Abstract

Al-Qur’an sebagai kalamullah mengandung asas pengajaran karena mencakup ajaran-ajaran Islam yang menata kehidupan kaum muslimin dalam segala aspek di dunia dan akhirat. Pemahaman al-Qur’an terutama bagi anak harus dimulai sejak dini melalui kegiatan membaca dan menulis yang dilanjutkan dengan memahami ajaran agama Islam secara bertahap. Namun faktanya, sistem pembelajaran Al Qur’an terutama bagi anak usia dini masih monoton dan kurang menarik karena masih menerapkan paradigma pembelajaran yang berpusat pada pengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sistem pembelajaran al-Qur’an di lembaga Tahsin Qur’an Ka’Uqoy Private dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pembelajaran al-Qur’an di lembaga Tahsin Qur’an Ka’Uqoy menerapkan paradigma konstruksionisme dengan hanya menggunakan satu peraga yaitu alat indera melalui ragam interaksi dengan lingkungan sekitarnya seperti melihat, mendengar, menyentuh, dan merasakannya. Melalui pengaktifan indrawi, seorang anak bisa membangun gambaran dalam dunia belajarnya. Lembaga ini telah mencetak pengajar yang mampu mengajarkan Al-Qur’an dengan mudah untuk difahami terutama bagi anak usia dini dengan cara ikut terlibat langsung dalam mencerna, mengolah, mengalami, memahami, merasakan dan mempraktikkan isi kandungan Al-Qur’an dengan fun learning sehingga para anak usia dini lebih mudah dalam menangkap ilmu Al-Qur’an dan menerimanya dengan senang hati.   Al-Qur'an as kalamullah contains teaching principles because it includes Islamic teachings that organize the lives of Muslims in all aspects. Understanding the Qur'an, especially for children, must start early through reading and writing activities which are continued by gradually understanding the teachings of Islam. However, the fact is that the learning system of the Qur'an, especially for early childhood, is still monotonous and less interesting because it still applies a teacher-centered learning paradigm. This study aims to describe the al-Qur'an learning system in the Tahsin Qur'an ka'Uqoy Private institution with a descriptive qualitative research that uses some data collection techniques. The results showed that the al-Qur'an learning system in the tahsin Qur'an ka'Uqoy institution applies the constructionism paradigm by using only an instrument namely the senses through various interactions with the surrounding environment such as seeing, hearing, touching, and feeling it. Through sensory activation, a child can build a picture in the world of learning. This institution has produced teachers who are able to teach the Qur'an easily to be understood, especially for early childhood by being directly involved in digesting, processing, experiencing, understanding, tasting and practicing the contents of the Al- The Qur'an with fun learning so that early childhood can more easily grasp the knowledge of the Qur'an.

Abstract

Abstract  : Along with the development of education, curriculum must be able to adjust. Strategy of maintaining curriculum structure without change and innovation will have an impact on bad quality as well as good quality of education. This research is intended to determine: 1) Arrangement of curriculum innovation at Muhmmadiyah Elementary School Special Program, 2) Concept, process, characteristic, and strategy used in innovation management curriculum at Muhmmadiyah Elementary School Special Program Surakarta, 3) Suppoting and inhibiting factors in making curriculum innovation at Muhmmadiyah Elementary School Special Program Surakarta.This research applied descriptive qualitative method. This research was conducted at Muhmmadiyah Elementary School Special Program Kota Barat Surakarta. Informants of this research were Principal, teachers, staffs, and students. Technique of collecting data used observation, in-depth interview and documentation. Technique of validity data used interactive model, including data reduction, data collection, data display and conclusion. This research shows that: 1)  Muhmmadiyah Elementary School Special Program having Sharia curriculum is the result of modification between national sharia curriculum of KTSP and curriculum 13 by synergizing knowledge and diniyyah (religion) as a guidance in conducting learning process for its curriculum innovation, 2) Learning type of Sharia school curriculum is done by synergizing Sharia’s values inside learning subjects, without adding new material inside sharia school curriculum, 3) Supporting factors in arranging curriculum innovation  at Muhmmadiyah Elementary School Special Program are daily, weekly, and annually events, extracurricular events and integration of special program, i.e. sharia curriculum and other general subjects. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors are difficulties in conducting and implementing curriculum innovation due to neighborhood and advanced technology. The benefits of sharia school curriculum planning may bring  the change among the students to understand Islam and good attitude to create Muslim generation of Ulul Albab                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Keywords: innovation, management, curriculum, Muhmmadiyah Elementary School Special Program

