelines. As a result, some groups of people who should not receive the COVID-19 vaccine still receive vaccination, which can ultimately cause side effects. The research also highlights Presidential Regulation Number 14 of 2021 concerning Procurement of Vaccines and Implementation of Vaccinations in the Context of Overcoming the COVID-19 Pandemic, which provides compensation guarantees following applicable regulations if a Post-Vaccination Adverse Event (AEFI) occurs which has the potential to cause disability or death in sufferers of the disease who are not eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. The results of this research provide a deeper understanding of the challenges and obstacles in implementing COVID-19 vaccination, especially in the context of disease sufferers who do not meet the requirements to receive the vaccine, as well as the importance of guaranteeing compensation in AEFI situations that have the potential to have profound impacts.

Abstract

This research is entitled Dilemma in Merantau Tradition and Culture in Minangkabau for Adult Men Viewed Through Symbolic Interactionism. The tradition and culture of migrating - especially in Minangkabau, West Sumatra - is unique and distinctive. This is marked by the existence of literary works in the form of rhymes, rules, and customary norms, which contain the need to go abroad. The tradition and culture of migrating in Minangkabau is obligatory for adult men to leave their hometown. The goal is to be able to live independently and be able to adapt to their new environment. However, there are also some adult men who do not migrate for certain reasons. This becomes a dilemma, namely, choose (choose) to migrate or not to migrate. Through the study of symbolic interactionism theory, the author tries to reveal the dilemmatic problem for adult men, when each of them has reasons to choose between two options. Although the obligation to wander is a law or customary regulation that has been going on for generations. In fact, wandering or not migrating does not matter, when each individual has reasons that support his choice
