Abstract

This study aims to determine a positive influence between work discipline, motivation, and organizational culture partially on employee job satisfaction PT. Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta. To know the most dominant factors affect the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta. The variables of this study is the work discipline, work motivation, organizational culture and job satisfaction. The population in this study are employees of PT Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta totaling 50 people, so the population is less than 100, the authors take the object of research at PT Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta, where the entire population is used as a research subject and no sample, this study used census method. The method of collecting data using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. The results obtained by the equation Y = 0,248X1 + 0,287X2 + 0,445X3. There is a positive and significant influence between the discipline of work on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta, with a significance level of 5%. There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on employee job satisfaction PT. Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta, with a significance level of 5%. There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction of employee PT. Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta, with a significance level of 5%. The most dominant factor influencing job satisfaction is the organization's culture. There is a simultaneous influence of labor discipline, motivation and organizational culture on job satisfaction, with a significance level of 5%. Job satisfaction is affected variable work discipline, motivation and organizational culture amounted to 70.1%, while the remaining 29.9% influenced by other factors. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the financial performance of KP3Y in Kotagede Yogyakarta in 2012-2016 according to Ministerial Decree of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises. 20 / Per / M.KUKM / XI / 2008. This research is categorized into quantitative descriptive research, which in this study describes and explains how financial performance at KP3Y in Kotagede uses financial report as the basis of financial performance assessment. In the analysis with financial ratios according to the Ministerial Decree of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises. 20 / Per / M.KUKM / XI / 2008. The result of this research is that the ratio of KP3Y finance in Kotagede Yogyakarta, as a whole, is placing. The results of the calculation of the assessment of the research component can be concluded that the cooperative conditions in 2012 in a less healthy condition. in the year 2013-2014 in good condition because it is on score 60> x <80. While in the year 2015-2016 showed the unhealthy condition because it is on score 40> x <60.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were to know infuance of the (1) marketing mix to (2)consumer decision-making in choosing a hight school. Implemented in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta. The method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis, using simulataneous test and partiak test. While data collection using questionnaire. Samples taken as many as 80 respondents using sample random sampling technique. The results showed the multiple linear regression model is Y = -3,960 + 0,188X1 + 0,221X2 + 0,208X3 + 0,189X4 + 0,492X5 + 0,287X6 + 0,230X7 That is, (X1)Product, (X2)Price, (X3)Promotion, (X4)Location, (X5)People, (X6)Physical Evidenece and (X7)Procces contributes greatly to the performance (Y)consumer decisions in choosing SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta. The magnitude of effect seen from the determination coefficient (R2). Value of the determinant coefficient (R2) was 0.767. The results show that the coefficient determinant of Product, Price, Promotion, Location, People, Physical Evidenece and Procces have a positive influence of consumer decisions in choosing SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta by 76.7% and the remaining 33.3% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aimed to explain the influence of the partial work motivation on employee performance, toexplain the influence of the partial work environment on employee performance and to explain work motivation and work environment on employee performance simultaneously. The research method involves two variables : the independent variabel (employee performance), and the dependent variables (work motivation, work environment). The population of this research are 53 empoyess on Guarantee Instalation. The sample size ie 47 respondent. The sampling method used is sampling accidental. The data are analyzed using multiple linier regression. Based on the results of the analysis indicate that the work motivation is significantly influence the performance of the employees of Guarantee Instalation RSUP Dr. Sarjito Yogyakarta, indicated by the t significant value of 0,000 smaller than α =0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) with the regression coefficient of 0,355.Work environment has a significant effect on the performance of employees of Guarantee Instalation RSUP Dr. Sarjito Yogyakarta, indicated by the t significant value of 0,000 less than α = 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) with the regression coefficient of 0,342. Work motivation and the work environment is simultaneously significant effecting the performance of employees in Guarante Instalasi RSUP Dr. Sarjito Yogyakarta, indicated by F significant value of 0,000 smaller than α = 0,05 (0,000 <0,05) and were able to contribute to the performance variables of 0,616 or 61,6 %. The remaining 38,4 %is influenced by other variables that are not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the issuance of tax assessment letters underpayment, issuance of tax bills, and the issuance of inauguration letter of taxable entrepreneurs simultaneously or partially to the income tax revenue in KPP Pratama temanggung period 2012-2016.The sampling method used is a Convenience Sampling. The population in this study amounted to 60, but the sample used only 51 samples and 9 samples in outlier because it has extreme value and not normally distributed. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the data processing in KPP Pratama Temanggung. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.The result of the research proves that the issuance of tax assessment letters underpayment, issuance of letter of invoice, and issuance of inauguration letter of taxable entrepreneur simultaneously affect the income tax revenue in KPP Pratama Temanggung. Examiners partially concluded that the issuance of tax assessment letters has no effect, while the issuance of tax bills has a positive effect, and the issuance of taxable letters inauguration has a negative effect on income tax revenue in KPP Pratama Temanggung.

