Abstract

Absolute Moderate Islam has been explained in Q.S Al-Baqarah verse 145. This provision is arranged in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Religion Number 93 of 2022 regarding the strengthening of religious moderation, which must be done in a directed, systematic, comprehensive, sustainable manner. , targeted and responsible way. The existence of religious moderation is based on strengthening the rights of the community in maintaining tolerance and, prospering community life, as well as preventing the emergence of religious conflicts. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research with the collection of documentation data taken directly from the office of the District Manager of Nahdatul Ulama Timur Nusa Tenggara and interviews with the Nahdatul Ulama Timur Nusa Tenggara regarding the role that has been carried out and the Muslim and non-Muslim community as actors who respond to the impact of the application Moderate Islam on community life. Data processing through the stages of data inspection, classification, triangulation, data analysis, and conclusions. The results of this study found that the role of Nahdatul Ulama Regional Management in grounding Moderate Islam in the City of Kupang has been proven to be effective with the implementation of the vision and mission with supporting factors, namely the strengthening factor of Ukhuwah Islamiyah, the strengthening factor. Brotherhood of Insaniyah and factors that strengthen the relationship between religious leaders.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of various problems related to the teacher's ability to prepare test questions for student learning outcomes that have not referred to established standards. Collecting data using the method of observation, documentation, and interviews. The analysis is carried out through records of changes that occur in the stages of implementing the action until saturated data is found, then it is concluded as a whole. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of continuous workshops has a significant impact on improving the skills of SMP Negeri 56 Jakarta teachers. This can be seen from the ability to write quality questions in each cycle has increased. The ability to write multiple choice questions in the pre-action obtained an average of 61.06% and in cycle 1 increased to 70.72% because it did not meet the performance indicators, the action was continued in cycle 2 and the average acquisition increased to 79.41% and already fulfilled the performance indicators in this study . Furthermore, the ability to write description questions in the pre-action obtained an average of 60.54% and in cycle 1 increased to 70.56% because it did not meet the performance indicators, the action was continued in cycle 2 and the average acquisition increased to 80.95% and already fulfilled the performance indicators in this study.

Abstract

This research examines the importance of coaching to make a breakthrough by providing guidance on an ongoing basis to teachers at SMA Negeri 70 Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, with the hope that later it will produce (output) teachers who are able to master how to prepare lesson plans properly and correctly. The results of the study show that continuous guidance can increase teacher motivation in compiling a complete lesson plan. The teacher shows seriousness in understanding and compiling lesson plans, especially after receiving guidance on the development/composition of lesson plans from researchers. This information the researchers obtained from the results of observations when conducting interviews and guidance on the development / preparation of lesson plans for teachers. Next is to show that continuous guidance can improve teacher competence in preparing lesson plans. This can be proven from the results of observations which show that there is an increase in teacher competence in preparing lesson plans from cycle to cycle. In the first cycle, the average value of lesson plan components was 69% and in the second cycle, 83%. So, there was an increase of 14% from cycle I.

Abstract

This research examines the learning model of Resource Based Learning is not something new for teachers at all. The Resource Based Learning learning model prioritizes cooperation in solving problems to apply knowledge and skills in order to achieve learning objectives. The research setting was at SMP Negeri 91 East Jakarta with 36 class VII-C students as subjects. The research was conducted for 2 cycles. With 3 meetings each cycle. The conclusions obtained from this study are that when referring to the results of initial observations before using the Resource Based Learning method, it was found that only 27.72% of students could have the ability to work on row and row material well. After the research was carried out by giving the Resource Based Learning method, in cycle 1 there was an increase of 72.22% at the end of the cycle students were able to work on series and line material, then in cycle 2 as many as 94.66% of students were able to work on series and line material and found increased learning outcomes in mathematics due to the Resource Based Learning method.

Abstract

This study examines the Improvement of Indonesian Vocabulary Mastery Through Picture Media in Class II of SDN Rawa Badak Utara 07 Pagi. The results of the study show that the results of learning Indonesian through the media of images are able to involve intellectual, social and emotional abilities in an integrated manner so as to raise the potential for students to stimulate analytical thinking, be able to work together, and be able to solve problems independently. Students enjoy learning more and participate in learning with enthusiasm and enthusiasm and joy, so that the expected learning outcomes can be achieved. Learning by using image media can improve Indonesian learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the analysis of the first cycle with student learning outcomes of 67.25% and 72.00% in cycle II. Although the results in cycles I and II have increased, they have not reached the target set. Then the action of cycle III was carried out and the learning result was 76.25%. The learning outcomes in cycle III have exceeded the specified target of 75%. Thus it can be concluded that media images are able to improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian language students in class II of SDN Rawa Badak Utara 07 Pagi.

