Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama dalam wacana humor kisah-kisah Sarawin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan tiga langkah kerja, yaitu tahap penyediaan data; tahap analisis data; dan tahap penyajian hasil analisis data. Dalam penyediaan data dilakukan pemilihan objek penelitian, yaitu Kisah-Kisah Sarawin Cerita-Cerita Humor Tokoh Legendaris Dalam Bahasa Banjar oleh Syamsiar Seman. Dalam penyediaan data juga digunakan teknik catat, yaitu memilih teks dan mencatat data-data yang mengandung unsur pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama. Pada tahap analisis data, tuturan-tuturan yang mengandung unsur pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama diklasifikasikan berdasarkan bentuk-bentuk pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama. Hasil analisis data yang digunakan untuk memaparkan pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama ialah dengan metode informal, dengan penyajian berbentuk uraian kalimat. Dari hasil pembahasan ditemukan pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama, berupa pelanggaran maksim kuantitas, kualitas, relevansi, dan cara. Pelanggaran terhadap maksim kuantitas berupa pemberian kontribusi yang berlebih dari Sarawin serta tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan Kuntulir Belanda dan orang-orang yang menghadiri acara Maulid. Pelanggaran terhadap maksim kualitas berupa tuturan yang tidak sebenarnya diujarkan oleh Sarawin kepada istrinya dan teman-teman Sarawin. Kemudian, pelanggaran terhadap maksim relevansi berupa  tuturan yang diujarkan oleh Sarawin tidak relevan seperti yang diharapkan orang tua Sarawin. Pelanggaran maksim relevansi yang tidak ada hubungannya dengan konteks juga terdapat dalam tuturan Tuganal kepada Sarawin. Selanjutnya, pelanggaran terhadap maksim cara berupa tuturan yang tidak jelas dan mengalami kekaburan makna yang dituturkan oleh istri Sarawin kepada Sarawin serta tuturan Sarawin kepada anak Patuha. Semua bentuk pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama dalam wacana humor tersebut menyebabkan munculnya kelucuan atau kejenakaan.Kata kunci:  Wacana humor, tuturan, pelanggaran, prinsip kerja sama Abstract: This study aimed to describe the form of violation of the principle of cooperation in discourse Sarawin humor stories. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. In this study three working steps, namely the step of providing data; data analysis stage; and the stage presentation of the results of data analysis. In the provision of election data was the object of study, namely Stories Stories Sarawin Humor Legendary Figures in Banjar language by Syamsiar Seman. In the provision of engineering log data is also used, namely selecting the text and record data that contain elements of violation of the principle of cooperation. At this stage of data analysis, speech-speech that contains elements of violation of the principle of cooperation is classified based on the violation of the principle forms of cooperation. The results of the analysis of the data used to expose violations of the principle of cooperation is the informal method, with the presentation of the form of the sentence description. From the discussion found violations of the principles of cooperation, such as violation of the maxim of quantity, quality, relevance, and how. Violation of the maxim of quantity the form of contributions in excess of Sarawin and not as expected Kuntulir Dutch and the people who attended the event Mawlid. Violation of the maxim of quality in the form of speech that is not actually uttered by Sarawin to his wife and friends Sarawin. Then, a violation of the maxim of relevance in the form of speech uttered by Sarawin irrelevant as expected parents Sarawin. Violations relevance maxim that has nothing to do with the context of the speech is also available in Tuganal to Sarawin. Furthermore, a violation of the maxims of the way in the form of speech that are not clear and experiencing meaning vagueness manifested by Sarawin to Sarawin wife and child utterances Sarawin Patuha. All forms of violation of the principle of cooperation in the discourse of humor that led to the emergence humor or wit.Key words: Discourse humor, speech, violation of the principle of cooperation

