In Indonesia, the development of small and micro enterprises has increased significantly every year. This informs that the interest in entrepreneurship in Indonesia is very high. In the future, it is expected to become one of the pioneers of stimulus for economic progress in developed countries. The main purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of entrepreneurship knowledge, self-efficacy, and social media utilization on student entrepreneurial interest in universities in Pematangsiantar City. This study's research method includes library and field research design with a quantitative approach. The research subjects taken in this study were SME actors in the culinary sector in Pematangsiantar City. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The study stated positive and significant results between entrepreneurship knowledge, self-efficacy, and social media utilization with entrepreneurial interest. The implications of this study conclude in the digital age when in this case, substantial knowledge from students about entrepreneurship is needed to turn ideas into businesses in order to be able to realize their visions into reality.

The main objective of this study is to determine the contribution of transformational leadership, psychological empowerment, and knowledge sharing to innovative work behavior. This study's research method includes library and field research design with a quantitative approach. The research subjects taken in this study were SME actors in the culinary sector in Pematangsiantar City. The research was carried out in eight sub-districts in Pematangsiantar City. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The data analysis test tool uses the Smartpls statistical software. The results of the data analysis concluded that transformational leadership, psychological empowerment, and knowledge sharing positively and significantly affect innovative work behavior. The theoretical implication of this study concludes that aspects of knowledge sharing, psychological empowerment, and transformational leadership are important stimulants to encourage innovative work behavior. Furthermore, the managerial implications in this study conclude that aspects of knowledge sharing, psychological empowerment, and transformational leadership require serious attention for business actors to encourage more innovative work behavior.

Abstract Initiating from the increasing moral hazard occurred, this study aims to examine the effect of spiritual, emotional, intellectual and social intelligence on the ethical attitudes of accounting students. Approach used is quantitative, data analysis used SPSS. The results showed that spiritual and emisional intelligence showed the positive significant influence on ethical behavior of students. Spritual intelegence showed highest level, next is emotional intelligence. This condition shows that spiritual and emotional intelligence have a very strategic position, which can be used as "the basis for curriculum. Intellectual intelligence shows no significant effect on students' ethical attitudes. Likewise with the results of the analysis of social intelligence, This condition because the results of intellectual and social intelligence influenced with spiritual and social intelegense. This condition shows that the education sector plays an important role in continue, especially spiritual and emotional intelligence. The position of gender analysis shows that women are more sensitive to the absorption of the four intelligences in influencing students' ethical attitudes. The results of the "simultaneous" test show that all intelligences have a significant effect on students' ethical attitudes, this condition shows that all intelligences have a strategic function in influencing students' ethical attitudes, if they get attention for strengthening "proportionately and comprehensively"

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the quality of service seen from the variable tangibles, responsive, reliability, assurance and empathy simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. This type of research includes research associative which states the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study are customers who make purchases of goods at Alfamart Mujur. Sampling technique using purposive sampling with a sample of 150 people. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service seen from the variable tangibles, responsive, reliability, assurance and empathy simultaneously (together) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, then the variable Responsive (X2) is a variable which has the greatest and most significant influence on the variable of customer satisfaction. Service quality as seen from tangibles variable, responsive, reliability, assurance, empathy and consumer satisfaction simultaneously (together) have a significant effect on consumer loyalty, then the variable consumer Satisfaction (X6) is a variable that has an influence the largest and most significant variable on consumer loyalty.

The banking industry is one of the financial industries that plays a very important role in maintaining the stability of the Indonesian economy. Since the COVID-19 outbreak, economic activity has caused many individuals to wonder how Indonesia's banking sector is doing. The purpose of this study is to compare the credit resilience of Islamic and conventional banks. A dummy multiple regression analysis is the analysis technique utilized to compare the COVID-19 pandemic's pre and post-epidemic conditions. CAR, FDR/LDR, NPF/NPL, and COVID-19 pandemic as a dummy are the variables employed. Islamic and conventional banking firms listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange make up the study's population. The COVID-19 pandemic dummy variable and the FDR variable, however, have a marginally minor effect on Islamic banking. The COVID-19 and CAR are having a major and favorable impact on conventional banking

