Abstract

This study discusses the tradition of reading the verses of the Koran at TPQ Nurussholah which was born from communal practices that show the social reception of certain people or communities towards the Koran.In this case, it is TPQ Nurussholah, Marhaban village, South Singkawang district, Singkawang city. All students who are in TPQ are required to take part in readings that are routinely carried out after the maghrib congregation. In the tradition of reading, namely reading the verses of the Koran.Among the verses of the Koran are in the surah Al-Fatihah, Yasin, As-Sajadah, Al-waqi'ah, Al-mulk. This study focuses on the practice of reading the verses of the Koran in TPQ Nurussholah, Kampung Marhaban, Sedau Village and the meaning of the community towards the tradition of reading the verses of the Koran in TPQ Nurussholah, Kampung Marhaban, Sedau Village. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with an ethnographic approach and the theory of the sociology of knowledge by Karl Mainnhem.The results of the research in this writing are first, the practice of reading verses of the Koran in a tradition carried out routinely and istiqomah after congregation Maghrib prayer and followed by all students except those who are menstruating. Beginning with the reading of the surah alfatihah, the second reading of the verses of the Koran which includes the five surah then ending with a prayer.The tradition of reading these verses of the Koran at the TPQ Musholla Nurussholah when viewed by using the meaning of an action in Karl Mainnhem's sociological theory of knowledge, there are three categories of meaning obtained. The objective meaning is defined, the expressive meaning is a form of learning, fadhilah (virtue), as well as the expressive meaning that shows psychology or peace of mind and the meaning of documentary is as a culture

Abstract

This paper is a description of the normative hadith approach which is the most dominant approach in understanding Islam and in the legal istinbat process. Unmitigated, this approach was built at the same time by two sciences, namely the science of hadith and the science of ushul fiqh, which must have also become the focus of studies of major Muslim figures such as Imam Syafii. This shows that the doctrine in Islam is not passive, but stimulates research, study, and gives birth to a very scientific understanding actively.

Abstract

Orientalism sees the East as the other, so Oksidentalism aims to unravel the ambiguous historical knot between the ego and the other, and the dialectic between the complexity of inferiority on the ego and the complexity of superiority on the other. Old Orientalism is the view of the European ego, the subject of study of the object under study.. Oksidentalism wants to demand liberation from the grip of orientalist colonialism. Oksidentalism this time is built on a neutral ego and has no ambition to seize power, and only wants liberation. He also did not want to discredit other cultures, and only wanted to know the formation and structure of Western civilization. The ego of Oksidentalism is considered to be cleaner, objective, and neutral compared to the ego of Orientalism. Orientalist studies on the authenticity of the Qur'an seem to provoke reactions from Muslims (oksidentalism). as well as the criticism of Fazlur Rahman and al-'Azami against the orientalists.

Abstract

Tokoh orientalis yang tersohor berkat penemuan teori common link nya, dia adalah Gautier H.A Juynboll. Seorang ilmuwan dilahirkan di kota leiden, Belanda, pada tahun 1935 M. Hasil-hasil penemuanya tertuang di beberapa buku yang telah ia tulis di berbagai jurnal internasional, seperti Islamic law and society, Arabica, Der islam dan lain-lain. Sejak tahun 1965 sampai 2010 sebelum ia meninggalkan dunia, ia sangat serius dengan segala upaya dan usahanya untuk mengabdikan dirinya untuk mengkaji kesejarahan hadist, mempersembahkan beberapa pemikiran dan perhatian, dalam melakukan penelitian hadist dengan segala persoalan baik klasik maupun kontemporer. Dalam teori Common Linknya penolakan Juynboll pada model atau system gaya periwayatan hadist yang mana Ulama’ Hadist telaha menjelaskannya, tetapi penolakanya juga pada kebenaran hadist-hadist yang dianggap asalanya dari Nabi Saw. Atas dasar teori tersebut, Junyboll kemudian memberikan penilaian tersendiri terhadap beberapa hadist, misalnya kebanyakan hadist bersifat palsu, tidak dapat dibuktikan secara real dalam periwayatanya, definisi hadist yang sangat umum dan longgar sehingga sering dibuat persoalan bahkan salah, menggunakan corak yang tidak paten dan runtutanya tidak disusun secara jelas.

Abstract

Abstrak Surah an-Nasr is the last surah revealed which contains Allah's help for those who believe. Surah an-Nasr was chosen because of its beautiful and distinctive style of language to be discussed from a stylistic perspective. This study focuses on surah al-Nasr with the aim of analyzing the text based on five stylistic aspects, namely phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics and imagery. The material object in this study is surah an-Nasr and the formal object is the style of language contained in surah an-Nasr, With a linguistic approach, aesthetic elements in a text can be expressed. One of the linguistic approaches is stylistics, with the theory expected to be able to explain the phenomenon of deviation and also language preferences. This research is a literature research using qualitative methods. The results of this study are 1) Surah al-Nasr has a perfect style of language, both in terms of sound aesthetics, words and sentences, 2) the selection of more fricative consonants than flossive consonants, in accordance with the meaning contained in surah an-Nasr, 3) In Surah an-Nasr, it is found that there are deviations or preferences from aspects of morphology, syntax, semantics, both from the form of words or sentences that make Surah an-Nasr has its own meaning, 4) Surah an-Nasr contains an element of beauty, namely Isti’a>rah makniyah. Abstract