Abstract

This paper is a description of the normative hadith approach which is the most dominant approach in understanding Islam and in the legal istinbat process. Unmitigated, this approach was built at the same time by two sciences, namely the science of hadith and the science of ushul fiqh, which must have also become the focus of studies of major Muslim figures such as Imam Syafii. This shows that the doctrine in Islam is not passive, but stimulates research, study, and gives birth to a very scientific understanding actively.

Abstract

This article is the result of research on the use of the internet as a medium of learning in students of universitas pgri jombang. This study used descriptive qualitative approach. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data source for this research was obtained from primary data sources. The results of this research include 3 categories as follows: first, use of the internet as a medium of learning in universitas pgri jombang can be mapped into three categories, namely: the use of web searching facility, the use of e-mail facilities, and the use of e-learning (spada) facilities. Secondly, in terms of infrastructure, hardware to support internet-based learning is sufficient, but the amount of bandwidth is still very far from the standard requirements. Meanwhile, in terms of human resources, still need to increase their knowledge and skills in the field of tik for teachers and students to be able to implement an optimal internet-based learning. Third, universitas pgri jombang students responded very positively to the use of the internet as a medium of learning. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the quality and capacity of using information and communication technology media to optimize student learning both online and offline.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana E-learning dan lingkungan kampus mempengaruhi minat belajar melalui mediasi pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Ekonomi STKIP PGRI Jombang tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik sampel acak digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa E-Learning dan lingkungan kampus berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap media pembelajaran, dengan nilai standardized Estimate e-learning sebesar 0,203 dan nilai lingkungan kampus sebesar 0,519. Dengan perkiraan baku e-learning, pengaruh langsung E-Learning dan lingkungan kampus terhadap minat belajar adalah positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

Indonesia menghadapi tantangan untuk meningkatkan literasi ekonomi dan keuangan, terutama di kalangan mahasiswa yang kelak akan lebih banyak menentukan kualitas perekonomian nasional. Hasil survei literasi ekonomi dan keuangan di tingkat global menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 32% dari penduduk usia dewasa di Indonesia yang memiliki literasi keuangan. Berdasarkan data yang dipublikasikan oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2019 ada sebanyak 44,04% dari total penduduk berusia 18-25 tahun, termasuk didalamnya kelompok mahasiswa; yang memiliki literasi ekonomi dan keuangan.Atas dasar berbagai kajian inilah maka perlu ada upaya untuk terus memperkuat literasi ekonomi dan keuangan, termasuk di kalangan mahasiswa. Tinggi rendahnya literasi ekonomi akan mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya rasionalitas ekonomi. Rasionalitas ekonomi yang baik akan mempengaruhi berbagai keputusan ekonomi dan efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai faktor diterminan yang mempengaruhi rasionalitas ekonomi mahasiswa di Jawa Timur. Analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis multivariat. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa keterlibatan mahasiswa yang intensif dalam pembelajaran ekonomi dan keterlibatan dalam praktik ekonomi berpengaruh positip terhadap pemahaman terhadap konsep dasar ekonomi. Pemahaman yang baik tentang konsep dasar ekonomi berpengaruh positip terhadap literasi ekonomi dan rasionalitas ekonomi. Demikian halnya, literasi ekonomi yang baik berpengaruh positip terhadap rasionalitas ekonomi. Untuk memperkuat literasi ekonomi dan rasionalitas ekonomi, disarankan agar kegiatan pembelajaran ekonomi dilakukan dengan intensif. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan mendorong mahasiswa untuk lebih banyak terlibat dalam praktik kegiatan ekonomi. Penelitian lanjutan sangat diperlukan untuk mengidentifikasi variabel lain yang berpengaruh terhadap rasionalitas ekonomi.

