Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui pengaruh pada variabel kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah,kinerja guru,sarana dan prasarana serta kinerja guru pada SMK Muhammadiyah 1, dalam penelitian ini diawali dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang dilaksanakan di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 45 orang dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Analisis data yang digunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, pengujian uji asumsi klasik. Baru setelah itu dilakukan uji regresi linier berganda.

Abstract

ABTRACT Taxes as one of the spearheads of the largest source of state revenues and required the participation of the community in fulfilling the obligations in the field of taxation embodied with self assessment system. Government efforts to increase state revenues through taxes must be balanced with good service to the community. This study aims to examine the effect of the appeal letter on taxpayer compliance through taxpayer awareness. To test the hypothesis, used primary data with purposive sampling method, with 95 respondents. Technique of data analysis using path analysis with letter appeal as variable (X) and awareness as intervening variable and taxpayer obedience as variable (Y). After the data in the analysis, it was found that the appeal letter positively affects the consciousness has a t-value of 11.497> t-table value of 3.10 with a significant value of 0.000. Awareness positively affects the taxpayer compliance has a t-value of 4.528> t-table value of 3.10 with a significant value of 0.000. Letter of appeal have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance has a t-value of 6.564> t-table value of 3.10 with a significant value of 0.000. Variable letter appeal to taxpayer compliance 0,563 and indirect influence of 0,504 this result indicate that appeal letter have positive effect to taxpayer compliance through awareness.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Operation Chas Flow (OCF), Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (OCF), Return On Equity (ROE), and Tax Planning to Return Shares In Manufacturing Companies Entry LQ45 Index in Stock Exchange Indonesia Year 2012 - 2016. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the number of samples of eight companies. The data used in this research is obtained from the Financial Statement obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 16.0. Based on the results of the test, the results obtained simultaneously Operation Chas Flow (OCF), Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (OCF), Return On Equity (ROE), and Tax Planning effect on Return Share with significant value 0.014, partially Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant positive effect with significant value of 0.001. Operation Chas Flow (OCF), Return On Assets (OCF), Return On Equity (ROE), and Tax Planning have no effect on Stock Return.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine the influence of Discount, Bonus pack, and In-store Display onImpulse buying of HIT mosquito repellent products at Pamella Swalayan Yogyakarta. This research wasquantitative causative research. The population in this study is were consumers who made purchases of HITin Pamella Swalayan Yogyakarta, with a sample of consumers who bought HIT Products in PamellaSwalayan Yogyakarta, amounting to 100 respondents. Data collection was held directly by using aquestionnaire. While the tools of analysis used was multiple regression with SPSS program version 16.0.The results showed that the Discount and Bonus pack variables have significantly influence to Impulsebuying of HIT mosquito repellent products in Pamella Swalayan Yogyakarta, while In-store Display has nosignificant influence to Impulse buying of HIT mosquito repellent product in Pamella Swalayan Yogyakarta.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze how much influence the exchange rate (exchange rate), the interest rate on the return of Sharia shares with Indonesia Sharia Shares Index (ISSI) as intervening variable on property sector and real estate period December 2015-May 2016 period. Population in this research is syariah stock listing in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) in property sector and Real Estate period december 2015 -Mei 2016. Method of sampling purposive sampling. Data analysis used multiple linear regression technique with F test, T test, path analysis test and assumption test..The result shows that the exchange rate has a significant positive effect on Indonesia Sharia Sharia Index (ISSI), the significant positive effect on Indonesian Sharia Index (ISSI) and Indonesia Sharia Shares Index (ISSI) has a significant positive effect on Sharia Stock Return amount. The exchange rate with the mediation of Indonesia Sharia Shares Index (ISSI) has a significant positive effect on Sharia Return Shares and interest rate with the Sharia Index of Indonesian Sharia Securities has a positive effect on Sharia Stock Return. Together the effect of exchange rate, interest rate and Sharia Stock Index of Indonesia (ISSI) have a significant positive effect on Sharia Return Shares. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of firm imageand affective loyalty on WOM. This research was conducted in 162 respondents in Yogyakarta with respondents who used anad bought wardah cosmetic products once or more. The resultsof this study indicate: 1)firm image has a positive effect on WOM, 2) affective loyalty has a positive effect on WOM.