Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti kualitas website ahligizi.id dan dampaknya terhadap continuance intention pengguna. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei online terhadap 74 pengguna ahligizi.id dan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan structural equation modeling dengan bantuan SmartPLS3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi webqual 4.0 yang terdiri atas usability quality, information quality, dan service quality tidak ada yang mempengaruhi continuance intention terhadap penggunaan website secara langsung. Kepuasan pengguna memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap continuance intention. Di antara dimensi webqual 4.0 yang diamati dalam penelitian ini maka dimensi usability quality dan service quality memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna website ahligizi.id. Sedangkan information quality tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna secara signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the interest of Islamic hospitals in East Java in choosing the sharia sofware application “SI AISAH” from the Sharia Accounting Information System Service Centre (PLJSIAS) University of Muhammadiyah Surabaya. This research is a quantitative research using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences Software IBM SPSS version 23. The variables used ini this study are: Sharia, User Safety, Prices, and User Friendly. The population in this study were the leader and employees of Islamic hospital in East Java who were involved with the use of this sofware. Sampling using random sampling tehnique, with a total sample of 105 respondents. The results of the analysis show that the factors that influence the decision of Islamic hospitals in East Java to choose the “SI AISAH” software applicatin from PLJSIAS UMSurabaya are: Sharia (X1), User Safety (X2), Prices (X3), and User Friendly (X4). These four factors influence the decision of Islamic hospitals in East Java in choosing the “SI AISAH” software application only 69,9%, while the remaining 30,1% in influenced by other factor, and the most significants factor is the sharia factor (X1).

Abstract

Abstrak— Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola trafik internet pada beberapa lokasi yang diteliti. Pengamatan dilakukan selama dua belas (12) bulan. Data diolah dengan metode statistika untuk mendapatkan proyeksi pengguna internet dan kebutuhan titik hotspot. Penelitian menghasilkan rekomendasi kebutuhan hotspot dengan mempertimbangkan mobilitas pengguna internet dan countur lokasi. Rekomendasi perangkat berbeda pada tiap lokasi dari sisi geografis dan padatnya area. Line of Sight mempengaruhi kemampuan perangkat dalam memancarkan signal internet.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan pengguna internet pada hari raya umat Islam, Hal ini diduga karena mayoritas masyarakat pada lokasi tersebut muslim. Proyeksi pelanggan di 300 desa didapatkan minimum penetrasi 36,7% dan maksimal 85.2%. Rekomendasi sejumlah 940 Titik hotspot dengan area bandwith secara statik sebesar 3Mbps (aggregate download dan upload).  Penelitian memperhitungkan Link Budget perangkat backhoul tier 3 dengan frekuensi 24Ghz. Setiap  perangkat dapat menangani rata-rata jumlah device yang terkoneksi secara bersama sejumlah > 200 Device teknologi Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11). Beban total trafik  > 1,6 GBPS. Rekomendasi Arsitektur  broadband wireless access Berbasis Hotspot Di Jawa Timur yaitu Surabaya 140 lokasi dengan 400 titik hotspot, Mojokerto sejumlah 70 lokasi dengan 210 titik hotspot. Pandaan sejumlah 80 lokasi dengan 240 titik hotspot Malang  43 lokasi dengan 90 titik hotspot.Kata kunci: Broadband Wireless Access, Hotspot, Line Of SightAbstract— This study aims to determine the pattern of internet traffic in several locations in Jawa Indonesia. Observations were made for twelve (12) months. Data is processed using statistical methods to obtain projections of internet users and hotspot needs. This study produces recommendations for hotspot needs by considering internet user mobility and location contours. Device recommendations vary by location in terms of geography and crowded areas. Line of Sight affects the ability of the device to emit internet signals. The results showed an increase in internet users on Muslim holidays. Projected customers in 300 villages have a minimum penetration of 36.7% and a maximum of 85.2%. The recommended number of 940 hotspots with a static area of 3Mbps (download aggregate and upload). This study takes into account the tier 3 Link Budget backhoul device with a frequency of 24Ghz. Each device can handle the average number of devices that are connected together by> 200 Wi-Fi technology devices (IEEE 802.11). Total traffic load> 1.6 GBPS. Architectural recommendations for broadband wireless access based on hotspots in East Java, Surabaya, 140 locations with 400 hotspots, Mojokerto with 70 locations with 210 hotspots. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi tingkat keparahan (severity ratings) Portal website https://www.atrbpn.go.id yang dibangun dibangun berbasis government centric atas parameter kualitas usability berdasarkan prosedur heuristic evaluation berbasis System Usability Scale (SUS). Hal tersebut disebabkan pendekatan Government centric yang diadopsi portal website tersebut memiliki kelemanan yaitu pengguna harus mengerti laman mana yang harus diakses untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya. Sehingga meminimalisir kesenjangan UX pengguna awam Teknologi Informasi dengan pengguna mahir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif. Dimana analisis dan intepretasi hasil diambil dari penilaian 10 orang responden pengguna aktif portal tersebut pada penilaian tingkat keparahan (severity ratings) dan penilaian 20 orang responden portal. Hasil menunjukkan Evaluasi yang telah dilakukan berdasarkan penilaian subyektif responden, menemukan sedikit memiliki kelemahan dari segi perpaduan warna, kejelasan tata letak pada aplikasi dan efektifitas hanya pada optilamisasi User Interface saja dan tidak begitu mengganggu dari aspek usability Berdasarkan hasil penilian severity rating dengan score 4 yaitu Cosmetic, dengan maksud masalah kriteria user-Friendly UI dan nilai sebesar 77,25 dengan Grade B+ dengan predikat excellent pada heuristic evaluation berbasis system usability scale.

