Abstract

The Qur'an was revealed to the Arabs according to their dialect. This is so that they can interact with the Qur'an in accordance with their respective dialects until there are seven valid Qira'ah of the Qur'an (Qira'ah Sab'ah). As a Qira’ah Mutawatiroh, Qira'ah Sab'ah has its own Qira'ah differences, especially in terms of foreign readings (gharib). Among the most common gharib readings found in Qira'ah Sab'ah are those related to Imalah (Imalah Kubro) and Taqlil (Imalah Sughra). This research will explore how the reading of Imalah and Taqlil from the point of view of Qira'ah Sab'ah based on the book of Qira'at Ulama Nusantara, namely Kitab Fayḍu al-Barakāt fī Sab`i al-Qirā'at by KH Muhammad Arwani Amin al-Qudsy (Kudus). This research uses qualitative research methods with literature (library research) and the approach used for data analysis is content analysis. The primary data source used in this research is the Book of Fayḍu al-Barakāt fī Sab`i al-Qirā'at and other Qira'at Books. While secondary data sources use books or journals relevant to this research. This study resulted in the findings that Qira'ah Hamzah and Ali al-Kisa'i are the Qira'ah that uses Imalah the most, Qira'ah Shu'bah uses a lot of Imalah on muqhatho'ah surah such as Alif lam Ra’, Qira'ah Ibn Amir uses little Imalah, Qira'ah Hafs only uses Imalah in Surah Hud verse 41, Qira'ah Qolun only uses a little Taqlil, Qira'ah Warsy uses a lot of Taqlil and only Imalah on the letter ha verse Ṭāḥā, Qira'ah Abu Amr sometimes uses Imalah and Taqlil, and Qira'ah Ibn Kathir is the only Qira'ah that does not use Imalah and Taqlil.

Abstract

Knowledge of the Qur'an also known as "Ulumul Qur'an" arises as a result of a Muslim's contact with it, either by reading or studying it. The science known as Ulumul Qur'an studies all things related to the Qur'an. 'A. In 'Ulumul Qur'an, there are several branches that will continue to develop as long as the Qur'an is studied. Munasabah Al-Qur'an is one of the branches of 'Ulumul Qur'an. This essay is written using a literary study approach with the intention of revealing everything about the munasabah of the Qur'an from the point of view of Islamic Education in Indonesia. In order to understand the Qur'an as a whole and holistically (holistically), one of the ulumul al-Qur'an known as munasabah explains how the elements of the Qur'an are interconnected or integrated. The goals and curricula of Islamic education in Indonesia show how important the munasabah of the Qur'an is for the practice of Islam in that country

Abstract

Muhammad Syahrur, seorang pemikir Islam modern, mendorong untuk memperbaharui dan memeriksa kembali ajaran Islam. Namun, fokusnya hanya pada cara orang saat ini memahami teks-teks suci. Tidak hanya penafsiran dari ulama zaman dahulu, tapi juga penafsiran dari ulama modern berbeda-beda bahkan bertentangan, meskipun merujuk pada ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an yang sama. Tulisan ini membahas tentang teori limit (batas). Muhammad Syahrur menjelaskan bahwa ketika ada hal pencurian, hukumannya dapat berupa pemotongan, baik secara fisik maupun non-fisik, menurut makna kata "qatha‘a". Penelitian ini ingin tahu tentang cara orang di zaman sekarang memandang hukuman pencurian, khususnya potong tangan, yang dianggap sangat kejam karena membuat pelaku menjadi cacat seumur hidup. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber-sumber seperti buku dan artikel untuk memahami pemikiran Muhammad Syahrur tentang hukum Islam terkait pencurian. Metode penelitian ini adalah membaca dan menganalisis literatur-literatur yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Syahrur melihat kata "qata'a" dalam konteks pencurian bisa berarti pemotongan secara fisik maupun non-fisik. Menurut Syahrur, pemotongan fisik adalah hukuman maksimal yang bisa diberikan, sementara pemotongan non-fisik adalah mencabut kekuatan atau kemampuan tangan pencuri dengan mengurungnya di penjara.

