Abstract

IbM is one of program that driven community to gain the better productionprocess and management. Thus scheme funded by the Directorate General of HigherEducation. The partner of this program is on SME mushroom community cultivatorsin the district Mengwi Badung ea. Tri Putrimushrom and Artana mushrom . Themain problem faced by SMEs partner is a lack of understanding of the partners oystermushroom cultivation techniques, so often happens baglog mushroom seed can notdevelop properly so that the oyster mushroom yields declined. On the other handoyster mushroom demand for traditional markets and other consumers continue toincrease. The oyster mushroom cultivationas a sideline business, but it requiresa fairly high investment cost to build a house nursery, wooden shelves for baglogmushrooms and mushroom seed investment .The next problem faced is the lack oftrained partners in cultivation technology, the partneralso still low inaccountingtechniques as currently partner SMEs have never know for sure whether its businessat a profit or even get a loss . The methods used in carrying out the program is amethod of training with focus group discussion and participation action research,After this program run out, the partner is increasing of mushroom cultivation andunderstanding of business management is increasing, eventually the productivityof oyster mushroom production can be increased, and income level directly SMEspartners be increased as well.

Abstract

The aim of this study were 1) to determine the similarity (similarity)between product Working Capital Loan (KMK) BPD Bali with competing products.2) to determine the debtor’s perception of the product Working Capital Loans (WCL)BPD Bali and the products of its competitors. 3) to determine the superiority ofWorking Capital Loans (WCL) BPD Bali compared with competing products. The dataanalysis technique used is a multivariate analysis, the analysis of multidimensionalscaling (MDS) and Correspondence Analysis (CA). Based on the analysis of MDS in particular two-dimensional perceptual map, customer perception of similarity between the bank shows that the KMK BPD Bali has similarities with KMK BRI, whileKMK BNI has some similarities with Bank Mandiri. From the analysis of respondents’perceptions CA KMK BPD Bali showed the same position with the KMK BRI with anaverage score of 82.92 percent,. KMK BNI 46 with an average score of 84.42 percent,KMK bank Mandiri of 84.33 percent while the WCL Danamon lowest perceived witha score of 81.83 percent. KMK BRI BPD Bali and excels in ease of loan collateralattributes, and attribute lending. While KMK BNI and Bank Mandiri has advantagesin the cost of provision and administration attributes, office location / room acomfortable, personal approach and standard system attributes. While KMK BankDanamon has the advantage on account activity and attributes atributl advertising.

Abstract

Marine tourism at Lovina Beach improves the tourism developmentin North Bali, with opening the jobfields, efforts to improve the welfare of society.A unique marine tourism with its dolphin should be well manage and expand thequality product of marine tourism. Improve the quality of human resource, developbetter management in the future. This study aims to analyze supported with IFASEFASmatriks and SWOT analyze. The collecting data supported by observation,interview and questionnaires. Strategy to develop product of marine tourism, themarket penetration strategy, maintain and improve the potential of tourism strategy,expand cooperation and awareness strategy are strategies to develop marine tourism at Lovina Beach.

Abstract

Bali today is experiencing a growth in the number of cooperatives, butthe growth of the cooperativeis not followed by the quality ofthe cooperative it self.Particularly in Klungkung cooperatives is still having problems in the field of humanresources cooperatives, which are owned by the board still does not have sufficientcompetence because of the lack of understanding of competence in accordance withthe needs of existing cooperatives. Therefore, this research intends toformulate thefactors thatinfluence cooperative human resource competencies that will be able tobe used as the basis in finding or developing its human resources. In the extraction of the factors thatmade the overall show variables can explain the variety ofform factors. After that is the determination of the number offactors, which deserve to becalled whenthe factor has a value of more than 1 can be computed as a factor, sothat only four factors were formed. Form factor given the name 1) Mastery of work,2) Self-awareness, 3) Personal capability and 4) Individual excellence. Assessmentsfactorsindicate that the model has an accuracy of 61% on the error rate or alphaof 5%.

