Abstract

Human resource with highly organizational commitment in giving aquality servicing was a vital element and play an important role for organizationalsuccess. The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of organizationaljustice toward job satisfaction and organizational commitment. A sample as manyas 97 person of contract employees of Faculty of Economic and Business, UdayanaUniversity were used as respondent of study. Analyze method of the data used waspartial least square (PLS). The results of the study indicated that organizationaljustice influential positive and significant toward job satisfaction and organizationalcommitment, respectively. The job satisfaction also influential positive and significanttoward organizational commitment. The results showed that, more and more goodorganizational justice feld by the employees, so more and more good job satisfactionand organizational commitment. Likewise, more and more highly the job satisfactionof the employees, so more and more highly also the organizational commitment. Thisstudy parallel with the theory declared that the employees obtaining organizationaljustice would feel job satisfaction and more commit in doing their duties andfunctions. The practice implication of this study was could be used as material ofconsideration by manajemen in making policy and decision which interconnectedwith organizational justice which could increase job satisfaction and organizationalcommitment.

Abstract

Earnings management is management actions in the process of preparationof financial statements to affect the level of reported earnings. Earnings managementcan reduce the credibility of the financial statements if it is used to make decisions,because earnings management is a form of manipulation of financial statements.This study aimed to examine the effect of corporate governance and leverage toearnings management. The sample in this study were 81 companies listed on theIndonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2011-2013. Sampling using purposivesampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is factor analysis andmultiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of corporategovernance negatively affect earnings management. While the variable leverage apositive effect on earnings management.

Abstract

Research objectives are: (1) To determine a descriptive overview of theapplication of the values of Tri Hita Karana in the organizational culture in BaliState Polytechnic Environment; and (2) To determine the influence of the values ofTri Hita Karana in the organizational culture in Bali State Polytechnic environment.The study population were employees Bali State Polytechnic totaling 181 people.The sampling process is done by the proportionate stratified random sampling,with number of samples/respondents amounted to 93 people. This type of researchis an explanatory research. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires,interviews and observation.The results showed: (1) Variable parahyangan, pawonganand palemahan simultaneous influence of organizational culture amounted to 93.1%,Variable parahyangan partial effect on organizational culture by 26%, partialeffect pawongan of organizational culture by 2%, and partial effect palemahan oforganizational culture by 4.4 %; (2) The institution provides the opportunity foremployees to perform program tirta yatra, had a very good working environmentprovides opportunities for employees to demonstrate creativity and existence, andthe institution had programs related to preservation.

Abstract

Abstracts: The aims of this are to know the influence of CN casting massa raw materialcomposition to technology process, cost of goods manufactured calculation, transferprice determination, inventory valuation, operating expense and operating profitrecognition. The research results shew that: (1) the production process technologyCN casting massa follow by: weighting, grussing, mixing, filtring, and carrying.On the weighting process, the greater amount of composition and/or kinds of rawmaterial, the more complex and longer of weighting process. The raw materialcomposition influenced process technology CN casting massa superior on weightingprocess; (2) the cost of good manufactured CN casting massa was Rp 2.896,83 forCN2, Rp 3.031,83 for CN3, Rp 3.017,00 for CN6, Rp 3.004,52 for CN7, and Rp2.996,50 for CN8. (3) the transfer price CN casting massa composition was Rp3.302,39 for CN2, Rp 3.456,28 for CN3, Rp 3.473,58 for CN6, Rp 3.425,15 for CN7,and Rp 3.416,01 for CN8. (4) the ending inventory CN casting massa compositionwas Rp 434.524,50 for CN2, Rp 454.774,50 for CN3, Rp 457.050,00 for CN6, Rp450.678,00 for CN7, and Rp 449.475,00 for CN8. (5) the marketing expense CNcasting massa was Rp 173,81 for CN2, Rp 181,91 for CN3, Rp 182,82 for CN6, Rp180,27 for CN7, and Rp 179,79 for CN8. (6) The operating profit CN casting massa was Rp 115,87 for CN2, Rp 121,27 for CN3, Rp 121,88 for CN6, Rp 120,18 for CN7,and Rp 119,86 for CN8.

Abstract

Organization development is a response to change, a complexeducational strategy intended to change the beliefs, attitudes, values, and structure of organizations so that they can better adapt to new technologies, markets, and challenges, and the dizzying rate of changeitself. Organizational development is the name that is being attached to total system, planned-change efforts for coping with the above-mentionedconditions.” (These conditions include four assertions about “today’schanging world,” five about “today’s business environment,” and six about “to day’s changing values”).This article discusses how the organization development become an importantelement of the way organizations deal with the dynamics of the competition. Becauseof the change (preparing the elements change) various obstacles and resistencesthat may occur. Noting the new culture that may arise from a shift in values that mayoccur, cultural resistences of the new policies that will arise and new planning thefuture.The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of how to prepare for changesin organizational management, preparing policies that supports the organization,reduce the risk of resistence and reduce the difference between the perception oforganizational elements and build a new culture that is in accordance with the visionand mission of the organization.Organizational development with regard to the value, new cultures, adopting newtechnologies, challenges and appropriate leadership style will create the conditionsand environment that is able to bring the organization to the objectives. It is indirectlydoing maintenance organizational elements that sustainability can be achieved.Sustainability means that the organization is not only an internal function but alsomaintain the market and customers.

