Abstract

Performance appraisals conducted in this study using the method of performanceassessment from various sources, namely from the immediate supervisor, supervisor indirectly,the employees themselves, co-workers and customers.The purpose of this study was to determine the objective performance assessment PTPegadaian (Persero) from various sources. The method used in this study the quantitativedescriptive. Population data retrieval techniques. Methods of data collection usingquestionnaires filled out by all employees and customers.Based on the results of this case study is evidenced by the results of a questionnairedistributed to the immediate supervisor, indirect supervisor, the employee and the consumer,showed no difference between the perceptions of performance appraisal immediate supervisor,supervisor indirectly, yourself, co-workers and customers. All aspects of perception increasedsignificantly. Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy applied to create a weddingtourism as an alternative destination in Bali, which some facts that must be considered tocreate a wedding tourism as an alternative destination in Bali. This research is taking placeon the island of Bali.This research is using a qualitative descriptive study that analyzed the data processingto describe and explain the circumstances in order to obtain a conclusion about the existingsituation and the impact of marketing strategies that runs in creating a wedding tourism as analternative destination in Bali.This research was carried out on 5 informants wedding who already running theirbusiness for more than 5 years. The conclusions of this study are: (1) It is difficult to find ofhuman resources which has reliable and professional capabilities due to wedding businessesrequire specialized knowledge while in Bali is less of institutions or special schools to learnabout wedding science. (2) There is still a lack of knowledge of the government about weddingtourism in Bali, incomplete information and less attractive website about the wedding whichavailable on www.disparda.baliprov.go.id so that was minimal information that obtained bywebsite visitors about wedding in Bali, and the lack of promotion by the Government relatingto the wedding tourism in Bali, including lack of wedding exhibition.Marketing strategy on wedding tourism obtained by observation and analysis using theSWOT analysis in order to see the strengths and weaknesses to determine a marketingstrategies in the future.Keywords: Tourism, Wedding, Wedding Tourism, Bali Wedding, Marketing Strategies, SWOTAnalysis

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is conducted to know the influence of Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), BOPO, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) to Return on Asset (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE ) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) since 2012 until 2016.The data used in this study is obtained from the Financial Statements of Banking Companies Listed on the Stock Exchange for the period of 2012-2016 issued by Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK). After passing through the purposive sample stage, then the data is worthy of use as many as 28 Banking Companies taken in the observation of 5 years with the number of 140 samples. To answer the hypothesis proposed in this research, data is analyzed using Path Analysis with AMOS program.The result of research indicate that Non Performing Loan have negative and significant effect to Return on Asset and Return on Equity, Loan to Deposit Ratio have positive and significant effect to Return on Asset and Return on Equity, Net Interest Margin have positive and significant effect to Return on Asset and Return on Equity, BOPO have a negative and significant effect on Return on Asset and Return on Equity, and Capital Adequacy Ratio have positive and significant effect on Return on Asset and Return on Equity.Banking is expected to reduce the level of Non Performing Loan (NPL), optimize the level of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), calculate the cost of funds carefully so as to obtain Net Interest Margin (NIM) optimal, able to suppress the amount of BOPO and pay attention to the provisions given Bank Indonesia related capital adequacy ratio (CAR), so as to increase Return on Asset (ROA0 and Return on Equity (ROE).

Abstract

Given the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the issue which is ofparticular interest are the factors that influence it, among others, leverage, managementownership, industry type and profitability. Otherwise in Manufacture Company in Bursa EfekIndonesia an effort to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR, have noticed leverage,management ownership, industry type and profitability.The formulation of the problem in this research is : whether leverage influence toprofitability, whether management ownership influence to profitability, whether industry typeinfluence to profitability, whether leverage influence to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR),whether industry type influence to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and whetherprofitability influence to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). However, to answer theproblem, we conducted research with secondary data by www.idx.com. The analysis techniqueused is Structural Equation Model (SEM) AMOS Version 20.Based on the results obtained conclusions include : there is negative significant influencebetween leverage to profitability, there is significant influence between management ownershipto profitability, there is significant influence between industry type to profitability, there isnegative significant influence between leverage to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR),there is significant influence between industry type to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)and there is significant influence between profitability to Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR).Keyword : leverage, management ownership, industry type, profitability and CorporateSocial Responsibility (CSR)

