Abstract

This research is conducted to know the influence of innovation and service quality to customer satisfaction through customer trust at Pamella Supermarket Yogyakarta. Research location in Yogyakarta. Population of this research is customer living in Yogyakarta. The sample of 100 respondents taken using accidental sampling technique of data collection method using questioner. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that innovation has significant effect on customer trust; service quality have significant influence to customer trust, innovation has significant effect to customer satisfaction, serive quality has significant effect to customer satisfaction and customer trust have significant effect to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACK The purpose of this study is to describe, the effect of perceived ease of use on customer decisions, the effect of perceived usefulness on customer decisions, and the influence of peer influence on customer decisions. The variables in this study are perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, peer influence and purchase decision.This research was conducted at BPRS Mitra Harmoni, the population in this research is member/ partner of BPRS Mitra Harmoni. Samples taken as many as 50 people with simple random sampling technique. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires using a scale of 1-10 points to measure 15 indicators. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with 5% significance level.The result of this research shows the equation of PD =0,249PE+0,432PU+0,219PI, where perceived ease of use variable have positive and significant effect to purchase decision, perceived usefulness have positive and significant effect to purchase decision, and peer influence have positive and significant influence to decision become a customer. It can be concluded that the independent variable has a positive and significant influence on the decision to become a customer in BPRS Mitra Harmoni. Coefficient of determination on this test result is 61,7% to purchase decision.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui job satisfaction (JOB) dan Affective Commitment (AC) memediasi pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support (POS) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan ID Photo Book yang berjumlah 80 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah convenience sampling, sehingga didapatkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi dengan metode causal dan sobel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Perceived Organizational Support (POS) berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction (JOB) dan Affective Commitment (AC) karena memiliki nilai Signifikan < 0,05. Sedangkan job stratification (JOB) dan Affective Commitment (AC) tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) karena memiliki nilai Signifikan > 0,05. Sedangkan berdasarkan uji sobel variabel job satisfaction (JOB) dan Affective Commitment (AC) tidak memediasi pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support (POS) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of easy to use, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Samples were taken as many as 50 respondents using accidental sampling method. Analysis method is with data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a 1-5 point scale to measure 10 question indicators. Data analysis used validity and reliability test, classic assumption test. Only after that is done a multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate the easy to use variable has an effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Easy to Use, Efficiency and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the existence of a significant difference between the level of tax receipts in the application of manually and the application of E-Billing at the Pratama Tax Office Bantul. The population in this study is the Tax Revenue report and the sample is a Tax Receipt report 30 days before the E-Billing payment is valid and 30 days after the E-Billing payment is applied. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques are carried out using descriptive statistical tests, normality tests and different tests Paired Sample T-Test using SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solution) 16.0 for Windows. The results of the paired sample test different test results on the application of manual payment methods and E-Billing showed the value of Sig. (2-tailed) which is 0.003 smaller than the significance level of α 0.05 (0.003 <0.05) which means that there are significant differences in the Tax Revenue by applying manually and applying E-Billing at the Pratama Tax Service Office in Bantul. Abstract

