Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims is to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, knowing the work motivation on employee performance and to determine the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of employeess in the Korem 072/Pamungkas Yogyakarta. The method in this research using survey method, data collection technique used is the primary data collection technique with the entire population of the corps of 52 employees. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. From the analysis results it is known that organizational culture has an influence on the performance of employees in the environment Korem 072/Pamungkas, this evidence is seen from the value of t on the coefficient on the results of regression analysis where the value of t equal to 3,623 with a sinificant level of 0,001. From the analysis results it is known that work motivation has an influence on the performance of employees in the environment Korem 072/Pamungkas, this evidence is seen from the value of t on the coefficient on the results of regression analysis where the value of t equal to 3,187 with a sinificant level of 0,003. From the analysis result obtained fvalue count of 24,198 with the significance value (p) 0,000 means the significance (p) < 0,05 then it can be said that simultaneously variable organizational culture dan work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance in the environment Korem 072/Pamungkas Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) The Effect of Work Discipline Against Employee Motivation, (2) Work Environment Against Employee Motivation and (3) Compensation Against Employee Motivation. Effect of Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Compensation Together Against Employee Motivation PT. Atha Marth Naha Kramo Malinau North Borneo. This study used a type of kauntitaf research. Population in this research that is PT. Atha Marth Naha Kramo Malinau North Kalimantan, amounting to 300 people. The variables of this research are work dispersion (X1), work environment (X2), compensation (X3) and work motivation (Y). This research technique using porposive sampling.Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The results showed that the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 0.024 X1 - 0.115 X2 + 1.084 X3 + error. Simultaneously Discipline Work (X1), Work Environment (X2), and Compensation (X3) influence on Employee Motivation PT. AMNK. Partially variable Discipline Work, Work Environment and Compensation have a significant effect on Employee Motivation PT. AMNK

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of PT. Gapura Angkasa Yogyakarta viewed from a financial perspective, to know the performance of PT. Gapura Angkasa Yogyakarta viewed from a financial perspective, to know the performance of PT. Gapura Angkasa Yogyakarta viewed from the perspective of internal business processes, and to determine the performance of PT. Gapura Angkasa Yogyakarta viewed from the perspective of growth and learning. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research. The population used are some customers and employees who work in PT. Gapura Angkasa Yogyakatya. Sampling method used using proportional stratified random sampling. The type of data used is quantitative and qualitative data. Then the data source used in the form of primary and secondary data. The results of the research indicate that the financial performance of PT. Gapura Angkasa Yogyakarta is quite good and has been pressing costs to reduce expenditure. This is also accompanied by good earnings achievement. the result from the customer perspective is said to be well indicated from the level of satisfaction of the average customer is satisfied with the condition of service, from the perspective of growth and learning is shown from the index of employee satisfaction reached 972 points or are in 756-1.092 point intervals or categorized not satisfied. Abstract

Dharma Bandar Mandala (DBM) is a Freight Forwarding company that provides air, sea and land transportation management services, in the management it is seen that the number of consumers is decreasing. This is allegedly due to the decline in employee performance, which is suspected due to the influence of various factors such as Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment. To analyze this problem used Regression analysis method by using 32 Respondents, its purpose is to analyze the influence of Leadership, Work Motivation and Work Environment partially and together to the performance and to find the most dominant influence among independent variables. The data obtained were analyzed by multiple linear regression technique at a significant level of 0.05. The results showed that: There is a significant influence between Leadership, Work Motivation and Work Environment on Performance, with the level of significance of the three variables 0.000.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Size, Capital Structure and Tax Avoidance on Firm Value simultaneously and partially. Population in this research is manufacturing company which entered in LQ45 at Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) period 2011-2016. The type of data in this study is secondary data with sample selection technique used is purposive sampling with a period of research for six year. Methods of data analysis in this study is multiple regression analysis with a significance Level of 5%. The results showed that simultaneously Corporate Social Responsibility, Company Size, Capital Structure, and Tax Avoidance have a positive and significant effect to Firm Value. Partially, Corporate Social Responsibility has no significant effect on Firm Value, Corporate Size has negative and significant effect to Firm Value, Capital Structure has positive and significant influence to Firm Value, Tax Avoidance has negative and significant effect to Firm Value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) the influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction; (2) the effect of compensation on job satisfaction; (3) the influence of work motivation on job satisfaction; (4) the influence of transformational leadership, compensation and work motivation together on job satisfaction This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study are employees of "Yogyakarta Province Social Service Department Operational Section". The sample of the study was 46 employees. Data collection was done by using questionnaire method. Data analysis technique used is regression technique supported by T test, path analysis test and classical assumption test with SPSS 20.00 for windows application. The result of data analysis with significance 0,05 shows that there is no positive and significant influence between transformational leadership to job satisfaction. There is no positive and significant influence between compensation on job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on job satisfaction. And There is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership, compensation and work motivation on job satisfaction at employees at the Yogyakarta Provincial Social Office of Operational Section.

