Abstract

Pemerintah Desa Penambangan telah mengembangkan dan menerapkan sistem informasi yaitu Sistem Informasi Penambangan Pintar (SIPENPIN) yang ditujukan kepada masyarakat Desa Penambangan Kecamatan Curahdami Kabupaten Bondowoso yang berusia minimal 17 tahun. SIPENPIN dibuat agar pelayanan dan pengaduan di Desa Penambangan bisa dilakukan secara online dengan sistem pelayanan yang sudah disediakan. Namun, dalam implementasi SIPENPIN terdapat masalah yaitu masih minimnya penggunaan SIPENPIN oleh masyarakat Desa Penamabangan. Berdasarkan hasil survey awal penelitian dari 30 orang sampel masyarakat Desa Penambangan dapat ditarik sebuah kesimpulan awal bahwa minat masyarakat Desa Penambangan dalam menggunakan aplikasi SIPENPIN masih minim. Hal itu disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu kesiapan dan penerimaan pengguna dalam menggunakan SIPENPIN. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan pengguna SIPENPIN serta menganalisis pengaruh kesiapan pengguna terhadap penerimaan SIPENPIN dengan menggunakan seluruh variabel yang ada dalam metode Technology Readiness Acceptance Model (TRAM). Jumlah sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 97 responden dari masyarakat Desa Penambangan yang berusia minimal 17 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa tingkat kesiapan pengguna SIPENPIN sebesar 2,245 yang berarti tingkat kesiapannya masih rendah. Selain itu, dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa sikap optimis dapat mempengaruhi rasa kemanfaatan dalam menggunakan SIPENPIN, sikap inovatif dapat mempengaruhi rasa kemanfaatan dan kemudahan dalam menggunakan SIPENPIN dan rasa kemanfaatan dan kemudahan dalam menggunakan SIPENPIN dapat mempengaruhi niat pengguna untuk menggunakan SIPENPIN. Sedangkan, sikap ketidakamanan dan ketidaknyamanan tidak mempengaruhi rasa kemanfaatan dan kemudahan pengguna dalam menggunakan SIPENPIN.

Abstract

Lontar is one of the cultural heritages that has information about the history of the Sasak civilization in Lombok, NTB in the past. The problem currently being faced is the lontar which is not well maintained. While the lontar used as Sasak script will wear out soon, because it is not durable. Utilization of technology is one of the media that can be used as a solution to overcome these problems. The process of digitizing letters is carried out. The use of technology will make the lontar into a digital form and will not be obsolete if the lontar is stored for a long time and the information contained in the lontar can be protected for a long time. This study presents the reconstruction of the Ancient Sasak Lontar Manuscript using scanning technology, which is used to obtain point cloud data from ancient structures, and modeling methods built using point cloud data. This study describes the use of the point cloud data acquisition process using terrestrial and native measurement point cloud measurements (to eliminate point noise, smoothing, data registration, object extraction, and so on.) the information is correct and the target structure is complete, and then builds a Sasak ejection surface model of triangular meshes, texture mapping of real models obtained through photographs. Testing is done by black box testing and all data entered is tested with various data that are not in accordance with the rules. Black Box Testing is done by testing scanners and applications without seeing/knowing the internal structure of the scanner and software.