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of role stress, financial compensation and work motivation on job satisfaction. This research was conducted at Rural Bank in Denpasar. The population  in this research  is all employees  of BPR in Denpasar  City. The sampling technique used accidental sampling obtained on 80 samples used in this research. The results of this study indicate that there is a negative and significant influence between role stress on work  motivation.  The  existence  of  positive  and  significant  influence  between  financial compensation to motivation work is a negative and significant influence between role stress and  job  satisfaction.   The  existence  of  positive  and  significant  influence  of  financial compensation on job satisfaction. The existence of positive and significant influence between work motivation on job satisfaction. The value of direct influence is greater than the value of indirect influence this means that the motivation variable does not mediate the influence of role stress  on job satisfaction.  The value  of direct  influence  is greater  than  the value of indirect influence this means that the motivation variable does not mediate the influence of role stress on job satisfaction. For the company should know what factors that influence the achievement of job satisfaction. Based on the results of financial compensation research and work  motivation  positively  affect  the  job  satisfaction,  should  provide  compensation  in accordance  with  what  is  done  by  employees  /  employees.  This  will  trigger  employee motivation to work better again in the future. When sufficient financial compensation and the achievement  of a good work motivation  will suppress  the role of stress that is owned by employees, the situation will lead to good employee satisfaction.

Abstract

Organizational Justice, and Quality of Work life toward Organizational Citizenship Behaviormediated by Job Satisfaction of the employee of Bali Regional Office of the Ministry of Lawand Human Rights.Respondents of this research were 136 government employees in Bali Regional Office ofthe Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The sampling technique that was census, and thedata were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by occupying AMOSprogram. The result of this research shows that Leader-Member Exchange gives positive andsignificant effect toward Job Satisfaction. The same results also applied on Leader-MemberExchange toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Justice toward JobSatisfaction, Organizational Justice toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Quality ofWork life toward Job Satisfaction, Quality of Work life toward Organizational CitizenshipBehavior, Job Satisfaction toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aimed to Analyze indicators (1) safety affect the work productivity of employees at Melia Bali hotel Nusa Dua?, (2) health affect employee work productivity at Melia Bali hotel Nusa Dua?, (3) human relations influence employee work productivity at Melia Bali hotel Nusa Dua?,(4) safety affect employee turnover intentions at the Melia Bali hotel Nusa Dua?, (5) health affect employee turnover intentions at Melia Bali hotel Nusa Dua?, (6) work productivity affect employee turnover intentions at Melia Bali hotel?. Which all the reasons of this research is aimed to Analyze indicators that determine turnover intentions. This research used quantitative method. The subject in this study involved 115 employees. The Collecting data method used observation and questionnaire. The sampling method in this study using a type of non-probability sampling with combination method: purposive sampling-accidental sampling-quota sampling.  The collected data analyzed with SEM analysis of AMOS version 20.0.The results showed that there is a highly significant influence of Safety, Health, Human Relation, and Employees productivity towards Turnover intentions employees. In addition, based on the simple regression analysis model that indicated a positive and significant influence of Safety, Human Relation, toward Employees productivity. Then, there is a positive and highly significant influence between Employees productivity towards Turnover intentions.

Abstract

Forexis an alternative type of highly liquid investments. The liquidity level and priceacceleration that occurs in the forex could close the transaction quickly and profit levelexceeded the average trade in general. However, rapid price movements in the forex also causea high degree of volatility that the forex became a very risky investment so it is difficult tomaximize profit. Researchers use hedging techniques to drive price movement suddenly turnedaround and indicators of Bill Williams to analyze price movements that would happen tooccurin the future.This research used qualitative destuctive analysis to see that the hedging technique and BillWilliam Indicator could maximize forex invesment profit. The study was conducted for fivemonths starting from the date of July 1, 2014 until November 30,2014, through Octa FXservice.Researcher got a margin call when run hedging technique in the first time. Researcher modifiedhedging techniques after knowing its weakness. And finally the problem of hedging techniqueswas resolved. Collaboration between hedging techniques and Bill Williams indicators couldmaximize profits in forex investment.Keywords : hedging, Bill Williams indicator, investment, forex.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to test and analyze tax contribution, tunneling incentive and profitability to transfer pricing and firm value. This research uses descriptive research method. The variables tested in this research are company tax efficiency, tunneling incentive, profitability, transfer pricing and firm value. The population taken for this research are non-financial companies that has been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 with 160 data samples taken using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this research was done by path analysis. This study results: (1) taxes contribute to transfer pricing positively and significantly; (2) tunneling incentive contributes to transfer pricing positively and significantly; (3) profitability contributes to transfer pricing positively and significantly; (4) taxes contribute to firm value positively significant; (5) profitability contribute to firm value positively significant; (6) transfer pricing contributes significantly to the value of the firm.
