Hambatan yang muncul dalam pelaksanaan program pengawas Pendidikan Agama Hindu adalah salah satu kendala di bidang pendidikan, terutama dalam Pendidikan Agama Hindu, sehingga perlu adanya upaya yang dilakukan oleh Inspektur Pendidikan Agama Hindu untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut. Upaya mengatasi kendala di bidang pendidikan adalah suatu keharusan untuk selalu dilaksanakan agar kualitas pendidikan dapat ditingkatkan, dikembangkan dan dikembangkan. Upaya oleh pengawas untuk mengatasi hambatan untuk pelaksanaan program pengawasan mengarah pada proses konstruksi. Pengawas Pendidikan Agama Hindu akan berusaha membangun, memberi semangat kepada guru dan dirinya sendiri untuk melaksanakan tugas dengan baik, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya. A teacher must have adequate knowledge in both academic and pedagogical fields. This study is a School Action Research which aims to describe the role of periodic collaborative educative supervision on the performance of teachers in class III, IV, and V, starting from arranging learning plans, implementing learning, assessing learning achievement to giving action go on. The research design chosen was using a cycle model that was carried out repeatedly and continuously (spiral cycle). The cycle model is planned through two cycles in which each cycle includes the stages of plan, action, observation, and reflection. The subject of this school action research was determined using purposive sampling technique, namely teachers who taught in class III, IV, and V SD which amounted to 3 (three) people. Data collection techniques carried out in this study were observation and documentation. The hypothesis was analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. Data analysis in qualitative research is carried out when data collection takes place, and after completion of data collection for a certain period. The results of school action research found that collaborative educative supervision periodically has a very important role in improving teacher performance in learning in grades III, IV, and V which is indicated by the average value of teacher performance in cycle 1 which is 81.3% and the average teacher performance score in cycle 2 is 85.5%. The average increase that occurs from cycle 1 to cycle 2 is 4.22%.

Tradisi di Bali baik itu lisan dan tertulis selalu diusahakan terjaga kelestariannya, bukan hanya oleh masyarakatnya yang mayoritas beragama Hindu, tetapi juga oleh pemerintah. Hal itu dilakukan karena tradisi itu sendiri sebagian besar berkaitan dengan upacara yang dilakukan oleh umat Hindu Bali, dan sudah menjadi ikon masyarakat Bali. Sebuah tradisi akan selalu dapat berkembang dan eksis apabila didukung oleh pendukungnya itu sendiri, artinya selalu ada orang yang mau melestarikan tradisi tersebut, setidaknya dapat memperkenalkannya pada kalangan anak-anak sampai pada yang dewasa. Salah satu tradisi lisan yang menjadi bagian dari kearifan lokal daerah dan terdapat hampir di seluruh wilayah Bali yaitu tradisi yang berkaitan dengan ritual perkawinan yaitu tradisi mareraosan. Keterjalinan hubungan perkawinan antara mempelai dan keluarga didasari dengan perkawinan yang sah, legal dan telah mengikuti berbagai kegitan ritual perkawinan. Hampir seluruh warga di Bali merupakan bagian dari pola hubungan keluarga dan perkawinan seperti ini. Sehingga proses sosialisasi untuk keluarga seperti ini dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan baik. Keluarga dengan tipe seperti inipun bisa dikatakan keluarga yang baik sebab dengan sah dan legalnya sebuah keluarga, maka proses sosialasasi dan penerapan fungsi serta peran mempelai dalam masyarakat dapat berjalan dengan baik. Untuk memahami pentingnya perkawinan bagi keluarga dan masyarakat maka calon mempelai perlu diberikan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya konsep Tri Kaya Parisudha dalam ajaran Agama Hindu melalui Tradisi Mareraosan.Kata Kunci: Tri Kaya Parisudha, Tradisi Mareraosan

the purpose of this study is to make student learning assessment instruments for Hindu subjects in the form of project assignments that contain the basic values of accountability as an effort to develop students' spiritual intelligence. This study uses a type of qualitative research assisted with qualitative data. Data of research subjects were 28 respondents using observation, interview and questionnaire data collection techniques. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative, which is to describe the symptoms or results of the research in a narrative manner. The results of this study indicate that the application of project tasks that contain the value of accountability is able to develop an attitude of responsibility, independence and respect for others to students. This attitude is part of behavior that reflects spiritual intelligence.