Abstract

Dalam era perkembangan teknologi yang pesat ini, berbahasa mempunyai peran penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari seperti untuk berkomunikasi dengan sesama secara lisan maupun tulisan. Komunikasi akan berlangsung dengan baik jika bahasa yang digunakan dapat dipahami sehingga pesan dapat tersampaikan. Dalam komunikasi tulisan, keterampilan menulis diperlukan untuk menghasilkan tulisan yang dapat menyampaikan pesan dengan baik. Salah satu bentuk hasil dari keterampilan menulis adalah sebuah karangan. Penulisan karangan harus memperhatikan kaidah pemakaian bahasa yaitu fonologi, morfologi, dan sintaksis. Pentingnya kaidah tersebut khususnya sintaksis atau struktur dan pola kalimat dapat mengungkapkan ide yang dapat tersampaikan dengan baik dan mudah untuk dipahami melalui karangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu dalam memeriksa pola kalimat pada sebuah karangan secara otomatis. Dalam pemeriksaan ini diimplementasikan dengan bahasa pemrograman python pada jupyter notebook menggunakan library nltk untuk proses preprocessing, library flair nlp untuk proses part of speech tagging bahasa Indonesia dan penggunaan tabel lalr parser untuk pemeriksaan pola kalimat. Pola kalimat yang digunakan pada pemeriksaan ini adalah S-P, S-P-O, S-P-K, S-P-O-K, S-P-Pel-K, dan S-P-O-Pel-K. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa pemeriksaan pola kalimat otomatis pada sebuah karangan sederhana dengan batasan menggunakan kalimat tunggal dan kalimat aktif. Pemeriksaan ini dapat memeriksa 14 dari 16 kalimat pada karangan dengan nilai keberhasilan sebesar 87,5% dan nilai keakuratan sebesar 62,5%. Faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil tersebut adalah variasi komponen pola kalimat yang masih terbatas dan penggunaan flair nlp dalam proses pos tagging yang dapat menghasilkan label jenis yang berbeda pada suatu kata yang dipengaruhi oleh letak posisi kata tersebut pada sebuah kalimat.

Abstract

Electronic-based government develops in harmony with advances in technology to improve public services. A common problem that often occurs is that many online public service sites do not pay attention to their use so not a few website users get confused, bored, or even lose their way because of an inappropriate appearance. In addition, many online administration sites nev-er evaluate the usability of the website. The focus of this study aims to empirically test the usa-bility of the ATR/BPN Sumbawa website based on the level of severity with the heuristic evalu-ation principle. This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire with a total of 30 re-spondents, 10 people consisting of active users including ATR/BPN Sumbawa employees, and 20 people who are community users of the website. This research is based on the assessment of ten heuristic evaluation principles with a usability scale system. This research begins with data col-lection, analysis, or testing as well as website assessment and recommendations. The results can be concluded about the evaluation of website usability according to the ten heuristic principles and according to respondents from 43 questionnaire statements as a whole the ATR/BPN Sum-bawa website has fulfilled the 10 heuristic characteristics. Each value in each variable gives an average value agreeing with the indicators in the heuristic principle.

Abstract

The North Jayapura Public Health Center, which is one of the health service centers, is one of the health institutions that is being developed. The North Jayapura Health Center handles a large number of patients and this causes serious problems in obtaining information about patients, patient visits for treatment, patient medical records and also data on drugs that have been used by the health center. In addition to the problem of patient data collection and archiving medical records is an important thing that needs to be considered. Moreover, at the Puskesmas, patient data collection, starting from patient registration and archiving patient medical records, is still done manually, meaning that everything is still written on piles of paper and stored on storage shelves, so that when the puskesmas needs patient data, visit reports , as well as data reports of drugs that have been used, it takes a long time to find where the data is stored. The Jayapura City Health Center management information system application that was created can be used to assist the Jayapura City Health Center in the patient service process, patient data collection, drug data collection and others. Admin can operate all the functions in this system. Pharmacists can carry out the drug data collection process and provide prescriptions. Doctors can give medicine, make diagnoses and actions.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of information technology today, multimedia has an important role in the field of education. Studying the solar system is very important, especially for elementary school children because it is very closely related to other natural sciences. In learning activities, the delivery of solar system material in schools is only conventional and theoretical which is equipped with several static examples, so that most students have difficulty and do not even like the lesson. Therefore, it is necessary to have an application that explains the characteristics of the Solar System with animations and visualizations that can support elementary school students in understanding the solar system easily and not boringly. One alternative media that can attract children's attention is video motion graphics. The method in this study applies the 4D model which includes four stages: (1) define, (2) design, (3) develop and (4) disseminate. The evaluation used is alpha testing and usability questionnaires for 6th grade elementary school students. The results of this research are 2D animated videos about the solar system which are made according to the needs and help learning activities of the solar system.