Abstract

Abstrak Mengenakan jilbab dan akhlak adalah dua hal yang berbeda. Akhlak adalah perilaku manusia yang sangat dituntut untuk memiliki moral yang baik oleh ajaran islam. Jilbab adalah kewajiban murni perintah dari Allah SWT. Baik buruk perilaku seseorang ketika ia sudah baligh maka wajib mengenakan jilbab. Jilbab dan akhlak bertujuan untuk sebuah kebaikan, dengan menggunakan jilbab seorang wanita muslimah dapat membawa hakikat dan derajatnya di mata kalangan umum sebagai wanita yang perlu dihargai dan dihormati, dapat memperlihatkan sebuah karakter pengendalian diri an juga akhlak yang baik dengan adanya rasa keislaman yang tinggi, seorang muslim yang memakai jilbab juga akan mampu membawa dirinya kepada sebuah kebenaran dan mana yang sedang berproses untuk diluar kebenaran yang sesuai dengan ajaran islam itu sendiri, dengan demikian keberkahan akan selalu ada pada seorang wanita muslimah yang berjilbab dan juga akan selalu terjaga sebagai seorang yang terhormat dan berakhlak mulia. Namun, keduanya bisa dikatakan memiliki keterkaitan satu sama lain. Jurnal ini dibuat untuk mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai relasi atau keterkaitan antara jilbab dan akhlak wanita muslimah dari perspektif hadis rasulullah SAW. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah metode studi pustaka, karena peneliti melakukan dengan mengumpulkan sumber-sumber kepustakaan dari Al-Qur’an, Hadits, buku dan jurnal. Dari sumber yang sudah ditemui akan dibaca dan dikutip sehingga mendapatkan informasi untuk ditarik menjadi kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Jilbab tidak hanya menjadi identitas wanita muslimah tapi juga menjadi pelindung, pembatas dan benteng bagi wanita untuk bersikap dan bertingkah laku. Jilbab menjadi salah satu sarana yang dapat mengantar wanita kepada akhlakul karimah. karena dengan berhijab seseorang lebih mudah untuk mengontrol dirinya dan menghindari segala perilaku buruk sehingga ia akan senantiasa berada dalam kondisi mengikuti perintah agama. Abstract

This research aims to uncover the meaning of "child" and its typology from the perspective of the Qur'an. This study is descriptive qualitative in nature and employs the thematic interpretation method. The data used consists of primary data in the form of Qur'anic verses and secondary data related to this topic. The data is processed through a series of steps including reduction, data presentation, and verification until a conclusion is reached. The research findings show that the terminology for "child" in the Qur'an appears in various forms. For instance, the word zurriyyah is mentioned 32 times, walad 62 times, ghulam 13 times, al-Sabiy 2 times, al-Tiflu 4 times, al-Bintu and its variants are mentioned 17 times, and ibn along with its derivatives appears 112 times. The word walad has a broader meaning as it encompasses all types of children, unlike the word ibn, which also means "child" but is specifically used to refer to a male child, while a female child is referred to as ibnah. The word ghulam focuses on a child who has reached maturity, al-sabiy refers to a child who has not yet reached puberty, while al-tifl refers to a child younger than one called al-Sabiy. As for the typology of children from the Qur'anic perspective, children can be an obstacle or an enemy if they prevent someone from doing good deeds. They are also described as ornaments of the world, meant to be a means for parents to perform righteous acts. Additionally, children are a test from Allah to examine how parents treat them. On the other hand, righteous children who are obedient to Allah and devoted to their parents bring comfort and peace to the heart.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the concept of inclusion in the Qur'an and examine its implications for the development of a more holistic and equitable modern education system. Inclusive education is often understood in the context of accessibility and equal opportunities, yet the Qur'an offers a more comprehensive approach, emphasizing social justice, appreciation of diversity, and the formation of spiritual character. The inclusive values in the Qur'an implicitly teach a balance between moral, spiritual, and intellectual aspects within the educational process. The study focuses on two primary objectives: first, to identify the principles of inclusion in the Qur'an; and second, to integrate these principles into the framework of modern education. The research employs a qualitative method with a thematic interpretation (maudhu'i) of Qur'anic verses related to inclusion, supported by a hermeneutic approach to understand the text's meaning in the context of contemporary education. The findings indicate that inclusion in the Qur'an not only refers to physical equality or learning opportunities but also to efforts in shaping individuals with strong social responsibility, spiritual awareness, and a deep sense of justice. The concepts of piety, respect for diversity, and social justice serve as relevant foundations for application in the current education system. These findings offer a new, significant perspective for formulating more inclusive educational policies based on Islamic spiritual and ethical values.

