Abstract

The Influence of Career Development, Work Stress, and Employe Empowerment on Turnover Intention at Kayumanis Nusa Dua Private Villa & Spa Bali. This research is motivated by the problem of turnover intention which is increasing annually at Kayumanis Nusa Dua Private Villa & Spa. This study aims to determine the impact of career development, work stress, the influence of employee empowerment on turnover intention, also the influence of career development, work stress, and employee empowerment on turnover intention at Kayumanis Nusa Dua Private Villa & Spa. This research was conducted at Kayumanis Nusa Dua Private Villa & Spa, using Kayumanis Nusa Dua Private Villa & Spa employees as respondents. The number of respondents in this study were 80 people taken by saturated sample techniques. The types of data are quantitative data. Sources of data are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire with closed questions as measured by the Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis technique which operated by the SPSS version 23.0 program. The results of indicate that career development has a negative effect on turnover intention, work stress has a positive effect on turnover intention, employee empowerment has a negative effect on turnover intention, and career development, work stress and employee empowerment significantly influence turnover intention on Kayumanis Nusa Dua Private Villa & Spa. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of marketing mix and service quality to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction in PT Pegadaian (Persero) Denpasar branch. It used 132 samples of respondent with propotional random sampling. The data used are the primary data which obtained through questionnaires distributiion. The method for data analysis is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) computer program. The result shows that all independent variables of Marketing Mix and Service Quality have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The effect of non-financial reward and punsihment on job loyalty through job satisfaction. The objectives of this research is to study the effect of non-financial reward, punishment, and job satisfaction on job loyalty, this research was conducted at Atta Mesari Resort and Spa. The data collection technique used in this research was questionnaire, the questionnaire used in this research had been tested and is considered valid and reliable. in order to measure the effect of non-financial reward, punishment, and job satisfaction and the effect on job loyalty this research used the multiple regression analysis technique with the help of SPSS 22 statistic program. The regression formula found in this research was Y=0.941 +0.221x1 +0.305x2 +0.522x3. The analysis result Showed that non-financial reward and punishment did not gave a significant effect on job loyalty through job satisfaction this indicates that non-financial reward and punishment can affect job loyalty positively but not significantly, directly non-financial reward and punishment gave a positive and significant effect on job loyalty by 48.1% and non-financial reward and punishment affect job satisfaction by 46% all of this indicates that the better the non-financial reward and punishment strategy implied in an organization the higher employee’s job satisfaction and loyalty will be.Keywords: non-financial reward, punishment, job satisfaction, job loyalty

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the role of employee satisfaction in mediating the compensation to employee performance carried on weaving company Widhi Sri, by involving all employees of the company totaling 61 persons as respondents. This study was conducted with a census approach, therefore, it involved the whole company's employees as respondents. The collecting of the data in this study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data of the study were processed by the method of Partial Least Square (PLS), through a program named SmartPLS 2.0 M3, at the significance level of 0.05 (5%). The results of this study found that compensation and employee satisfaction provided a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The effect occurred by compensating for the employee performance without the involvement of employee satisfaction was at 0.315, it was lower than the influence caused by compensation to employee performance by involving employee satisfaction, which was equal to 0.640. Therefore, it meant that employee satisfaction was able to mediate compensation to employee performance.

Abstract

Work Conflict, Work Stress, Emotional Intelligence and Staff Performance at Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency Denpasar. Government agencies serving in community service must have good employee performance. This study aimed to analyze the effect of work conflicts, work stress, emotional intelligence, and employee performance in the department of public works and spatial planning of Denpasar city. The technique of collecting samples in this study was simple random sampling with total 40 respondents. The research method used is the method of quantitative data with the help of SPSS 20.00. Data analysis were included validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and F test. The result of multiple correlation analysis R = 0.705, simultaneously showed that there was strong positive relationship between the independent variables to the dependent variable. The result of coefficient of determination (R2) was equal to 0,455 that 45,5% independent variable influence to dependent variable in the department of public works and spatial planning of Denpasar city, while the rest equal to 54,5% were caused by other variables which were not included in this research. The result of t test, conflict variable of regression coefficient coefficient obtained value equal to -0,315 and significance value 0,047 show work conflict variable have significant negative effect to employee performance. Work stress obtained value of -0.450 and a significance value of 0.007 showing work stress variable had a significant negative effect on employee performance. Emotional intelligence variable obtained value of 0.600 and a significance value of 0,000 which showed the emotional intelligence variable had a significant positive effect on employee performance. The calculation results obtained the value of F count work conflict variable (X1), work stress (X2), emotional intelligence (X3) had a positive effect simultaneously on the performance of employees in the Public Works Department and Spatial Planning Denpasar. Abstract

