Abstract

Komitmen organisasi pada tenaga operasional: peran work-life balance, stress kerja, dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini mengkaji komitmen yang dimiliki oleh tenaga level paling bawah dari sebuah orgaisasi, dengan melibatkan isu yang sedang berkembang saat ini yaitu work-life balance, stress kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur seberapa tinggi komitmen yang dimiliki oleh karyawan dengan tuntuan tugas yang tinggi dari perusahaan, dengan kompensasi paling rendah diantara karyawan level lainnya. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan sengan cara survey menggunakan kuisioner berskala likert. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di perusahaan retail swasta di kawasan denpasar Barat, yang berjumlah 104 orang dan telah bekerja selama 10 tahun ke atas. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah Regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan. Begitu pula dengan stress kerja dan kepuasan kerja juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan pada organisasinya. Kata kunci: Konflik Kerja, Stres, Motivasi, Komitmen Organisasi

Abstract

the purpose of this research is to examine the impact of perceive organizational support to reducing the effect of work-family conflict and turn over intention. It is also examining gender and perceiver organizational support as potential moderator in that relationship. Based on data obtain from 134 supervisor of four and five star hotels in Bali, which is consist of 57 female and 77 male, we found that work-family conflict has a positive influence and significantly related to turnover intention. It is also found that perceive organizational support significantly moderated a positive relationship between work-family conflict and turnover intentions, but another moderating effect, gender have no impact on it.

Abstract

Leadership style, workload, work stress, information technology, and performance of employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, workload, work stress, information technology, the performance of employees at PT. Bank Bukopin, Tbk. Denpasar Branch by analyzing the relationship between variables of leadership style, workload, work stress, information technology, and employee performance. Type of this research is quantitative with the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. For statistical analysis and hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Respondents in this study were employees of PT. Bank Bukopin, Tbk. Branch Denpasar with 106 people in population. The results showed that only one variable that is not consistent with the hypothesis that no significant effect on the performance of the employee (workload). Style of leadership, information technology, and job stress produces positive and significant influence on employee performance. So, the company have to pay attention to the variables that affect the performance of employees in order to achieve the goals of the company. Abstract

This research was conducted based on the obstacles experienced by the students of management department of Undiknas Denpasar to write opinions text. The problem lies in the difficulty of organizing ideas, developing the principal ideas, the accuracy of selection diction, and the use of spelling. In relation to the problem, a proper teaching method is needed to handle it. Given the ability to write popular scientific papers is very important mastered to support the ability of students in writing more complex scientific papers. The method used in this Classroom Action Research  is Graphic Organizer Method. The results of this study indicate a significant increase in the ability of students in writing opinions text. This is evidenced by the increase in the average student score in each cycle. The average value of students in the first cycle was 65, this score then increase again in the second cycle to 72, and in the third cycle, the students could reach 78 average score. Keywords: writing, opinion text, graphic organizer method, PTK

Abstract

The Influence of Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement and Positive Emotion on Impulse Buying Behavior. In making purchases, consumers prefer modern shopping to traditional shopping places. It is often done unplanned. Currently, type of modern shopping spot that is popular is lifestyle shopping center. Increased lifestyle shopping center in Badung regency from year to year makes business opportunities for business people, especially in fashion field. Shopping lifestyle reflects a person's choice of spending time and money. With the availability of time, consumers will have plenty of time to shop. And with their money, they will have a high purchasing power. Fashion involvement refers to one's involvement in a fashion product that is driven by the need and interest in the product. Impulse buying experienced by consumers can be influenced by positive emotion. This research was conducted to find out the influence of shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement and positive emotion toward impulse buying behavior. There were 220 respondents. The sampling method was purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results with multiple linear regression analysis showed that shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement and positive emotion had a significant positive effect on the impulse buying behavior. Abstract

Merk Switching Decision from Samsung to Xiaomi Smartphone Due To Costumers Dissatisfaction, Reference Group, and Electronic Word of Mouth. This research aims to analyze the effect of Consumer Dissatisfaction, Reference Group, and Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) on Brand Switching Decision from Samsung smartphone to Xiaomi. This is a quantitative research which relies on questionnaire as data collection method. There are 110 respondents which was taken using Accidental Sampling method as the samples. Testing method used in this research are as follow: Validation and Reliability test, Classic Assumption test, Multiple Linear Regression test, t-Test, F-Test, as well as Coefficient of Determination analysis which was processed using SPSS ver.17.0. The result of the research shows that the variable Consumer Dissatisfaction positively and significantly affecting Brand Switching Decision; Reference Group positively and significantly affecting Brand Switching Decision; and Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) positively and significantly affecting Brand Switching Decision. Consumer Dissatisfaction, Reference Group and Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) also positively and significantly affecting Brand Switching Decision from Samsung smartphone to Xiaomi simultaneously. As much as 71.0% of Brand Switching Decision was affected by Consumer Dissatisfaction, Reference Group, and Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM), while the other 29.0% was affected by other factors which are not covered in this research.Keywords: Consumer dissatisfaction, reference group, electronic word of mouth, eWOM, brand switching decision, smartphone, Samsung, Xiaomi