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the impact of Product Innovation on Competitive Advantage in the creative industry, with a focus on the mediating roles of Technological Adaptation, Customer Perception of Innovation, and Market Responsiveness. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected from 100 chatbot users in content creator communities on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The analysis, conducted using Smart PLS, reveals that product innovation significantly enhances competitive advantage, both directly and indirectly through technological adaptation and customer perception of innovation. Notably, technological adaptation demonstrates the strongest mediation effect, emphasizing the importance of technological integration in leveraging innovation for competitive outcomes. Conversely, market responsiveness shows a moderate mediating effect, suggesting its context-dependent role in driving competitiveness. A negative relationship between technological adaptation and competitive advantage underscores the risks associated with misaligned technology strategies. These findings contribute to the literature on innovation management by providing empirical insights into the interplay of innovation, technology, and customer engagement in achieving sustainable competitive advantage. The study recommends that organizations adopt a holistic approach to innovation, balancing technological advancements and customer-centric strategies. Future research should investigate longitudinal effects, industry-specific variations, and the influence of organizational culture on these dynamics.

Abstract

Keberadaan seorang wali dalam aqad nikah adalah suatu yang mesti dan tidak sah aqad perkawinan yang tidak dilakukan oleh wali. Wali ditempatkan sebagai rukun dalam perkawinan. Dalam aqad perkawinan wali berkedudukan sebagai orang yang bertindak atas nama mempelai perempuan dan dapat pula sebagai orang yang diminta persetujuannya untuk kelangsungan perkawinan tersebut. Dari penjelasan di atas maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pengertian wali yang dimaksud secara umum adalah seseorang yang karena kedudukannya berwenang untuk bertindak terhadap dan atas nama orang lain. Artinya dalam perkawinan wali itu adalah seorang yang bertindak atas nama mempelai perempuan dalam suatu aqad nikah. Perempuan mana saja yang kawin tanpa izin walinya, perkawinannya adalah batal. Namun dalam perjalanan parktiknya di masyarakat seiring dengan berkembangnya gaya hidup dan pola hidup masyarakat maka banyak pula masalah yang timbul yang berkaitan dengan wali, seperti wali tidak bersedia mengawinkan anak perepuannya dengan tanpa alasan yang dapat diterima padahal si perempuan sudah meminta untuk dinikahkan dengan calon suami yang sekufu, tetapi kenyataannya wali enggan untuk menikahkan anak perempuanya dengan alasan yang belum tentu dapat diterima. maka wali tersebut dinamakan wali ‘ad}al, dan dalam hal ini perempuan tersebut berhak mengajukan perkaranya kepada hakim. Berdasarkan realita tersebut di atas, maka penulis tertarik untuk membahas lebih jelas, bagaimana perspektif KHI dan fiqih sebagai acuan hukum dalam Islam tentang wali adal ?. Dengan berlandas pada jalur field research dan membandingkan dengan data kepustakaan literature library, sedangkan untuk menganalisa data, penulis mengunakan analisa secara kualitatif deskriptif. Setelah diadakan penelitian yang sedemikian serius dengan metode dan kerangka berpikir tersebut diatas, pada ending of research peneliti menyimpulkan, Pespektif Fiqih madhhab sha>fii, ma>liki dan KHI pasal 23 ayat 1 dan 2, adalah sebagai berikut, menurut madhhab sha>fii dan ma>liki ketika seorang perempuan meminta dinikahakan dengan calon suami yang sekufu maka wali wajib mengabulkanya sedangkan menurut madhhab hanafi wali berhak menolak jika maharnya kurang dari mahar mithil. jika terjadi ‘ad}al maka hak perwalian berpindah ke tangaan hakim, didalam KHI pasal 23 ayat 1 juga dijelaskan jika terjadi ‘ad}al maka hak perwalian pindah kepada wali hakim, sedangkan menurut madhhab h}ambali pindah kepada wali ab’ad dan didalam KHI pasal 23 ayat 2 dijelaskan wali hakim baru dapat bertindak setelah adanya putusan dari pengadilaan agama.
