Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the effect of job satisfaction variable on employee performance, (2) the effect of work environment variable on employee performance, and (3) the influence of job satisfaction variable and work environment together to employee performance at Treasury and Fund Mobilization Division of Dr Sardjito Yogyakarta General Hospital. This study uses quantitative approach with causal associative research category, with the population of all employees of Treasury and Fund Mobilization Division Dr. Sardjito General Hospital, with 40 people who are participate as research samples. Data collection methods used questionnaires, while data analysis techniques used simple linear regression analysis analysis supported by F (F-test) and T (T-test) test and classical assumption test consisting of multicolinearity test, normality test and heteroscedasticity test. Based on the results of the analysis shows that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the employee's performance on " Treasury and Fund Mobilization Division of Dr Sardjito General Hospital", proven with t-count value greater than t-table (4,082> 1,687), with probability value (0,000) smaller than the significant 0.05 level. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the employee's performance on " Treasury and Funds Mobilization Division of Sardjito General Hospital", as evidenced by the larger t-count value of t-table (3.661> 1.687), with the probability value (0,000) smaller than the significant level 0.05. Job satisfaction and work environment together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees "Treasury and Fund Mobilization Division of Dr Sardjito General Hospital", proved by the value of F-count larger than F-table (376.648> 3.24) with a significant value of 0.000, smaller than the significant level of 0.05. Coefficient of Determination of 32.5%, which means job satisfaction and work environment can affect the amount of 32.5% performance and the rest influenced other variables that do not exist in this study of 67.5%. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the financial performance of Cooperative Savings and Loans (KSP) of Mitra Sejahtera Abadi period 2012 up to 2016 based on Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number 06 / Per / M.KUKM / V / 2006 using current ratio analysis, Total Debt to total assets, Net Profit Margin, Own Capital Rentability, Return On Assets (ROA). This research was conducted at Cooperative Savings and Loans Mitra Sejahtera Abadi, Pakem, Sleman, Yogyakarta. This research is descriptive. The data used are secondary data, ie data that has been in though in the form of Balance Sheet and Income Statement. The results show that the current ratio is said in the criteria is not good, Total Debt to Total Assets is said in the criteria is not good, Net Profit margin said in good criteria, Own Capital Rentability is good, Return On Asset can be said in criteria less good.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of product, price, location and quality of service individually on consumer purchasing decisions. The study was conducted on Babarsari Branch of Warung Sego Penyet (WSP)customers . The population in this study is the customer Babarsari Branch of Warung Sego Penyet (WSP), with a sample of 97 respondents, drawn by convenience sampling method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis that preceded the validity and reliability as well as the classical assumption test consisting of multicoloniarity test, heteroscedasticity test, test for normality. T test results showed variable price and quality of service significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions while the variable product and location not significant positive effect on the interest saving. Price variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. Value Adjusted R Square of 0,681

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Regional Wealth (PAD), Total Assets, Total Population, Level of Dependency, and Audit Findings on the Level of Disclosure of Local Government Financial Statements (LKPD) in Central Java Province 2014-2016. The population in this study is all districts / cities across the province in Central Java in 2014-2016. The sample used is purposive sampling, so that obtained as much as 81 LKPD. The type of data used is secondary data. Data obtained from the official website of regencies/municipalities in Central Java Province in the form of financial statements that have been audited by BPK and BPS office of Central Java Representative. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression method. The result of regression test shows that the regional wealth (PAD), Total Asset, Total Population, Level of Dependency, and Audit Finding simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the disclosure of Local Government Financial Statement. Partially, PAD and Dependency Level have no effect on LKPD disclosure, total assets have a significant positive effect on LKPD disclosure, total population and audit findings have significant negative effect on LKPD disclosure.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find the influence between profitability and sales growth, to firm value with dividend policy as intervening variable, at sub company. Property sector in IDX 2008-2012. Profitability using PBV, Growth penjulan using SG Dividend Policy using DPR Corporate value using PBV. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. From the research results show that. (1) There is no positive effect of profitability on dividend policy, (2) There is no positive effect of sales growth on dividend policy, (3) There is no positive influence of dividend policy toward firm value, (4) there is positive influence of profitability to company value, (5) there is positive effect of sales growth to company value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether job satisfaction and work discipline partially or together with positive and significant to employee performance on employees, this research is a quantitative research, the sample used is 35 employees. Research data by using questionnaire method, data analysis techniques used descriptive data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, the results showed that job satisfaction had a positif affect on the employees performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, job satisfaction and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Regional Revenue (PAD) also contributes significantly to the Sleman District Budget, with an average increase of 30.54% per annum over the last five years (2011-2015). This shows the financial capacity of the local government of Sleman Regency is quite capable. Meanwhile, the comparison between the target and realized revenues from PAD during the same period showed substantial increases. The components of PAD in Sleman Regency are numerous. Sleman Regency is interesting to be examined by the author is the tax Hotel and Restaurant. This type of research is quantitative research. Variables in this study are regional income, hotel and restaurant tax. Data completion technique is done by documentation. Data obtained from the Regional Financial Management and Finance Office of Sleman Regency in the financial statements Sleman District Government of 2011 to 2016. The analysis used is an effective analysis and contribution analysis. The results showed: (1) The average rate of hotel reception in Sleman Regency in 2011-2016 amounted to 114.81 (very effective), the average acceptance rate of restaurants in Sleman in 2011-2016 amounted to 119.99 is very effective) , (3) The average rate of hotel revenues and restaurant taxes in Sleman District in 2011-2016 amounted to 116.73 (very effective), (4). The average contribution of tax revenues to indigenous peoples (PAD) of Sleman Regency in 2011-2016 is 9,33% or strongly donated (SB), (5) Contribution of average of acceptance of restaurant to indigenous community (PAD) Sleman Regency in 2011- 2016 of 5.69% or very (PAD) of Sleman Regency in 2011-2016 of 15.01% or strongly donated (SB).

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of human resource quality, organizational culture and information technology on the application of accrual-based SAP with vertical organizational communication as a moderation variable. This research was conducted at BKAD Kulonprogo Regency. The respondents consist of 40 BKAD staff using simple random sampling method. The data used in the form of primary data by using questionnaires from some modified previous research, interviews, and observations. Moderation analysis with moderated regression analysis (MRA) test was used to analyze the data. The results of this study indicate that the quality of human resources positively affect the application of accrual-based SAP, organizational culture has a positive effect on the accrual-based SAP applications, information technology has no effect on the accrual-based SAP implementation, vertical organizational communication strengthens the relationship between the quality of human resources with the accrual-based SAP implementation, vertical organization does not reinforce the relationship between with the accrual-based SAP implementation, and vertical organizational communication does not reinforce the relationship between information technology and the accrual-based SAP implementation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe (1) the influence of organizational culture on the performance of administrative staff employees of the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta, (2) to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of Administrative Staff staff at Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta, (3) to determine together with the performance of UST Yogyakarta Administrative Staff. The type of data of this study uses the independent variable namely Organizational Culture and Compensation, and the variable value is the kinship. The population in this research is 160 UST Administrative Staff Staff in Yogyakarta. The results of this study are that organizational culture variables influence the performance of UST Yogyakarta administrative staff employees, while the compensation variable does not affect the performance of administrative staff at UST Yogyakarta. From the value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.228 which is the result of squaring of the correlation coefficient or R. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R-Square) is 0.228 or equal to 22.8% which implies that organizational culture (X1) and compensation (X2) simultaneously the simultaneous effect on performance (Y) is 22.8% while the rest (100% -22.8% = 77.2%) is influenced by other variables outside of this regression. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the influence of workload on work stress, (2) the influence of workload variable on social support, (3) influence of work stress variable to social support, (4) influence of workload variable to work stress through social support as intervening variable at Depok Barat Police Departement. This research belongs to the type of quantitative research. The population is all members of the police “Polsek Depok Barat” of the rank of Bintara with a total 63 peoples who are also used as sample research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, while data analysis techniques using linear regression, path analysis and Sobel test with SPSS 18.00 for windows. The result of data analysis with significance 0,05 indicate that work load has a significant positive effect to work stress; workload has a positive and significant effect to social support; work stress have a significant positive effect to social support; and work load have a positive and significant effect on work stress through social support as variael intervening.
