Abstract

Company’s main objective is to increase corporate stock price. High stock pricecompanies that can increase the prosperity for our shareholders, shareholders will investtheir capital to the company. Investors have the primary purpose of the funds invested intothe company to seek revenue (return) capital gain or dividend. To assess the performance ofa company in generating profits expected, investors can see from the side of its fundamentalaspect, the better the fundamental performance of a company has, the higher the stock priceof the company. This study aims to determine the effect of the fundamental factor of liquidity,leverage, profitability and dividend policy, against firm stock price at a manufacturingcompany that go public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The population in the study is a manufacturing company that distribute dividends inthe Indonesia Stock Exchange 2006 until 2009 with 67 companies. The samples were selectedbased on purposive sampling that pays dividends resprectively from 2006 until 2009 with 28sample firms. The method of analysis used is the technique of path analysis.The results of this study are 1) Liquidity significant positive effect on DividendPolicy; 2) Leverage a significant negative effect on Dividend Policy; 3) The profitability of asignificant positive effect on Dividend Policy; 4) Liquidity significant positive effect on thefirm stock price; 5) Profitability significant positive effect on the firm stock price, and 6)Dividend Policies significant positive effect on the firm stock price. Dividend policy can alsobe used as information for issuers and companies in the capital market to firm stock pricebecause the results observed in this study dividend policy can provide a positive signal. If thedividend policy increase the stock price of the company will also increase.Keywords : liquidity, leverage, profitability, dividend policy and firm stock price.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effectof Employee Empowerment, Human Resource Competency, Job Relevant Information of the Organizational Commitment and Performance of the Budget Administrator. This research is done on the local work unit district (SKPD) of Klungkung Regency, by taking a sample of 150 respondent. These samples were teken with disproportionate stratified random sampling technique, while data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Model (SEM) assisted with AMOS versi 22 program. The result showed that the effect of employee empowerment, Human Resource Competency, Job Relevant Information to the Organizational Commitment is significantly positives. Effects of employee empowerment, Human Resource Competency, Job Relevant Information to the Performance of the Budget is significantly positive. As well as the influence of Organizational Commitment to Performance of the Budget Administrator significant positive effect.

Abstract

In order to conduct the clean and good governance for excellent public services, theyhave to support with quality and profesionalism of human resources, responsibility, fair,honest, have a commitment, work satisfaction and loyalty. The purposes this research toexamine and analyze the influence of Commitment, work satisfaction, organizationalcitizenship behaviour (OCB) to contract workers performances.To examine the problem statements, spread the questionaries to 133 employes atDinas Pendapatan Bali Province. The data collected will analyze using structural equationmodelling (SEM). The results are fullfill GoodnessofFitIndexCriteria):Chi-square (c2 ) =107,246, Relatitive Chi-square (c2/df) = 1,192, Probability = 0,104, RMSEA=0,039, GFI =0,911, AGFI=0,866, TLI=0,981, CFI=0,986.The structural equation perform with the regression weight have 4 positives influenceand significance variables, there are committment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB), work satisfaction to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), work satisfaction tocontract workers performances, and organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) to contractworkers perfomances. Just one variable have negative value and significance, it iscommitment to contract workers performance. It's mean the committment is not affecteddirectly to contract workers performances, but through with Organizational CitizenshipBehavior (OCB). In other word, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as interveningvariable between committmentandcontract workers performance.Theresearch contributions are measurement of employee performance at DinasPendapatan Bali Province are very important to do and the management give achievementsfor employee performance in obejectives and professional. This research also known thecommittment, work satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variableshave influences to employees performance. Cause of that, three variables must to continuedimplementation to achieved optimized and maximized value of employee performances andinline with management vision and purposess at Dinas Pendapatan Bali Province.Keyword : committment, work satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB),contract worker performances.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of corporate rebranding, on brand associations, customer satisfaction, company reputation and customer loyalty. The study was conducted at Jasindo Insurance Denpasar. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire to 100 customers of Jasindo Insurance Denpasar. Data were analyzed by Structure Equation Modeling data analysis with AMOS program. The results of the study show that there is corporate rebranding that has a positive and significant effect on brand associations, customer satisfaction and company reputation. Besides that there is also a positive and significant influence between corporate rebranding brand associations, customer satisfaction and the company's reputation for customer loyalty.

