Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh virtual leadership, virtual skill dan literasi digital terhadap kinerja dosen di era pasca pandemi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah dosen pada lingkup perguruan tinggi di Kota Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. Adapun metode penarikan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling yakni sebannyak 100 orang dosen. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa virtual skill dan literasi digital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen pada era pasca pandemic. Ditemukan pula bahwa virtual leadership berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen pada lingkup perguruan tinggi di Kota Palopo Sulawesi Selatan, pasca pandemic.The objective of this study is to examine the impact of virtual leadership, virtual skills, and digital literacy on lecturer performance in the post-pandemic era. This research adopts a quantitative approach, employing a questionnaire as the data collection method. The study's population consists of lecturers from tertiary institutions in Palopo City, South Sulawesi. The sampling technique utilized in this research is random sampling, involving a total of 100 lecturers. The analytical methodology employed for this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this research reveal that both virtual skills and digital literacy exert a significant and positive influence on lecturer performance in the post-pandemic era. However, it is noteworthy that virtual leadership has been identified to have a non-significant positive effect on lecturer performance in tertiary institutions within Palopo City, South Sulawesi, post-pandemic

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of normative commitment and person-job-fit on the performance of employees in the production department at PT. Totum Diba Cirebon. The study's population consists of employees working in the production department of PT. Totum Diba Cirebon. The researchers utilized probability sampling through simple random sampling technique to select 117 respondents, randomly chosen from the population using Slovin's formula. Data was collected through a questionnaire, and the data analysis method employed was multiple linear regression analysis. The results revealed a positive and significant influence of the normative commitment variable on employee performance, with a t-count > t-table (4.402 > 1.528) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Additionally, Person-Job-Fit showed a positive and significant impact on employee performance, with a t-count > t-table (3.301 > 1.528) and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Furthermore, both normative commitment and person-job-fit had a clearly positive effect on employee performance, as demonstrated by F-count > F-table (18.179 > 3.08) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Industri halal fashion merupakan salah satu sektor yang memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan di Indonesia. Tren fashion batik dapat digunakan menjadi produk halal fashion yang membawa ciri khas Indonesia. Batik Tanjung Bumi merupakan salah satu batik dengan keunikan motif dan warnanya. Batik ini dapat dikembangkan menjadi produk halal fashion yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran umum batik Tanjung Bumi dan mengetahui prioritas alternatif strategi batik Tanjung Bumi dengan memperhatikan kriteria halal guna mendukung industri halal fashion di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan bantuan software expert choice 2000. Analisis pemilihan strategi pengembangan produk ini menggunakan lima kriteria yaitu proses produksi, pemasaran, sumber daya manusia, teknologi dan sistem jaminan halal.   Hasil analisis yang dilakukan yaitu proses produksi menjadi prioritas kriteria dalam pengembangan produk batik Tanjung Bumi dan prioritas sasaran strateginya adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan terkait halal fashion. Empat alternatif strategi pengembangan batik dengan prioritas tertinggi adalah meningkatkan inovasi produk halal fashion, melakukan pengendalian mutu produk halal, pelatihan dan pendampingan UMKM, dan diversifikasi produk batik ke dalam produk halal fashion. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu industri batik dapat meningkatkan inovasi dari segi motif,  penataan warna dan melakukan pengendalian mutu. The halal fashion industry is a sector that has great potential to be developed in Indonesia.  Batik fashion trends can be used as halal fashion products that carry Indonesian characteristics.  Tanjung Bumi Batik is one of the batiks with unique motifs and colors.  This batik can be developed into a halal fashion product that is in great demand by the public.  The purpose of this study was to find out the general description of Tanjung Bumi batik and to find out the priority of alternative Tanjung Bumi batik strategies by taking into account the halal criteria to support the halal fashion industry in Indonesia.  The method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) with the help of expert choice 2000 software. The analysis of selecting this product development strategy using five criteria, namely production process, marketing, human resources, technology, and a halal assurance system.  The results of the analysis carried out are that the production process is a priority criterion in developing Tanjung Bumi batik products and the priority target strategy is increasing knowledge and skills related to halal fashion.  Four alternative strategies for developing batik with the highest priority are increasing innovation in halal fashion products, controlling the quality of halal products, training and mentoring MSMEs, and diversifying batik products into halal fashion products.  Suggestions that can be given are that the batik industry can increase innovation in terms of motifs, color arrangement, and quality control.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of employees’ job satisfaction through job stress at the Public Broadcasting Institution TVRI Southeast Sulawesi. This research employs a quantitative approach with an exploratory research design. The study was conducted at the Public Broadcasting Institution TVRI Southeast Sulawesi with a research sample of 83 employees selected through a census method. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression with Partial Least Squares (PLS), which is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The findings reveal that work-family conflict and job stress have a significant positive effect on employees’ job satisfaction at the Public Broadcasting Institution TVRI Southeast Sulawesi. It was also found that work-family conflict has a significant positive effect on employees’ job stress. Furthermore, the mediation analysis shows that work-family conflict significantly influences job satisfaction through job stress at the Public Broadcasting Institution TVRI Southeast Sulawesi.