Abstract

The latest variant was detected on November 24, 2021, namely the Omicron variant WHO said, Omicron was one of the Covid-19 variants that had mutated, with a very fast spread rate. The Government Republic of Indonesia has officially banned all foreigners from entering Indonesia, both those who have done so travel or come from countries exposed to the Omicron variant. This study uses data that has been processed using Netlytic online website. Netlytic analyzes text and visualizes public online conversations on social media sites. text preprocessing has several stages, namely case folding, tokenizing, stopword, stemming. Data analysis is the stage to classify words into positive, negative, or neutral sentiment classes. the last step is calculating the weights using the tf-idf method. It is proven from the DF value which reaches 628 words in one document, the D/DF value is 0.39 and the log D/DF is -0.41. The TF-IDF method can be taken in outline, namely it is easy to calculate frequency and relevance occurrence of words in a document. The TF-IDF method produces output according to user specifications, but this method takes a long time for large amounts of data.

Abstract

Hotspot checks certain places (usually public places) that have Internet services with wireless LAN technology, like universities, shopping malls, squares, libraries, restaurants or airports. Internet services like these are available for a fee and free. a sensible approach is required to manage server protection, namely by protecting the prevailing network. Where there's level of security to secure access and access rights to existing hotspots. A gateway may be a tool that's wont to connect a network to at least one or more computer networks that use different communication protocols, so information from an system is provided to other computer networks that use different protocols. to form this method, the author uses Linux ClearOS for the protection concept. this method is applied to the case study of PT. XYZ, which uses the hotspot. The author describes how security systems are installed and built on network servers, and describes gateways as network infrastructure. so the present hotspot medium can maximize its working system by using Linux software, which is another hotspot.

Abstract

Along with the development of today's technology, the role of information system services becomes very important in overcoming various kinds of community problems effectively and efficiently. Taspen Authentication is an example of an information system service aimed at retired civil servants (PNS). However, there are still problems with the taspen authentication application that make it difficult for some users to run it. The majority of users of this application are the elderly group aged ≥ 60 years and have limited physical function and cognitive function. Based on the results of initial observations and interviews of researchers involving Taspen and several users in the elderly category, it was found that there were problems that caused the lack of efficiency in using the taspen authentication application in terms of UI/UX. The purpose of this research is to design a UI/UX that suits the needs of users, especially the elderly, using the design thinking method. In addition to using the design thinking method, researchers also use User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) at the testing stage to determine the feasibility of the application prototype that has been designed and get feedback from the target user. The results of the study show that the new interface design provides a very good user experience as evidenced by the results of the 6 UEQ scales which are of excellent value. So the researcher concludes that the UI/UX design on the taspen authentication application that uses the design thinking method is able to provide a description of user needs, especially for the elderly.

Abstract

Augmented reality is a combination of two worlds: virtual and real world, which mean objects in the virtual world can be displayed in the real world. The use of augmented reality in the introduction media, in the form of applications on android smartphones designed as the introduction of varieties of grape from Balitbangtan. Balitbangtan (Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Pertanian) is the highest structural office in the Ministry of Agriculture with the task of researching, developing and innovating in agriculture. The purpose of this application is to introduce the grape varieties from Balitbangtan in the ebook, “Budidaya Tanaman Anggur” in a more interactive and easy to understand way by displaying objects in 3D virtual and can make sounds containing explanations about the variety of grape from Balitbangtan. This application will show three types of grape varieties of Balitbangtan with markers according to the image of the grape variety in the ebook. Apps are built using Unity, Vuforia, and Blender. The method used in this study is the method of collection of data questionnaires (wags) which is a data collection technique performed by asking questions or written statements to respondents to answer them. The questionnaire was conducted by researchers by spreading a list of questions to students and millennial farmers who read the e-book. Results from questionnaires found that 80% of respondents agreed with the implementation of augmented reality in the introduction of Balitbangtan grape varieties with category “Totally Agree”.Method that used in this research is MDLC method (multimedia development life cycle). There are six steps in this method such as concepting, designing material collection, creating, testing, and distribution. We are testing applications and user satisfaction. Testing user satisfaction done through survey or questionnaire. survey done by researcher with spread question list to college student and millennial farmer that read ebook Budidaya Tanaman Anggur and they have installed and using application introduction to grape variety from Balitbangtan. The result of the survey found that 80% respondent agree with augmented reality applied to the introduction to grape variety from Balitbangtan.
