Abstract

The development of the hotel industry today has seen to be uncontrolled. Everyyear the new hotels, expecially five stars hotels are built. On the other hand, the totalnumber of tourist who come to Bali is not increase as many as the hotels built. Thedecrease of our money currency, Rupiah, encourage many toursts come to Indonesiaespecially Bali. The investors saw this condition and bring into the opportunity to buildmany hotels in Bali. We could see that more supply rather than demand in thiscircumteces. This condition is also impected to the Competition between those hotelsespecially the five stars hotel as the object of this Reserch. On the other hand, the marketevolusion is also bring the firm to visualize the path as it is impacted by neew needs,competitiors, technology, channels and other development.Padma Resort Legian is in the Market for approximatelly 25 years. The competitionis changing year by year and bring this hotel into the high competition. The hotel need tohave a good Competitive Strategy to win the competition as we know that the other 14new five stars International brand hotels are building until 2019 and will contribute about2.040 rooms. Addition information from STR Global, a company located in USA thatprovide a service of Market Information for Global Hotel Industry said that the Growthof the hotels will impact the Occupancy. The data said that the Occupancy decreased 6.3%compare to the last year in the first quarter. A special attention to January 2016 that theOccupancy in Bali decrease 14.7% become55.8%.Padma Resort Legian make their Competitive Strategy by maximizing theValue. The Competitive Strategy of this hotel consist of Differentiation ( ProductDevelopment) and Focus ( Quality of Service and Customer Relationship Management),these went to Value which consist of Functional Benefit and Emotional Benefit. All thisvariables go to achive the Guest Satisfaction. Again, digital technology is used to thissituation especially in the Customer Relationship Management as well as the measurementof their Guest Satisfaction by using Media System and Trip Advisor Website.Researcher bring this study to clearly see how Padma Legian Resort Baliimplement their Competitive Strategy to maximize the Value. How they implement thecompetitive strategy to maximize the value and how they measure the guestsatisfaction and bring this strategy into succeed to get the guest or customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Given the importance of employee performance, the issue which is of particular interestare the factors that influence it, among others, the training, information technology andmotivation. Otherwise in PT. BPR Nusamba Mengwi Badung an effort to get employers whohave the performance, have noticed the training, information technology and motivation.The formulation of the problem in this research is : whether the training influence on employeesperformance, whether the information technology influence on employees performance,whether the training influence on employees performance, whether information technologyinfluence on motivation, whether the training influence on motivation, whether the traininginfluence on information technology, whether the training influence on employees performanceby motivation and whether information technology influence on employees performance bymotivation in PT. BPR Nusamba Mengwi Badung, and to answer the problem, we conductedresearch with the study population of 75 employees at PT. BPR Nusamba Mengwi Badung. Themethod used is a method of population (census) and data collected by questionnaire. Theanalysis technique used is Path Analysis.Based on the results obtained conclusions include : there is significant influencebetween the training to employee performance, there is significant influence betweeninformation technology to employee performance, there is significant influence between thetraining to motivation, there is significant influence between information technology tomotivation, there is significant influence between the motivation to employee performance,there is significant between the training to information technology, there is significantinfluence between the training to employee performance by motivation and there is significantinfluence between information technology to employee performance by motivation in PT. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this study is to investigate the effect of ownership structure and environmental performance on company value. The population of this study are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and included in the PROPER assessment criteria for the 2014-2016 period. By using the purposive sampling method, a total of 21 companies were obtained. Path analysis was use to analyze the data. The study found that the ownership structure and environmental performance have a positive and significant effect on the value of the company. The study also found that ownership structure significantly influence environmental performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTEra of globalization and the competitive environment and competition , the focus for the business world is a point for every company . To face the stiff competition , the quality of products and services produced is very important in order to enhance the growth of a company . These conditions demand a high quality of human resources to manage the various problems that exist . Low overhead business strategy is inseparable scope of the management company relating to keekfektifan and keefesienan production both for users of raw materials and production system as well as from the use and management of human resources.Amid the current automotive business competition , Honda also must perform service quality , service innovation and product quality . Important to be able to attract customers . The management of Honda always establish or maintain a good relationship to customers , it was all done in order to strengthen the relationship between pihat Honda with customers' in order to increase customer loyalty. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires , data analysis is a statistical method used Structural Equation Model (SEM). then data will be processed with SPSS and AMOS facilities . SPSS is used to imput data obtained from the results of the research data collection , whereas AMOS are used to display the results of research on the relationship between the variables.

