Abstract

This research was conducted in RSU Surya Husadha Jl. P. Serangan no. 7 Denpasarwhich aims to find influence of Organizational Behavior In Implementation of Patient SafetyGoals To The Safe Nursing Care. A population of 188 people, using stratified randomsampling technique proportioned obtained a sample of 120 respondents. Using quantitativemethods, data collection techniques such as questionnaire and data analysis with causalmodels - SEM (Structural Equation Model) using AMOS program (Analysis of MomentStructure) 22.From the analysis and discussion, could be concluded that: The influence of thepersonal knowledge, safety culture, organizational environment in implementation of patientsafety goals are positive and significant. The influence of safety culture, organizationalenvironment and the implementation of patient safety goals to safe nursing care are positiveand significant. To maintain hospital good image to the community, so the implementation ofpatient safety goals is a quality that must be put forward and improved to the safe nursingcare by increasing knowledge of human resources through education and trainingcontinuously, create an organizational environment always conducive and make safetyculture as a part of the culture of the organization.Keywords : Personal knowledge, safety culture, organizational environment,implementation of patient safety goals, and safe nursing

The growth rate of the property houses and villas in Bali growing from year to year.Bali is one of the famous tourism object in the world led to many local and foreign tourists whocome to Bali to visit, vacation or for foreign tourists investasi.Banyaknya idolized and lovedthe beautiful island of Bali as make them want to keep coming to Bali and want to have adwelling place in Bali. Niki Build Prosperity (NBS) is aproperty developer with a careful look at the potential of this Niche Market. With so manycompetitors PT. NBS and Cv. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to find out how the strategy to increase the value of PT. Bank Central Asia (Persero) Tbk.,abbreviated BCA’s performance,  and to look for alternative strategies to maintain BCA’s performance going forward.Data collection techniques by interviewing informants, namely the branch head of Bank BCA Denpasar by an independent interviewer, were also observed with an undercover strategy considering the researcher was a full participant.  The analysis that researcher use is a qualitative descriptive data analysis technique with the Miles and Hubermanmodels.The results show that the team's role is huge, in this case team engagement that contributes greatly to the success of BCA Denpasar in achieving success in 2017. The teamengagement is a part of corporate values (BCA’s values) that are derived from the vision and mission of BCA. Management tries to overcome the previous obstacle of team communication that resulted in the previous team failed to achieve good value in a performance appraisal (performance appraisal of a branch office or the PKKC). Future research is expected to quantitatively measure significant or not implementation of strategy and decision management strategy to the performance either directly or indirectly in improving organizational performance.

Abstract

of Nyoman Cafe in Jimbaran Beach, a new product components Balitourism should be maintained, for the continuation of all the problems that arise related tomarketing in order to overcome, to create profitable customer satisfaction on an ongoingbasis and to further increase the number of visitors. This study aims to assess the strengthsand weaknesses of internal factors, opportunities and threats from Nyoman Cafe externalfactor in Jimbaran beach and then formulate a marketing strategy which outlined the variousmarketing programs. Data collected by observation, questionnaires and documentationdistribution and then using 7P (marketing mix) of product, price, place, promotion, people,process, physical evidence. Sample retrieval technique using purposive sampling.The results of research done on elements such as segmenting strategy conducted inthe Nyoman Café on every tourist. Targeting is a way undifferentiated marketing premise.Created by positioning the competitive price while still maintaining the quality of productsand services. produce a strategy that is strategies greater cooperation with Travel agents,hotels and local communities, strategy of developing new products and increasedpromotional strategy, Strategies to create differentiation strategies (typical) on the NyomanCafe, strategy to maintain and improve the quality of services and products offered andimprove the quality of human resources strategy.Based on the results of the discussion can be given advice on marketing strategies inthe Nyoman Café Muaya Jimbaran Beach, Bali. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and to interpret consumer’s perception towardadvertisement of Olx.com through television. The method has been applied for this study wasqualitative descriptive approach with triangulation and in-depth interview to problem solvingby conduct comprehending and collet data in-whole and intact from research object in orderto get focus overview from observation result and observation from site.Conclusion of this study is the consumer’s perception toward advertisement ofOlx.com through television media is positive match with message send from theadvertisement. All of this written in expression from some informant who declare thatperception is near same but in different expression that is Olx.com easy to use and free.Keyword : Advertising, and Consumer Behavior.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity to dividend payout ratio and stock price. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial statements and stock price. The population in this study are all companies that had been registered in the LQ45 index during 2012 to 2017. By using the purposive sampling method, then obtained amount of sample counted 17 companies. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate current ratio and debt to equity ratio have significant negative effect on dividend payout ratio. Return on equity have significant positive effect on dividend payout ratio and stock price, while the current ratio, debt to equity ratio and dividend payout ratio have no effect on stock prices. This study is expected to be a reference and material consideration of company management in managing the company and for investors in making investment decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is : 1 To determine the effect on the behavior of individualintelligence intellectual in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Klungkung 2 )To determine the effect of emotional intelligence on the behavior of individuals in theDepartment of Population and Civil Registration Klungkung 3 ) To determine the effect on thebehavior of spiritual intelligence individuals in the Department of Population and CivilRegistration Klungkung 4 ) To determine the effect of individual behavior on the performanceof employees in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Klungkung .Respondents of this study of employees in the Department of Population and CivilRegistration Klungkung totaling 56 people . Abstract