Abstract

Successful achievement of an enterprise, all systems must be able to worksynergistically. Selection and coaching salespeople performed by salespeople themselvesagainst 'line' down on it, then the activity is dependent upon the salesperson's own salespeople.Various attempts have been made in the hope of salesperson performance increases, which inturn can increase agency revenue, but revenue and salesperson activity still has not shown anincrease as expected, then it should be factors in self salesperson who causes a decrease inperformance. Insurance Salesperson in carrying out his duties always have to face the otherperson; whether it be leadership, prospective clients, customers and / or fellow competitorsInsurance Salesperson.Samples in this research is about 147 person all of contract salesperson ofPRUSamurai Denpasar. The method of data collection was using the questionnaire. Dataanalysis was a statistical method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and then the dataprocessed with SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 16.0 program facilities. SPSS program used to input thedata which already obtained from the data collection, while AMOS program used to displaythe result of research which related between the variables.Data analysis conducted by using SEM software AMOS through 16.0. Through datanormality test, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) test and the analysis of the influencethrough SEM. SEM analysis results indicated that the influence of the physical intelligence (X1)against the performance of salesperson (Y) that there was a positive influence of 0,138; theinfluence of intellectual intelligence (X2) against the performance of salesperson (Y) that therewas a positive influence of 0,347; the influence of emotional intelligence (X3) against theperformance of salesperson (Y) that there was a positive influence of 0,307; spiritualintelligence and influence (X4) against the performance of salesperson (Y) that there was apositive influence of 0,140. It could be seen, the most dominant variable influenced salespersonperformance (Y) was the intellectual intelligence variables (X2) of 0,347.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPatient safety is a variable to measure and evaluate the quality of health services. Implementation of patient safety program can not run optimally if the competence and values or culture not support. Purposes of this research to identify and interpret the existence of local wisdom values applied in the implementation of patient safety in Puri Raharja General Hospital. Research design used a qualitative approach.  The research informants amounted to 8 people consist of the management of nursing, nurses in the ward as well as the patients determined through the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results showed that the value of local wisdom that is implemented in patient safety is the embodiment of Tri Hita Karana implementation which is the three source that bring safety  with the implications of Catur Marga on the concept of Parahyangan and Tat Twam Asi on the concepts of Pawongan.  Catur Marga Concepts is widely implemented in an effort to achieve the patient safety goals and reporting of patient safety incidents, and the basic principles of “Tat Twam Asi” conceived into “paras paros and salulung sabayantaka”. This philosophy is  a sense of shared destiny, kinship and mutual cooperation in achieving the same goal for patient safety is widely implemented in effective communication  between nurses and other health teams. Suggest for RSU Puri Raharja to instill all employees of the patient safety culture as the primary goal and shared responsibility by not abandoning local values, sothat all health care workers participate in the patient safety culture.

Sampling in this study was used sampling purposive sampling. Samplingdetermination based on certain consideration, for example the expert who wants studied canbe a sample. Informant in this study selected based on capacity and its position in thecompany and also out of company and has been determined by informat in this study theyare: staf, manager, manager product, doctor who has written the reciept and patient who hasused the product that determined by the researcher beforehand. From interview result hasbeen conducted with some informant of PT. Pfizer Indonesia in running its business in thecase of promotion they has apply promotion strategy by using personal selling method, theyare who conduct a promotion here is medical representative (med-rep) by manner of face-tofaceconduct detailing for stockholder that is target doctor assumed will to write the receiptfor patient for selling its product. In order to keep user loyalty either doctor or hospital,patient and pharmacy, the Pfizer has been made a strategy by making the e-HCCP card(Electronic Helath Care Compliance program). E-HCCP in the form ofcared that has beenused at pharmacy that has been cooperation with Pfizer, by getting benefit in the form ofdiscount at product of Lipitor, Norvask, Celebrex, Olmtc, Zoloft, and Champix. R&D andtechnology have correlation to realized a quality product and have innovation in order torepresent therapy for patient who can improve their life significantly. At Pfizer it has writtenand arranged at blue book that mentioned that our goal is inovation to present therapy forpatient who able to improve their life significantly.Keywords: promotion strategy, personal selling, technology superiority.