Abstract

The purpose this experiment is to describe (1) the effect of price on consumer purchase decisions on JNE services Jl. Glagahsari No. 62 Yogyakarta, (2) the effect of service quality to consumer purchase decisions on JNE services Jl. Glagahsari No. 62 Yogyakarta, (3) influence on purchase decisions on the location of the consumer JNE services Jl. Glagahsari No. 62 Yogyakarta. The population in this study is that consumers on JNE services Jl. Glagahsari No. 62 Yogyakarta. The number of consumers that are used in this study sebanayak 120 people. Methods of data collection was done by using kuesioer media, while the technique of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis were supported by the coefficient of determination and t test. And also test the classical assumption of normality test, test and test heteroskedastisitas multicoloniarity. The results showed that (1) the price positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions JNE services Jl. Glagahsari No. 62 Yogyakarta., (2) quality of service is not positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions JNE services Jl. Glagahsari No. 62 Yogyakarta., (3) the location is not positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions JNE services Jl. Glagahsari No. 62 Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The higher the role of the Original Revenue is a mirror of the success of the efforts or the level of regional capability in financing the implementation of governance and development. This study aims to determine the influence of the number of hotels, hotel taxes as intervening variables, and local revenue. This study uses secondary data. Hypothesis testing uses purposive sampling method and technical data analysis for local revenue as dependent variable (Y), number of hotel as independent variable (X), and hotel tax as intervening variable using path analysis. The results of this study conclude: 1) Number of hotels have a significant positive effect on local revenue with the value of t-count 4,570> t-table 1,679 significant value 0.000. 2) Number of hotels have a significant positive effect on hotel taxes with t-value of 7,938> t-table 1,679 significant value 0,000. 3) Hotel tax has a significant positive effect on the local income with the value of t-count 4,644> t-table 1,679 significant value 0,000. 4) The variable of the number of hotels to the original revenues of 0,559 and the indirect effect of 0.9884. These results indicate that indirectly the number of hotels significantly influence the local revenue through the hotel tax as an intervening.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceive ease to use, perceive usefulness and perceive risk on intention to use credit cards. The research was conducted quantitatively by survey method using questionnaire. The sample of research was credit card users who happened to be encountered in the environment of PT Bank OCBC Nisp counted 96 people. Sampling technique was accidental sampling technique. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the perceive ease to use, perceive usefulness and perceive risk had a significant influence on the intention to use credit cards. The perceive ease to use, perceive usefulness and perceive risk had contributed 71,2% in influencing intention to use credit card to customers and employees of PT Bank OCBC nisp. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of participatory budget, work motivation, organizational commitment to the performance of local government officials to be moderated by the organization's culture. The population in this study is SKPD in the local government area in Yogyakarta. The sampling method with purposive sampling. Samples taken are employees who had working period of 1 year with a high school education and participate in the process of participatory budgeting with a sample of 71. The results of this study indicate that participatory budgeting has no significant effect on the performance of local government officials, motivation positive effect on the performance of the apparatus local government, organizational commitment positively affects the performance of local government officials, the organizational culture is not a positive influence on the relationship between participatory budget on the performance of local government officials, the organizational culture is not a positive influence on the relationship between motivation and performance of local government officials, the organizational culture had no effect positively to the relationship between organizational commitment and performance of local government officials.