Abstract

The beauty of verses within the Qur’an always invites admiration from anyone who recites and hears it. One of the Qur’an prominent beauty is its linguistic aspects, particularly harmonious sounds that make its reciters and listeners not want to stop. This research aims to reveal the phonological beauty of the Quranic sounding harmony, mainly in Surah Maryam. This study is library research using the Qur’an as primary data. At the same time, the secondary sources are articles in some journals, books, and other library resources. Data were collected using the documentation technique of data collection, then analyzed using coding and descriptive analysis. This research result indicates that the sound harmony within Surah Maryam is in the endings of the 97 verses out of 98. Only the first verse was not harmonious in sound because it contained Muqatha’ah Letters. In addition, sounding harmony in the Qur’an is not necessarily in the endings of each verse, but it could also be in the number of vowels and consonants in each rhyme. Moreover, the sound harmonies functioned as a mark for those not memorizing the Qur'an (reciter or listener) to recognize parts of Surah Maryam.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang konsep nasionalisme dalam Al-Quran. Konsep ini merupakan konsep cinta tanah air yang telah dianjurkan dalam Al-Quran. Proses mencari konsep nasionalisme ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan ayat-ayat yang berkaitan dengan cinta tanah air. Khususnya dalam metodologi tafsir maudhu’i. Mengumpulkan ayat-ayat dengan secara tematik. Artikel ini merupakan penelitian tematik berwajah kualitatif dengan menggunakan sumber penelitian primer, ayat Al-Quran dan sumber sekunder, bahan bacaan tentang nasionalisme. Kemudian hasil penelitian disajikan dengan naratif-analitis dari beberapa contoh ayat-ayat Al-Quran sebagai bentuk implementasi teori dan penguatan pemahaman.

Abstract

The Qur'an, the holy book of Muslims, contains content that is timeless and universally applicable (mas}alih} li> kulli> zama>n wa maka>n). One of the important concepts in the Qur'an is the idea of religious moderation. Religious moderation is a principle that advocates the importance of maintaining balance, justice and moderation in all aspects of worldly life. It emphasises the importance of being moderate in terms of belief, worship and ethical behaviour. The Qur'an consistently portrays the idea of religious moderation in a comprehensive framework that encompasses a variety of character traits, such as honesty, open-mindedness, love, and flexibility. These traits are interconnected, holistic and universal, reinforcing each other and offering collective benefits. This research also aims to identify the main values underlying the idea of religious moderation and how they can be applied in daily life to create balance, justice and harmony. This research uses a qualitative approach with thematic interpretation (mawdu'i) analysis method. The main data used are the verses of the Qur'an related to religious moderation, supported by classical and contemporary interpretations to enrich the analysis. The results show that the Qur'an offers a clear and comprehensive framework regarding religious moderation. This idea includes a number of main characters such as honesty, open-mindedness, love, and tolerance.

Abstract

Keluarga memainkan peran mendasar dalam pembentukan masyarakat yang harmonis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran pendidikan Al-Qur'an, khususnya melalui Surah At-Tahrim ayat 6, dalam membangun ketahanan keluarga Muslim untuk mencegah konflik dan perceraian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melibatkan wawancara terstruktur dengan kepala keluarga dan tokoh agama. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan software NVivo 12 Plus untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kepala keluarga sangat penting dalam memberikan bimbingan, pendidikan agama, dan teladan positif. Pendidikan keluarga, baik formal maupun informal, berfokus pada nilai-nilai aqidah, syariat, dan akhlak yang membentuk fondasi ketahanan keluarga. Kolaborasi antara suami dan istri juga diidentifikasi sebagai elemen penting dalam menjaga keharmonisan rumah tangga. Implementasi ajaran Surah At-Tahrim ayat 6 memperkuat kesadaran akan tanggung jawab bersama dalam menjaga keluarga dari perbuatan yang dapat merusak. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan preventif melalui pendidikan agama dapat mendukung terciptanya keluarga yang sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah, serta mengurangi angka perceraian.
