FUNGSI DAN STRATEGI TINDAK KOMPETITIF DALAM TEGUR SAPA BANJAR Rissari Yayuk

Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang fungsi dan strategi tindak kompetitif dalam tegur sapa Bahasa Banjar. Masalah yang dibahas meliputi 1) bagaimana fungsi tindak kompetitif dalam tegur sapa bahasa Banjar. 2) strategi kompetitif apa saja yang digunakan dalam tegur sapa bahasa Banjar . Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan 1) fungsi tindak kompetitif dalam tegur sapa bahasa Banjar. 2) strategi kompetitif yang digunakan dalam tegur sapa bahasa Banjar. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data adalah teknik lapangan, rekam dan dokumentasi. Teknik ini digunakan untuk mendapatkan data lisan dan tertulis sebagai pendukung kajian. Data diambil dari tuturan langsung masyarakat Banjar di Kelurahan Sekumpul, Desa Sungai Kacang, pada Bulan Januari 2016 s.d Maret 2016. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, fungsi tindak tutur kompetitif dala tegur sapa yang terdapat dalam kebertergursapaan Banjar meliputi kompetitif menilai, melarang, dan menyarankan. Strategi yang digunakan terdiri atas strategi langsung dan tidak langsung.Kata kunci: Fungsi, kompetitif, Banjar Abstract: The Research study entitled function and the strategy competitive the greet in Banjar language the problem which are discuss in this study 1) how the fungction of the act competitive the greet in Banjar language. 2) any competitive strategy used in the greet of Banjar language. The data are gained from recording, written, and documentation from Januari until March 2015. This technique is used to obtain the data of oral and ewitten as a supporter of the study. Data taken from the direct speech in the village of Banjar people Sekumpul, Sungai Kacang. The result show that the implementation of the function of act greet competitive the greting exchanged contained in Banjar. The greeting exchanged include competitive judge, prohibit, and advise. The strategy used consists of direct and undirect strategy.Key words: Function, competitive, Banjar

NAMA GALARAN (JULUKAN) PADA MASYARAKAT BANJAR DI KAMPUNG MANDI KAPAU KECAMATAN KARANG INTAN NFN Jahdiah

Nickname is a name used to call someone directly or indirectly. This study specially discusses many kind of nicknames used on Banjar sociey. The aim of this study is to describe the form of nickname used in Banjar society. This study uses sociolinguistic approach. The data collection and method used in this study are dialogue method, continued with provocating, recording, and note taking technique. The data analysis is done through several steps, they are 1) identifying the nickname, 2) classifying the nickname base on positive and negative sense of meaning, 3) interpreting the nickname. The result shows that there are seven nicknames on Banjar society, they are 1) base on physically condition, 2) similarity, 3) event, 4) origin, 5) occupation, 6) attitude, 7) the parent’s name. Sense of meaning in this nickname can be in positive and negative meaning.

UNSUR KRIMINALITAS DALAM NOVEL ORANG-ORANG BIASA KARYA ANDREA HIRATA Agus Yulianto

The objective of this study is to describe the forms of crime in the novel Orang-Orang Biasa by Andrea Hirata and the factors that drive someone does a crime. The problems of the study are how the forms and the factors behind the criminality in the novel Orang-Orang Biasa by Andrea Hirata. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with library research technique and literary sosiologi approach. The results of the analysis show that the forms of criminality in the novel are as follows. 1) Violent crimes in the form of group attack and beatings; 2) corruption; 3) money laundering; 4) theft and robbery; 5) bribery; and 6) cyber crime. The factors behind the crimes in this novel are psychological and economic factors.

This study aims to (1) classify several terms in diamond mining lexicon in Banjar community; (2) describe cultural value in diamond mining lexicon in Banjar community. The data in this study are various form of terms related to diamond mining culture in the Banjar community. The method used in this study is qualitative method. The results shows that based on its form, the terms in diamond mining lexicon can be classified from the using of the tools, the application of the techniques, and the designation of the people involved in diamond mining. Meanwhile, the universal cultural values that emerge in diamond mining lexicon are the harmonization with the environment, the awareness at work, creative, persistence, and the spirit of mutual cooperation. Those cultural values are formed from the results of interactions between humans, and interactions between humans and nature.

This research is conducted on the basis of the importance of factors to respond to the rules of the language in supporting the effectiveness of the achievement of Indonesian language proficiency on educators. This research is conducted to prove whether there is a correlation between the activities of responding to the language rules with the language skills on the teacher of junior high school level. This research uses correlational quantitative approach. With the number of respondents 70 educators. Data collection activities were conducted using (1) questionnaires in the form of questions about language rules and (2) Indonesian language proficiency test. From the results of correlation coefficients with SPSS program data analysis process about the correlation between the proficiency of responding the rules of language with the language skills of Indonesia by using the formula of multiple correlation coefficient (multiple corelation). Correlation of proficiency respond to Indonesian rule with correlation attitude of language of educator level junior high school in Medan that is equal to 0,221. The value of 0.221 shows a weak correlation between the proficiency of responding to Indonesian rules with the correlation of language attitudes of junior high school educators in Medan City Still weak.

The problem discusses in this study is how does the form of narrative theater bapandung (monologue) in Banjar society. The aim of this study is to reveal the form of narrative theater bapandung (monologue) in Banjar society. Banjar society in South Kalimantan has lots of oral traditions, one of them is narrative theater bapandung. A man is called story teller because of his cleverness telling a story in monologue way and playing several characters, that man is called pamandungan. The story in bapandung has lots of jokes played by pamandungan or the performance player. This study uses descriptive qualitative method. It is a method to get information about narrative theater bapandung in Banjar society deeply. The result shows about the description of narrative theater bapandung in Banjar society.

Facebook is a tool for effective and efficient persuasion with fast time and relatively inexpensive cost for campaigns. This research aims to reveal some types of sentence persuasion, through the elaboration analysis of likelihood model on Facebook This research uses qualitative content analysis methods. Qualitative content analysis is a systematic analysis to analyze the content of messages and to process messages that can not be separated from the interests of the message maker. The data the authors take in this study is data contained on Facebook from February to April 2019. The Data in this study is a sentence that has a persuasion message on Facebook. The data sources used in this research are sourced from direct observation on social media Facebook which is then researcher Screenshoot. Data analysis is conducted through observation, grouping, identifying, analyzing data, and concluding research analysis results. Based on the results of the study, there are several types of persuasion sentences, namely: (1) A strong persuasion sentence, which is a strong persuasion sentence has an explicit call to action, usually accompanied by data and facts; (2) A neutral persuasion sentence, which is a persuasion sentence whose contents do not change our attitude or behavior to a friend who has a different choice than ours; (3) A weak persuasion sentence, i.e. a persuasion sentence done implicitly (expressed) or indirectly; and (4) A side persuasion sentence, which is a sentence influenced by things like the repetition of a highly credible spokesman to convince others.

This research raises the issue of women which focuses on women's efforts to dominate amidst male domination. Qualitative research with descriptive methods is utilized, along with the use of the theory of feminism Naomi Wolf's power as a knife of analysis is used to address issues regarding women's power over women and their functions. The purpose of this research is to reveal the power and function of women's power in the novel Destroy, She Said by Merguerite Duras. The results of this study indicate that women have the power gained from self-charm, assertiveness, obstinacy. This power is used by women to dominate men, but the dominance that is born does not make women superior, but rather places women as equals to men.