Indonesian constitution mandate regarding the effort to improve the nation?s education level is not an easy thing to do and not to be regarded merely as a political product. The mandate is a prerequisite of the glory of The Indonesian republic, and therefore no bargaining should be made over it. The National education Act as the implementation of the mandate in the Indonesian Constitution, has already followed by the increase in the National Education Budget into 20% of the National Income and Expense Budget. Such a fantastic move and this writing will elaborate the use of such fund in real life to accommodate the needs of the students.The vital means of education, starting from the classroom, teaching and learning aids, learning medias, books, journal, and encyclopedia as the source of learning should be improved. Therefore the implementation of the constitution should be based on the empirical needs of education. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to explain the application of learning media modifications to bowling games and to describe the learning outcomes of gross motor skills of Grade III students at SD Negeri 17 Dangin Puri in learning the modified bowling game. The study was conducted at 17 Dangin Puri Public Elementary School, North Denpasar District. The subjects of this study were all third grade elementary school students in the second semester of 2017/2018 Academic Year with 38 students, consisting of 23 male students and 15 female students. Data obtained / collected in the form of data directly recorded during PJOK learning takes place. This study uses a cycle model strategy that is planned through two cycles. The actions taken include planning, action, observation, and reflection.The hypothesis in this study was analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative description. Analysis is carried out using computer aids, namely Microsoft Excel program to analyze data by applying formulas, such as frequency distribution, graphs, and average numbers to describe a particular object or variable, so that general conclusions are obtained.The results of class action research found that modified bowling games can improve learning outcomes of rough motoric skills in third grade students of SD Negeri 17 Dangin Puri in Academic Year 2017/2018.

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Hindu and Budi Pekerti education subjects on Wariga for students of class X MIPA-7 SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Selatan through the implementation of cooperative learning model Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) held in the first semester of the academic year 2016 / 2017, which starts from September until October 2016 with the subject of research is the students of class X MIPA-7 SMA Negeri 1 Kuta Selatan 2016/2017 lesson year as many as 29 students who are Hindu. Basic Competency presented to the students is Explaining the essence of Padewasan (wariga) in the life of Hindus. This research was conducted in 2 cycles with planning, implementation, observation, and reflection on each cycle. Data collection techniques used are with the test results and observation sheet. Data analysis using comparative descriptive analysis technique by comparing the learning outcomes at initial conditions with the results achieved in each cycle, and qualitative descriptive analysis by comparing the results of observation and reflection on the cycle I and cycle II. The result of data analysis shows that there is improvement of learning quality both process and learning result. It can be seen that in the first cycle there has been an increase in the average score of 11.38 students, ie from the average score of the students at the initial conditions 66.21 to 77.59 and an increase in the average score of students 7.41 on cycle II of Average grade grade 77.59 to 85.00. While the completion of classical learning at the end of the first cycle, there was an increase of 27.59%, from the initial condition that has been completed only 51.72% to 79.31%, and there is an increase in learning mastery by 13, 79 from 79.31 % To 93.10% in cycle II. It is based on the results of observations during the learning process and the results of the assessment of knowledge about wariga after the learning process takes place. So it is suggested to the teacher especially the subject teacher of Hindu and Budi Pekerti Education to use cooperative learning model Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) in an effort to improve the learning result of Hindu Religion and Budi Pekerti.Keywords: Learning outcomes, cooperative learning, Teams Games Tournaments.

Pengetahuan metakognitif merupakan aspek pencapain kecakapan level abstraksi tertinggi dalam dimensi pengetahuan. pengetahuan metakognitif merupakan tingkat teratas dalam susunan Taksonomi Bloom Revisi. Konstruksi pengetahuan level metakognitif merupakan kemampuan untuk mengetahui dan menyadari diri sendiri, dan mencakup pula kecakapan strategi kognitif melalui berpikir multiperspektif, serta multidimensional. Konstruksi pengetahuan metakognitif dalam pembelajaran agama Hindu memiliki urgensi untuk dilakukan untuk menciptakan karakter individu peserta didik yang tidak terjebak pada pemahaman dogmatis, bijaksana, serta mampu mewujudkan tatanan religi dan sosio-kultural masyarakat yang harmonis.Kata Kunci: pengetahuan metakognitif, pembelajaran, agama Hindu.

The improvement of understanding and knowledge of learning about Hinduism is very important to a teacher to maximize the result, and students to be able to understand the knowledge of learning the religion. Inside the Veda, there is mentioned about the responsibility and the obligation of a teacher that is born with the dawn and gives knowledge for those who are lacking. Through some methods to improve the interest and understanding of the students and paper-based learning media with the concept of Hindu that are commoditized with software-based application to draw the learning interest of the students such as forming learning media, using Tri Datu thread, which people currently use used but not so sure about the philosophical meaning that is full of meaning of Hindu. This is really wonderful if we relate the concept of Tri Murti with the responsibility and the obligation of a teacher. Through the students who study in Elementary School to explain and give information that can be claimed as correct information based on the existed history where there is many concept in Hindu that has many meanings.