Islam tidak hanya mengajarkan tentang masalah ibadah namun juga berkenaan tentang cinta pada tanah air serta nasionalisme yang harus terpatri didalamnya. Sebagai jawaban dari sebagian golongan yang mengatakan bahwa “hubb al-wathan” itu mempunyai kontradiksi dengan agama ini. Padahal tidak sedikit dalam hadis ataupun sejarah hidup Nabi yang menunjukkan historis tentang hal tersebut. Tentang bagaimana Madinah menjadi kota kebangsaan yang pertama dengan umat islam sebagai penduduknya dan Rasulullah sebagai pioner kebijaksanaan pemerintahan yang sukses yang berasas pada agama. Serta tercatat juga, tentang sikap yang dipraktekkan oleh Rasul beserta para shahabatnya dalam membaktikan cinta pada tanah airnya. Semisal dengan pengorbanan maupun do’a.

Abstract

Artikel membahas tentang manusia sebagai makhluk sosial mempunyai hak yang harus dilaksanakan. hak sesama muslim merupakan perintah yang di proritaskan untuk dikerjakan tidak boleh ditinggalakan hak ini meliputi wajib ‘ain, wajib kifayah, dan semua perkara yang hukumnya sunnah. hadis ini ada yang meriwayatkan enam perkara dan ada yang meriwayatkan lima perkara disini membahas yang meriwayatkan lima, meliputi menjawab salam, mengunjungi orang sakit, mengantar jenazah, memenuhi undangan, dan menjawab orang yang bersin.

Abstract

Hadith has taught to build a harmony in social life, which makes Islam a rahmatan lil alamin. Which the Messenger of Allah has practiced and also in one of his words, namely the hadith and even the Islamic empires in conquering peacefully. One of them includes religious tolerance in order to respect, respect, protect, and provide freedom of worship. in inter-religious matters except in terms of theology (belief). With one goal, namely, to achieve unity and unity in national and state relations which will later have an impact on the order of people's lives and also what the prophet aspires to. To be informed that Islam is a religion of peace, in which the Messenger of Allah is the bearer of the banner of truth.

Abstract

Islam merupakan penyempurna dari agama samawi lainnya. Syariatnya berpedoman pada al quran dan hadits sebagai tolak ukur utama dalam menentukan baik buruknya suatu pekerjaan baik bersifat individual maupun sosial. kebenaran ajarannya bersifat absolut tak pernah terlekang oleh zaman dan waktu. Dalam hal tradisi, islam sangat menjunjung tradisi baik yang berkembang dengan dimasyarakat. Tidak sedikit tradisi ataupun adat istiadat yang mayoritas dianut oleh umat muslim sesuai dengan ajaran islam. sebagai contoh dalam jurnal ini adalah tradisi maulid nabi Muhammad saw. Artikel ini mengangkat tentang tradisi praktek maulid nabi Muhammad saw berdasarkan kajian sosiologi makna maulid di sini adalah lebih kepada peringatan kelahiran nabi Muhammad Saw yang telah menjadi tradisi dalam suatu masyarakat, daerah dan negara tertentu, Dengan demikian perayaan maulid nabi Muhammad saw yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat muslim sangat terkait dengan dimensi keagamaan sehingga Nampak tidak bisa dipisahkan dengan pranata-pranata social yang meliputi nilai dan norma agama.

Abstract

The study of the interpretation of the verses of the mandate has long been discussed in the history of human life to the present day. The problem at this time is the narrow meaning of trust, so that many people are judged to have the ability to carry out the mandate, but with this ability, many actually abuse the mandate. Therefore, it is very important to review the interpretation of the verses of the mandate so that they are not understood narrowly by the community. Based on the above background, the problems raised in this paper are: 1) How are the verses of trust in the Qur'an, 2) How is Wahbah az-Zuhaili's interpretation of the mandate in the Qur'an surah al-Ahzab ; 72, surah an-Nisa'; 58 and surah al-Anfal; 27 Study of al-Munir's interpretation. This study aims: 1. to explain the verses of trust in the Qur'an, 2. Explaining the interpretation of the verses of the mandate in the interpretation of al-Munir surah al-Ahzab; 72, surah an-Nisa'; 58 and surah al-Anfal; 27 The type of research used is bibliographic in nature by using the description-analysis method, namely analysis to the primary data source of the book of Tafsir al-Munir by Wahbah az-Zuhaili. Amanah in the perspective of the Qur'an is a duty that must be carried out because it is an order from Allah SWT and Rasulullah SAW. In general, trust has a very broad and deep meaning, both in religious, economic and social aspects. While the mandate according to the book of Tafsir Al-Munir by Wahbah Az-Zuhaili is 1. Qs al-Ahzab; 72 that the mandate in question is something that is imposed on humans which contains orders and prohibitions where the burden is very large and heavy so that only humans who are willing to take it. 2. An-Nisa'58 the mandate referred to in this letter relates to many things, one of which is fair treatment. Fair to all creatures, both to groups, Muslims and non-Muslims. 3. While in Qs. Al-Anfal; 27 relating to the prohibition for believers to betray Allah, the Apostle and betray their fellow human beings as well as the recommendation to be able to maintain the trust. The mandate in question is the mandate of God and His Messenger in the form of religious rules and teachings that must be implemented, and human trust in the form of something, material or non-material that is entrusted by one person to another with a specific purpose in accordance with religious teachings.