Abstract

: Dalam mengirim pesan perlu diperhatikan mengenai keamanan isi pesan tersebut, maka dari itu, di butuhkan sebuah metode untuk mengamankan informasi dengan aman. Algoritma kriptografi merupakan sebuah metode yang bukan hanya melindungi tapi juga mengubah informasi yang ada sehingga meskipun informasi tersebut diketahui pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab informasi ini belum tentu bisa dimengeri oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab tersebut. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Agile yang bertujuan mempermudah pemahaman dalam penerapan algoritma kriptografi caesar cipher asimetris. Dalam Melakukan pengujian algoritma kriptografi asimetris, penelitian ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman python untuk melakukan implementasian. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah kriptografi asimetris bisa melakukan enkripsi dan dekripsi sama dengan kriptografi caesar cipher simetris meskipun algoritmanya berubah yang awalnya simetris menjadi asimetris.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze network performance with quality of service parameters in realizing good and optimal network performance quality so that it can be adjusted between the efficiency of network needs and the effectiveness of user access at the Communication and Informatics Office of West Sumbawa Regency. The process of accumulating data is obtained by measuring the quality of service parameters using the quality of service method and measuring bandwidth load distribution with the load set at 30 Mbps. The quality of service method on the network, the influence between the variables of network performance quality on the internet connection, and the bandwidth capacity of each user are known. The study results from the quality of service analysis at the Communication and Informatics Service of West Sumbawa Regency entered the excellent category with an average throughput value ranging from 10,320-1,026,454 kbps from the fourth index being in the excellent category. The average packet loss value of 0-1.5% of the third index is in a good category, with the highest value occurring on the fifth day, 1.5%. The average delay value ranges from 7-150 ms, with the highest delay value occurring on the first day due to the user's distance from the remote network access source and queues in dense packet transmission. The average jitter value of 1-12 ms from the third index is in a good category, and the maximum result of the bandwidth value set in size is 9,092,407 bps

Abstract

Electronic-based government develops in harmony with advances in technology to improve public services. A common problem that often occurs is that many online public service sites do not pay attention to their use so not a few website users get confused, bored, or even lose their way because of an inappropriate appearance. In addition, many online administration sites nev-er evaluate the usability of the website. The focus of this study aims to empirically test the usa-bility of the ATR/BPN Sumbawa website based on the level of severity with the heuristic evalu-ation principle. This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire with a total of 30 re-spondents, 10 people consisting of active users including ATR/BPN Sumbawa employees, and 20 people who are community users of the website. This research is based on the assessment of ten heuristic evaluation principles with a usability scale system. This research begins with data col-lection, analysis, or testing as well as website assessment and recommendations. The results can be concluded about the evaluation of website usability according to the ten heuristic principles and according to respondents from 43 questionnaire statements as a whole the ATR/BPN Sum-bawa website has fulfilled the 10 heuristic characteristics. Each value in each variable gives an average value agreeing with the indicators in the heuristic principle.

Abstract

The development of information technology and the digital world is currently very rapid in all fields that can help humans complete various activities. With computer technology, all human data processing and storage activities become very easy, fast, and automatic. The Aikmel Sub-District Office, in managing inventory of goods, still uses manual methods, making it troublesome for employees to recap data on goods as assets. In this study, the development of the Goods Inventory Information System application by the functional requirements that facilitate employees of the Aikmel Sub-District Office in managing the data of goods. Applications were developed using the Extreme Programming (XP) method and MySQL database with Xampp service. This application can facilitate inventory data management and record incoming and outgoing goods. In addition, employees can easily recap data on incoming and outgoing goods quickly and automatically.

Abstract

This research is about software usability or what is often called a usability evaluation which analyzes or tests the ease of use of the PMD (Community and Village Empowerment Service) Sumbawa Regency website. Usability is a technique for testing or measuring software applications that are considered from five aspects, namely branding, usability, functionality, and content against the ten principles of Heuristic Evaluation (HE) and System Usability Scale (SUS). Data collection in this research used the interview method with 50 respondents with 34 questions in the questionnaire, then the data was processed using validation tests and reliability tests on SPSS tools. The usability aspects tested in this research are evaluation of user experience based on visibility of system status of 86%, level of match between system and reality (match between system and the real world) of 85%, level of user control and freedom (user control and freedom) of 80%, level of consistency and standards (consistency and standards) of 84%, level of error prevention (error prevention) of 80%, level of discovery (Recognition rather than recall) of 77%, level of flexibility and efficiency of use (flexibility and efficiency of use) of 82.5%, level of aesthetic and minimalist design (aesthetic and minimalist design) of 81%, level of help users recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors (help users recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors) of 85%, level of help and documentation (help and documentation) of 80%.

Abstract

Climate conditions affect the water balance in an area. Bange Tango Regency is an area that is dominant with agricultural land, so it requires good irrigation to develop the potential of agricultural land, however meeting agricultural irrigation water needs is still difficult, especially entering the peak dry season in early August to mid-late October with average temperatures. -The highest average is above 32°C, even in October, with an average lowest temperature of 33°C with a low water vapor concentration even though it is influenced by the southeast wind which blows from the Australian Continent towards the Asian Continent which passes through the Sumbawa Island area and its surroundings. . This research was carried out to detect new water sources apart from the use of surface water sources such as river dam water, lakes and shallow wells (dig wells) in the context of land extensification to increase the usability of agricultural land in the dry season. This research is experimental for the detection of groundwater potential using the Schlumberger configuration resistivity geoelectric method with two sounding point distances of 200 m. The research results show that the aquifer layer in this area is sandstone with a resistivity value of 26.15 Ωm and at a depth of 48.56 to a depth of 54.77 MBMT, while the estimated optimum pumping discharge is ± 1.00 liters/second.