The purpose of this researchto build consumer awareness ofthe brand LA Lights and gives an overview of consumer positively to the brandLA Lights. This study was designed to analyze event marketing as an effectiveway to build LA Lights brand equity. The location of this study conducted inYogyakarta in accordance with the enterprise segments which are the consumerteenagers and independent communities.The results of research in the form ofanswers using a Likert scale was analyzed by looking at the effect of relationshipmarketing event of the formation of brand equity LA Lights by using multipleregression models. Overall, event marketing LA Lights held assessed effectivelybuild brand equity LA Lights. This happens because the market in the city ofYogyakarta is a potential market for the brand LA Lights targeting consumersteenagers and independent communities. Based on these results, the companycan continue to organize events marketing sustainably and improve the qualityof the event marketing to build brand equity LA Lights.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Fragility of Indonesia's economic fundamentals prompted the government to build the economic structure taking into account the existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. This sector has proven to provide substantial employment and provides opportunities for develop in society. MSME's existence can not be doubted because it proved able to survive and become a engine of economy, especially after the economic crisis. On the other hand, also face many problems, namely limited working capital, human resources are low, and less cakapnya mastery of science and technology  Another obstacle faced the links with business prospects are less clear and the planning vision and mission that has not been steady. Provision of market information and networks, ease of access to funding and capacity building assistance and information technology are a strategy to improve the competitiveness in Indonesia. It is therefore necessary synergy between all parties, especially the government and microfinance institutions.

Abstract

Pengaruh Komunikasi dan Hubungan Industrial Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada Hotel Fave Petitenget Kabupaten Badung, Bali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi dan hubungan industrial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Jumlah responden adalah 78 orang. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh yang positif signifikan antara komunikasi dan hubungan industrial dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan.   Kata kunci: komunikasi, hubungan industrial, kepuasan kerja karyawan

Abstract

Pengaruh Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality dan Word of Mouth (WOM) Terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan Go-Jek di Denpasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand awareness, perceived quality, dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan penggunaan layanan GO-JEK di Denpasar. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner kepada responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna layanan GO-JEK di Denpasar. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah non-probability sampling. Ada 112 responden untuk penelitian ini. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji t untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen secara parsial terhadap variabel dependen dan uji F untuk mengetahui pengaruh semua variabel independen secara simultan terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel brand awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan, variabel perceived quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan, word of mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan, kesadaran merek, kualitas persepsi, dan dari mulut ke mulut. secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penggunaan keputusan. Kata kunci: kesadaran merek, persepsi kualitas, dari mulut ke mulut, menggunakan keputusan, layanan GO-JEK

Abstract

 ABSTRACT The aims of this research that relate the using of castle massa BPC-1 as raw material of red ganesha statue prothotype (l 14 cm – w 9 cm – h 17 cm)  are: (1) To calculate cost of good manufactured red ganesha statue prothotype by activity-based costing method; (2) To determine cost price red ganesha statue prothotype by cost-plus pricing method; and (3) To recognize profititability red ganesha statue prothotype by gross profit margin, operating profit margin, and net profit margin method. The research results shew that: (1) The cost of good manufactured red ganesha statue prothotype (l 14 cm – w 9 cm – h 17 cm) was Rp 74.531,63 each unit, that followed by: Unit-Level Activity Cost Rp 65.940,69, Batch-Related Activity Cost Rp 3.578,66, Product-Sustaining Activity Cost Rp 4.006,53, dan Facility-Sustaining Activity Cost Rp 1.005,75; (2) The cost price red ganesha statue prothotype (l 14 cm – w 9 cm – h 17 cm) was Rp 96.891,12 each unit, that followed by: cost of good manufactured Rp 74.531,63, profit margin Rp 11.179,75, operating expense Rp 11.179,75 (marketing expense Rp 7.453,17 and general & administrative expense Rp 3.726,58). The actual cost price of red ganesha statue prothotype was undervalue about Rp 7.691,12 each unit than theoretical cost price; and (3) The Profit margin red ganesha statue prothotype (l 14 cm – w 9 cm – h 17 cm) was Rp 9.167.391,20 for gross profit margin, Rp 4.583.696,00 for operating profit margin, and Rp 4.258.116,30 for net profit margin.
