Abstract

Salah satu pertimbangan penting dalam keputusan manajemen keuangan adalah time value of money, yang merupakan pertimbangan atas perubahan nilai uang seiring dengan waktu berjalan, sebagai akibat dari adanya faktor bunga. Tulisan ini bersifat praktis, yang diharapkan dapat membantu kegiatan belajar mengajar, khususnya bagi para mahasiswa dalam menyusun tabel time value of money¸ yang terdiri dari ; Nilai Sekarang Faktor Bunga (NSFB) atau Present Value Interest Factor (PVIF), Nilai Akhir Faktor Bunga (NAFB) atau Future Value Interest Factor (FVIF), Nilai Sekarang Faktor Bunga Anuitas (NAFBA) atau Present Value Interest Factor of Annuity (PVIFA), dan Nilai Akhir Faktor Bunga Anuitas (NAFBA) atau Future Value Interest Factor of Annuity (FVIFA), dan dapat disajikan pada BAB selanjutnya. Sehingga mahasiswa tidak hanya tergantung kepada lampiran tabel yang pada umumnya ada pada halaman akhir setiap buku manajemen keuangan, namun dapat menyusun sendiri tabel time value yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of optimal control over land use in the area of ​​North Bandung, Cidadap District, Bandung. This refers to the provisions of Bandung City Regulation No. 3 of 2006 which stipulates the North Bandung Area as a protected area and is supported by the Regional Regulation of West Java Province Number 2 of 2016, concerning Guidelines for the Control of Spatial Use in the North Bandung Region (KBU) as a Strategic Friend of West Java Province. Based on the background of the above problems, the researcher identified the problem as follows: How is control in the use of KBU land in Cidadap District? In solving the problem this research tries to apply the concept of Hasibuan, through ways of controlling, namely: Direct Control, Indirect Control, and Control Based on Exceptions (GR. Terry in Hasibuan, 2016: 246). Thus it is expected that through control methods can be applied to the KBU land use Cidadap District can run optimally. As for the research methods used qualitatively. Targeted outputs from the results of this study can be used as input and information about land use control in the North Bandung area of ​​Cidadap District so that it can be used as a model to be applied to the Cidadap District government in optimizing land use.

Abstract

Persoalan sampah di Kota Bandung selalu menjadi sorotan berbagai pihak. Julukan Kota Kembang berubah menjadi “kota terkotor”. termasuk Kelurahan Maleer Kecamatan Batununggal Kota Bandung. Kelurahan Maleer belum memiliki sistem layanan pengelolaan sampah terpadu dengan layanan penyediaan fasilitas penampungan/TPS serta sarana pengangkutan sampah. Berdasarkan isu permasalahan yang muncul, maka Pemerintah Kota Bandung telah mengeluarkan instruksi Walikota Bandung No. 002 Tahun 2013 tentang Pengelolaan Sampah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Besarnya Pengaruh Implementasi Kebijakan Pemerintah Daerah terhadap Efektivitas Program Pengelolaan Sampah Berbasis Rumah Tangga di Kelurahan Maleer Kecamatan Batununggal Kota Bandung. Analisis masalah penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan teori Implementasi Kebijakan dari Edward III dalam Winarno, (2014: 125-127), berdasarkan faktor-faktor Komunikasi, Sumber-sumber, Sikap Pelaksana (kecenderungan-kecenderungan sikap perilaku) dan Struktur Birokrasi. Adapun untuk variabel Efektifitas peneliti mengacu pada pendekatan teori sebagaimana dikemukakan Duncan dalam Steers (1985:53) yaitu Pencapaian Tujuan, Integrasi dan Adaptasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksplanasi dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari implementasi kebijakan pemerintah daerah terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan sampah berbasis rumah tangga di kota Bandung.

Abstract

On environment karang taruna , the or common people still lacking knowledge or have not been able to speak these cues to communicate or at least say a two broken said with the people the deaf at the time of the event affection for the people with disability especially .It is expected that the application it may help give a forum to learn sign language without considering time and place , and application was built with the methods extreme programming with the methods this is the development of this application made with stage planning , design , coding , testing .With the the application does not have to worry about when time to learn where and with whom , therefore with the this program will ease members of karang taruna especially to learn sign language.