ABSTRACT            The paradigm shift of service comparative advantage into competitive advantage currently affects the business competition of hospital services in Bali especially in BPJS/JKN and globalization. The emergence of Law no. 24 of 2011 on the Social Security Administering Agency, a challenge for the hospital industry, especially private hospitals, the policy has a big impact, especially the government targets in 2019 all the people of Indonesia are protected by BPJS/JKN. Can be imagined with global competition, maintaining the continuity of the hospital business and the obligation to synergize with government policy is a challenge in itself. Therefore, the hospital is required to determine market segmentation and create the right marketing strategy for BPJS/JKN program products by digging inputs and suggestions from internal and external customers, because they are the ones who will directly run and feel the service

Abstract

PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), adalah salah satu bank pemerintah yangperkembangan internet bankingnya cukup pesat. Tak dapat dipungkiri BNI mulai melejitsejak memfasilitasi nasabahnya dengan layanan mobile banking dan internet banking. Untukdigital brand sebagai bank umum konvensional menurut biro riset infobank, BNI berhasilmenduduki posisi kedua setelah BCA. Berkembangnya pengguna internet banking BNIdipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya kemudahan dalam bertransaksi dan bisadilakukan dimana dan kapan saja.Melihat gambaran diatas maka dilakukanlah penelitian ini, untuk mengetahuipengaruh penggunaan internet banking terhadap rasa aman, rasa percaya dan loyalitasnasabah, dimana nantinya akan berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan saldo bank khususnya diBNI Kantor Cabang Utama (KCU) Renon. Dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan suatu modelteoritis dengan mengajukan enam hipotesis, yang akan diuji dengan menggunakan StructuralEquation Model (SEM). Adapun responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah paranasabah BNI yang menggunakan fasilitas internet banking, yang berjumlah 143 orangresponden.Hasil dari pengolahan data SEM berdasarkan uji model penuh analisis goodness of fit,terdapat dua kriteria yang memenuhi syarat yaitu Relatitive Chi-square = 1,895 dan RMSEA= 0,079. Berdasarkam analisis model persamaan struktural diperoleh bahwa internet bankingberpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap rasa aman sebesar 0,774, internet bankingberpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap rasa percaya sebesar 0,676, internet bankingberpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah sebesar 0,255, rasa amanberpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah sebesar 0,459, rasa percaya nasabahberpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah sebesar 0,202, dan loyalitasnasabah berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap saldo nasabah sebesar 0,212. Sehinggadapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan internet banking terhadap rasa aman, rasa percaya danloyalitas nasabah terhadap saldo bank, teruji kebenarannya.Kata kunci : internet banking, rasa percaya, rasa aman, loyalitas nasabah dan saldobank.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study aims to examine Influence in Service Excellence, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) mediated by Patient Satisfaction, Trust to Loyalty in Bali Royal Hospital. This research is an explanatory, using a causal approach. The location of this research is in Bali Royal Hospital. The sampling technique is an incidental sampling with patient criteria who visit Bali Royal Hospital more than twice in the age of 17-65 years and are able to interact, so that the number of samples used in this study amounted to 135 respondents. The data analysis that was used in this study was the CB-SEM (Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling). The results of this study are excellent service have positive effect on patient satisfaction and confidence in Bali Royal Hospital. Variable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has positive effect on patient satisfaction and confidence in General Hospital Bali Royal. Additionally, satisfaction and confidence effect positively on patients' trust in Bali Royal Hospital. The advice that is given to the Hospital Management is further optimize the role of management in terms of operational oversight hospital. Suggested to the other researchers to further examine the factors that influence patient’s loyalty with different variables and indicators which are not contained in this research.
