Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of capital adequacy, liquidity, operational efficiency, and credit risk on bank performance in Rural Banks (BPR) Conventional Kulon Progo Regency registered in Bank Indonesia period 2014-2016. This research is a quantitative research. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Rural Bank Publication Financial Report issued by Bank Indonesia period 2014-2016. The data collection method used is literature study and documentary study. The population in this study is all BPRs in Kulon Progo Regency registered with Bank Indonesia. Sampling technique using saturated samples which means all populations are used as samples. The statistical test apparatus uses SPSS 20 which is used to test classical assumptions and statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously variable capital adequacy, liquidity, operating efficiency, and credit risk significantly affect the ROA. Then the variable of capital adequacy and liquidity have no effect to bank performance, while operating efficiency and credit risk have a significant negative effect to bank performance.

Abstract

Abstrak Research purposes of this is to describe (1) the effect of compensation on employee productivity, (2) the influence of transformational leadership style on employee work productivity, (3) influence of compensation and transformational leadership style to employee work productivity. this study using the variables of compensation, leadership style transformation and employee productivity. Its population is employees of industy congo Sedayu, Bantu-Yogyakarta employees numbering 30 people. The sample used is a sampel census or sampel so that the total population is used as a sample. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, while for the analysis technique using multiple regression analysis supported by F test, T test, and coefficient of determination. In this study, the results showed that (1) the compensation had a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of the employees of congo Sedayu, Bantul-Yogyakarta α = 0,05 (p = 0,018), (2) transformational leadership style had positive and significant effect on productivity ????=0,05 (p=0,023), compensation and transformation leadership style have positive and signifanct effecton work produktivity of congo sedayu, Bantul-Yogyakarta ????=0,05 (p=0,000). Abstract

This study aims is to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, knowing the work motivation on employee performance and to determine the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of employeess in the Korem 072/Pamungkas Yogyakarta. The method in this research using survey method, data collection technique used is the primary data collection technique with the entire population of the corps of 52 employees. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. From the analysis results it is known that organizational culture has an influence on the performance of employees in the environment Korem 072/Pamungkas, this evidence is seen from the value of t on the coefficient on the results of regression analysis where the value of t equal to 3,623 with a sinificant level of 0,001. From the analysis results it is known that work motivation has an influence on the performance of employees in the environment Korem 072/Pamungkas, this evidence is seen from the value of t on the coefficient on the results of regression analysis where the value of t equal to 3,187 with a sinificant level of 0,003. From the analysis result obtained fvalue count of 24,198 with the significance value (p) 0,000 means the significance (p) < 0,05 then it can be said that simultaneously variable organizational culture dan work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance in the environment Korem 072/Pamungkas Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the dependence of smartphones on employee loyalty Waroeng Special Sambal Pandega Martha Yogyakarta. Subjects in this research are two employees of Waroeng Special Sambal Pandega Martha Yogyakarta with age range 20-25 years. Subjects work as operational staff and cashier staff. All subjects reside in Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY). This study uses qualitative methods, data collection in this study using the method of observation and interview. The results of this study indicate that the smartphone addiction to the loyalty of Waroeng Special Sambal employees showed varying levels. It is seen in the subject's perception of loyalty itself how the subject obeys the existing rules of the workplace, the way the subject is responsible for his work, the willingness of the subject to work with his colleagues, keeping in touch with his colleagues.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe (1) To analyze and understand the effect of exchange rate on stock returns, (2) To analyze and understand the effect of Inflation on stock return, (3) To analyze and understand the effect of SBI on stock return, (4) To analyze and understand the effect of exchange rate on profitability, (5) To analyze and understand the effect of Inflation on profitability, (6) To analyze and understand the effect of SBI on profitability, (7) To analyze and understand the effect of profitability on stock return (8) the influence of Exchange Rate, Inflation, and SBI simultaneously affect the profitability, (9) To determine the effect of Exchange Rate, Inflation, and SBI simultaneously affect the stock return. The population in this research is BUMN and Private Bank in Indonesia which amounts to 41 companies and the samples of 8 companies. Data collection method is secondary data, while data analysis technique use multiple regression analysis supported by F test and T test and classical assumption test consist of normality test, multicolinearity test, heterokedasitas test, autocorrelation test. The results showed that multiple linear regression equations for three predictors are ROA = 2,913 + 0,0003642Kurs- 20,709Suku Bunga - 1,372Inflasi + e .... (1) means the exchange rate (X1), interest rate (X2), and inflation (X3) not great on profitability. Can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) 7.2%. This means that independent variables have a positive effect on profitability of 7.2% and the remaining 92.8% influenced by other variables. And the results of other studies show that multiple linear regression equations for four predictors are Return = 0.042 + 0.0001587kurs - 2.547suku bunga - 0.549inflasi-0,006ROA + e ...... (2) means Exchange rate (X1), interest rate (X2), inflation ( X3) and profitability (X4) contributed substantially to stock returns. Can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) 0.11. This means independent variables have a positive effect on profitability of 11% and the remaining 89% influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Corporate Governance, Return on Assets and Leverage simultaneously or partially to Tax Avoidance on manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. The sample is determined by using purposive sampling with predetermined criterion, so that obtained by 9 manufacturing companies that qualify as sample. Data used secondary data. Data obtained from www.idx.co.id in the form of annual financial statements for the period 2012-2016. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression method. Regression test results show that Corporate Governance with the proxy of Independent Commissioner and Quality Audit, ROA, and Leverage have a significant positive effect on Tax Avoidance. partially Independent Commissioner has a significant negative effect on tax evasion and leverage has a positive effect on tax evasion. The magnitude of influence Independent variables seen from the value of coefficient of determination (R2 of 0.176 which means KOM, KA, ROA and LEV gives positive influence on tax avoidance only 17.6% and 82.4% influenced by other variables outside the study. Abstract