The purpose of this study is to describe the disclosure of the whistleblowing system (WBS) in public banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Content analysis is carried out on information related to the disclosure of the whistleblowing system in the 2018-2020 bank annual report. The banking sector has deployed a rising number of whistleblowing systems (WBS) over the past three years, from 2018 to 2020, according to the study's findings. Disclosure of the WBS Whistle in the banking sector can be classified into domains: bank commitments to the implementation of WBS, the mechanism for reporting violations and types of violations reported, protecting the whistleblower's confidentiality, and investigating and evaluating the effectiveness of the WBS. The results of this study imply that the Bank's whistleblowing system policy is a governance mechanism as an early warning signal to detect indications of violations, alleged ethical irregularities and fraud.

The aim of this study is to determine the impact of financial literacy and lifestyle non-cash transaction behavior among Acehnese students in Yogyakarta. This study used quantitative data and the data sources used were distribution of questionnaires (questionnaires) that have been conducted in July 2022. The population and sample for this study were to 100 Acehnese students in Yogyakarta. The analysis technique used is data analysis technique using descriptive research methods and data analysis with Structural Equation Model (PLS). The results obtained partially indicate that mainly based entirely on results of statistical tests it can be seen that financial literacy affects student behavior in non-cash transaction behavior. From the results of the analysis, known to have a positive effect on Financial Literacy on Non-Cash Transaction Behavior with a positive sign of 0.528 and significant at 5% level or it can be said 1 ,96. From i know the results of the analysis a positive effect on Lifestyle on Non-Cash Transaction Behavior with a positive sign of 0.349 and significant at 5% level or it can be said 1 ,96.

This study aims to identify the accounting information system for providing credit to the profitability of the Dewi Kunti Women's Cooperative. The research data collection method was obtained from interview techniques and data documentation, while the data sources used primary data and secondary data. The qualitative descriptive data analysis technique was chosen as the method of analysis in this study. This was done by analyzing financial ratios, namely the ratio of liquidity, solvency, profitability, and activity ratio. The results of the research based on the results of interviews with the Dewi Kunti Women's Cooperative show that there are two reasons that influence credit to profitability, namely the lack of analysis of how the credit scheme is applied to the Dewi Kunti Women's Cooperative and policies on how the effectiveness of the credit scheme in increasing profitability, but in the procedure for granting credit more optimized to prevent problem loans.

This study aims to determine the effect of digital literacy and perceptions of returns and risks on investment intentions in generation z. This research is a type of quantitative research using survey methods given to Zenial Genaration. Sampling in this study was 112 respondents with the sampling method used was judgment sampling. The measuring instrument in this study uses an interval scale of 1-5. Respondents gave answers in the range of answers from strongly disagree to strongly agree. Then, the analysis used is Regression Analysis. This analysis is assisted by using the SPSS program.The results of this study indicate that digital literacy influences interest in investing in the new normal era in the z generation, as well as the perception of returns and risks owned by the z generation affects the interest in investing in the capital market in the new normal era.

In line with the development of business requires business actors to create conducive and competitive business competition related to their finances. Apart from that, to build a company's reputation that is influential in the environmental and social fields which have an impact on the economy of business entities, the company has started to carry out social activities known as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). These social activities are carried out on the basis that humans cannot carry out their business activities optimally if they do not pay attention to the balance of the surrounding aspects (triple bottom line), which consists of profit, people, planet. In the teachings of Tri Hita Karana the concept consists of Parahyangan, Palemahan and Pawongan. The three components aim to maintain harmonious relations, including relations between people in the concept of religious moderation. This study aims to determine the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs in terms of the concept and approach of Tri Hita Karana in religious moderation and its disclosure at the Mataram branch of Bank BPD Bali. The research method uses a qualitative approach. The results show that the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the form of corporate philanthropy, cause related marketing, corporate societal marketing, cause promotions and community volunteering has used the Tri Hita Karana concept and approach and views religious moderation as a must for mutual respect and respect both in the environment economic and social so as to improve business performance.