Abstract

ABSTRACT Village Credit Institutions is one of Microfinance Institutions are growing rapidly in the province of Bali and is one of the institutions that are at the level of village customs. The standard for assessing the health level has been determined by Bali Governor Regulation No. 11 Year 2013 on a quantitative approach over five (5) factors that affect the condition and development of financial institutions, the Capital, Assets Liquidity, Management, Earning and Liquidity. Besides these five factors, overshooting the lending limits are also taken into account as a reduction of the total value of health outcomes.Based on the discussion that has been described in previous chapters, it can be concluded that the rating of the capital factor results obtained from the CAR ratio was 19.79%, with a credit score of 100%, which is still relatively healthy. Factor is the ratio KAP Earning Assets was 0.20%, with a credit score of 100% and CPRR ratio was 130.83%, with a credit score of 100%, which is still relatively healthy. Assessment management factor of 25 questions or statements of general management and risk management 85 values obtained are still relatively healthy. The earnings factor is the assessment of the ROA ratio was 3.13%, with a credit score of 100% and ROA ratio was 77.71% with 89.16% credit scores are still relatively healthy. Liquidity factor is the ratio of liquid assets was 31% with a credit score of 100% and the LDR is 71.46% with a credit score of 100% were classified as healthy. Rate the latter is the calculation of the legal lending limit in 2015 is not a violation of the legal lending limit. Complications health assessment results in 2015 were awarded with 97.4% categorized as "healthy".

Abstract

Marketing mix dan akreditasi terhadap keputusan memilih dengan brand image sebagai 368ariable intervening. Marketing mix merupakan serangkaian 368ariable pemasaran dipergunakan oleh perusahaan untuk menghasilkan tanggapan dari pasar sasarannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis marketing mix dan akreditasi terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih Undiknas Denpasar dengan brand image sebagai 368ariable intervening. Penelitian bersifat kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling yaitu accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel 105 responden mahasiswa FEB regular Tahun 2013/2016. Teknik analisis data dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan program computer Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS). Hasil penelitian ini, temuannya bahwa Marketing mix memiliki direct effects positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa 4.70 persen. Marketing mix memiliki direct effects positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image 8,29 persen. Brand image memiliki direct effects positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa 4,54 persen. Akreditasi memiliki direct effects positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image 2,68 persen. Akreditasi memiliki direct effects positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa 2,46 persen. Marketing mix secara indirect effects terhadap keputusan mahasiswa melalui brand image hanya 3,76 persen lebih kecil dibandingkan direct effects berarti brand image dalam penelitian ini tidak berperan sebagai variable intervening. Akreditasi secara indirect effects terhadap keputusan mahasiswa melalui brand image hanya 1,22 persen lebih kecil dibandingkan direct effects berarti brand image dalam penelitian ini tidak berperan sebagai variable intervening. Abstract

Entrepreneurship can encourage or promote economic growth, and the future of society as well as for entrepreneurs. Thus, the fate of peoples and nations, is dependent upon individuals as the younger generation, to have a persistent entrepreneurial spirit, work diligently, and to be honest, creative, innovation and courage in trying, so as to produce goods or services. David McClelland argued that if a country wants to be prosperous, a minimum amount of 2% of the total population in the country to become entrepreneurs. The purpose of research: to identify and analyze the factors igniting the Spirit of Entrepreneurship and to determine the most dominant factor triggering the Spirit of Entrepreneurship in the village of Bitra Ginyar. The approach used was multiple linear regression approach. Samples taken were 32 respondents. The results expressed a positive influence of variable of personal factors (X1), environmental factors (X2) and sociological factors (X3) to trigger the entrepreneurial (Y). Based on the analysis of standardized coefficeents beta, sociological factors conferred the most dominant influence to the trigger of entrepreneurship in Bitra village of Gianyar.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The level of competition in the Indonesian automotive companies are very strict.Indonesia is a potential market for automotive companies, especially motorcycles.In addition, consumers also have different considerations and perceptions of the brand image, pricing, sales, and quality of products before making a purchase decision.The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of variable Brand Image, Price, After Sales, and Product Quality to Buying Decision Motorcycles Yamaha Nmax (Case Study on Yamaha Nmax Buyer in Yamaha Waja Gunung Agung Dealership). The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear analysis to determine the impact of variable Brand Image, Price, After Sales, and Product Quality to the BuyingDecision.The results of this study show variable Brand Image, Price, After Sales, and Product Quality, has a partial effect and significantly by 74.6% to the buying decision.