Abstract

PENGARUH BAURAN PEMASARAN TERHADAP MINAT BERKUNJUNG KEMBALI WISATAWAN DOMESTIK KE PANTAI PARANGTRITIS (Studi pada mahasiswa Strata 1 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta) ABSTRAK Anita Evi Mahardhika Fakultas ekonomi UST Email : anitaevy_vievay@yahoo.co.id Penelitian ini secara parsial bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Pengaruh produk, harga, promosi, lokasi, orang, proses, bukti fisik terhadap minat berkunjung kembali ke pantai Parangtritis. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dimana instrumen penelitian ini berupa kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatan domestik yang berkunjung ke pantai Parangtritis. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 100 orang menggunakan metode non probability sampling. Alat uji validitas menggunakan analisis korelasi person,uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha Crobach dan analisis regresi berganda digunakan sebagai uji hipotesis penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: produk, lokasi, bukti fisik berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berkunjung kembali ke pantai parangtritis sedangkan harga, promosi, orang, proses tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berkunjung kembali ke pantai parangtritis. Kata kunci: produk, harga, promosi, lokasi, orang, proses, bukti fisik, minat berkunjung kembali, objek wisata pantai Parangtritis.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to find out whether one’s income, awareness, and understanding as a tax payer influence his obedience to pay his land and building taxes in West Kaliurang, Hargobinangun village, to find out whether the income of a tax payer influences his obedience to pay his land and building taxes in West Kaliurang, Hargobinangun village, to find out whether the awareness of a tax payer influences his obedience to pay his land and building taxes in West Kaliurang, Hargobinangun village, and (d) to find out whether one’s understanding as a tax payer influences his obedience to pay his land and building taxes in West Kaliurang, Hargobinangun village. The sample of this research was taken by employing non-probability method using purposive sample technique. The non-probability method is the technique of taking research sample that does not give the same chance/opportunity to each element or population member to be selected as the sample (Sugiyono, 2008). The hypothesis in this research was tested using a linier regression analysis. It was used to test the influence of the dependent variable (Y) and independent variables (X). This research employed the equation of double regression: Y = α +β1X1 + β2X2 + β3X3. Y = 1,354 +0,034X1 + 0,282X2 +0,376X3. Based on the data analysis, it is concluded there is a negative influence of the tax payer’s income variable on his obedience to pay his land and building taxes, there is a positive influence of the tax payer’s awareness variable on his obedience to pay his land and building taxes, and there is a positive influence of one’s understanding as a tax payer variable on his obedience to pay his land and building taxes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training on job performance, the influence of work environment on job performance, the influence of job placement on job performance, and the effect of training, work environment and work placement together on the performance of Super market Pamela kusumanegara branch in Yogyakarta The population in this research is all employees of 38 people in Super market Pamela kusumanegara branch in Yogyakarta using technique saturated samples of research, variables studied by the authors include Training (X1), Working Environment (X2), Work Placement (X3) and Job Performance (Y). Data collection method used questionnaire method, while data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis supported by F test and T test and classical assumption test consist of multicolinearity test, normality test, and heterokedastisity test. The result of research with significance level of 5% or 0,05 indicates that training has significant effect on work performance (0,020 <0,05), work environment has significant effect on work performance (0,021 <0,05), and work placement have significant influence to work performance (0.008> 0.05). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of understanding tax laws, service quality, taxpayer awareness, and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance of individuals at the District Rongkop, districtGunungkidul. This research type is quantitative research by using primary data.The population in this study is all taxpayers of individuals registered in KPP Pratama Wonosari. and the criteria of respondents in the study are registered Private Taxpayers. Data analysis in this research using multiple regression with SPSS program version 16.0. The results showed that the value of F arithmetic 27.707 greater than F table 2.49.These results indicate that the understanding of tax laws, service quality, taxpayer awareness, and tax sanctions affect simultaneously to the compliance of individual taxpayers.In persial understanding of tax regulations (X1) and tax penalties (X4) have a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance of individuals.This result is proved by t count> t table 1,66543 and significance <0,05, that is (a) 3,061 and 0,003 (X1Y), (b) 2,219 and 0,03 (X4Y). The quality of service and awareness of the taxpayer has no significant effect on the taxpayer compliance of the individual.This is evidenced by the value of t arithmetic <t table 1.66543 and significance> 0.05, ie (a) 0.814 and 0.218 (X2Y) and (b) 1.389 and 0.169 (X3Y).