Abstract

Pegawai yang memiliki motivasi kerja dan semangat kerja yang tinggi merupakandampaan setiap organisasi, maka hal yang sangat penting diperhatikan adalah faktor-faktoryang mempengaruhinya antara lain budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan.Demikian juga dengan Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI) Denpasar dalam usaha untuk memperolehpegawai yang memiliki motivasi dan semangat kerja yang tinggi, telah memperhatikanbudaya kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan.Rumusan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini : Apakah ada pengaruh budaya kerjaterhadap motivasi Pegawai Negeri Sipil, apakah ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadapmotivasi Pegawai Negeri Sipil, apakah ada pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap motivasiPegawai Negeri Sipil, apakah ada pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap semangat kerja PegawaiNegeri Sipil di Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI) Denpasar, apakah ada pengaruh lingkungan kerjaterhadap semangat kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil, apakah ada pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadapsemangat kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil, dan apakah ada pengaruh motivasi terhadap semangatkerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI) Denpasar ?Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, maka dilakukan penelitian denganmenggunakan sampel sebanyak 139 orang yaitu Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Institut SeniIndonesia (ISI) Denpasar, dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakanadalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperolehkesimpulan antara lain : Budaya kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikanterhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 0,336 yang berarti semakin baik budaya kerja, maka semakintinggi motivasi kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positifdan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 0,511 yang berarti semakin baik lingkungankerja, maka semakin baik motivasi kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Kepemimpinan memilikipengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 1,094 yang berartisemakin baik kepemimpinan, maka semakin tinggi motivasi kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil.Budaya kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja sebesar1,138 yang berarti semakin budaya kerja, maka semakin baik semangat kerja Pegawai NegeriSipil. Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap semangatkerja sebesar 1,549 yang berarti semakin baik lingkungan kerja, maka semakin baiksemangat kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dansignifikan terhadap semangat kerja sebesar 3,626 yang berarti semakin baik kepemimpinan,maka semakin baik semangat kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan motivasi memiliki pengaruhyang positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja sebesar 2,219 yang berarti semakin tinggimotivasi kerja pegawai, maka semakin baik semangat kerja pegawai di Institut SeniIndonesia (ISI) Denpasar.

Abstract

Arranging employee is a difficult and complex matter because they have differentmind, feeling, status, will and background bring to company so employee can not be set andcharged as like setting machine, capital, building, etc. So this indicates that the need toconduct effective human resources management in organization.Sample determination technique is maximum likelihood estimation using specificconsideration or criteria is permanent employees, then one become sample on this researchis settled as 138 employees. Method used on this research is Structural Equation Modeling(SEM).Research result indicates that conflict variable of double role has positive andsignificant effect to work stress. Conflict variable of double role to work satisfaction isnegative and significant. Variable of leadership style to stress is negative and significant.Variable of leadership style to work satisfaction is positive and significant. Variable ofleadership style to organization commitment is positive and significant. Variable of workstress to work satisfaction is negative and significant. Variable of work stress to organizationcommitment is negative and significant. Variable of work satisfaction to turnover intention isnegative and significant. Variable of work satisfaction to organization commitment is positiveand significant. Variable of organization commitment to turnover intention is negative andsignificant.Based on the matter so it is expected management can be more attentive also canimproving leadership style and more attention to organization commitment of employees tohotel because can effect work satisfaction. There are several method to use to increaseemployee’s organization commitment to hotel, namely, one of it is by providing adequatefacilities, applying good management to employee’s work system. In addition, can beperformed trying to have outside hotel activities such as outing or rafting in together, so it isexpected can minimize level of employee’s work stress and also turnover intention ofemployee.Keywords: Double role conflict, work stress, leadership style, organization commitment,work satisfaction, and turnover intention.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study examines how marketing strategies are carried out by Catering businesses in Denpasar Bali. The use of social media as effective marketing is also felt and tried by all businesses, ranging from food, clothing and banking businesses. The use of social media is based on the rapid development of smart devices in which utilization is already very common and well known with everyone. Marketing strategies through social media like Instagram are also very often heard, especially people who are still productive. There are many examples of the use of social media to promote a product. With only a digital smart device and internet data package, everyone can access and also market their merchandise there. Instagram is very good to use because it relies on images as the main attraction, it is also equipped with the facilities to write comments and also short direct messages making Instagram a favorite in social media, especially for young people. The catering business also want to use Instagram. As this research was made, the four catering respondents selected based on the more than 1000 of followers are: Chika Catering, Catering Kerti Catering, Warung Umi Catering and Tunjung Asri Catering, have positive answer with the presence of this Instagram. Discussions using Marketing Mix show positive results in using Instagram to market their products.