Abstract

Globalization is happening in the world today have consequences on the increasinglyfierce competition for a company of any good business field of industry, commerce, banking,service industry, tourism and business sectors. For a financial institution, one of the mostimportant factors to increase customer satisfaction is to provide the best possible service tothe consumer or customer. It shows the importance of customer satisfaction as a referenceand objectives of each company's strategy to always maintain a sustainable manner evenhave to be improved in terms of products, promotions, brand awareness to achieve theexpectations of the consumer. The purpose of this study were: 1) to assess and analyze theeffect of product strategy for brand awareness. 2) to assess and analyze the effect ofpromotions on brand awareness. 3) to assess and analyze the effect of product strategy oncustomer loyalty. 4) to determine and analyze the effect of the promotion effect on customerloyalty. 5) to determine and analyze the effect of brand awareness on consumer loyalty.From analysis and discussion that has diuraaikan can be concluded that 1) the productstrategy and significant positive effect on brand awareness, which means the higher theproduct strategy, the better brand awareness. 2) the promotion of positive and significantimpact on brand awareness, which means that the enhanced promotion of the better brandawareness. 3) the product strategy and significant positive effect on customer loyalty, whichmeans that the enhanced product strategy, the better consumer loyalty. 4) promotion ofpositive and significant impact on customer loyalty, which means that the enhancedpromotion of the better customer loyalty.5) brand awareness and significant positive effect oncustomer, which means that the enhanced brand awareness, the better consumer loyalty.Keywords: product strategy, promotion, brand awareness, consumer loyalty

Abstract

ABSTRACT                 Based on the Minister of Health Regulation Number 28 of 2014 concerning the National Health Insurance Program Implementation Program which is needed to fulfill the basic needs of every person who has to pay contributions or contributions that are approved by the government. Health is a basic human need to be able to live a decent and productive life, for this reason it is necessary to carry out quality-controlled health care and costs, through the National Health Insurance (JKN) program organized by the Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS). Hospitals are needed to implement business strategies with display-based resources in order to be able to compete in a tiered, competency-based referral system.         This research was conducted at the Tabanan Regency BRSUD with the aim of finding out the business strategy and efforts made by government hospitals in improving excellent service in the JKN era. This study uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection by interview and documentation study. The sampling technique with purposive sampling, Credibility Test (internal validity) using source triangulation techniques.        From the results of the study it can be concluded that the applied business strategy is to improve core competencies (core competency) and hospital capabilities, innovating in all forms of service support and efforts to support excellent service are improving quality, efficiency and financial supply chain to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe current era of information system development has changed the business landscape from conventional marketing model to digital marketing. With the development and breadth of internet usage, travelers are getting easier to find information and plan their holidays. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of marketing strategy to change consumer behavior in increasing the occupancy rate of rooms at The L Hotel & Resort, in this study researchers used a qualitative approach where in this study more emphasis on meaning and process than the result of an activity. In qualitative research the usual methods used are interviews, observation and utilization of documents. The results of this study found that The L Hotel & Resort has not optimized the digital marketing in marketing strategy, both in terms of use of digital marketing tools itself to human resources who do marketing. This can be seen from the number of cooperation with OTAs and less utilized web hotel, from the analysis of interviews to the informants obtained that the website and social media The L Hotel & Resort is still less qualified, there are many weaknesses and not up to date. It certainly has an impact on the marketing of hotel rooms online that tend not to meet the target.

Abstract

The research was based on the fact that human resources have differences in attitudeand experiences as an actor of organization. The differences caused every person whoperformed activities in organization have different ability and performances as well onvacation. The research was done at Ministry of Religion office Education and TrainingCentre Denpasar, the research were to find out the effectiveness of commitment, organizationclimate, communication, innovation and organization effectiveness. Respondents of thisresearch were the Employees of Ministry of Religion office Education and Training CentreDenpasar, consist of 137 people. The data were collected by distributed the questionnairewhich consist of 27 questions, each of it used 10 alternative answer questions. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the cash ratio, debt to equity ratio and return on equity on the firm size and devidend payout ratio. This research was conducted in industrial manufacturing company which are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2015 period. This research is quantitative, which describes causal relationships between variables to analyze numerical data (numbers) using statistical methods through hypothesis testing. The data collection technique using the documentation of 11 companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Data were analyzed using path analysis with AMOS program. The results showed the cash ratio has a positive effect on firm size amounted to 0.358. Debt to equity ratio has a negative effect on firm size amounted to -0.499. Return on equity has a positive effect on firm size amounted to 0.465. Cash ratio has a positive effect on the devidend payout ratio amounted to 0.324. Debt to equity ratio has a positive effect on the devidend payout ratio amounted to 0.232. Return on equity has a positive effect on the devidend payout ratio amounted to 0.717 and firm size has a positive effect on the devidend payout ratio amounted to 0.443.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of the study is to investigate the influence of compliance, independence, professional care, commitment, and skeptical attitude towards audit quality and to empirically test the influence of audit quality on auditee satisfaction.The object of the study was local government of Bali province. As many as 150 questionnaires were distributed, 115 were returned and filled. Data analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM).The study finds that only proffesional care and skeptical attitude significantly influence audit quality. This study also provides empirical evidence of the influence of   audit quality on auditee satisfaction.