Abstract

The objective of the study is to find out the literature appreciation learning through communicative approach base on cooperative and its implication towards character building at XII BB class SMKN 3 Banjarbaru. The data collection is done through triangulation using questionnaires, tests, and observation. The results of the study which is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively shows that the average score of students in analyzing literature before the activity is applied is only 46,61. After conducting the approach, the students’ average score in analyzing the literature work increased into 74,81 in cycle I and 76,81 in cycle II. The implication towards the character building is that the communicative approach based on the cooperative learning in the literature study gives the enforcement to the students’ character. It can be seen by the increasing number of students who achieved B score. In cycle I less than 70% students could achieve B then it increased to 75% in cycle II.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persamaan dan perbedaan antara legenda Telaga Bidadari dari Kalimantan Selatan dengan cerita Jaka Tarub dari Jawa Tengah. Kajian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah  kajian struktural sastra bandingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan meteode deskriptif-komparatif. Melalui kajian struktural sastra bandingan dapat diketahui bahwa dari segi struktur seperti tema, dan amanat terdapat kesamaan. Akan tetapi, dari segi tokoh dan penokohan, alur, dan latar terdapat perbedaan.Kata kunci: Perbandingan, struktural, cerita rakyat. Abstract: The aim of this research is to dig out the similarities and differences of Telaga Bidadari legend from South Borneo and Jaka Tarub legend from Central Java. This research uses structural literary comparative approach. With descriptive comparative method by using structural literary comparative approach it can be found out that theme and mandate are the same  while character and characterization, plots and settings are different.Key words: Comparative, structural, folklore

Abstract

Election 2019 creats lots of linguistics problems that interesting to be studied. One of them is big poster of  legislative candidates. This study discusses about kind of speech act and implicature in every speech of legislative candidates big poster in Tanah Bumbu Regency. The aim of this study is to describe kind of speech act and implicature in every speech of legislative candidates big poster. It is qualitative study using descriptive method. The data are in the form of sentences in the legislative candidates big poster, especially Tanah Bumbu Regency. To analyse the data, this study usesthe theory of peech act and implicature. The result shows that on legislative candidates big poster, there are commisive speech act, directive, expressive, and representative. The implicature that exist in the speech are in the form of inviting, asking for support, persuading, and convincing.

Abstract

Abstrak: Novel Ibuk bercerita tentang keluarga sederhana yang bahu membahu bekerja keras untuk mendapat pendidikan yang lebih baik agar mampu memperoleh kehidupan yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab pertanyaan bagaimana fungsi dan peran keluarga dalam novel Ibuk karya Iwan Setyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan fungsi dan peran keluarga yang terdapat dalam novel Ibuk karya Iwan Setyawan. Data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa novel Ibuk karya Iwan Setyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Berdasarkan analisis data dapat diketahui bahwa keluarga dalam novel Ibuk karya Iwan Setyawan menunjukkan fungsi biologis, psikologis, sosial budaya, sosial, dan pendidikan. Kemudian, anggota keluarga yakni Bapak, Ibu dan kelima anaknya Isa, Nani, Bayek, Rini dan Mira menjalankan perannya masing-masing dengan baik.Kata kunci: Fungsi dan peran keluarga, novel Ibuk, sosiologi sastra. Abstract: Novel Ibuk talks about average family who work together to get higher education so that they will get better life. This study is done to answer a question what the function and the role of family in novel Ibuk by Iwan Setyawan. The aim of this study is to describe the function and the role of family in novel Ibuk by Iwan Setyawan. The main data which is used in this study is in the form of novel Ibuk by Iwan Setyawan. This study uses descriptive qualitative method with sociology of literature approach. Based on the data analysis, it is found out that family in the novel Ibuk by Iwan Setyawan shows biology, psychology, social culture, social, and educaton function. Then, the family member, they are father, mother and five of their children Isa, Nani, Bayek, Rini and Mira have their own role well.Key words: The function and family role, Ibuk novel, sociology of literature.

Abstract

This study describes millenials persuasive language in presidential election 2019. It is estimated that a half of the voters in presidential election 2019 are millenials. They are rasional group that have technology literate. That is why each candidates in presidential election 2019 is trying to hold this group. The language of millenials is quite different compare to the common group. Millenials are more creative by using symbol or sentence to persuade public opinion or someone else behaviour. The using of language symbol, spoken or written, sign, drawings signal, is hoped to attract peoiple’s attention and persuade them toward their massage. The aim of this study is to find out the form and meaning of millenials persuasive language in presidential election 2019. This study uses descriptive qualitative method. The data are in the form of document as the result of note taking from social media twitter. The result shows that language persuasive used by millenials in presidential election 2019 contains inviting, meaning explisitly or implisitly. Persuasive language used by millenials in presidential election is in the form of symbol, sentence, and paragraph.