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know: (1) the influence of work environment affecting job satisfaction; (2) influence of job satisfaction affect to employee loyalty; (3) the influence of work environment affecting employee loyalty; (4) the influence of the work environment with the mediated job satisfaction on employee loyalty and also how much influence. This research is a quantitative research . Population in this research is employees of PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja. The sample of research is 63 respondents. Data collection was done by questioner method that was distributed to 63 respondents. Data analysis technique used is regression analysis supported by classical assumption test, F test, T test, and path analysis test, with the help of SPSS computer program version 17.0. Result of data analysis with significance 0,05 or 5% indicate that work environment have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction with t-count value bigger than t-table (6,171> 1,6706) with probability (0,000) smaller than significant level 0.05. Job satisfaction has positive and significant effect on employee loyalty with t-count value greater than t-table (16,948> 1,67076) with probability (0,000) smaller than significant level 0,05. The work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee loyalty with t-hit value greater than t-table (9,903> 1,6706) with probability (0,000) smaller than significant level 0,05. And work environment have positive and significant effect to employee loyalty with satisfaction as intervening variable at PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja. This can be seen in the results of path analysis which resulted in a total influence value greater than direct effect (1.377> 0.785).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and understand (1) the influence of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Investment simultaneously to Dividend Payout Ratio (2) the influence of Current Ratio to Dividend Payout Ratio (3) the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio to Dividend Payout Ratio (4) the influence of Return on Investment to Dividend Payout Ratio in automotive sub-sector and components listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2011-2016. This research belongs to the type of correlational research. The population is all automotive sub-sector companies and components of 13 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this study amounted to 4 companies. Method of data collection using documentation method, while data analysis technique use multiple linear regression analysis supported by classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicolinearity test, heterokedastisity test, autocorrelation test besides supported also by f test and t test. The results showed that multiple linear regression equation for three predictors is DPR = -6,326 + 0,367CR-0,175DER + ε.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Outcome Quality, Interaction Quality, Peer-To-Peer Quality on Customer Loyalty through Customer Statisfaction at Naavagreen Beauty Center. Its population is Naavagreen yogyakarta customer who do maintenance less than 3 month. The sample used 100 students. Analytical techniques using multiple analysis techniques supported by t test and Coefficient Determination test with the help of SPSS program for windows 16.0. The results showed that Outcome Quality has a positive and significant influence on Customer Statisfaction. Interaction Quality has a positive and significant influence on Customer Statisaction. Peer-To-Peer Quality has a positive and significant influence on Customer Statisfaction. Customer Statisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty. Outcome Quality has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty. Interaction Quality has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty. Peer-To-Peer Quality has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the number of new tourist attractions, Hotel Tax and Restaurant Tax on Local Revenue Gunungkidul Regency. Population in this research is Report of the Number of new tourist attractions Data, Details of Hotel Tax Report, Restaurant Tax, and Local Original Revenue 2012-2016 period Gunungkidul Regency. period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The data in this research will be tested using statistical test, classic assumption test, and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the influence of the number of new tourist attractions, hotel taxes and restaurant tax simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on local revenue With F count > F table that is equal to 139,205 > 2,77 with a significance equal to 0,000 < 0,05. In T test the influence of the Number of new tourist attractions partially has no effect and not significant to the original revenue area, with t count < t table of 1,264 < 2,003 with a significance value of 0.211> 0.05. While the influence of hotel tax partially has no effect and not significant to the original revenue area, with t count < t table equal to -0.281 < 2.003 with a significance value of 0.780 > 0.05. While the influence of restaurant tax partially have a positive and significant effect on the local revenue, with t count > t table of 10.067 > 2,003 with a significance value of 0.000 > 0.05. While the influence of restaurant tax partially have a positive and significant effect on the local revenue, with t count > t table of 10.067 > 2,003 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. While in the coefficient of determination test, R Square has a value of 0.875 which means the influence of the number of new tourist attractions, hotel taxes, restaurant taxes of 87.5% against local original revenue, while 12.5% influenced by other variables outside the research Keywords: Number of New Tourist Places, Hotel Tax, Restaurant Tax, Local Revenue.