Abstract

This research has a specific purpose: (i) determine the potential ofcoastal area can be developed as a tourism product, (ii) Knowing constraints arefaced in developing the tourism potential, and (iii) determine strategies that can beused in developing the tourism potential of the coast as a creative tourism productsYeh Gangga Beach, Sudimara village, Tabanan Bali. The general objective to beachieved is to improve the performance of the tourism sector in the welfare ofsociety Tabanan through sustainable tourism development by developing creativepotential.. The research found that (i) Yeh Gangga Beach has some potential creativityattraction, such as: art market, handycraft,video and photography, music and artperformance, scenery, and accomodation; (ii) The main problems encounteredare (i) Most strategic land has been switched ownership to investors. The strategyshould be applied is (i) Maintain Yeh Gangga Beach as tourist attraction developedTabanan through local regulations, (ii) increasing public awareness of tourism. Theimplications are (i) theoretically enriching literature of sustainability in tourismcoastal area, (ii) practically could enhance the government to develop coastaltourism in Tabanan Bali.

Abstract

The impact of customer knowledge and customer consideration to thecustomer’s decision to choose products Islamic banks through customer attitudesas an intervening variable. From the preliminary data of empirical research showsthere is a phenomenon with respect to customers of Islamic banks in Bali. Thepurpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly influence the customerknowledge and consideration of consumers towards the customer’s decision to chooseproducts of Islamic banks in Denpasar through customer attitudes, this research isa quantitative research survey approach, with a sample of 100 respondents. The testinstrument by using validity and reliability test while the data used are primary andsecondary data. Analysis technique used is path analysis.From the analysis by using path analysis, calculation results obtained showedthat customer knowledge variables significantly influence customer attitudes withcoefficient Standarrdized 0.452 with probability t sig 0,000 or sig <0.05, customerconsideration variables significantly influence customer attitudes to the valueStandarrdized coefficient of 0.393 with a probability t sig 0,000 or sig <0.05,customer knowledge but tidah significant positive impact on the customer’s decisionStandarrdized coefficient of 0.067 with a probability t sig 0.496 or sig> 0.05, apositive influence customer consideration and significant impact on the customer’sdecision Standarrdized coefficient of 0.316 with a with probability t sig 0,001 orsig<0.05, customer attitude positive and significant impact on the customer’s decisionStandarrdized coefficient of 0.354 with a with probability t sig 0,002 or sig < 0.05.

Abstract

Retribution is one kind of market revenue sources region. Regions that areimportant to the Company Seririt Market Unit. This was proven during the period2009-2013 levy revenue realization fluktuatives market experience and indicatingthere are problems in the performance of the market in the company’s acceptance ofretribution Regional Market Unit Seririt. This study aimed to calculate the level ofeffectiveness and contribution levy market, and formulate appropriate strategies toimprove the performance of the market in the company’s acceptance of retributionRegional Market Unit Seririt. Based on the analysis that has been done can beconcluded that the implementation of market levies in Buleleng is the authority andresponsibility of the Regional Corporate Markets Buleleng and fully implemented byRegional Company Seririt Market Unit using the official assessment system, votingbased on Local Regulation, 4 in 2009 the collection system directly using valuableobjects or ticket, levy implementation market in the last five years running properly.Effectiveness achievement and contributions levy market Regional CorporateMarket Unit Seririt period 2009-2013 experienced fluctuate. So in need of properstrategy to increase market levies in Regional Corporate Market Unit Seririt namelyto socialize, improve infrastructure services market and increased scrutiny.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of education level, age, andmarital status against the odds change jobs women migrans in the city of Denpasar.The study was conducted in four districts in the city of Denpasar. Respondents arenon-permanent migran women in Denpasar where the sample is determined usingthe quota by the number of samples is 120 people. Analysis of the data used toachieve the goal is through the analysis of Binary Logistic technique. Based on theresults of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the level of education,age, and marital status significantly influence migran women’s chances of changingjobs in Denpasar. Partially, education level and employment status positive influenceon changing employment opportunities migran women in the city of Denpasar. Whileage does not significantly influence the chances of changing jobs migran women inthe city of Denpasar.

Abstract

Green marketing refers to the satisfaction of the needs, wants and desiresof customers in relation to the maintenance and preservation of the environment.The benefits obtained with the green marketing is to produce products that use rawmaterials that are environmentally friendly (green product). This research wasconducted in the Carrefour shopping center and Hardy’s. The number of samplestaken are 100 responden, using purposive sampling and accidental sampling. Theanalysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of research conductedfound that green marketing affect positively and significantly related to perceivedvalue, green marketing affect positively and significantly related to purchaseintention, perceived value affect positively and significantly related to purchaseintention, and perceived value to mediated a positive and significant effect of greenmarketing to the purchase intention.