Abstract

This study examines the managerial capabilities of school administration which emphasizes: the ability to develop learning tools, the ability to renew/innovate is a set of technical skills in an effort to carry out educational reform and teaching and learning processes in schools, in the context of carrying out school administration managerial tasks at least three kinds of skill areas, namely: technical, human and conceptual. The three school administration managerial skills vary according to the level of the manager's position in the organization. Managers can be divided into three levels, namely: top manager, middle manager and teacher manager. Likewise with this research, there are a number of benefits for both writers and readers. The impacts or benefits of this research are: (1) The results of this research are expected to be useful for developing educational administration disciplines, especially regarding teacher management at SMP Negeri 13 Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, (2) For the world of education in general, the results of this research are expected to be used as a reference as input for improving the quality of students in high schools, and the results of this study can be useful for teachers at SMP Negeri 13 Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta in improving their performance.

Abstract

This study examines Based on the analysis of the Indicator document prepared by the teacher and interviews conducted by the school through staff and representatives, it turns out that the following problems are still found: 1). Teachers still experience difficulties in developing indicators (especially the components of learning objectives, learning materials, learning steps and assessments); coupled with the integration of cultural values ​​and national character in Indicator 2) Teachers' interest in compiling indicators is still low, because indicators can be purchased. The problems mentioned above each other are problems that must be solved or ways to solve them so that all teachers are interested, enthusiastic in compiling and developing indicators with no problems or obstacles in making them. With workshops (teachers) developing Indicators can improve skills in preparing and developing Indicators and can implement them in the learning process so as to improve the quality and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research is to examine the importance of increasing motivation to learn science in class V SDN Lagoa 05 North Jakarta through the use of the school environment as a learning resource. This research is an action research study, which is carried out in class, so it is commonly called Classroom Action Research (CAR). The results showed that there had been an increase in student learning motivation by utilizing the school environment as evidenced by the increasing percentage of motivation from the questionnaire distributed to 40 respondents from each cycle, namely 70.59% in cycle I, which means it was still below the target, and in cycle II the results achieved were 81.73%. Utilization of the school environment in learning can increase student learning motivation, because students become more stimulated to learn better.

Abstract

This study aims to know the improvement of emotional intelligence of students' social attitudes at elementary school of Al Azhar Syifa Budi Telaga Bestari Tangerang. This research used case study of qualitative research methods and the instruments were interviews, observations and document studies. Data analysis used reduction, display and verification. The sample were five teachers as main informants and five students as supporting informants. The results of this study were (1) the the improvoving step of emotional intelligence on the students’ social attitudes through giving advice, good examples, character building, and a high sense of solidarity to build a sense of sympathy and empathy for others. (2) Efforts of improving students’ emotional intelligence was by increasing students’ self-motivation, fostering relationships and cooperation, training students' empathy, controlling and expressing emotions. (3) Factors that effects students’ emotional intelligence on improving the students’ social attitudes were from the family environment, the family whose had not enough religion relatively difficult to control. Then, the community environment, can affect the student’s attitude with a good or bad relationship between students and teachers. They became more responssible for their behavior. They were also more careful in their actions.

Abstract

Jawi script is Arabic/hijaiyah letters with 6 additional letters as local modifications which -when read or pronounced- form Malay words/sentences. This Jawi script is proof of the influence of Islam in the archipelago. This study is historical research employing literature analysis examining the Jawi script collection within the digital library provided by the Endangered Archives Program (EAP) Riau manuscripts: The Gateway to The Malay Intellectual World (EAP153). The data obtained was then analyzed qualitatively through historiography descriptive analysis. The data was then discussed by comparing with other literacy sources such as journals, books and internet sources. Malay manuscripts stored in the British Library EAP library & Linggam Cahaya Library consist of 454 manuscripts including 65 (14%) written in Dutch, 30 (6.6%) written in Indonesian, 3 (0.7%) written in Arabic, 2 (2) 0.4%) written in English and 353 Jawi manuscripts (78%) and 118 bi-lingual literature collections. Based on the Jawi manuscripts provided in the EAP British Library collection and that of Linggam Cahaya Library, it can be understood that the use of Jawi writing provides an overview of the socio-cultural conditions of Malay at the time. It is also revealed that there had been ups and downs in the use of Jawi script. In the 19th century Jawi writing was the government official script, the most mastered script by the community, a sign of identity and a resistance symbol against colonialism. The prestige of Jawi script began to decline since school system spread and the use of Latin script in the schooling world started as the impact of the ethical politics of 1901.