ABSTRAKThis study aims to determine the influence of brand image, product quality and promotion of consumer purchasing decision INK helmet in Purworejo district. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires as primary data directly on site. The sample in this research is 100 people, Data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Brand image has a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decision of INK helmet in Purworejo district. This is evidenced by the results of t test statistics for trust variables obtained t count 3.422 greater than t table 1.984 with significance 0.001 smaller than 0.05; (2) The quality of the product has a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decision of INK helmet. This is evidenced by the results of t test statistics for store image variables obtained t count equal to 6.358 greater than t table 1.984 with significance 0.000 smaller than 0.05; (3) Promotion has a positive effect but not on consumer purchase decision of INK helmet. This is evidenced by the value of statistical tests t arithmetic of 1.107 smaller than t table 1.984 with significance of 0.271 greater than 0.05.Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality, Promotion and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know (1) the influence of variable compensation against the motivation of working employees (2) the influence of work environment against the motivation of working employees and (3) the influence of environmental compensation and work environtment collectively against the motivation of working employees at PT. Ekadharma International Tbk. This research uses a type of quantitative research, the population in this study are all the employees of PT. Ekadharma International Tbk Yogyakarta which amounts to 50 employees. This research consist of variable compensation (K), work environment (LK), and work motivation (MK). This study uses saruration sampling. Data retrieval method using a questionnaire. Technical analysis used is multiple linear regression with 5% significant level. The result of this study obtained the regression equation MK = 0.261 + Compensation (K) 0.367+ (LK) work environment 0.684 with the calculation of t-test that the variable compensation (K) positively affect the motivation of work (MK) and it is significant. it can be seen from the significant value of variable compensation 0.001˂ 0.05. Work environment variable (LK) positively influence to work motivation (MK) and it is significant. It can be seen from the significant value 0.000 ˂ 0.05. From the results of F test obtained F count to 26,49 with significant level 0.000 ˂ 0.05 so it can be said that variable compensation and work environment influence to variable motivation of working employees.

Abstract

This research is conducted to know the influence of innovation and service quality to customer satisfaction through customer trust at Pamella Supermarket Yogyakarta. Research location in Yogyakarta. The population of this study are customers living in Yogyakarta. The sample of 100 respondents taken using accidental sampling technique of data collection method using questioner. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that innovation has significant effect on customer trust; service quality has significant effect on online repurchase intention; and customer trust have a significant effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

Abstrct The purpose of this study is to know how the health and development of CU Build Prosperous Management Year 2012-2016. From Aspects of Capital, Productive Quality Aspects, Aspects of Management, Aspects of Efficiency, Liquidity Aspects, Aspects of Independence and Growth, and Cooperative Identity. This research belongs to Research Type of quantitative description. The subject of this research is Cooperative Savings and Loans CU Bangun Sejahtera. The object of this research is the health level of CU Bangun Sejahtera Savings and Loans Cooperative. Methods of data collection in this study through documentation techniques. Research Results Based on the calculation of the assessment of the 7 components obtained overall score to establish the health level predicate Cooperative USP CU Bangun Sejahtera. Year 2012 with score 69.1 got predicate "Simply Healthy"; Year 2013 with score 67.1 got predicate "Simply Healthy"; Year 2013 with score 74,15 got predicate "Simply Healthy"; Year 2014 with score 61,15 got predicate "Simply Healthy"; Year 2016 with a score of 74.45 received the title of "Simply Healthy".