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this study is (1) to describe the choice of using foreign and local languages on the bussiness banners and advertisements in Banjarbaru and Martapura; and (2) to explain the reasons or the cause of using those languages. Data is obtained from purposive samples of business sign board found in Banjarbaru and Martapura city. Data analysis is using descriptive approach; it was describing the error from the sample. This research uses the rule of Indonesianization of foreign words and terms and AIDA theory (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action). The results of this research are (1) many Banjar and foreign languages are used in one business sign board; (2) three reasons of using foreign and local language: 1. latest icon are used to attract consumer’s attention to goods and services even though the icon is not relevant to Indonesian Language. 2. Using different languages deviate from grammar and uncommon word choice to attract consumer’s attention to the advertisement of product or business. 3. The use of local language is familiar to consumers of detail and services. This research shows that local phrases or terms are used to evoke consumer’s feeling. On the other hand, the use of English gives an educated impression to advertisers.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implikatur percakapan yang digunakan oleh penjual dan pembeli dalam transaksi jual beli di Pasar Hewan Wage Tulakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data  dalam penelitian ini adalah  bahasa  lisan yang  dituturkan oleh penjual dan pembeli yang sedang melakukan transaksi jual beli di Pasar Hewan Wage Tulakan. Dalam penyediaan data digunakan metode simak, baik simak libat cakap atau simak bebas libat cakap dan  teknik catat. Pada tahap analisis data, tuturan antara penjual dan pembeli diklasifikasikan berdasarkan penggunaan implikatur percakapan. Setelah dilakukan penelitian secara mendalam, pada saat transaksi jual beli berlangsung antara penjual dan pembeli sering menggunakan implikatur percakapan. Bentuk implikatur percakapan yang digunakan, yaitu: implikatur percakapan dalam kalimat perintah, implikatur percakapan dalam kalimat berita, dan implikatur percakapan dalam kalimat tanya.Kata kunci: Pragmatik, implikatur percakapan, kalimat perintah, kalimat berita, kalimat tanya Abstract: This study aimed to describe conversational implicatures used by the seller and the buyer in the sale and purchase transactions in the Market Wage Animal Tulakan. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Sources of data in this study is the spoken language spoken by sellers and buyers who are buying or selling in the Market Wage Animal Tulakan. In the method of providing data used refer to, either proficient or refer see involved capably and techniques involved free record. At this stage of data analysis, speech between the seller and the buyer are classified based on the use of conversational implicature. After in-depth research, at the time of sale and purchase transactions take place between sellers and buyers often use conversational implicature. Forms of conversational implicatures used: conversational implicatures order to form a sentence, the sentence shaped conversational implicature news, and conversational implicatures shaped interrogative sentence.Key words: Pragmatics, conversational implicature, imperative sentences, sentence news, interrogative sentence

Abstract

Indonesia has lots of folklores. Usually, folklore reflects value, believe, and tradition of the society. One of them is a folklore entitled “Putri Gumbili dengan Bambang Haruman” from South Kalimantan. This folklore contains didactics values that can be valuable lesson for the readers. That is why this study is done to answer some questions what are didactics values in “Putri Gumbili dengan Bambang Haruman” folklore. This study aims to describe didactics values in South Kalimantan folklore entitled “Putri Gumbili dengan Bambang Haruman”. This study uses content analysis approach. To collect the data, this study uses library method. Meanwhile, to analyse the data this study uses descriptive qualitative method. Didactics values which are analysed in this folklore “Putri Gumbili dengan Bambang Haruman” are ethics value, philosophy value, religious value, and intellectual value. Base on the result, in ethics values, there are respect to the ruler, well-behaved, to know one’s place and return a favor. In philosophy value, there are mantaining harmonious relationship between husband and wife, nurturing children, paying attention to other people and be respect, and do good deeds. In religious value, there are pray for goodness, do not commit suicide, and obey to our parent. And the last one is intelletual value, there are having knowledge, having skill, and clever.