An efficient capital market hypothesis says that efficient markets react quickly to relevant information. In an efficient market, the market will quickly react to new incoming information so that it will quickly reach a new equilibrium price. In practice in the capital market appears a phenomenon that shows irregularities that contradict the concept of an efficient capital market (market anomaly). The anomalies are another January Effect and Size Effect. The purpose of this study is to examine whether (1) there is a January Effect phenomenon in banking sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2012-2016. To examine whether (2) Size affects the Return of shares in the Banking Sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2012-2016. This study uses descriptive approach Population used in this study is the stock of banking companies listed in (BEI) While the sample is the stock of banking companies amounted to 20 companies listed in the (BEI) 2012-2016. The research method used is documentation method data, while data analysis technique using normality test, different test (T-Test). Based on the calculation of stock return value shows that before january, when janauari and after january no significant effect in banking companies. The results showed that different results were obtained in the january test after January, which obtained significant results.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on job satisfactionof employees of PT Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta. To determine the effect of workmotivation on job satisfaction of employees of PT Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta. Todetermine the effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction of PT TripatraEngineering Yogyakarta. To determine the effect of transformational leadership style, workmotivation and work environment simultaneously on job satisfaction of employees of PTTripatra Engineering Yogyakarta. The variables of this study are transformational leadershipstyle, work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction. The population in this studywere 50 employees of PT Tripatra Engineering Yogyakarta, and at the same time as a sample.Because the entire population is used as a sample, this study uses the census method. Themethod of data collection uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linearregression with a significance level of 5%. The results of the study obtained a regressionequation Y = 0.239X1 + 0.384X2 + 0.299X3. There is a positive and significant influencebetween transformational leadership on job satisfaction of employees of PT TripatraEngineering Yogyakarta, with a significant level of 0.05. There is a positive and significantinfluence between work motivation on job satisfaction of employees of PT TripatraEngineering Yogyakarta, with a significant level of 0.05. There is a positive and significantinfluence between the work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT TripatraEngineering Yogyakarta, with a significant level of 0.05. There is a simultaneous influence oftransformational leadership, work motivation and work environment on job satisfaction witha significant level of 0.05. Job satisfaction is influenced by transformational leadershipvariables, work motivation and work environment by 50.5%, while the remaining 45.5% isinfluenced by other factors

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel lingkungan kerja terhadap Kepuasan kerja, pengaruh variabel kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh variabel budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pengaruh variabel lingkungan kerja, kecerdasan emosional, budaya organisasi serta motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja, kecerdasan emosional, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi pengrajin kulit yang ada dalam wilayah sentra industri kulit di Manding Yogyakarta dengan jumlah 155, sampel yang di ambil menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 31 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan tingkat signifikan 0,043 < 0,05, Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan tingkat signifikan 0,008 < 0,05, Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan tingkat signifikan 0,040 < 0,05, Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan tingkat signifikan 0,025 < 0,05. Variabel lingkungan kerja, kecerdasan emosional, budaya organisasi serta motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai F 22,732 dengan signifikan 0,000 karena nilai signifikansi < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, budaya organisasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian 55 karyawan pada Kafe BasaBasi Yogyakarta. Sampel dari penelitian adalah semua karyawan tetap yang berjumlah 55 orang. Metode pengambilan data dengan kuesioner dengan alat analisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai signifikan p<0,05. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikan p<0,05. Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai signifikan p<0,05. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan niali signifikan p<0,05. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, budaya organisasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hal tersebut terbukti dengan nilai f hitung sebesar 34.683 dengan probabilitas 0,000 dimana angka tersebut signifikan karena (p<0,05).

Abstract

This study aims to describe 1) the influence of interpersonal communication on employee performance, 2) the influence of work environment on employee performance, 3) the influence of interpersonal communication to the work environment, 4) The influence of interpersonal communication on employee performance with work environment as variable intervening on CV. Tugu Chocolate Yogyakarta. Variables in this research are interpersonal communication, work environment, and employee achievement. The population in this study is all employees in CV. Yogyakarta Chocolate Monument, amounting to 96 people and only 49 people who sampled the study. Data collection method used questionnaire method, while data analysis technique using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis supported by T (T-Test) and F (F-Test) test and classical assumption test consisting of test normality, multicolinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence of interpersonal communication on employee performance CV. Yogyakarta Chocolate Monument by 0.000 (p < 0.05). There is a positive and insignificant effect of work environment on employee performance CV. The Yogyakarta Chocolate Monument is 0.241 (p > 0.05). There is a positive and significant influence of interpersonal communication to the work environment of CV employees. Yogyakarta Chocolate Monument by 0,021 (p < 0,05). So there is influence between interpersonal communication on employee performance with work environment as intervening variable.