Abstract

Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 3 of 1997 on Children's Justice, in 2012 was replaced with Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 11 of 2012 on the Child Criminal Justice System, this brought fresh wind to the legal problems faced by children. It is hoped that with the presence of Law Number 11 of 2012 can help solve various problems of children facing the law, which increasingly, increasing with a wide range of cases. Correctional Center which is a correctional technical implementation unit that carries out the duties and functions of community research, mentoring, supervision, and mentoring". In this case Bapas has the duty and function to carry out assistance to the child facing the law from the moment in the investigation process until the implementation of the judge's decision. As a human being, a child as a member of society, also has the right to be protected and respected and not treated arbitrarily by more mature people especially in this case by society, which is expected to help supervise children facing the law. The participation of Community Guidance is necessary to assist the child in bridging the needs of children who are dealing with the law. In the process of making news events in the Police, for example, in addition to being accompanied by parents and legal advisors, it is also necessary to be accompanied by the Chairman of The Neighbor's Harmony or the Chairman of The People's Harmony who knows the attitude and practice of the child in the middle of his community. The results showed that the involvement of community advisers who were not optimal, could lead to the rights of children to get justice and protection could not be fulfilled. The child will again commit a violation of the law, if the child returns to the original environment when the child commits a crime. So in addition to parental supervision, mentoring by community supervisors to children who have not committed a crime or who have finished coaching in the Special Child Coaching Institute, needs to be improved, especially the role of Community Guidance towards ABH.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how maintenance, smooth production processes, and the quality of products that exist in CV Vannisa Brownies. And to find out how much influence the maintenance of product quality, the effect of the smooth production process on product quality and the effect of maintenance and smooth production processes on product quality. In this study, the independent variable (X) is the maintenance and smoothness of the production process, while the dependent variable (Y) is the quality of the product. Product quality greatly affects the entire organization from suppliers to customers and from maintenance to the production process. Product quality is a strategic thing to maintain and improve if you want to do business in the long run. Companies that can meet expected product quality are companies that can meet customer expectations. Product quality can be supported by several factors, including the maintenance and smooth production process. This research is population research. Using a questionnaire with the number of respondents in this study were 23 employees. The analytical method used is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis and verification analysis. To process data, the author uses the help of Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS 25 For Windows. The results of the study stated that the implementation of maintenance was in a fairly good category, the implementation of the smooth production process was in a fairly good category, the implementation of product quality was in a fairly good category. Maintenance affects the product quality by 72.53%, the smoothness of the production process affects the quality of the product by 8.05%, and the maintenance and smoothness of the production process affect the quality of the product by 80.6%. While the results of the T-Test show that maintenance has an effect on product quality, the smooth production process does not significantly influence product quality. The F-test shows that the maintenance and smoothness of the production process affect the quality of the product. To achieve quality products that are targeted by companies, they should pay more attention to the maintenance and smoothness of the production process together. Because both aspects play an important role in supporting the quality of the products produced.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen pada Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Langlangbuana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik penentuan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan populasi dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 42 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil secara parsial budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen serta kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen. Begitupula secara simultan terdapat pengaruh antara budaya organisasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Pengendalian Internal Terhadap Kualitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Pada PT. Massindo Karya Prima Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini yaitu budaya organisasi dan pengendalian internal. Untuk variabel terikat pada penelitian ini yaitu kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 35 pada karyawan PT. Massindo Karya Prima Bandung. Uji statistik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji analisis Koefisien Korelasi, Uji Koefisien Determinasi dan Uji t, di olah secara statistik menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi. (2) Pengendalian Internal berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi.

Abstract

Competition of hospital specialists in the city of Bandung encourages health service facilities to become a socio business. It is required to gain the patient's trust becomes loyal to the hospital as a public service institution, handling strategic role to improve public health status and health service facility. There is an integrated specialist polyclinic consisting of subspecialists, including a rheumatology specialist poly. Hospital is a service business based on trust, morals and ethics. The effort to support the hospital business is the application of the marketing mix concept and patient trust. The concept of the hospital service marketing mix is ​​9 Ps, which consists of the elements: product, price, promotion, location, people, process, physical facilities, professional, performance /employee appearance. Patient trust is the key to marketing to foster patient loyalty to gain benefits for the hospital. The purpose of this research was to identify the service marketing mix, and patient trust in patient loyalty in rheumatology specialist poly of general hospitals in Bandung. The observation unit in patients in the rheumatology specialist poly in July 2020. the survey method used was descriptive, explanatory, data testing with path analysis techniques. The conclusion of this research shows that the increase in the performance of the marketing mix and trust can increase patient loyalty. Research results expected to be a reference for improving the performance of the marketing mix in hospitals and useful in developing economics, especially marketing management in hospitals.

Abstract

At the beginning of 2020, the world experienced a global disaster which is Covid-19 Pandemic (Coronavirus Disease 2019). This disease is transmitted through droplets of body fluids from the infected. Governments of many countries in the world provide solutions in the form of wearing masks and social distancing. This has great impact on human social activities including elementary school education. To overcome this, online learning methods is implemented (daring) which have a number of advantages and disadvantages compared to offline (luring) methods. This study aims to identify the implementation of online learning in elementary school students due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The study uses literature research by gathering data with documentation techniques that are filtering for data about relevant matters from a variety of documents, books, magazines, and news. The criteria for selected articles and news are discussion of the impact of COVID-19 and online learning in elementary schools. The results in this study indicate that the impact of COVID-19 on the implementation of online learning in elementary schools can be carried out quite well if there is good collaboration between teachers, students and parents in online learning.
