Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to increase buying interest online, especially buying and selling groups online. Social media is an investment for the present, as the world of technology continues to develop, this will affect the business world. Recently there have been a lot of entrepreneurs selling their goods in online buying and selling groups, in this study using electronic word of mouth, vendor trust and merchant product trust to influence significantly the buying interest in the group online buying and selling, so that it can be a reference for entrepreneurs who sell their trade in online buying and selling groups to pay attention to ewom, vendor trust and merchant product trust. This study found that vendor trust has an effect on online group buying intention to perfome, the conclusion is that vendor trust has a significant positive effect on the impact on customers' intention to engage in online group buying in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational culture on work performance, motivation influence on job performance, job satisfaction influence on work performance, and organizational culture influence, motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously on work performance at employees of Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia (KONI) Yogyakarta. Variables are Organizational Culture X1, Motivation X2, Job Satisfaction X3 and Job Performance Y.Populasi in this research is employees of Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia (KONI) Yogyakarta.Sampel sample is 42 employees, with sample technique used is census sampling. Methods of data collection using questionnaire method, data analysis using multiple regression. Result of research with 5% or 0,05 significance level indicates that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on work performance (0,000 <0,05) Motifation has no significant effect on employee performance which is indicated by significance value (0,344> 0,05) and job satisfaction have a significant effect on work performance (0.000 <0,05). Simultaneously variable of organizational culture, motivation, and job satisfaction have an effect on signifikan to work performance of Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia (KONI) Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of achievement motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of the UST Yogyakarta Public Administration Bureau (BAU) with a sample of 35 employees. Researchers use data collection techniques or questionnaires to determine whether achievement motivation and work discipline are partially or jointly positive and significant to employee performance. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis which is preceded by the classical assumption test, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test to determine the effect of achievement motivation on the performance and discipline of UST Yogyakarta employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Trust, Store Image, and Customer Satisfaction in Customer Loyalty at the Seven Cemara store in Yogyakarta. Variables used in this research are Dependent Variable (Customer Loyalty) and the Independent Variable (Trust, Store Image, and Customer Satisfaction).The approach that used in this research is correlational approaching.The population in this study werecustomers which is Seven Cemara store in Yogyakarta. Total of 100persons which accidental sampling.This study uses data source premiere. The primary data collection in this research are doing by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that the influence of Trust, Store Image, and Customer Satisfaction simultaneously to Customer Loyalty indicated by the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.848. That is, 84.8% of Customer Loyalty influenced by the Trust, Store Image, and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was aimed to test is there any influence between indepent variables (amount of claim and amount of objects paid to dependent variables (PBB-P2 revenue) both partially and simultaneously. The data was collected from Income and Management Finance and Aset’s District Departement in Gunungkidul regency, includes the amount of claim, amount of object paid, and PBB-P2 revenue. Methodology of this research was correlation with 54 data. The sample was selected by purposive sampling with the type of data used was the secondary archive of data, with the unit of data of subdistrict during three years. Before doing hypothesis testing, the data was analyzed first by classical asumption testing. Hypothesis testing was conducted with double linear regression statistical analysis device. The results of this research were as follows: (1) Testing partially showed that the amount of claim variable and the amount of object paid which was measured based on the Letter of Tax Object Notification has a significant and positive influence to PBB-P2 revenue. Testing simultaneously showed that the amount of claim and the amount of object paid which was measured based on SPPPT has a positive influence to PBB-P2 revenue.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation on motivation, the influence of motivation on job satisfaction, the effect of compensation on job satisfaction and the effect of compensation on job satisfaction with motivation as intervening variable at PT Arena Tiket Indonesia in Yogyakarta.The nature of research is correlational research. The population in this research is all employees of PT Arena Tiket Indonesia in Yogyakarta. The sample of the study was 45 people. Data collection method used questionnaire method, while data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis supported by F test, T test and path path and classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heterokedastisity test.The result of the research with the significance level of 5% or 0.05 indicates that the compensation (X) has no significant effect on the motivation (Z) (0.956> 0.05), the motivation has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction (0.256> 0.05) compensation (X) has significant effect on Job Satisfaction (0,045 <0,05) and compensation has positive and significant effect to job satisfaction but not motivation as variluel intervening (0,059> 0,05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of perceived usefulness on attitude towards using and, (2) the effect of perceived ease of use on attitude towards using (3) the effect of attitude towards using on behavioral intention to use (4) the effect of perceived usefulness on behavioral intention to use (5) the effect of perceived ease of use on behavioral intention to use (6) the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on attitude towards using (7) the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on behavioral intention to use. The sample in this study were 115 students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta, users of GOPAY. The data collection method uses a questionnaire method that is distributed using the Accidental Purposive Sampling technique. In this research, data quality test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heterokesdasticity test) are used, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that the perceived usefullness variable influences the attitude towards using, the perceived ease of use variable influences the attitude towards using, the attitude towards using variable influences the behavioral intention to use, the perceived usefullness variable influences the behavioral intention to use, the perceived ease of use variable influence on behavioral intention to use, the variable perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use influence the attitude towards using, the variable perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use affect the behavioral intention to use. Abstract

Purchasing interest in consumers is a very important factor in marketing activities. There are several variables that can affect consumer buying interest, including promotions, prices and product quality. But the results of each study conducted by several researchers have different results. So this needs to be further investigated. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, price and product quality on buying interest. The method used in this research is quantitative with multiple linear analysis, partial t test and coefficient of determination. Furthermore, the results of this study are that promotion does not affect buying interest, while the price and quality of products have a significant positive effect on buying interest.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to analyse factors that affect employee satisfaction. The object under study is all the professors and staff of faculty of language and art Satya Wacana Christian University. Data collection techiques use census sampling. This research uses the primary data from questionnaires for as many 33 respondents. Analysis data using linier regression analysis. Study show that variables affect employee satisfaction. Linier regression analysis indicates each variable has a different influence. Financial compensation variable has a positive effect on job satisfaction, while non-financial compensation variable not significant effect on job satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the decision-making process by consumers to use Transjogja buses from the aspect of service quality and accessibility of stops. This research is a type of quantitative research. The subjects in this study were people in Jetis village, Yogyakarta who used Transjogja buses.The method in this study is through questionnaires distributed to consumers who use Transjogja buses The results of this study indicate that the influence of service quality and accessibility of shelters on consumer decision making to use Transjogja buses is very good. So that the good quality of service will increase consumers to use Transjogja buses and the services currently received will have a continuing impact in the future, so that in this case the quality service has a great influence on trust.