Abstract

Less understanding of tourism culminate with the helplessness ofseaweed farmers in facing tourism development. To determine the plan in achievinga solution, then it is divided into three issues such as: (1) How does the shape androle of each stakeholder in the empowerment of seaweed farmers and developmentof existing ecotourism. (2) What benefits are obtained by seaweed farmers in thedevelopment of ecotourism .Empowerment theory, the active community andstructural-functional theory were used to dissect the problem. The qualitativedescriptive method of data collection techniques through observation, interview, andliterature reviews. The data collected were analyzed by descriptive qualitative andtransforming the raw data in the form of fixed data, easy to understand, interpreting,and presenting the information presented as principal study. The results showedthe empowerment of seaweed farmers in the village of Lembongan requires therole of all relevant stakeholders through a partnership which is formed to provideeconomic and social benefits for the community. The seaweed farmers have to begiven training in managerial, financial aid and supporting infrastructures. Afterthe independence of seaweed farming community has been considered adequate,the system of partnerships and mentoring by stakeholders gradually reduced. Thisresearch is also expected to be used as input for the government, tourism industry,and the seaweed farmers in the development of ecotourism, as well as for academicsand practitioners are expected to conduct further research.

Abstract

The aims of this research that relate production process of jangir statue(p 11 cm, l 4 cm, t 14 cm) use stove size differently are: (1)To know the influence ofstove sizing to cost of goods manufactured loading jangir statue; (2) To know theinfluence of stove sizing to gross profit recognition jangir statue; and (3) To knowthe influence of stove sizing to inventory turnover calculationjangir statue. Theresearch results shew that: (1) The stove sizing influent of cost production loading jangir statue (p 11 cm, l 4 cm, t 14 cm). The decreasing trend ofcost of goods manufactured jangir statue (p 11 cm, l 4 cm, t 14 cm use midle size stove was 0,96%,and big size stove was 1,15%; (2) The stove sizing influent of gross profit recognitionjangir statue (p 11 cm, l 4 cm, t 14 cm). The bigger stove sizing cause bigger grossprofit jangir statue. The increasing trend ofgross profit jangir statue (p 11 cm, l 4cm, t 14 cm) use midle size stove was 7,05%, and big size stove was 15,06%; dan(3) The stove sizing did not influent of inventory turnover jangir statue (p 11 cm, l 4cm, t 14 cm). The small stove, the middle stove size, and the big stove result the sameinventory turnover, that is 21,43 times.

Abstract

The aims of this research that relate raw material composition intoproduction process of BL (BL1X, BL2, BL1, BL3) stoneware were: (1) To know theinfluence of raw material composition to raw material cost loading stoneware BL;(2) To know the influence of raw material composition to cost of good manufacturedcalculation; and (3) To know the influence of raw material composition toproductivity.The research results shew that: (1)The increasing of raw material composition kalblend clay on production process of BL stoneware could decrease raw material cost of BL stoneware. Abstract

Tax revenue is still the largest component and the main source ofdomestic revenue to support financing of government operations and development.Benchmarking conducted by the Directorate General of Taxes arranged in aconcept called Total Benchmarking. This study aimed to analyze the level of taxcompliance assessment using the ratio of total Benchmarking in the manufacturingsector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange and to analyze the results of comparisons of financial ratios taxpayer to total ratio benchmarking. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis method. Data was collected by interview and documentation.The final conclusion is that during the years 2009-2011, ratios of sample firms arestill many who are under the benchmark tax, except for one company that has a ratioof Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), pretax profit margin(PPM ), Corporate tax to Turn Over ratio (CTTOR), Net Profit Margin (NPM) abovethe benchmark tax namely PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk (SMCB), although for nontradeincome ratio to sales (pl) in 2010 is negative. Suggestions can be taken intoconsideration for companies who value ratio-the ratio is below the benchmark tax isto revise the SPT and the companies using all available ratios and per item directlydiscuss each part of the financial statements, so as to get a more in-depth information.

Abstract

The growth of a stable currency value indicates that the country hasa relatively good economic condition or stable. Exchange rate instability affectsinvestment and capital flows or International trafficking. The influence of the rate ofinflation, interest rates, and the money supply to the exchange rate on the US dollarand tested by multiple regression analysis techniques. During the study observationperiod of five years from the year 2009 to 2013. The results of this study demonstratethat the level of interest rates and the money supply effect on the exchange rate inthe US dollar. Meanwhile, the inflation rate showed no effect results. Simultaneously, the rate of inflation, interest rates, and the money supply effect on the exchange rate on the US dollar.
