Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman kerja, pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan CV IPLUS Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap dari CV IPLUS sebanyak 46 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua anggota populasi. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang didukung dengan uji t, uji R square, dan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, dan uji heteroskedastissitas.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Operation Chas Flow (OCF), Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (OCF), Return On Equity (ROE), and Tax Planning to Return Shares In Manufacturing Companies Entry LQ45 Index in Bursa Efek Indonesia Year 2012 - 2016. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the number of samples of eight companies. The data used in this research is obtained from the Financial Statement obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 16.0. Based on the results of the test, the results obtained simultaneously Operation Chas Flow (OCF), Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Assets (OCF), Return On Equity (ROE), and Tax Planning effect on Return Share with significant value 0.014, partially Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant positive effect with significant value of 0.001. Operation Chas Flow (OCF), Return On Assets (OCF), Return On Equity (ROE), and Tax Planning have no effect on Stock Return.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the influence of work motivation affect on employee work discipline that occurred in Padang Golf Adisucipto on the performance of its employees. The number of samples of this study as much 30 employees in Padang Golf Adisutjipto with purposive sampling method. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple regression by performing classical assumption test before getting the best research model. The result of statistical test shows that work motivation variable have positive effect to work discipline to employee performance at Padang Golf Adisucipto.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of quality of service ad product innovation on competitive advantage and interest referenced of Bank OCBC NISP Brach Cik Di Tiro Yogyakarta Costumers.The research was conducted quantitatively by survey method using questionnaire. The sample of this research is the customer who happened to be encountered in PT Bank OCBC NISP Branch Cik Di Tiro Yogyakarta as many as 100 people who have Saving Product Tanda360o Plus and at least 6 months have become customers who have Saving Product Tanda 360o Plus. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the analysis showed that service quality variable had a significant and positive influence on competitive advantage. Product Innovation Variable had a significant and positive effect on Competitive Advantage. Service Quality Variables had a significant and positive influence on Referring Interest. Product Innovation Variables had a significant and positive effect on Referring Interest. Variable of Competitive Advantage had a significant and positive influence on Referring Interest. The quality of service, product innovation and competitive advantage had a contributed 70.1% in influencing the interest of referring customers of Bank OCBC NISP.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to know whether the calculation of Income Tax-Article 21 of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Adisutjipto Airport in a year had referred to Minister of Finance Regulation No. 122/PMK.010/2015.The type of research conducterd was case study. The collection techniques were interview and observation. The steps used were by recalculating Income Tax-Article 21 based on Taxation Rule and compared that result with the calculation of Income Tax-Article 21 from PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Adisutjipto Airport. From analysys result showed that calculation process of Income Tax-Article 21 had not referred yet to prevailing Taxation rule implemented in Indonesia. PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Adisutjipto Airport had not calculated non taxable income (PTKP) based on Minister of Finance Regulation No. 122/PMK.010/2015, the calculation result of tax system had not refeffed to Minister of Finance Regulation No. 122/PMK.010/2015 and PER-32/PJ/2015 article 10 paragraph (3) a and the calculated of pension contributed had not referred to Government Regulation RI No. 45 2015.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication, trust, and commitment both partially and simultaneously to the JCC (jogja course center) customers loyalty. This study used a non-probability sampling techniques using purposive sampling. After conducting a literature review and preparing hypotheses, data was collected through a questionnaire method then it was distributed to 100 JCC (jogja course center) customers. The results show the multiple linear regression equation was LP=bKMN+bKP+b3KSI+e. Which means as simultaneously commitment (KMN), trustworthiness (KP), and communication (KSI) make a major contribution to the customers loyalty. Partially, the variables of trust and communication have a significant effect on JCC (jogja course center) customers loyalty. While to the commitment has no significant effect on JCC (jogja course center) customers loyalty. Based on three independent variables that contribute a dominant influence on the loyalty of JCC (jogja course center) customers are trust variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this reseach to determine the efficiency of the use of working capital KOPERKASA the period 2012-2015 in terms of Current Ratio, Asset Turn Over (ATO), receivable turnover, Return On Assets (ROA), Own Capital Rentability. This research was conducted at KOPERKASA which is located at Jl. kenari No.79, Muja Muju, Umbulharjo, Yogyakarta City, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The nature of this research is descriptive quantitative. The research data used is the secondary data that is the data terlh processed in the form of Balance Sheet and Income Statement. The techniques used in this study is the documentation of data collection techniques by reading data, observing existing document records. The results of this research are based on Liquidity Ratio in terms of current ratio from 2012 to 2016 in criteria less efficient because it is at the percentage of 125% - <150% or 200% - 250%. Assets turn over in 2012 until 2016 can be said belom efficient by cooperative standards are still below the standard <1. Turnover of accounts receivable from 2012 to 2016 is said to be inefficient criteria because it is not in accordance with cooperative standards are still below 6 times. ROA from 2012 to 2016 and according to the regulation of cooperatives in the criteria is quite efficient which is at the percentage of 3% d <7%. While the RMS in 2012 until 2016 has reached the criteria very efficiently and in accordance with the standards of cooperatives at a percentage of ≥ 21%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu membuktikan pengaruh Kualitas Informasi dan Keamanan Yang Dirasakan terhadap kepercayaan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada responden yang pernah memakai aplikasi Lazada di Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa. Analisa yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi klasik dengan hasil penelitian bahwa semua variabel saling mempengaruhi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of perceived price (PH) on purchasing decisions (KB), design (D) on purchasing decisions (KB), product quality (KP) influence on purchasing decisions (KB). and brand image (CM) influence on purchase decision (KB). The population is a student of the Faculty of Economics of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University who is using and using Samsung Smartphone and the sample for this research is needed 100 people. Data completion method was done by using questionnaire, while data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis supported by multicolonierity test, heterokedasitas test, and normality test. The results showed multiple linear regression equations for perceived price(PH), design (D), product quality (KP), and brand image (CM) influence on purchase decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe (1) the influence of supermarket attribute on the hedonicshopping motive in Pamella I Yogyakarta, (2) the influence of supermarket attribute on the utilitarianspending motive in Pamella I Yogyakarta; (3) the influence of supermarket attribute on customer loyalty inPamella I Yogyakarta, (4) the influence of hedonic shopping motive on customer loyalty in Pamella IYogyakarta, (5) influence of utilitarian spending motive to customer loyalty in Pamella I Yogyakarta. Thisresearch is a quantitative research by using media questionnaires distributed to 100 shoppers in Pamella IYogyakarta.The result of the research shows that (1) the supermarket attribute has a significant positive effect onhedonic shopping motive in Pamella I Yogyakarta, (2) supermarket attribute has no significant positiveeffect on utilitarian spending motive in Pamella I Yogyakarta, (3) supermarket attribute has significantpositive effect on customer loyalty In Pamella I Yogyakarta, (4) hedonic shopping motive has a significantpositive effect on customer loyalty in Pamella I Yogyakarta, (5) utilitarian spending motive has nosignificant positive effect on customer loyalty in Pamella I Yogyakarta.
